Abstract:
يعد التخطيط والاعداد من الركائز الاساسية للاحتراف في كرة القدم ويتجلى ذلك في تكريس الوقت والجهد اللازمين لزيادة الحالة المادية والمهارية والخططية والخبرات الحديثة من خلال استقطاب اللاعبين المحترفين للارتقاء بالمستويات العليا وتحقيق الانجاز الافضل.ان الع | This study aims to identify 1 - reality of sports professional Iraqi League football players by using the balanced Scorecard performance2 - The most important side from balanced Scorecard performance sides from professional players viewpoint.The To achieve the researches objectives , researcher used descriptive approach by survey manner and correlations links , he has identified the researcher community from clubs players of Iraqi Premier League football season 2014 - 2015 and totaling 600 playerThe research sample amounted of (362) player in the building and rationing procedures of Balanced Scorecard , in terms of the initial determination of the axes of the card were (4) axes then was drafted paragraphs for each axis of these themes and the number (82) items were distributed according to the relative importance and select the style of drafting paragraphs according to the method of Likert paragraphs were then displayed on a group of experts and specialists to demonstrate the suitability and nominated (66) paragraph.Conclusions : 1 - Balanced Scorecard increased awareness for players to identify aims of each players.2 - Balanced Scorecard achieved best cooperation between offices.Recommendations : 1 - using Balanced Scorecard as basic to Evaluate professional process in Iraq.2 - using all paragraphs as basic to manage clubs to develop professional process in Iraq
