Abstract: This research aimed ar identifying the effectiveness of differentiated instruction in developing of historical thinking skills of literary fifth - grade secondary students, researcher suggest the following three null hypotheses : 1 - There is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group students in the post and pre - test of historical thinking skills.2 - There is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the control group students in the post and pre - test of historical thinking skills.3 - There is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students and the average score in the control group students test of historical thinking skills.The researcher used experimental design of the two groups (experimental and control) : pre - test and post - test, according to this design , the researcher chose randomly Al Diwaniyah secondary school for Boys among the secondary schools of the Directorate of Education ofDiwaniyah for the academic year (2015 - 2016), which contained two groups of literary fifth grade and includes 66 students, and randomly selected (A) to represent the experimental group included 32 students studied with the differentiated instruction, and (B) to represent the control group included 34 students studied in the usual way.Equivalence of the two groups in the number of variables, (age in months, educational level of the parents, intelligence, achievement, last achievement in history, historical thinking skills) The researcher ties to control the extraneous variables that might influence the search results, and determined the subjects (chptures 1 - 4) in the academic book of the history of America and Europe to modern and contemporary of literary fifth grade , 4th ed. (.2011), (116) behaviorally aims were put and prepared (24) teaching plan for the experimental group and (24) for the control group, the research tool is a test of historical thinking skills of (40) items of multiple choice with four alternatives, It has been verified its validity by submitting it to a group of arbitrators specialists and constructional validity as the difficulty coefficient and the coefficient of discrimination and the effectiveness of the wrong alternatives for all items of the test, the reliability checked using Cronbach's alpha coefficient as (0.90). The experiment was performed in the first course of the academic year (2015 - 2016 AD) for the period (2/11/2015) until (7.01.2016), The researcher taught the sample himself , the results were analyzed statistically, the results showed superiority the experimental group students who have studied by differentiated instruction the control group students who have studied in the usual way in the test of historical thinking skills.In light of the research results the researcher recommended some of the recommendations, including the use of differentiated instruction in the teaching of the history of literary fifth grade, and the need to the attention of teachers' to their students historical thinking skills through the use of differentiated, and a complement to his research suggested that some of the proposals, including a similar study on the history of intermediate schools, and conducting studies of differentiated instruction reveal the effectiveness of in other variables (such as, deductive thinking , self confidence).

Abstract: هدف البحث التعرف على فاعلية التدريس باستراتيجية اكتساب المفاهيم الفيزيائية واتخاذ القرار لدى طلاب الصف الثاني المتوسط، وذلك من خلال التحقق من الفرضيتين الاتيتين : - 1 لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى ( 0.05 ) بين متوسط درجات ودرجات (PDEODE) طلاب الم | The aim of the present research is to know The effectiveness of Teaching strategy (PDEODE)in Acquiring the Physical Concepts and Decision Making for second Intermediate Students, through investigating the following tow hypotheses : 1 - There is no difference of statistical marker at level (0,05) between the marks average of the students of the experimental group who were taught according to strategy (PDEODE) and marks of the students of the standard group who were taught according to the usual way to acquire physical concept.2 - There is no difference of statistical marker at level (0,05) between the marks average of the students of the experimental group who were taught according to strategy (PDEODE) and marks of the students of the standard group who were taught according to the usual way to decision making.The researcher has used experimental design with the equal groups was chosen for the posttest to acquire the physical concepts and decision making, and chose Habib Ibn Mdaher Intermediate School deliberately, then two sections were selected of originally three sections for the second intermediate students in a random way, the total number of sample members was (60) students, of (30) for the control group who were taught in the usual way, and (30) students for the experimental group who were taught with strategy (PDEODE), The researcher has also rewarded both research groups (the experimental and the control) in many variables, these variables are (temporal age in months, intelligence, mid - year mark in physics, previous information, decision making), The material to be studied was the last four chapters (Sixth, Seven, Eight and Nine) of the book physics for seconds stage he also determined the behavioral objectives in the educational field. The total number was (162) purposes, also, the main physical objectives were determined of (15) concepts , For making sure of the research goals, the researcher has made tow tools, a test for acquiring the physical concepts, concepts acquisition test involved (45) items from the multiple choice type according to the classification (concept definition , concept distinguishing, application of concept) physics book for the second intermediate students and measuring decision making involved (50) items , concepts acquisition test and measuring decision making have been presented to a group of experts to check their validity.The experiment was applied in the second educational semester for the year (2013 - 2014) with two lessons for each group (experimental and control) and took the experiment (9) weeks and to an educational material in teaching the last four chapters of physics for second intermediate students, and the researcher himself has taught the two groups (experiment and control), and after completing the experiment, the results showed the use of the bag statistical (SPSS - 20) and software (Excel) the superiority of the experimental group students who were taught according strategy (PDEODE) on the control group students who were taught according the usual way in each concept acquiring test and measuring decision making, and eventually, both zero hypotheses.The researcher recommended using the strategy (PDEODE) in the teaching of physics and suggested that multiple studies related to research the current.

To investigate these aims, the researcher put two null hypotheses : 1 - There is no significant difference at (0.05) level between the students scores average of the experimental group taught using learning by contracting strategy and the students scores average of the control group taught using the traditional way in the biology Achievemen.. 2 - There is no significant difference at (0.05) level between the students scores average of the experimental group taught using learning by contracting strategy and the students scores average of the control group taught using the traditional way in the creative thinking. The researcher used the experimental design of the two groups (experimental group and control group) , the researcher choose randamly "Al - amal Inter. School" for boys " Directorate of Education in Diwaniya " for the academic year 2013 - 2014. As a sample , and randomly two classes " C " as the experimental group which consisted of 30 students who were taught using the learning by contracting , and "A" became the control group which also includes 30 students who were taught using the traditional way. The two groups were equivalent according to a set of variables which are : age , intelligent, scores of mid - year exam in biology, and creative thinking test. The researcher also put 150 objectives. He also arranged 16 teaching plans for each group. The research tools, were the achievement test ( 30 items) composed of multiple choice with four options, and the creative thinking test (7) activities and its outer validity, construct validiy reliability We applied the experiment during the second academic term 2013 - 2014 from the 19th of February to the 17th of April. statistically using the t - test for two independent sample groups as well as using Chi square test for independency. The results showed stand out for the experimental group students taught using learning by contracting over the control group students taught using the traditional teaching method, in the Achievement test and the creative thinking. As a result of this research the researcher recommend some recommendations, like : Invite the directorate of preparing and training to biology teachers about strategy learning by contracting , and suggest some proposals.

The biology textbook for the fifth grade science has obtained the highest percentage in duplicates, followed by a biology textbook for sixth - grade science, and biology textbook for the fourth grade science, and received less than a percentage.3. The areas (marriage, pregnancy and childbearing) and (Environment) has obtained the highest percentages of paragraphs achieved in preventive education, followed by the areas of (food) and (psychological), then the field of disease (s), and the areas of (the child) and (body) and ( Drug) achieved on low rates, as well as a full field of negligence which is the area of safety and security.4. The item (a comprehensive knowledge of the installation and function of organs and members of various body) in the area of the body has achieved the highest over the rest of the itemes of the standard also did not get the rest of the itemes of the field on any frequency, followed by item (a comprehensive knowledge of the causes of diseases and symptoms and how to prevent them) of the disease, The rest itemes area on the ratios between medium and low as well as negligence most itemes standard. Research has concluded the following results : 1 - For the first goal of disclosure of misconceptions of biological concepts prevalence of a number of misconceptions of the concepts of bio - numbered (18). 2 - For the second goal of the knowledge of the effectiveness of the Wood's model to modify perceptions of biological concepts for both group of research, results showed superiority of the experimental group (Woods model) for the control group (ordinary). The second hypothesis, which stemmed from two assumptions hypothesis , for the hypothesis of null first sub, the results showed a difference between pretest and posttest of the misconceptions among students in the experimental group and in favor of students' grades in the post - test, and the results of the null hypothesis second sub did not show a difference statistically significant between Students group (control group) in the pre and post - tests of the misconceptions of biological concepts. The present paper , emanating from such function of cognative psychology , attemps to meet the following goals : a - Investigating the effectiveness of cognative psychology in Fifth Scientific Preparatory classes girls' achievement in biology.b - Investigating the effectiveness of cognative psychology in developing biological thinking in Fifth scientific preparatory girls.To achieve these goals , the following zero hypotheses have been designed : - 1 - There is no statistically significant difference at level (0.05) between the mean of marks attained by the pupils who studied biology via cognative psychology (experimental group) and those who studied it via the usual traditional method of testing (control group 2 - There is no statistically significant difference at level (0.05) between the mean of marks attained by the pupils who studied biology via cognative psychology method and those who studied it via the usual method at the post - test of divergent thinking. 3 - There is no statistically significant difference at level (0.05) between the mean of marks attained in the pre - test and the post - test for the divergent thinking in case of the experimental group. 4 - There is no statistically significant difference at level (0.05) between the mean of marks attained in the pre - test and the post - test of divergent thinking in case of the control group.In order to test the above hypotheses , the researcher has carried out an expermintal work which covered a whole term in Al_Firdos Preparatory School For Girls. A random sample of (66) pupils was taken and divided in to two groups each containing (33) pupils. The two groups were compaired in terms of ( age , level of intelligence , marks attained in the subject of biology , the previous educational level and divergent thinking test ). The researcher adopted one of the experimental designs of partial control consisting of the tow tests ( The Pre_test and post _test) , strange (irrelevant) variables ware then isolated and controlled. Other necessary requirements of the study were all prepared such as : deciding the material studies , designing behavioral purpose , and teaching plans for both groups.The following tools of research were built and employed : - a - An achievement test consisting of (40) multiple - choice items for which the validity of content and of structure were computed. The distinctive power , hardness , alternative effectiveness, and consistency were all computed in two ways : inner harmony (0.81) , and half - partialization (0.77). b - Divergent thinking test consisting of (6) activities for which all types of validity mentioned above were computed by three methods : Test and re - test (0.82) , correction consistency (0.92) , and Fakronbach (0.73). Results ware finally analyzed through the T.Test for Two independent samples. Results showed the performance of the experimental group pupil was much better than that of the control group pupils. The study is ended with some conclusions , recommendation , and suggestions.

Abstract: ترمي الدراسة الى معرفة فاعلية التدريس على وفق استراتيجية (PQ4R )في اكتساب المفاهيم التاريخية واستبقائها لدى طلاب الصف الخامس الادبي في مادة التاريخ ولتحقيق ذلك اختار الباحث تصميما تجريبيا ذا ضبط جزئي لمجموعتين احدهما تجريبية والاخرى ضابطة ذات الاختيار | The present thesis aims at analyzing the effectively of (PQ4R) strategy in acquiring and retaining the historical concepts on the high school humanistic fifth grade students in the subject of history.To achieve this, chose researcher determined experimentally The control part of two groups, one experimental and the other officer with a choice posttest, and chose researcher Qsidia sample of fifth graders literary from junior Ibn al - Nafis of the Center for Diwaniyah province for the academic year (2012 - 2013) m sample for examination for the purpose of application of the experiment.The total number of the students chosen was (60). (30) of them adopt the empirical task of studying the (PQ4R) , while the other (30) represent the control group who remain on adopting the conventional method of study. Before conducting the test, the researcher took a number of considerations : (intelligence testing, parental educational background, students` age calculated in months, and the prior mark gained in the subject of history by the students). The researcher had limited the educational materials which were intended to be taught to include (chapters four, five, six, and seven) from MODERN AND CONTEMPORARY EURPOEAN HISTORY book which is designed for teaching secondary school fifth grade students (humanistic field) for the year( 2012 - 2013).Consequently, the researcher formulated the behavioural objectives, in the light of the general objectives set by (Bloom) for the cognitive field with its six levels (knowledge, understanding, application, analysis, structuring, and evaluation) which have been reached to (126) behavioural objectives. Moreover, the researcher prepared teaching outlines which are specifically intended to be taught in the subject of history and he also limits the concepts included in the research material in accordance with the aim of the research. In addition to what have been mentioned, the researcher prepared a test of acquiring the historical concepts (multiple - choices test). This test was finally formed out of (45 questions) and its reliability had been validated by presenting it to a group of jury members who were all majored in Methods of Teaching. Moreover, the difficulties and the strength factors of the test had been pointed out. In addition to these factors, verifying the range of the affectivity of the substantial and the test reliability had been issued in accordance with : the method of the partial division method of (0.77) and the use of the intermediate initiation factor of Beirson which was reached up to (0.66) and it had been corrected by using : Sieberman - Brown`s equation which raised up to (0.81), Quador Richardson`s which reached to (0.77) that is considered as a new stability factor.The researcher had examined the two groups of the research by himself. The experiment had been started on Sun. 10/03/2013 to 12/05/2013. At the end of the experiment, he applied the test of acquiring and retaining the historical concepts on the two groups( Control and Sample groups) on Wed. 24/04/2013 , and then, he re - tested the students once again on them in 12/05/2013 to ensure the effectively of the concepts on the sample group. The researcher undertook processing the test statistically. The results showed the success of the control group which has adopted the task of PQ4R strategy over the sample group which remained on the conventional method in testing the acquisition and the retention of the concepts.In the light of the research results, the researcher recommend to use PQ4R strategy in teaching the history of THE MODERN AND CONTEMPORARY HISTORY subject duet to its significance in acquiring the students to the historical concepts. The researcher reached to the following recommendations : 1 - Adopting the (PQ4R) in teaching THE MODERN AND CONTEMPORARY HISTORY subject duet to its various advantages, such as growing the accuracy and thinking to the students, organizing teaching materials, and growing the learners` cognitive aspects in sense it helps in retaining and memorizing what is read, consequently, it helps the learners with learning and retaining the historical concepts.2 - Training the teachers of history on using (PQ4R) strategy while teaching through conducting courses, educational seminars, and projecting a guide to illustrate the principles upon which this strategy should be used.In light of the results of the current study and its complement researcher suggests : 1 - conducting similar research on other phases of study and both sexes to see the effectiveness of the strategy PQ4R)) to acquire historical concepts.2 - Conduct a study to demonstrate the effect of using PQ4R)) with teaching strategies (such as concept maps, constructivist learning model, self - questioning strategy, other strategies Reading Comprehension, etc

When you meet all the needs of the person feels that he can achieve its objectives and aspires to making it feel happy and extroversion and then stimulated to accept life actively, perseverance and desire to take into account the likelihood of success , but if it fails the individual to satisfy his needs, he feels frustration and pessimism and that he can not to achieve its objectives and making it feel despair and loss of hope and accept life coolly and frequency and is expected failure and was skeptical of success, leading to the loss of satisfaction with his life, which is an important mental health indicator rejoiced rights and happiness and sense of quality of life are all function indicators on the quality of life and mental health the decline of optimism and happiness they are pushing the individual to pessimism. The current research aimed to identify : 1. creative motivation among university students.2. The significance of differences in the creative motivation among university students , depending on the variables : sex (Males - Females ) , a course of study (Scientific - Humanitarian) , classrooms (Second - Fourth).3. The quality of life of university students. 4. The significance of differences in the quality of life of college students depending on the variables : sex (Males - Females), a course of study (Scientific - Humanitarian ) , classrooms (Second - Fourth).5. correlation between motivation, creativity and quality of life among university students.6. significance of differences in the correlation between the creative motivation and the quality of life of college students depending on the variables : sex (Males - Females) , and a course of study (Scientific - Humanitarian ) and classrooms (Second - Fourth).The research identifies the students of the University of Qadisiyah scientific and humanitarian males and females and ranks second and fourth to study the morning of specialization , for the academic year (2015 - 2016).To achieve the objectives of the research researcher depends on the following : 1. At the creative motivation among university students scale, and consisted of the scale was finalized after the completion of the terms of validity and reliability and the ability to distinguish from (36) items distributed among three areas (Motivation , Grandma , Efficiency).2. adopt a quality of life measure of university students prepared ( AL - Gemayel , 2008) , and consisted of the scale was finalized (42) were distributed to paragraph (3) areas of life within the family , within the university life, life in the general environment.In order to achieve objectives of the research , the researcher apply the scales on a sample of (400) students, and then analyzed the data using statistical bagful of Social Sciences (Spss).The results were as follows : 1. that college students are characterized by creative motivation high.2. Creative Motivation is not affected by sex (Males - Females) and a course of study (Scientific - Humanitarian) and classrooms (Second - Fourth).3. that college students have a sense of above - average quality of life.4. There is no difference among university students a sense of the relative quality of life that they were males or females. 5. that college students of humanitarian specialization are relatively more students a sense of scientific specialization quality of life.6. does not have university students that were in the second row or rows fourth relatively sense of the quality of life.7. There is a positive correlation between the creative motivation and quality of life relationship.8. There is no difference among university students if they are male or female or second rows or fourth rows in the creative motivation and their sense of the relative quality of life. While there is a difference in the correlation between the creative motivation andquality of life that they were students of scientific specialization at the university for their peers in the human specialization. In light of the findings of the research , the researcher offers a number of recommendations and proposals.

Abstract: This research examines the education and empowerment of people with special needs. A field study in the institutes of care for the people with special needs in the city of Diwaniya. The research aims at identifying the role of education in the development and empowerment of people with special needs within the community at large and modern trends in education and empowerment of their abilities and capabilities, similar to ordinary peers and knowing the programmes and teaching aids and modern mechanisms that promote this marginalized slice i.e. promote it , and when diagnosing these programmes and means, they can be manipulated through the development of some of the recommendations and proposals and if they are taken into account, they contribute to the reduction of the size of the problem. Three educational approaches have been used in this research for collecting , analyzing, describing and organizing of information : the historical, the comparative and the survey. Moreover, the research has tested five hypotheses to make sure of the degree of credibility. Teaching staff and social research have been selected as the research community and the entire selection method (comprehensive inventory) because they are the most familiar with the topic of education.This research consists of two parts : the theoretical and the field, and each part is made up of several chapters as well as the introduction, the theoretical part deals with three chapters and each one contains several sections and the first chapter includes : the first section is allotted for identifying the research problem, importance and objectives as well as the second section deals with scientific terms used in the research (empowerment, education, development, people with special needs, disability, social care, institutes for the people with special needs ). The second chapter is concerned with previous studies like or close to the research. The third chapter includes several sections : the first section is concerned with studying a historical overview of the care for the peoplewith special needs, and the second section studies modern trends in educating the people with special needs and then the third section deals with the objectives of educating this slice of the community and then the fourth section deals with educational programmes and tools that enable the people with special needs to integrate into the community at large and finally the fifth section studies the most important legislations related to the people with special needs.The second part of this research is the field side, which consists of three main chapters, chapter four deals with the methodological framework for research, in terms of statistical tools, research type, and the selected scientific hypotheses, as well as the study of five hypotheses in order to test their authenticity and credibility, Noting that these hypotheses are directly related to the subject of the research and are all derived from the theoretical part, while chapter five is concerned with analysis of the preliminary datafor the research and finally chapter six deals with the discussion of the scientific hypotheses of the research. Then it is followed by the summary and the results beside the suggestions and recommendations.

These means are exlaustire , and that treats the crisis the beginning.2) The Aims of Study aims at achieving the following.1)Knowing the individual , social , economic , educational , health ,character Bfic of , poor families.2)I deatrtying identify the main reasons that lead to the aggravation of the problem of urban poverty in contemporary Iraqi society.3) Trying to diagnose the problem of poverty first on the individual and second on the community and au the second cause first problems to the individusl social, economic, educational, health and legal4) try to put processors through the recommendations of the study those treatments that contribute to curb the problems faced by poor families and improve the reality experienced.3) Theoretical and practical importa nce of the messa geA - Theoretical significance The theoretical significance of the study lien in the fact that it is an attempt to identify the most important reasons that lead to the aggrawation worsening problem of urban poverty in Iraqi society today, such as forced migration, resolve some of the official institutions of the state, migration from rural to urban areas, lack of government support for poor families, the problem of unemployment experienced by the community Iraq at the present time , therefore , the importance of the theory lies in the attempt to limit or reduce these problems and reduce the severity of the problem of poverty on the individual and society alike.B - Applied significanceThe significance of the study is applied in the diagnosis of the most important aspects of the problem of urban poverty in the city of Diwaniya , attended these problems are : 1) disintegration of the family that the poor families suffer from.2) School drop - out experienced by poor families3) the spread of crime in the community which is committed by members of the poor families.4) the problem of underdeveloped areas as a result of the spread of the of the cousequence poverty4 - Methodology of the st udy The study four scientific methods in collecting the necessary data for the study and methods used in the study in collecting , compiling , analyzing and organizing of information is the descriptive , the historical , the comparative approach and the methodology of field survey in addition to the eleven hypothees tested in the study eleven hypothesis to make sure the degree of validity.It is worth mentioning that the study her used purposeful (intentional) consists of (300) units inter viewed by the researcher during the field study and it consists of heads of poor households located in the neighborhoods of the city of Diwaniya. 5 - The Contents of the st udy The study is made up of two , each one enfolds a number of chapters, chapter one is parts concerned with identifying the problem , the concepts and scientific terms used in the study , Chapter two deals with the previous studies related to the current study. Chapter three studies the stance of religions to the problem of urban poverty, such as the Islamic religion and Christian reugron , Chapter four is limited to the study of theories that explain the problem of urban poverty as well as the reasons for the problem of urban poverty and its consequences.The second part is the field study , which consists of five main chapters Chapter five , examines the methodological framework of study in addition to the study of eleven hypothesies to be tested and verified and credibility as these assumptions are directly related to the subject of the study and most of them are derived from the theoretical part of the study so that the theoretical side direets the one field and the field confirms the validity and credibility of the theoretical part , Chapter six examines the basic data of the sample units and these data are individual , social, economic , and educational , Chapter seven is concerned with the causes of the problem of urban poverty as defined by the results of the field study.Chapter eight is concerned with studying the problems caused by urban poverty in Iraqi society today as defined by the results of field study finally. Chapter nine of the study , which includes to study : first , discuss the scientific hypothesies ,The Summary and conclusions as well as recommendations and the treatments developed by the researcher to address the causes of urban poverty as her side of the field side of the study notified that addressing the causes of the problem contributes to the reduction or1T decrease of it.

The most important goalsof this study are : Firstly : to reveal The mostimportant factors of the work that is in progress , The number of the working hours per day. The a monthly salary and the total of the working days with in a month.Secondly, the study seeks to define the social problems that the night working woman Sutter from. To fulfill the goals above, a field work study has been conducted relying on a random sample selected in accordonce to a multi - stage technique. The sample comprises "200" females working in the night shift in three provinces : Babylon , Karbala and AL - Qadissiya. The Focus is directed within these provinces, to the most prominent night work places such as hospital, dormitory supervisors the holly shrines workers. And woman prisons. As for the conclusions the study ends up with, they can be divided into two aspects : the first one deals with the different aspects of the night work such as the nature of the occupation, the number of the working hours the reasons driving female to join night work, and how far the subjects are ready to give up night work. The second aspect is related to the different problems that female workers face such as the personal, social and economic problems. What is more, the study finds that the two hypotheses the study works under are valid. The answer about the study questions help us to achieve our aims. The first is what are the categories' of education's social benefits on the individual including the shape of the family, labour and its satisfactions and pleasure. Second what are the categories' of education's social benefits on the society. Including the opportunities of marriage and the pregnancies political participation.The scientific study for all above when we use the some social methods such as historical and survey by simple to (278) persons conceder the sources of the study data. Using observation, questionnaire and interview. the researcher choices them to achieve perspective study help us to get some important results such as 1 - the age of the majority of sample are (38 - 40) represent the age of grow up they has higher education having good chance to get stable labour and enough income. so as good social status they specialized in the human sciences that mean they get their education's social benefits. 2 - The community achieve his education's social benefits by get intelligences skilled workers in the deferent fields of the social life that make them participate positively in the political, cultural, economic, aspects of social life.3 - The majority of sample individual get higher education to improve their social position, cultural, and their family social status4 - The individual who get higher education have the ability to help their children in the first stage of their education so that help them to reach the higher education too.The structure of the readopting operation need high level of education so as to build on the social elementariness which need in the natural social life in any society the education participate in this social operation by the group of education's social benefits could any one achieve them only when he get good quality and quantity of education so the researcher introduce some suggestions in this case of study.1 - We must improve the individual social and academicals abilities by make the education in higher institutions possible to all of them.2 - We could achieve the progress in whole social life in community and society by education that mean encourage the inventions3 - The higher education only could make aware individuals in the social need that participate in society progress
