Abstract:
يهدف البحث الى وضع اطار معرفي ومفاهيمي لموضوع البحث , واغناء القارئ والمستفيد بالمعلومات الوافية عنه وتقليص الفجوات المعرفية للمهتمين به قياس مدى ما هو متوفر وغير متوفر من المتطلبات الاساسية والضرورية لانشاء صناديق التحوط في البيئة العراقية من خلال تحديد | The research aims to establish a comprehensive, cognitive and conceptual framework the subject, as well as provide the reader with enough information and shorten the cognitive gaps for the interested people, in addition to measure what available and unavailable of the necessary requirements to establish hedge funds in the Iraqi environment after determining the major variables that have a direct effect on the subject.The problem of the study is being represented by shortage of knowledge needed to establish hedge funds in Iraq, and the possibility of success or failure of adopting this project in reality, as well as unawareness of what is available are of the necessary requirements for establishment.The sample of the study has included (94) members. Questionnaire is regarded as the main tool to collect data and information, in addition to make structured interviews. The statistical program (SPSS) was used to analyze data. The study has had many conclusions, the most important one is that current Iraqi situation has a negative effect on the Iraqi investment field that has affected all the requirements for establishing hedge funds as economy is the corner stone for other supplemented requirements, a strong investment will not be achieved without an effective economy, accordingly it is useless o to talk about any other requirement. The study has concluded to a basic recommendation represented by the attempt to develop the security and economic reality by the concerned authorities through making changes in the plans and strategies related to these two variables, as the current situation of the country prevents the success of any investment enterprise like the establishment of hedge funds.
