Abstract: يعتبر القرن الحالي قرن الذكاء الانساني، فالاوقات المختلفة لها عمليات تفكير وانماط معاصرة تعكس العصر الحاضر، ان هذة المتغيرات والاوقات المختلفة يحتمل ان تكون لها اثار عديدة تؤثر في محتوى مناهج التعليم المدرسي والجامعي التي تعد بيئة مساهمة في تنمية الفكر ا | Human intelligence is the right definition of our present century as every age has its own way of thinking that reflects its contemporary trends. These different variables and ages have had probably several effects on the content of school and university curricula as a contributed environment to the development of human thought working to raise the scientific level to its highest by applying scientific theories. People have different ways of thinking and that what make them uniquely different by means of using several methods of thinking that may change with time. Educational institution especially schools and universities, therefore, seek to help community and students acquiring different ways of thinking. And, since the core of interest in Physical Education focuses on helping the learner to reach the ultimate stage of creativity in motor and mental skills together, new learning techniques like Guided Discovery and Divergent styles are required. Taking handball in particular as interesting and exciting sport, basic motor skills and specially shooting is the corner stone of this sport. The importance of this study, therefore, implies in identifying the role of the Guided Discovery and the Divergent learning styles in developing thinking styles as well as its role in learning shooting.The Problem of the StudyThe answer of the following question underlines the problem of this study : • Do the Guided Discovery and the Divergent learning styles have any effect on thinking styles and shooting in handball for girl student? Aims of the Study Identifying the effect of the Guided Discovery and the Divergent learning styles on developing thinking styles and shooting in handball for girl students , Identifying the effect of the best styles in developing some thinking styles and shooting in handball for girl students.Theoretical Studies : In this chapter, the researcher referred to learning styles and their types like the guided discovery and divergent learning styles. She also referred to thinking styles and their types like compound, perfect, practical, analytical and realistic thinking in addition to shooting styles and their types like standing shoot, front jump shoot, high jump shoot and fallaway shoot.An experimental method has been used in this study. Subjects of 48 girl students for the academic year 2011 - 2012 were randomly chosen from the second stage/ Physical Education College for Women/ Baghdad University. Groups were divided, conveniently with the problem of the study, into two experimental groups and one controlled group. The first experimental group of girl students section (A) used the guided discovery style, the second experimental group of girl students section (w) used the divergent style and the third controlled group of girl students section(D) used the followed style. These methods were used to learn the skill of shooting in Handball. The groups submitted to pretests (cognitive and skilled), teaching program application, and posttests (cognitive and skilled). This chapter also included the apparatuses, instruments and means used in this study. The field procedures included determining the measurement of thinking styles, some shooting styles, their test, pre tests, application of the curriculum, post test and all statistics used. Results were displayed and study variables were discussed in this chapter. The results showed statistical significant differences between the pretests and post tests and between the pretests of the groups. The aims were achieved and the hypotheses were verified accordingly.Conclusions : 1. The guided discovery and divergent styles have an effect on developing some thinking styles and learning some shooting types. 2. The (followed) style has no effect on developing some thinking styles, yet it has an effect on learning some shooting types.3. The divergent and the followed styles have surpassed other styles in developing compound thinking style.4. The guided discover style has surpassed in practical thinking style.5. The guided discovery and divergent styles have surpassed in developing standing shooting and fallaway shooting in handball.6. The guided discover style has surpassed in developing front jump shooting and high jump shooting in handball.Recommendations : 1. The necessity of using the guided discovery and divergent learning styles in the practical application of learning shooting skills in handball for their positive effect on learning skills.2. Emphasizing on using different kinds of learning styles by the teacher to help the students in good thinking, analyzing, research, creativity and diversity.3. Conducting similar studies on the guided discovery and divergent learning styles for the rest of the basic skills in handball and on other stages in the Physical Education College for Women.4. Conducting similar studies on other learning styles for other different sports like volleyball, basketball and … etc.

The importance of research that lie detects practical and cognitive aspects of the training process to suit the nature of science and its importance in the field of training handball, in addition to the sports supplement our libraries developments and new research studies service of the sports movement and progress in our country, Iraq. And the problem of search in the detection of what happens inside a number of skeletal muscle of variables physical and biochemical and electrical result impact exercises muscle strength own to give a clear picture of the trainers when using exercises special force in one of the games important namely for handball. The objective of this research is to : 1. Preparation of exercises to develop muscle strength for handball players.2. Determine the effect of strength training for each of : • physical variables special task force of the brachial biceps muscle and the three - pointer and thigh muscle Quartet. • Electrical variables (crest of the wave, wave expanded, the rate of the square root), via an EMG. The researcher assumed : There were statistically significant differences in the effect of muscle strength in both : - 1 - Physical variables between tests before testing and after the research sample. 2 - Biochemical variables between tests before and tests after the research sample. 3 - Electrical variables between tests before testing and after the research sample. Part II : theoretical studies and similar : - This section contains the theoretical studies and previous studies and similar touched researcher to a range of topics related to the subject of the study. Part III : Research Methodology and field procedures : The researcher used the experimental method, was chosen as the deliberate manner, a sample (Husseiniya feminist club for female applicants) to characterize this team in terms of commitment and perseverance in the exercise, as well as the level of good in the Handball League. The sample was a number (16) player two of them to experience the exploratory and (14) player applied them experience the main and used a set of tests is (testing (EMG) to measure the electrical activity, test enzyme choline Estelle Transfizarr (ACHE), tests mineral salts (calcium, potassium chlorine and sodium) The researcher also touched upon the means and devices and instruments used and the conduct of research steps to choose, and to identify a number of physical variables and physiological tests, and exploratory experience, and tribal tests and dimensional tests, as well as appropriate statistical methods of SPSS statistical bag. Part IV : - in this section have been viewing the results and analysis in the form of tables and graphs, and then discuss the results, so as to achieve the objectives of the research and prove his hypothesis. Researcher concluded : First : - the application of special strength exercises influence on the development of some of the physical and biochemical variables and electrical muscle placed search Second : - The results of physical variables tests developed in the form of power of the arms and legs. Third : - The results of the tests biochemical rise in the activity of the enzyme acetylcholine Transfizarr which helped adapt the muscle to continue the effort. In chapter two the researcher deal with several topics concerning in meta cognition strategies and cognitive styles, learning and retention, clarification of the skills in study, and similar studies were presented.Chapter Three contains the research methodology and procedures field, as referred to the researcher how to choose the research methodology and how the field has procedures for this research, the researcher used the experimental approach, then described research sample, they are some fifth - grade students in Al - Ta`mem preparatory school for boys, Baghdad, Al - Karkh/3 Directorate of Education, in addition to the tools used to search, exploratory experience and determine the measure of cognitive style (reflective - impulsive) and split the sample to the two experimental groups of reflective and impulsive , and then making the interior testing for the three groups, then applying metacognition strategies, which contains (27) instructional unit for seven weeks, and by (3) instructional unites in week, The time module (45) minutes, and then conducted the posterior tests and retention of the three groups, the researcher used SPSS system to extract the results.Chapter four contains the viewing of results, analysis and debate, through which to reach to achieve the research aims and hypotheses. Chapter five contains the conclusions and recommendations : The most important conclusions were : 1 - The application of exercises according to meta cognition strategies contributed to the positive learning for the two experimental sample members.2 - The first experimental group (reflective) got the best degree in learning handling and receiving skill and shooting from in front of jump skill in handball.3 - The second experimental group (impulsive) got the less time in the dribbling skill in handball. The researcher showed a set of recommendations including : 1 - Use the provided exercises according to meta cognition strategies in teaching handball basic skills because of their active role in raising the level of learners performance skills for people with cognitive reflective and impulsive style.2 - Emphasis on cognitive styles in the teaching of other materials and conduct courses for workers in the field of education because of their effect in the learning process.3 - The possibility of benefit the Ministry of Education from the results of current research in the construction of learning programs in accordance meta cognition strategies to improve the quality of the best learning for students in the handball material.

So, the researcher wants to conduct a scientific study can show the effect of proposed syllabus depending on representation systems (aural - visual - sensual) prepared by the researcher in order to recognize the ratio of effect of representation systems on learning the basic shooting skills in Handball. The present study aims at : 1 - Recognizing the effect of proposed learning syllabus of using the representation systems (aural - visual - sensual) on learning some kinds of shooting in Handball on each group of sample of study which represents the second year students of College of Physical Education/ University of AL - Mustenseriah. 2 - Recognizing the best one of the representation systems in learning some kinds of shooting in Handball. The present study hypothesis to : 1 - There are statistical differences between the pre and post tests on the effect of representation systems (aural - visual - sensual) in learning some kinds of shooting in Handball for all three experimental groups.2 - There are statistical differences in post tests among the best system in each group of all three experimental groups in learning some kinds of shooting in Handball. The Procedures : The present study uses experimental design on study sample consists of three groups (12) students each, these groups consist of the three systems (aural - visual - sensual) and each group exposed to one representation system differ from the other. The total number of sample is (36) students of College of Psychical Education/ University of Al - Mustensirah. The present study uses equipments, tools, test of representation systems, tests of skills, pilot study, and scientific bases of testing like validity and reliability, finally the appropriate statistical methods has been used. The present study reaches to the following conclusions : 1 - Result of present study shows that the proposed syllabus is effective in improving aspect of skill in all three experimental groups (aural - visual - sensual). 2 - The three experimental groups (aural - visual - sensual) differ from each other regarding the improving ratio in aspect of skill, also, the applying of the representation systems on groups of the present study improved in different percentages and the biggest part was toward the representation system in each group. 3 - The results show that there is no better system because each better group received the information and learned according to its representation system and are equalized in learning ratio. The present study has the following recommendations : 1 - The necessity of knowing the representation systems of students and players by the teachers and coaches and applying learning and teaching programmes according to remarks of their representation systems. 2 - Conducting a similar study on different type of sports. 3 - Conducting a similar study on samples from similar representation system.

From here came the importance of this research in the study the effect of the proposed exercises according to prevailing systems of energy production in Handball in the development of some physical abilities and physiological indicators contribution in supplying the training process, including an interview is to upgrade the performance of the players and raise the level of their physical and physiological, and reflected the evolution in the technical and tactical aspects to get to the level of ambition. The problem manifested through follow - up to the researcher to some local and international Handball matches. As a specialist in the game and noted that building training curriculum Lacks connectivity link between modern training theories and Sports science physiology, which leads to building training curriculum lacks trainings that rely on systems of energy production, prompting the researcher to delve into this area and suggest exercises according to the prevailing system of energy production to develop physiological, physical performance and effectiveness to contribute to upgrading the performance of the players. This was the basic objectives of the research.The researcher assumed : 1 - There were statistically significant differences between pre and post tests for the two experimental and control groups in some physiological abilities, physical performance and effectiveness of the Handball players - youth.2 - There were statistically significant differences in the (post - test) between the two experimental and control group in favor of the experimental group, in some of the physiological, physical abilities and effectiveness of the Handball players - youth.The Search procedures included : Sample of the players involved in the Iraqi League Handball - youth category, Year(2011 - 2012), the researcher selected intentional (25) player divided into two groups : Al - Karkh Club (12) player, representing the experimental group, and the Army club (13) player, representing the control group, Then the research sample was tested following tests : Physical Abilities Test : • Explosive power for the arms and legs muscles.• Power for legs muscles.• Strength endurance for legs muscles.• Speed endurance for legs muscles.Physiological Abilities Test : • Measuring anaerobic phosphagen ability.• Measuring anaerobic lactic ability.Efectiveness of Performance Test : Match test to measure the effectiveness of performance. The exercises used is working to develop the physical abilities (explosive power for the arms and legs muscles, Power for legs and strength endurance for legs muscles and speed endurance) for the experimental group.5. The exercises used is working to develop the physiological abilities (anaerobic phosphagen and anaerobic lactic abilities) in the experimental group.6. The exercises used is working to develop the effectiveness of physical performance, demonstrated by the test playing (5 vs. 5) for five minutes.7. The results that have been obtained from the post tests for the two research groups (control and experimental) in the physiological, physical abilities and effectiveness of performance shows that the differences that emerged were significant in favor of the experimental group, indicating a positive role for the proposed exercises.The researcher recommended the following : 1. The necessity to regulate the training curriculum according prevailing systems of energy production for the special game, because of its influential role in the increase of the physiological and physical possibilities for players.2. Interest in the development of the physical abilities for Handball players because it is the essential foundation for the successful performance of all tactical and technical duties(defensive and offensive).3. Develop the abilities of players to accept high - intensity and volume training, through the use of methods and modern training techniques according to systems of energy production for its active role in raising the level of physical players commensurate with the international advanced levels.4. Rely on physiological indicators in training rationing load being give a true indication of reversal training on internal load.5. It is necessary to define training team for national teams or sports clubs the importance of the use of modern devices that measure the physiological indicators in the field in rationing training loads for players.6. Use of modern devices and technologies that measure physiological indicators on the field in the training rationing pregnancy, instead of traditional methods and techniques in training7. It is essential that training plan based on overlapping physical and technical exercises for the game, and develops the coaches players physical abilities through their performance of different exercises and movements resemble real game situations and in which they can develop the physical style that meets the requirements of the game.8. As most of the handball players and young people especially do not know how to deal with nutritional supplements and any of these supplements lead to the development of certain physical attributes and their characteristics to suit the target of training.Accordingly, the identified set of objectives of this research are : 1 - Identifying the impact of the use of certain food compounds (Creatine phosphate, and Carbohydrate), according to a proposed training curriculum on some of the physical abilities of the young handball players ages (18 - 19) years for the first experimental group between pre and post tests.2 - Identify the impact of the proposed training curriculum on some of the physical abilities of young handball players aged (18 - 19 years) for the second experimental group between pre and post tests.3 - Understand the differences in the results of a posteriori tests between the two experimental groups I and II. while the research hypotheses were : 1 - There are significant differences between the tests before and after the experimental group in the first effect of the use of certain food compounds (creatine phosphate, and carbohydrate), according to a proposed training curriculum on some of the physical abilities of young handball players aged (18 - 19 years).2 - There are significant differences between before and after tests of the second experimental group in the effect of using the proposed training curriculum only.3 - There are significant differences in posteriori tests between the two experimental groups research sample. The research methodology and procedures of the field and in which it is addressed to the research methodology used, the researcher used the experimental design of the two groups of pre and post tests on a sample of (16) players representing Club Karkh handball Team (young) ages (19 - 18) years, underwent the experimental group's first approach to the training prepared by the researcher according to the mechanism of the use of dietary supplements (Creatine and Carbohydrates); while undergone the second experimental group to approach the pilot only for (8) weeks and by (4) units per week, the researcher was conducted pre exercises before the implementation of tests within the framework of the curriculum for the training after determination the physical abilities targets of the training and tests before the experiment. The tests were returned after the expiration of the training curriculum. The results were processed statistically by the use of the statistical bag the SPSS statistical system and the use of appropriate laws to extract the results. The presentation of the findings of the research and analysis and discussion of the reasons that led to these results.The conclusions and recommendations that came out of the researcher and based on the results of research and was the most important conclusions : 1. Taking Creatine phosphate complexes and carbohydrates together has led to the development of physical capacities of the subject matter of the experimental group first came out higher than the second experimental group.2. All the test results of physical variables was in favor of posterior tests have achieved the first group in preference to the second group, indicating that the food program, which was used by the first group of the two complexes together and in a way the gradient waveform (wave rising or falling) has given a significant impact in the development of these capabilities.3. The applied terms to the proposed training curriculum had a positive impact in the development of some of the physical abilities of members of the research topic in the research sample for the two experimental groups I and II. The most important recommendations are : 1. Nutritional supplements must be taken in scientific way under the supervision of a specialist doctor or the coach of team, which ensures the development and a higher content than training without taking them. 2. Emphasis on the appropriate choice for the type of supplementary food to suit the characteristics and capabilities of the physical training target, based on the opinions of specialists in this field. 3. Conduct similar studies using other types of dietary supplements and their impact on other capacity and capabilities.
