Abstract: تركزت مشكلة البحث في مشكلة غالبا ما تواجهه العاملين في المجال الرياضي من اداريين ومدربين وحتى اللاعبين في يوم السباق، يخص الوجبة الغذائية التي يجب ان يتناولها اللاعبون من حيث الفترة الزمنية التي تسبق المباراة وكذلك النوعية والكم، وهذه المعلومات عادة ما | Focused research problem is that there is a problem often faced by workers in the field of sports administrators, coaches and even the players on the day of the race, for a meal that must be addressed by the players in terms of the time period that precedes the match as well as the quality and quantity, and this information is usually there opinions of many, but should this information be presented in the light of the biochemical changes that occur as a result of the quality of food and the time period. Therefore, the researcher would seek to find a solution to the problem by giving meals for players quintet football periods of different pre - Voltage (4,3,2) an hour and it is possible to reach results as possible to provide for coaches and players for the period is best for lunch before the race as well as the quantity and quality. The study aimed to identify the best time to eat the last meal and the most effect in the rate of metabolism of sugar and insulin.
