It is characterized by comprehensiveness and variety and, thus, requires the use of various types of teaching aids and physical exercises that directly influences the process of learning the movement skills and developing its physical characteristics according to systematic procedures. Moreover, it helps the learner to know the details of any skill of volleyball.The aim of the research : The research aims at planning power exercises characterized by speed to develop feet movement speed and also learn the movement shapes of setting up in volleyball. Moreover, it aims at finding out the influence of power exercises characterized by speed in developing feet movement speed to learn the movement figures of setting up in volleyball.The hypothesis of the research : Power exercises characterized by speed have a positive influence in developing feet movement speed and also in learning the movement shapes of setting up in volleyball. In this research, the researcher relies on a group of scientific sources which are relevant to the topic of the research. The researcher, during the course of the study, refers to volleyball skills and also to the movement figures of setting up in volleyball. He also refers to other studies concerning the topic of the research.1. The use of the experimental approach through the equivalent groups' procedure as it suits the nature of the problem of the study. Here, the researcher refers to the society of the research which is the second stage students (98 students) in the college of physical education in Wasit 2. The research sample consists of (32) students chosen from (68) students after excluding students who are practicing volleyball, girls and students of the reconnaissance experiment (26) students. This sample is classified randomly into two groups : the first is the control group and the second is the experimental group. The teacher employs the objective plan with the control group, an approach followed in all colleges and departments of physical education. As for the experimental group, it employs the power exercises characterized by speed to develop feet movement speed to learn the movementshapes of setting up in volleyball.3. The devices and tools employed and how to choose and describe tests as well as the test of preciseness suggested in volleyball and the way of employing it. Moreover, the performance of the reconnaissance experiment, the scientific principles, and the performance of the main experiment and, then, finding out the final results and treating them. The teaching units reach (8) units along four weeks, (2) units per week, and the time for each unit is (90) minutes. The research period is from 4/10/2010 to 8/5/2011. During this period, the researcher, employed various statistical means to treat the results, among these are (t) test for independent samples and (t) test for interrelated tests to find out the differences between the two groups in the preceding and subsequent tests.The findings of the research : 1. Power exercises characterized by speed have a positive influence in developing feet movement speed for the experimental group.2. Power exercises characterized by speed have a positive influence in learning the precise technical performance for the movement shapes regarding the setting up in volleyball for the experimental group.3. The most developed tests result regarding the control group is the technical performance for setting up from overhead backward whereas for the experimental group, the most developed test result is the technical performance for setting up from overhead forward. The recommendations of the research : 1. The necessity of employing power characterized by speed in developing feet movement speed for volleyball players and also learning the technical performance for movement shapes of setting up.2. The emphasis on employing the test and the device designed to measure the conciseness of setting up in volleyball.3. The necessity to perform experiments for other tests linking between speed and technical performance for other skills in volleyball

Abstract: تطرق الباحث في هذا الباب الى اهمية الاجهزة التعليمية التدريبية في رفع مستوى الاداء الرياضي والتي لها اثر مباشر في رفع مستوى النتائج الرياضية عامة، ولان لعبة الكرة الطائرة من الالعاب التي تتضمن الكثير من المهارات المتسلسلة والمتداخلة فيما بينها والتي تتطل | The importance of the study lies in scientific apparatuses in training and how they can be used to uplift the level of sports in Iraq. Volleyball is one of the sports that include many types of skills especially serial and integrated. Such skills require great psychological, skill and physical efforts, thus specialists in this field are in need for better ways for uplifting the level of sports. Problem of the study : The problem of the study lies in the weakness in performing blocking by league volleyball players. This weakness results from the blockers lack of attention and ball follow up that helps the attacker to hit the ball towards the blockers without predicting it. This lead to a general weakness in all teams of volleyball. Thus, the researcher proposed an apparatus that could shift the player's attention and develop it and in turn develop the players' ability for blocking. Aims of the study : 1. Designing an apparatus for shifting attention during blocking to youth national Iraq team in volleyball.2. Identifying the differences between pre and posttests in the two groups in some aspects of attention and blocking to youth national Iraq team in volleyball. 3. Identifying the differences between posttests in the two groups in some aspects of attention and blocking to youth national Iraq team in volleyball.4. Identifying the percentage of development on some aspects of attention and blocking to youth national Iraq team in volleyball. Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The subjects were (14) young Iraqi volleyball league players. Two of them have been eliminated because they do not block. The researcher divided the subjects into two equal groups; experimental and controlling groups. He also proposed an apparatus shift attention and found tests that suit it. Validity, reliability and objectivity of the tests have been proved. The researcher conducted a pilot study, pretests and posttests using the proposed apparatus. The collected data was treated using proper statistical methods mainly the Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS). Conclusions : 1. The apparatus can be successful used in transforming and shifting attention to develop blocking.2. There are significant differences between pre and posttests in favor of posttests in all variables of the study.3. There are significant differences between posttests for the two groups in favor of the experimental group in all variables of the study.4. There is a developmental percentage in all variables of the study. Recommendations : 1. Using the proposed apparatuses for developing attention and blocking due to its great effect in training.2. Making similar studies using other apparatuses for different skills of volleyball and other aspects of attention.3. Informing coaches of the importance of mental operations in general and attention in particular due to its great importance in volleyball.4. Developing the apparatus after adding some timing sensors and improving technical aspects that would increase the speed of motor response.

Abstract: هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على تاثير التمرينات الخاصة لتطوير بعض القدرات البدنية والوظيفية والمهارية على وفق معادلة الكثافة التدريبية المطلقة.حيث ان العملية التدريبية تحتاج الى فهم عالي من قبل المدربين في كيفية التنسيق الصحيح بين اوقات العمل والراحة لتقنين | The study aimed to identify the impact of the training program for the development of some physical and functional skills and capacity according to the equation training absolute density. The researcher used the experimental method for suitability to the nature of the research, the research sample consisted of (16) as a player and aged (16 - 18) years since, the research sample was divided into two groups and the control group and the experimental group of (8) players per group. The training program applied to the experimental group of (10) weeks and by (4) training modules in the week as a total of 40 training modules, and reached 120 module minute time either exercises used, prepared by the researcher in the experimental curriculum time, reaching for implementation 30 - 85 minutes. Taking into account the strict regulation of work and rest times of rationing module intensity through training density equation used by the researcher, and after the completion of the application of the training program was conducted a posteriori tests on the sample. And using appropriate statistical methods, the researcher to several conclusions, including that the training using the equation of absolute intensity training the experimental group had achieved remarkable development in all tests Search capabilities of physical, functional and technical skills for the tests before and after. But in the post tests dimensional experimental group has outperformed the control group in all tests except the search in only two tests are Alphusvegeneh test capacity and test beating overwhelming. The researcher recommends the need to legalize the use of training load using the equation density in training for volleyball players and mainstream way rationing training load using the equation in determining the severity of the module.

Abstract: تتلخص مشكلة البحث بان هناك مجموعة من الطلاب يتمتعون باداء حركي متميز في الوحدات التعليمية اثناء قيامهم باداء المهارات الاساسية بالكرة الطائرة وخاصة اداء مهارتي الضرب الساحق والدفاع عن الملعب بالكرة الطائرة كونهما من المهارات الاساسية ولهما تاثير فعال على | The problem of research was about several students characterized with distinctive motor performance in the educational courses during implementing basic skills in volleyball notably in doing the two skills : spiking and defense, the court in volleyball as they are basic skills and has effective effect on viewer and the player, most lessons of volleyball are submitted to the students according to teaching methods lack for modern techniques match with those students and harmonized with current development in the educational process resulted in boring, vexing and poor participating status for those students, that is why the researcher have used comprehensive educational design with modern technique for students with distinctive motor performance to pass many difficulties that faced process of developing some special abilities and spiking &defenseskills.This study aimed to : 1 - Designing modern techniques to developing some special abilities of spiking and defenseskills in volleyball.2 - Creating two scales for distinctive motor performance of spiking and defenseskills in volleyball. 3 - Knowing the effect of comprehensive constructing design with a modern technology for those with distinctive performance in developing some special abilities of the two skills : spiking and defense, for students in volleyball.The researcher also dealt with the previous theoretical studies like : (the comprehensive construction design, construction techniques, distinctive motor performance)The researcher used experimental method by designing the equivalent groups and specified the population in the students of second grade of physical education and sport sciences /Babylon university for the year (2013 - 2014), dividing the (24) student sample of the research randomly into two groups (the controlling and experimental groups) as (12) student for each group, the experimental group used modern construction techniques while the controlling group used the adopted method without using construction modern techniques. Implementing the comprehensive construction design with modern techniques based on ( 8) construction units for each group in (8) weeks period as two construction units per a week, each unit is (90) minuets. The researcher has designed the two scales of distinctive motor performance for the two spiking and defense skills in volleyball consisted of (23) items for spiking skill and (11) items for defense skill to be aware of knowing the distinctive motor performance for the constructed student in both these skills.After finishing the implementing of comprehensive constructing design with modern techniques, then proceeding the after - tests procedures ( technical performance, accuracy, test of physical abilities,motor and cognitive abilities). After dealing with the results statistically, the researcher has concluded some conclusions most important are : 1 - The constructing comprehensive design by using modern techniques has big impact in developing some special abilities and performing the two skills of spiking and defense for students of volleyball. 2 - The designed constructing techniques has a big influence on developing some special abilities of spiking and defense skills in the court of volleyball. In the shed of the obtained results, the researcher has recommended some recommendations as follow : 1 - It's so necessary to depend the construction comprehensive design by developed modern techniques in developing some abilities of performing the spiking and defense skills in the court of volleyball. 2 - It's so important to use the device of developing the muscular power of the body in learning and training some special abilities of spiking and defense in court of volleyball.

This strategy helps students to learn by themselves and to uplift their level of awareness to the extent that allows them to achieve their aims. These strategies include a series of activities and cognitive procedures that can be used before and after learning. The importance of the study lies in using para perceptive cognition strategy in risky vs. careful students in learning underarm serving, upper arm serving, forward setting and float under serve and float upper serve. The problem of the study was that traditional volleyball teaching program does not contain the important strategies that give the student an active role in the learning process. The traditional style relays heavily on spoon feeding information to students without paying attention to their individual differences especially in cognitive style risky vs. careful students. Aims of The Study : 1. Designing skill tests to measure the level of artistic performance (technique) for some basic skills in volleyball.2. Designing skill exercise to teach some basic skills in volleyball.3. Designing aiding tools to teach some basic skills in volleyball.4. Identifying the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness in learning basic skills of volleyball.5. Identifying the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness in retaining the basic skills of volleyball.Hypotheses of the Study : 1. There are statistical differences in the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness between pre and posttest in learning basic skills of volleyball.2. There are statistical differences in the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness in posttest in learning basic skills of volleyball.3. There are statistical differences in the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness in retention test in learning basic skills of volleyball. The Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The study was conducted on (30) second year college of physical education students/health and recreation department/ university of Baghdad of the academic year 2009 - 2010. The researcher conducted two tests cognitive style scale (risk vs. carefulness and skill tests. After applying cognitive style scale the subjects were divided into two groups; experimental and controlling (risky and careful). After the pretests the teaching program was applied. It included (24) teaching session for each group with (3) teaching sessions per week. Each session lasted for (90) minutes. Posttests and retention tests were conducted after the completion of the teaching program. Conclusions : 1. The teaching programs (Para perceptive cognition strategy and the traditional program in the college) were effective in teaching the basic skills in volleyball.2. The proposed teaching program according to Para perceptive cognition strategy proved its importance and effect in students with risk vs. careful students in learning and retaining some basic skills in volleyball compared to the traditional program followed by the college.3. The proposed teaching program according to Para perceptive cognition strategy for risky and careful students is appropriate due to its positive effect on learning and retaining some basic skills in volleyball. Recommendations : 1. Using the proposed a teaching program according to para perceptive cognition strategy in learning the basic skills of volleyball to second year college students of the physical education colleges in all Iraqi universities.2. The possibilities of teaching institutions in the ministry of higher education benefiting from this study to build teaching programs according to Para perceptive cognitive strategy to uplift the level of university students.3. Abstract: تكمن مشكلة البحث بان هناك تباين في مستوى المتعلمين بالرغم من الجهود المبذولة من قبل المدرس لذا تجد الباحثة ضرورة استخدام اساليب تعمل على تحفيز المتعلم وجعله محور اساسي في العملية التعليمية، فضلا عن ضرورة الاهتمام بالعمل الجماعي لتعلم كيفية التعامل مع الا | the research concentrates on the implication that there is low - skilled learners despite of the effarts exerted by the teacher. therefore, the researcher insists on the importance of using the styles that work to activate learner and make him the central concern of teaching process due to the importance of group work in contributing to how to treat with others and getting rid of negative individual values and principles , and through using modern strategies of cooperative learning including teaching environment. the study aims at introducing the effect of jigsaw cooperative strategy in random and sequential style of learning forearm and underhand serve skills of volleyball. it attempts to discover the best group to acquire the skills and finding out the rate of improvement in the learning process. the researcher used experimental syllabus in binary design (2X2) because of it is flexibility and the nature and aim of the study. forty eight students of eight grade class, who were at(13 - 15) years of age, were assigned randomly for the study. the sample were taken from bingrid basic school of education in kalar \ sulaymaniyah governorate (2013 - 2014). they were divided into four groups. each group was trained in forearm and underhand serve skills of volleyball by using different styles. in the first group jigsaw strategy was used also in sequentian style , and in thesocend group command teaching strategy was used also in sequential style. but, in the third group jigsaw strategy was used in random style. finally, thr fourth group used command teaching strategy in random style.the curriculum includes the implementation of teaching units according to the instructions of ministry of education. Accordingly, the time of each teaching units is 30 minutes.thus,(7) teaching units were implemented in training forearm and underhand serve as far as command teaching strategy in sequential style is concerned. in the same way, (14) teaching units were implemented in training forearm and underhand serve by using command teaching strategy in random style, the implementation of the teaching units in the curriculum included two units per week.the result showed different levels in the rate of improvement of both sleill in the four different groups. it showed that the third experimental group that used jigsaw cooperative strategy in random style was the best in learning the forearm and underhand serve, while the first experimental group that used jigsaw cooperative strategy in sequential style of learning forearm and underhand serve ranked the second. the forth experimental group that used command teaching strategy in random style ranked the third , finally the second experimental group that used command teaching strategy in sequential style ranked the fourth.the researcher recommends the advantage of the process of connecting teaching strategy to training tabulation. she also recommends further study and research in other kinds of teaching strategies in other skills of volleyball or other physical sports.

Abstract: Chapter one (Introduction) : This chapter consisted of the introduction and the importance of the study. The importance lies in Cogniplus which is one of rehabilitation psychology techniques that mixes cognitive abilities with computer skills. This technique diagnoses, rehabilitate and develop emotional maturation. This technique using computer according to session system will improve the development of emotional maturation of youth volleyball players through a set of psychological tests.The problem of the study : The lack of interest in the psychological and physiological aspect that are based on modern systems using computers in diagnosing, treating and developing the psychological conditions of athletes using Cogniplus. This technique has a great effect on te accuracy of youth volleyball playersAims of the Study : 1. Identifying the effect of CogniPlus in developing emotional maturation and some physiological variables in youth volleyball players.2. Identifying the effect of CogniPlus in developing the accuracy of defense in youth volleyball players.Hypotheses of the study : 1. CogniPlus has a positive effect on developing emotional maturation and some physiological variables in youth volleyball players.3.CogniPlus has a positive effect in developing the accuracy of defense in youth volleyball players.Fields of the study : Subjects : Youth volleyball aplyers of the season 2012 - 2013 Baghdad Club.Duration : from 15/5/2012 - 1/2/2013Place : University of Baghdad/ Al Jaderia/ Educational Studies and psychological Research Center, modern psychology lab, the indoor court of college of physical education.Chapter Three : (Procedures) : In this chapter the researcher tacked the method used in the study which is the experimental. The subject were 12 players from Baghdad youth volleyball club of the ages 17 - 19 years. The subjects were divided into two equal groups. The experimental group went through special developmental sessions for emotional maturation according to CogniPlus as well as the usual training program. The controlling group only followed the usual training program. The pretests were conducted according to Vienna testSystem for measurement and diagnoses as well as Biofeedback system on Wednesday 20 - 21/6/2012. Following that, the experimental group applied the developmental sessions according to CogniPlus starting in 26/6/2012 ended in 2/7/2012. The sessions lasted for two weeks with 8 - 9 sessions per player with 4 - 5 session per week. Skill pretests were conducted on Tuesday 24 - 25/6/2012 in the indoor court of the physical education college/ University of Baghdad. Posttests of ps ychological and physiological tests were conducted in 3 - 4/7/2012 followed by skill tests in 7/7/2012. The researcher used proper statistical methods to treat the data.Conclusions : 1. CogniPlus has a positive effect on developing emotional maturation 2. CogniPlus has a positive effect in developing some physiological variables.3. CogniPlus has a positive effect in developing the accuracy of defense in youth volleyball players (reception and court defense).The researcher recommended the following : 1. Using Cogniplus in psychological and cognitive tests to develop most psychological and cognitive weaknesses like attention, concentration, perception, maturation and intelligence.2. The problem of the study lies in using techniques and traditional methods which reached the learner to certain limits of learning skills and the lack of sufficient time to address the imbalance which may occur in the process of learning or shortage in the style of learning practice, so the researcher investigates the problem of the study by using a variety of techniques and multiple learning process and to reach the best of these methods. The aims of the study are;1 - Identifying the effectiveness of three instructional techniques in learning some basic volleyball skills.2 - Identifying the effectiveness of mastery and self - learning in learning some basic volleyball skills.3 - Identifying the effectiveness of mastery learning and conventional style to in learning some basic volleyball skills.The hypotheses of the study 1. There are statistically significant differences between pretests posttests for experimental group and control groups in learning some basic volleyball skills in favor of the posttest. 2. Also the ways of measuring and basic skills in volleyball. Similar studies and finding the similarities and differences between them.Chapter Three : Research Methodology and Procedures The researcher selected the experimental design for its convenient to the nature of the study. The sample of study consisted of second grade students at college of physical education - university of diyala , the number of sample was (45) students distributed into three groups , the experimental group complied with (mastery learning technique ), the second experimental group complied with (self - learning technique ), while the third complied with conventional technique ), at the rate of two instructional sessions per week within a period of time which start from 1/10/2013 till 2/1/2013. The researcher applied retention test within learning material after passing eight days of ending learning skills. Chapter Four : Results, Analysis and DiscussionIn this section, the results are displayed through tables and charts, which are analyzed and discussed in a scientific style depending on the scientific sources.Chapter Five : Conclusions and RecommendationsIn the lights of the results of study , the researcher concluded the following conclusions : - 1 - The three instructional techniques ( mastery learning , self - learning, and conventional technique) have improved its influence on the process of learning and performance accuracy of basic volleyball skills , this is improved through the results of pretest and posttest for three groups.2 - The superiority of mastery learning technique appeared through the great influence of learning current skills in the meantime of providing more chance for learner through supplying enough time and the number of frequencies are needed in learning and continuous evaluation which are provide by the current technique.3 - There is development within the group that applied to conventional technique better than the group that applied to self - learning in some skills of current study.4 - The concordance of instructional techniques within theoretical material which are studied by learners may achieve positive results in learning and retention some volleyball skills.In the light of the current results, the following recommendations are stated : 1 - Conventional technique should not be concerned with through learning volleyball skills, but seeking for the new and variety in techniques that are suited with different grades.2 - The necessity of conducting master learning technique in other grades , ages, and different games.3 - The necessity of inserting mastery learning which is aimed at giving extra time in offering corrective feedback and illustrative information for basic skills in making using of educational process.4 - The necessity of conducting study used corrective techniques help in discovering the shortcoming to dealt with in learning skills comparing with remedial techniques in the current study.

Identifying the effectof optical vision exercises in the development of some motor skills in basic volleyball skills for youth.4. Identifying the effectof optical vision exercises in performance accuracy of the basic volleyball skills for youth.The research hypotheses are; 1. There are statistically significant differences between pre and posttests in the surroundingareas perceptionin favor of posttest.2. There are statistically significant differences between pre and posttests in some motor abilities and in favor of posttests. 3. There are statistically significant differences between pre and posttests in performance accuracy of basic skills and in favor of posttests. In chapter two, the researcher tackled withvision and its relationship to motor performance and optical vision and its importance in the field of sports as well as the factors that must be met for the vision process and visual training, and then the realization of the surrounding areas and its main variables which included the visual field and the focusing power of vision , then the spilt - attention, emotional maturity, time reaction, motor capacitieslike fitness, compatibility and volleyball basic skills representing by;serving, setting, and blocking as well as studies related to the currentstudy. In the third chapter, the researcher used the experimental design in accordance with the suitability of the study problem and aims. The study sample consisted of youth volleyball players at Diyala province , the number of players are (16) of the season 2013 - 2014 who were intentionally selected, (3) players were excluded to conduct the three pilot studies, the final total of the sample was (13) players, the researcher conducted their homogeneity and equivalence , then the researcher deliberately determined the most important motor and basic skills to conduct the study and prepare optical vision exercises and exposing then to the experts in volleyball game and then testifying the pre - tests and after application optical vision exercises in the current study sample within training approach for (8) weeks, in the amount three units per week , in order to be (24) unit training, then the researcher conducted the tests under the same conditions of the pre - tests, as well as the use of appropriate statistical methods for data processing that have been obtained. In chapter five, the researcher deliberately researcher showed ,analyzed and discussed the results after statistically treatment, and then display the data in tables and graphs, the results indicate that there are statistically significant differences between pretest and posttest for the study sample in variables of surrounding areas perception, some motor skills and accuracy performance of basic skills and this is what achieved thestudy hypotheses and aims. The most important conclusions are : 1. The optical vision exercises havea positive effect on the development of awareness of the surrounding areas for young players in volleyball. 2. The optical vision exercises have a positive effect on the development of some motor skills (fitness and compatibility) for young players in volleyball. 3. The optical vision exercises havea positive effect on the development of some basic skills (serving, setting, and blocking) for young players in volleyball. The most important recommendationsare ;1. The need to apply the optical vision exercises on young players in volleyball2. The need to focus on activating the role of optical vision exercises to improve the basic skills in volleyball.3. The useof modern tools of modern sports equipment that depend on the improvement and development of visual abilities for players.

This is can be used in all the sport skills to raise the player performance, and in its return will help to learn the fundamental skills of the sport activities in general and of volleyball in particular. Since there is no use of the learning devices for the novices, the researcher has prepared an educational program which used the hypermedia for learning the fundamental skills of defending and attacking.The objects of the study : 1. Conduct a scale of the mental perception of the two skills (passing) and (receiving) the ball for volleyball novices aged (10 - 12) years old.2. The researcher hypothesized the existence of statistically signiticart defferences between the two groups with respect to the variables of endurance and immunity condition for the sample chosen. the experimental approach is adopted to design the two equal groups. the research population consists of al - daghara athletic club volleyball player under 17 years.the field procedures focused mainly on specifying the studys variables ,i.er,the physical(endurance)and the immunological (cellular and humoural).the researcher employed the proper tests and measurements to carry out the main experiment such as the pretest and laboratory blood tests followed by the major training program.The post - test is then implemented under the same conditions of the pre - test.proper statistical methods were used to process resultant data and organizing them in convenient tables.results showed that the cellular immunity indicators remained constant before and after the effort since no statistically significant differences were detected.the physical effort does not have obvious effect on the variables studied,and the cellular immunity system showed approximity between most of the studied variables.
