المستخلص: فاعلية برنامج مقترح لتدريس مادة حقوق الانسان والديمقراطية على وفق معايير الجودة الشاملة في تحصيل طلبة جامعة بغداد". هدفت الدراسة الى : بناء برنامج مقترح لتدريس مادة حقوق الانسان والديمقراطية على وفق معايير الجودة الشاملة وقياس فاعليته في تحصيل طلبة جامعة | The present study aims at : 1. Building a suggested program on cognitive strategies and meta - cognition in acquisition of studying skills and distant thinking in the subject of methods of teaching for Students of College of Education\Ibn Rushed. 2. Applying the program on third stage students in the Department of Educational and Psychological Studies College Of Education\Ibn Rushed, to measure effectiveness. In order to verify the objective of this study, the researcher adopted the following : 1 - Building a suggested program which is consisted of four pedagogical each one included general objectives, pedagogical means, and cognitive and meta - cognitive strategies for each topic and the pedagogical content, activities and training. 2 - Building a written post - test made up of (80) items after verifying the reliability and constancy after making the necessary statistical analysis. 3 - Building a scale of studying skills made up of (64) items distributed into the five skills (recalling, note writing, time management, reading, reviewing the different scientific skills, testing). The verifying the reliability and constancy was made. 4 - The researcher adopted Gilford test for distant thinking made up of five activities, and was shown to judges and experts. The researcher used a group of the necessary statistical means like Pearson Correlative Coefficient, Chi - square, difficulty coefficient equation, distinguished equation, wrong alternative, t - test for two independent. The Results : the researcher concluded that : 1 - There are statistical differences in the posttest for the experimental group at the level of (0.05)2 - There are statistical differences in the scale of studying skills for only four skills which are (recalling, note writing, reading and reviewing the different scientific skills, testing) for the experimental at the level of (0.05), while there are none between the skills of time management.3 - There are statistical differences in distant thinking at the level of (0.05).

Build program to collect subject educational psychology and development of critical thinking skills in the light of the quality standards.2. Measure the effectiveness of the program in the collection of subject Educational Psychology through its application to students the first phase in the College of Education / Ibn Rushd.3. Measure the effectiveness of the program in the development of critical thinking skills through applied to the first stage students in the College of Education / Ibn Rushd for Humanities. In order to achieve the objectives of research the rescher hypotheses following formula : .1. There is no statistically significant difference between the average scores of the experimental group students that are taught in accordance with the proposed program and the average degree of control group taught the program to be normal in the collection of subject of educational psychology.2. There is no statistically significant difference between the average scores of the experimental group that are taught in accordance with the proposed program and the average degree of control group taught the program to be normal in the development of critical thinking skills. The sample consisted of search (157) students students students from the College of Education / Ibn Rushd for Humanities / Department of Geography, halls seminars, researcher rewarded students in a number of variables (age, IQ - Prior knowledge - test critical thinking) was selected sample way random, and the number of students in the experimental group (77) students have studied according to the program based on the standards of quality and the number of students in the control group (80) students have studied according to the traditional Alborn.s.. To achieve the goal of the research and testing Vredite researcher prepared a program based on quality standards, Hhat been building these standards by reference IRC literature and previous studies and a number of sources, and presented to a group of experts and arbitrators, and after approval and amendment to the list of criteria has been building program it, where keen researcher the availability of these standards in all components of the program, and the researcher presented research tools attached to the experts with a list of criteria has been building tool in the light to ensure the availability of these standards in the tool. In order to arrive to search results researcher prepared tools were first achievement test be of 40 items, including (30) objective paragraph, of the type of multiple - choice quartet alternatives and (10) specific answer paragraphs essay, was a researcher achieved his sincerity and characteristics psychometric as well as the persistence The second tool was the test of critical thinking California Skills (2000) where he consulted a researcher with jurisdiction over the measure critical thinking skills, most experts agreed that the validity and relevance of this measure for the current search consisting of (34) quad alternatives paragraph, one of these alternatives is the correct answer, The researcher also made of sincerity and persistence, but the experiment researcher developed a set of lesson plans for each strategy Strategies proposed in the program. The researcher has taught two sets of search itself along the duration of the experiment, which lasted 20 weeks where I started on 25/12/2013 until 19/05/2014, and after the end of the experiment and application tools researcher data were collected and analyzed statistically using samples t - test (t - test) The equation for the size of the impact statement effectiveness of the program and the results showed the following : 1. المستخلص: يرمي البحث تعرف اثر استراتيجية سوم (swom) في اكتساب المفاهيم النفسية لمادة علم نفس النمو وتنمية التفكير التباعدي لدى طلبة كليات التربية وصاغت الباحثة فرضيتي البحث الاتيتين : 1 - الفرضية الصفرية الاولى : - "لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة(0،05 | The present study aims at finding out the impact of SWOM strategy on the acquisition of psychological concepts in developmental psychology on developing Divergent Thinking of students at the Colleges of Education. Two null hypotheses have been posed : 1) No statistically significant differences on a level of 0.05 of significance between the mean scores of the experimental group acquisition which is taught by the SWOM strategy, and that of the control group which is taught by the conventional strategy. 2) No statistically significant differences on a level of 0.05 of significance between the mean scores of the experimental group which is taught by the SWOM strategy, and that of the control group which is taught by the traditional strategy in divergent thinking. The present study is limited to 2nd year college students, Department of Educational Psychological Sciences at the University of Wasit, morning studies during the academic year 2013 - 2014. the prescribed textbook is Developmental Psychology for the academic year 2013 - 2014. The sample of the present study consists of 70 males and females distributed on two sections, one is set as an experimental group including 35 students, and the second is a control group including 35 students as well. The experimental group is taught by the SWOM strategy, while the control group is taught by the conventional strategy. Internal and external validity of the experimental design has been proved by identifying the variables affecting the two dependent variables. Behavioral objectives have been formulated totalling as 107 and 26 psychological concepts. Lessons plans have been prepared including 62 for the two groups based on two parts with 14 chapters from their prescribed textbook entitles Developmental Psychology for 2nd year. A pre - post test for divergent thinking has been constructed, as well as psychological concept test of 78 items measuring six levels of Bloom's taxonomy of the cognitive domain has been designed. The test includes MCQ items measuring the following processes of psychological concepts' acquisition : identifying the concepts, recognizing the concept, applying the concept. Validity, item difficulty, item discrimination power, and reliability have all been achieved. The divergent thinking test includes 28 subjective items distributed on 7 domains which are : verbal, expressive, correlational, and thinking fluency; spontaneous flexibility, adaptation, and originality. Validity, item difficulty level, item discrimination power, and reliability have all been proved. Suitable statistical methods have been employed such as two - independent samples, t - test used to equalize the two groups and finding out the statistical differences between the two groups. Results show the superiority of the experimental group which is taught by the SWOM strategy in the acquisition of psychological concepts and the divergent thinking tests in Developmental Psychology. In the light of the above results, the researcher arrived at suitable conclusions, recommendations, and suggestions of further studies.

There isn't no different that relates to statical indicative level (0,05) between average degree of education of empirial group in biology lesson that taught according to cubic stratege and the students average for exact group that taught in norma way. 2. There isn't no difference that relates to statical indicative to the indicatve to the indicative level (0,05) between the average degrees of empirical group education in biology lesson that taught according to cubic strategy and the average of students degrees in exact group that taught according to normal way in choosing scientific skills of thinking. 3. The research aver just the students in secondary class of junior high school that dependent to the commanalty directorate of wasit education , the kut city that consist of two divisions and for the educational year ( 2013 / 2014) and for the second term of educational year. 4. The researcher used the empirial design that has detailed keking for the two groups ( the empirial and the exact) in regarding to educational examination and exammining the thinking skills that were chosen for application the research an students in secondary class of junior high school in Alnajah secondary high school for boys in haphazard way and in this way there are two divisions being chosen (A,G) from the students of secondary junior high school for representing the research example ( the empirical and exact ) and the example endividuals numbers equalls to (60) students and to the fact (30) students for the empirical group and (30) students for the exact group. - The two groups of the research awarded ( the empirical and exact ) for the changeable ( chronological age ) accounts in months intelligence, the degrees of mid tern of educational year for the biology lessons , scientific thinking skills ). - The researcher tried to check the income changeable that are not empirical that may affect the experience. - The researcher prepared the requirements of the research that represented below : - Confining the educational content and analyzing and forming the behavioral purpose for the scientific lesson incorporates the research and incorporates the three final chapters ( the seventh chapter , the eight and the ninth chapter ) from the biology book of the secondary class of junior high school that measures (296) behavioral objectives , may representing it to the judges to give their ideas on them and preparing educational main plans for the two groups from the researcher regarded on cubic strategy the normal way after to representing it to judges to give their idea on them. - The two devices of the research represented in educational choosing map for educational examination and prepared the examination items according to four levels and they are. ( remembrance , assimilation , application , analysis ) in reliance to confining the numbers of whole questions and that is (50) items (45) items from the examination of multiple choice kind (5) items from the spoken examination and the checking true appearance of the examination's items that represented to groups of experts and trueness of the content in using examinational map and its executing on two examples one of them on the purpose of knowing how clear are the examination items and the answering time and equals to (31) and the other for the purpose of analysis the examination from the statically point of view from the using difficulties factors and acting the alternatives and the discrimination power for the subjective items and the example equals to ( 250) in addition to using constancy of examination in reliance to re - examing way may equalls (0,80) and the constancy is ( 0,9). - But the second device that the research chose for examining the scientific thinking skills , consist of (30) items for examining the skills ( note, classification , clarifying , prophecy , designing ) from the multiple chaise kind , and for cheking accuracy of its items ( appearance ) it represented to groups of experts , and after applying it to two examples for scurrying one of them for the purpose of knowing how clear are the examination items and the answering time (31) students and the other for the purpose of analysis of examination from the statical point of view from extracting difficulties factors and discrimination power and alternatives acting and equalls to (150) students , and to account of constancy of examination , relied on re - examination way for the scientific thinking skills that equalls (0,758) and the Pearson way for semi splitting that equalls to ( 0, 678) and it detected with Spirman Brown and equalls ( 0,678 ). - The educational time in beginning of second educational term of the year ( 2013 - 2014 ) if the term gets the period (67) days , in fact for (4) allocations for every group a week , so the researcher went to teaching the two groups. - After finishing from the experience of educational examining in 23/4/2014 on the two groups students ( the empirical and exact ) and after grading the students answers and curing them from the statical point of view in using at - examination ( t - test) for two in depended examples and correcting the effect jize ( P) the result were : - The empirical superiority that studied ( the biology science ) according to cubic strategy on student of group ( exact ) that studied the same lesson on accordance with the normal way is every educational examination and examining the scientific thinking skills and as a result of study results , the researcher concluded that in reliance to cubic strategy in teaching lesson ( biology science ) it has acting and subjective made in education and the scientific thinking skills for the students of secondary junior high schools and according to it reached to bunch of recommendations and suggestion that the most important of them that the researcher recommended was relying the cubic strategy in teaching the biology lesson and suggesting the winy the strategy with ther educational level.

It is modest experience researcher felt that there is weakness and a decrease in the level of students to absorb material sciences, as well as the weakness of science teachers and their plans do not include the school's mental skills in learning science, which makes the learning process achieved the desired goals. Therefore, this research aims to : thinking Hand of the effectiveness of the strategy notebook in the collection of fifth - grade pupils in primary and retention of information have To achieve the goals of this research was the formulation of zero hypotheses the following two : 1. Not found statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores schoolgirls experimental group who studied the strategy according to the thinking hand and average scores schoolgirls control group who studied according to the usual way in the achievement test in science.2. Not found statistically significant differences on the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores schoolgirls experimental group who studied under a strategy to thinking hand and average scores schoolgirls control group who studied according to the usual soft in the retention of information. The search was limited to fifth grade pupils in elementary school Nahrawan deliberate manner for the academic year (2013 - 2014m) and units (fifth and sixth) of the science book for fifth grade primary. The Researcher used the experimental design The experimental groups, one taught in accordance with the strategy thinking hand and the other officer taught according to the usual way, was preparing lesson plans for the two groups and presented to a group of experts to make sure of their safety. And a test of the collection of posttest which consisted of (30) paragraph type multiple choice, was calculated validity and reliability coefficient of discrimination and difficulty of paragraphs, using the equation Keodr Richardson - 20 was calculated stability of the achievement test (0.88). Included research sample (60) student from fifth grade female pupils in primary and distributed randomly into two groups, one experimental and included (30), his disciple and the other officer and included (30), his disciple, was rewarded in the variables (intelligence, achievement former science subject, chronological age, Achtbarthesela dimensionally ). And applied experience in the second semester of the academic year (2013/2014) and the experiment lasted for 8 weeks, and the researcher taught the two groups. It also has to address the data statistically using the test (t - test) for two independent samples is equal, and the results showed superiority of the experimental group that studied in accordance with the strategy of thinking hand on their peers in the control group that studied according to the method routine, as well as the results showed differences statistically significant between grades retention test for the experimental group that studied the strategy according to the thinking hand. In light of these findings the researcher recommended using the strategy thinking hand in teaching science and suggested that further studies of the stages and different subjects and find out their impact on other variables.

To achieve the goal the researcher followed the experimental method procedures, as determined empirically chose a partial set. A randomized experimental group and the control design choice of the post test and prepared achievement test (after me) and adopted a measure (a samurai and others, 2012) And chose a researcher chose sample of students fourth grade at the Faculty of Islamic Science University of Salahaddin - Erbil for the academic year (2014 - 2015) AD, for the purpose of application of the experiment, as the number of respondents reached (59) students of (30) students of the group studied by using Instructional Design - learning proposal, and (29) students studied in the usual way. The rewarded researcher between the two sets of research using test samples t (t - test) for two independent samples and Chi - square (Ca 2) in the variables (chronological age measured in months - and the tendency towards the profession - and the test intelligence - and the collection of parents)The researcher adjusts the numbers of extraneous variables that may affect the dependent variable. The researcher studied two groups of search content material to study the proposed teaching methods and includes six modules.The researcher has formulated targets behavioral units of study and six levels of cognitive domain of Bloom's Taxonomy, amounting to (180) target has been confirmed researcher of validity through the presentation to the experts. The researcher prepared teaching plans for each lesson plans lessons (21) plan to subjects of the study model which offered experts to demonstrate their validity, and after identifying the subjects and the formulation of behavioral objectives for each topic researcher prepared achievement test to see the level of student achievement in the subject of teaching methods consisting of three questions The first question of the multiple choice type consists of (40) paragraph second question of questions the of the essay questions and third question the complete systems incomplete and adopted a researcher Scale (Samurai and others, 2012) which consisted of (33) paragraph in its final form and then testing and standard on the two sets of search after the completion of the experiment, which lasted a full academic year and the use of samples t - test (t - test) for two independent samples and interrelated The results of the study of what comes.• There were statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students and the average score in the control group students achievement. • statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the average grades students of the experimental group and the control group in Scale Tendency of the teaching profession dimensional and in the interest of the experimental group students.

By answering the following questions : - 1.What difficulties teaching and learning of computer curriculum for junior high stage from the standpoint of the teaching staff?2.What difficulties teaching and learning of computer curriculum for junior high stage from the viewpoint of the students?3.What the proposed solutions with which to overcome these difficulties?The current research is determined by all teachers and teachers of computer material and all the preparatory stage students who are studying this article in the Directorate - General for Education province of Baghdad Karkh (first, second and third) actually for the academic year (2014/2015). The researcher has used a number of steps required to build her research, including : (A) directing an open question to a group of teachers's (25) and a school teacher and (250) students.(B) the identification of a private guide for teachers included (63) paragraph in the initial image and directing special questionnaire for students included (53) paragraph in the initial image.As a researcher unearthed facts psychometric tool to be considered and adopted the proportion (80%) threshold of acceptance between acceptance and rejection of the paragraph, it was the result of this process to reach a final form tool included as a whole (110) vertebrae. As for the stability researcher has adopted internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha coefficient) was the alpha value to identify teachers (0.80) and to identify students (0.82). The researcher reached a number of results, including : 1 1. lack of tests that take place during the school year.2. ignorance of most teachers and educational goals.The researcher also found a number of recommendations, including : 1. the allocation of a large area laboratories.2. Increase the number of quotas for computer material.
