احتوى الباب الاول على مقدمة البحث واهميته، والتي تبلورت حول استخدام استراتيجيات تعليمية حديثة تراعي الاساليب المعرفية التي يمتلكها المتعلمين، والتي تعمل على اثارة الطلبة وتحفزهم على العمل والمشاركة الفعالة وجعلهم محورا لعملية التعليم والتعلم، ويسهم ذلك في | The first chapter contains an introduction to the research and its importance, which crystallized on the use of modern educational strategies take into account the cognitive styles possessed by learners, this contributes to the preparation of a generation is characterized by mental capabilities are able to keep up with scientific developments in all areas of modern life, and which demonstrated the importance of searching through exercises to prepare meta cognition strategies according to cognitive style(reflective - impulsive) to find out their usefulness in the perception of learning and retention of some handball basic skills. Also contained the problem, which crystallized on the existence of fluctuations in learning some skills among fifth - grade students in Al - Ta`mem preparatory school for boys, Baghdad, Al - Karkh/3 Directorate of Education, which may be due not to take into account individual differences Among learners of different levels of students to understand concepts through learning and to follow certain methods and not others on the one hand, and the adoption of these educational methods without taking into account the strategies and meta cognition in accordance with the cognitive styles of students from the other hand. Aims : 1 - Prepare meta cognition strategies exercises to learning some handball basic skills for some fifth - grade students in Al - Ta`mem preparatory school for boys, Baghdad, Al - Karkh/3 Directorate of Education.2 - Identifying the differences between interior and posterior tests for the two experimental groups and criterion group in learning some handball basic skills for research sample members. 3 - Identifying the differences between the posterior tests for the two experimental groups and criterion group in learning and retention some handball basic skills for research sample members.4 - Identifying the rate of evolution between interior and posterior tests for the two experimental groups and criterion group in learning some handball basic skills for research sample members.Hypotheses : 1 - There are significant differences between the interior and posterior tests for experimental groups and criterion group in learning some handball basic skills for research sample members.2 - There are significant differences between the posterior tests for the two experimental groups and criterion group in learning and retaining some handball basic skills for research sample members.3 - There are differences in the rate of evolution between interior and posterior tests for the two experimental groups and criterion group in learning some handball basic skills for research sample members.Fields of research : 1 - Human field : Some fifth - grade students in Al - Ta`mem preparatory school for boys, Baghdad, Al - Karkh/3 Directorate of Dducation, (30) students. 2 - Time field : From 3/3/2011 to 3/1/2012.3 - Spatial field : The external court in Al - Ta`mem preparatory school for boys. In chapter two the researcher deal with several topics concerning in meta cognition strategies and cognitive styles, learning and retention, clarification of the skills in study, and similar studies were presented.Chapter Three contains the research methodology and procedures field, as referred to the researcher how to choose the research methodology and how the field has procedures for this research, the researcher used the experimental approach, then described research sample, they are some fifth - grade students in Al - Ta`mem preparatory school for boys, Baghdad, Al - Karkh/3 Directorate of Education, in addition to the tools used to search, exploratory experience and determine the measure of cognitive style (reflective - impulsive) and split the sample to the two experimental groups of reflective and impulsive , and then making the interior testing for the three groups, then applying metacognition strategies, which contains (27) instructional unit for seven weeks, and by (3) instructional unites in week, The time module (45) minutes, and then conducted the posterior tests and retention of the three groups, the researcher used SPSS system to extract the results.Chapter four contains the viewing of results, analysis and debate, through which to reach to achieve the research aims and hypotheses. Chapter five contains the conclusions and recommendations : The most important conclusions were : 1 - The application of exercises according to meta cognition strategies contributed to the positive learning for the two experimental sample members.2 - The first experimental group (reflective) got the best degree in learning handling and receiving skill and shooting from in front of jump skill in handball.3 - The second experimental group (impulsive) got the less time in the dribbling skill in handball. The researcher showed a set of recommendations including : 1 - Use the provided exercises according to meta cognition strategies in teaching handball basic skills because of their active role in raising the level of learners performance skills for people with cognitive reflective and impulsive style.2 - Emphasis on cognitive styles in the teaching of other materials and conduct courses for workers in the field of education because of their effect in the learning process.3 - The possibility of benefit the Ministry of Education from the results of current research in the construction of learning programs in accordance meta cognition strategies to improve the quality of the best learning for students in the handball material.
