المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى تحديد دور ابعاد التوجه الاستراتيجي في تعزيز الابداع الاداري. حيث يمثل التوجه الاستراتيجي الاسلوب الذي تنتهجه المنظمات لمواجهة التحديات البيئية المستمرة، بما يحمله من افاق مستقبلية قادرة على النهوض بالافكار والرؤى الابداعية. ل | The Present study aims to determine the role of the dimensions of strategic orientation in the promotion of management innovation. Where is the strategic orientation of the method applied by organization to address environmental challengers continued, including magnitude of the future prospects capable of promoting the ideas and innovation visions. Therefore sought a researcher in this study to recruit these subjects in one study in an attempt to study the correlation effect between them, and given the failure of subjects in one study in the Iraqi environment, and based upon study attempts to answer a number of research questions in the light of theoretical frameworks and field, namely : 1. Does the administrative leadership of the study sample an idea about the nature and dimensions of strategic orientation ? 2. Does the administrative leadership of the study sample to imagine the concept of management innovation ? 3. Do you contribute to the strategic orientation of the organization discussed in the promotion of management innovation in ? 4. Do you realize the importance of administrative leadership role in shaping the strategic orientation ? 5. Are you seeking administrative leadership in the organization researched the support and adoption of management innovation ? 6. Is there a correlation between morale and the impact of the dimensions of strategic orientation and dimensions of management innovation ? 7. Do you vary the impact of strategic orientation in terms of dimensions in management innovation ? As well as determine their relevance and objectives of the diagnosis and determine the relationship between the dimensions of the impact the strategic orientation and management innovation, a hypothetical scheme is proposed for consideration, contains the variables related to the topic which have been formulated on the basis of a set of hypotheses and of the following : 1. No significant correlation between the moral dimensions of the strategic orientation and management innovation. 2. No significant effect of the dimensions of strategic orientation in innovation management. 3. Vary in terms of the impact of the strategic orientation of the administrative dimensions of management innovation. In order to reach the final results to validate the assumptions mentioned above, the current study, using descriptive analytical method, and dependence at a range of methods and tools to collect data and information, which is the basis of the questionnaire as the Chairperson of the data and information collection, as well as statistical methods. Depending on the findings of the study has concluded that a set of proposals including : 1. Imposes a theoretical and practical reality that the organization researched the process of extrapolation of a comprehensive and continuous for the Environment and Thalilleha, the aim of formulating proactive strategies enhances the ability in the face of competitive challenges. 2. Paying attention to the organization researched the skills of the their workforce their development, which requires planning for future permanent their need through the formulation of a strategic vision set tracks the organization s work in its strategic orientation. 3. The need to establish training courses and intensive for managers and employees in the organization researched in various disciplines, for the purpose of enhancing their knowledge, experience and skills. 4. Should be considered and the expansion of the organization s attempts to enter the areas and regional markets and new global order to provide products comparable to international brands in the field of pharmaceutical industries. 5. Researched the need for the Organization to give greater opportunity for managers at all administrative level

المستخلص: قدم المهتمون في حقل ادارة الانتاج والعمليات الكثير من الدراسات والبحوث العلمية التي سعت الى تطوير اساليب وطرائق معالجة مشكلات عدم توازن خطوط التجميع بانواعها. وصنفت تلك الاساليب والطرائق ما بين الخوارزميات الاجتهادية وما فوق الاجتهادية والاجراءات الدقيقة | Experts in the field of output Production and Operation Management have presented many research studies to develop new techniques to tackle problems related to the imbalance of all types of assembly lines. These techniques, however, have been categorized as discretionary algorithms, over discretionary and precise and developed procedures. The ever increasing interest in the problems of assembly lines imbalance underscores the key role of this type of problems and its marked impact on the reality of assembly processes and line output. In this respect, the imbalance problems of the multi assembly type become one of the most complicated due to the nature and characteristics of these lines. The question this research tackles is how to choose the appropriate procedure that includes the nature of the processes of the multi assembly type represented in this research by the sewing line of factory no. 7. The balance of this output line does not pursue any scientific rules to be followed, rather, it is subject to the individual’s discretion which consequently created idle times at the work stations and led to low output of the line and this does not meet the company plans of output levels, in addition to creating time fluctuations and stochastic duty timings task times of the research subjects of 7 models produced at the sewing line during 2009. In the light of these indications, the author has devised a flexible simulation model that helps to include these changes and to deal with the imbalance problems of the sewing output line utilizing the probable systematic uniform distribution to create duty task times for each model. Working on the simulation model depends on the results of specifying the duties on the work stations in accordance with algorithms of the discretionary methods (Ranked Positional Weight and COMSOAL). Based on the outcome, the results were obtained by employing a number of applicable performance measures and standards to assembly lines among which are (output cycle time, average output per hour, rate of the line efficiency, rate of line idle time, and duration of line idle and lost times). Next, all the results obtained from the real work situation were analyzed and compared with the simulation model results for each algorithm and the 3 hypotheses of the research were tested put to test. The research has reached a number of conclusions that have proved the validity of the simulation model to address the problem and to achieve the sewing line balance through introducing possible alternatives with regard to the duty stochastic task times. It is quite clear that the applied algorithms have effective impact on achieving better results to enhance and to improve the lines line's efficiency and maximize its output in comparison with the real condition of the line. This research recommends that the application of the model simulation model technique be applied, as an appropriate procedure to address the balance problems of the multi assembly lines, and be combined with an applicable algorithm as this model is able to efficiently deal with the changeability and stochasticity of the line through applying a scientific procedure to specify and distribute the duties tasks on the work stations.

المستخلص: تناولت الدراسة الحالية تحليل عمليات ادارة المعرفة واثرها في تعزيز الاداء الاستراتيجي.في عمليات ادارة المعرفة ما يشير الى اليات تحمل معها الافاق النظرية والممكنات التطبيقية لمدخل تحسين الاداء الاستراتيجي للمنظمات الصحية، ولندرة الدراسات التي تناولت عملي | The present study deals with the analysis of the impact of knowledge management processes in the strategic performance ; an analytical study in the health sector of salahaldin , it tries to show a new theoretical framework for the most prominent works introduced by thinkers intellectual and writers in what concerns the alternative of the study as well as the implicational framework for the views of the sample within the society community of the study.In knowledge management processes , there is something that indicates to the automatics that carry with them same of the theoretical horizons and implicational abilities to the part of improving the strategic performance to the healthy systems. because of the scarcity of the studies that tackle knowledge management processes and health performance , we attempt and apply them in the Iraq environment.The researcher tries to cover through his present study , there tow alternatives through a thorough framework in the attempt to study the relativity connectivity and the influence between them , through the answers of the following questions inquiries ; 1 - Does this domain have an idea of knowledge management , its processes ? what are these processes in these hospital ?2 - Is there any clear imagination in the researched health administrations in the sample of the study abut the strategic management performance in the domain of health ?3 - Do knowledge management processes contribute to support the levels of strategic performance in the researched hospitals ?4 - What is the levels of the alternatives of the study represented by knowledge management processes and strategic performance in the researched hospitals ?5 - Is there a connectivity relation and influence with a semantic sense between the alternatives of the study ?Having answered to all these questions , above , hypothetical sample has been put which depicts the nature of the connectivity relation as well as the influence between the knowledge management processes (diagnosis knowledge, generation knowledge, Storage of knowledge, Distribution Knowledge, Application Knowledge) , and strategic performance (Customer satisfaction , the efficiency of internal processes, learning and growth, innovation, developing the environmental health). three main essential hypotheses are resulted. Each one of them includes a group of subsidiary hypotheses. all of them are tested through using a number of statistical means to the data that have been collected from the personals interviews and the interrogation from that are distributed on the sample of the study in the researched hospitals. the present study reaches finally to certain conclusions. the most important of them are ;1 - there is a connectivity relation between the knowledge management processes an strategic performance.2 - there is semantic influence to knowledge management processes an strategic performance.3 - the influence of knowledge management processes differs by semantic dimension in strategic performance.the study finishes with a group of conclusions of the researched organizations as well as introduced suggestions for future researches in knowledge management processes and strategic performance

المستخلص: تعد المخاطرة من اهم التهديدات التي تواجهها المؤسسات المالية وغير المالية على حد سواء بسبب التغيرات البيئية التي تشهدها الصناعة المالية العالمية نتيجة انشطة التداول, التي عرضت المصارف الى خسائر كبيرة ناتجة عن مخاطرة السوق التي تصاحب الانشطة التداولية للمصا | The risks are most important things that threaten the financial establishments and non financial establishments because of the changes in global financial industry which is the results of circulating activities that make the banks face large losses because of market risks which combined with banking activities. this brought global attention toward market risks and the train to measure them according to the value at risk model being the modern scale that measures predictable losses.this paper ,therefore, aim to define all types of market risks which facing the banks and their administrations and measure it through lighting the price changing which value facing risks measure to expand the understood and know the complex calculations which it followed by this measure where attention is directed towards the important of banking market risk scale to assess the resulting loss as currency value. Enabling banks to product the size of the potential threat they are to face which in term brings higher profit on one hand and reduces the risk and circulating cost on the other hand. Using the mathematical and statistical method in calculating the value at risk through the JP Morgan model to assess the market risk for the circulating portfolio in risk of profit amounts , foreign exchange rates and the risk of property (shares)prices as well as analyzing the portfolio into three areas : fixed income instruments ,foreign exchange and equity risks (shares) beside analysis of portfolio to three fixed paper centers (fixed income ,foreign exchange and shares ,and measure the value that could face a risks for each center that face market risks to reach to single figure value represent total market risks through matrix of JPMorgan model. By using statistic science to analysis risks through show the domain of the distribution of income is natural distribution which is one of the condition to calculate the risk value because it depend on the standard deviation and arithmetic mean and depend on the period of retention is 10 days and trust percent is 95 %. The case study was done on the credit bank of Iraq for six years from 2005 to 2010.the result shows that the risk value for portfolio which represents total market risks increased for the last few years which results from calculating connection matrix showing that var1 for fixed income market papers (treasure bills )that facing changing in interest price maximize for the last few years while var2 for foreign exchange position exposed to the change in the dollar exchange rate and could minimize by time and var3 of the equity position (shares) (shares of trading bank )result from vicissitudes of shares price have miner exposed compare with var1 and var2. after extracting market return as financial index from the market portfolio which consist from eight banks selected for conformation market portfolio and adopt VaR index in Iraqi banks work , to manage their risks result from exposing to market risks , the study based on main assumption that is " market risk measured by VaR with trust percent 95% result from exposed values to interest price risks having greater effect from values exposed to foreign exchange risks and that result from values exposed to shares price". This assumption proved by extracting total VaR values to market risk and proved that it effected by interest price more than risk of foreign exchange and equity risk.

المستخلص: تعد المعرفة واستراتيجيات ادارتها قاعدة اساسية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية للمنظمة لتوليد الثروة في عالم الاعمال الجديد، لذا تعاظمت اهميتها بما حدا بالمنظمات الى توجه اداراتها الى اكتساب المعرفة وتوليدها والتشارك بها والعمل على تفعيلها من خلال استراتيجياتها، | Knowledge and its management strategies are both regarded as fundamental basis for achieving the organization's competitive advantage ,which in turn leads to create fortune in business new world. This important privilege initiates organizations to direct their administrations to obtain and generate the possible knowledge, to sharing and activate it into their strategies. This consolidates the ability to develop and reach the entrepreneurial positions ;a major requirement for considering the over - lasting competitive advantage of organizations. The present study focuses on the impact of the knowledge managing strategies on the competitive advantage by considering the process of entrepreneurial business as an indicator of modern knowledge managing strategies in validating the competitive advantage in Iraqi private banks. The problem of the study lies in presenting a number of questions on the essence of modern knowledge managing strategies theoretically and practically. The study aims at finding possible and satisfactory replies to these questions relevant to the theoretical framework and relation samples. Six hypotheses are presented.The present study is applied on (seventy) subjects selected randomly from (ten) Iraqi private banks. Questionnaire , interviews, and the researcher's personal observations are all regarded as strategies for data collection. Many statistical procedures are used ,like Mean, Standard Deviation, Spearman correlation coefficient , variance, Multiple Regression.The main findings are : The administrative authorities of Iraqi private banks have adopted the symbol strategy to simplify the banking process which in turn leads to add additional competitive advantages especially in terms of time and achievement. But, unfortunately, this was not totally effective especially in competitive price strategy. Also, it is found that the influences of change in knowledge managing strategies lead to create positive influences in the selected banks. This is done by regarding pioneering business strategy the cornerstone in issues related to time, speed and achievement of customers' services.The recommendations of this study are all relevant to the processes adopted by Iraqi private banks in implementing creative entrepreneurial business dimensions , which will evidently lead to consolidate the importance of knowledge managing strategies in creating positive changes in the competitive strategy of time , speed, achievement of customers' services, and its relevance in increasing more market share.
