From here came the importance of this research in the study the effect of the proposed exercises according to prevailing systems of energy production in Handball in the development of some physical abilities and physiological indicators contribution in supplying the training process, including an interview is to upgrade the performance of the players and raise the level of their physical and physiological, and reflected the evolution in the technical and tactical aspects to get to the level of ambition. The problem manifested through follow - up to the researcher to some local and international Handball matches. As a specialist in the game and noted that building training curriculum Lacks connectivity link between modern training theories and Sports science physiology, which leads to building training curriculum lacks trainings that rely on systems of energy production, prompting the researcher to delve into this area and suggest exercises according to the prevailing system of energy production to develop physiological, physical performance and effectiveness to contribute to upgrading the performance of the players. This was the basic objectives of the research.The researcher assumed : 1 - There were statistically significant differences between pre and post tests for the two experimental and control groups in some physiological abilities, physical performance and effectiveness of the Handball players - youth.2 - There were statistically significant differences in the (post - test) between the two experimental and control group in favor of the experimental group, in some of the physiological, physical abilities and effectiveness of the Handball players - youth.The Search procedures included : Sample of the players involved in the Iraqi League Handball - youth category, Year(2011 - 2012), the researcher selected intentional (25) player divided into two groups : Al - Karkh Club (12) player, representing the experimental group, and the Army club (13) player, representing the control group, Then the research sample was tested following tests : Physical Abilities Test : • Explosive power for the arms and legs muscles.• Power for legs muscles.• Strength endurance for legs muscles.• Speed endurance for legs muscles.Physiological Abilities Test : • Measuring anaerobic phosphagen ability.• Measuring anaerobic lactic ability.Efectiveness of Performance Test : Match test to measure the effectiveness of performance. And applied exercises proposed and existing details in the body of the thesis. Continued implementation for ten weeks, and (3) training modules in the week, results have been treated and drawn the appropriate statistical means, which were represented by using statistical bag (SPSS).The results were as follows : 1. An evolution in physiological ability under study (anaerobic phosphagen and anaerobic lactic abilities) in pre and post tests for each of the experimental and the control group.2. An evolution in physical abilities under study(explosive power for the arms and legs muscles, power for legs and strength endurance for legs muscles and speed endurance)in Pre and post tests for each of the experimental and the control group.3. An evolution in the effectiveness of physical performance, demonstrated by the test match (5 vs. 5) for five minutes in the pre and post tests for each of the experimental and the control group.4. The exercises used is working to develop the physical abilities (explosive power for the arms and legs muscles, Power for legs and strength endurance for legs muscles and speed endurance) for the experimental group.5. The exercises used is working to develop the physiological abilities (anaerobic phosphagen and anaerobic lactic abilities) in the experimental group.6. The exercises used is working to develop the effectiveness of physical performance, demonstrated by the test playing (5 vs. 5) for five minutes.7. The results that have been obtained from the post tests for the two research groups (control and experimental) in the physiological, physical abilities and effectiveness of performance shows that the differences that emerged were significant in favor of the experimental group, indicating a positive role for the proposed exercises.The researcher recommended the following : 1. The necessity to regulate the training curriculum according prevailing systems of energy production for the special game, because of its influential role in the increase of the physiological and physical possibilities for players.2. Interest in the development of the physical abilities for Handball players because it is the essential foundation for the successful performance of all tactical and technical duties(defensive and offensive).3. Develop the abilities of players to accept high - intensity and volume training, through the use of methods and modern training techniques according to systems of energy production for its active role in raising the level of physical players commensurate with the international advanced levels.4. Rely on physiological indicators in training rationing load being give a true indication of reversal training on internal load.5. It is necessary to define training team for national teams or sports clubs the importance of the use of modern devices that measure the physiological indicators in the field in rationing training loads for players.6. Use of modern devices and technologies that measure physiological indicators on the field in the training rationing pregnancy, instead of traditional methods and techniques in training7. It is essential that training plan based on overlapping physical and technical exercises for the game, and develops the coaches players physical abilities through their performance of different exercises and movements resemble real game situations and in which they can develop the physical style that meets the requirements of the game.8.
