First exploratory experiment set to select scientific basic of test , second exploratory experiment set to select exercises and rest time and how much it is proper to research sample. The data was managed statistically by using suitable statistical means by (EXCL) program after pos - testes has been applied Conclusions : 1 - exercises by using various sizes and volumes balls have positive effect on some physical abilities.2 - exercises by using various sizes and volumes balls have positive effect on some basic skills.3 - There are significant differences of post - testes between experimental and control groups for the benefit of experimental groups.4 - variety of skills exercises has positive effect on some physical abilities and basic skills for youth players of football.5 - High - intensity interval training way has positive effect on some physical abilities and basic skills for youth players of football. Recommendations : 1 - It is very important to use exercises by using various sizes and volumes balls within training programs particularly junior age 2 - It is very important to make similar studies with different age and training ways to develop physical abilities and basic skills.3 - asserting on using High - intensity interval training way so its positive effects in developing physical abilities and basic skills particularly junior age.
