المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على اثر الارشادي بالواقع بطريقة جلاسر في تنمية ضبط الذات لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم صياغة الفرضية الصفرية الاتية : لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسط رتب درجات المجموعة الضابطة وبين متوسط رتب درجات الم | the current research aims to identify the impact of counselling program by manner Clasr in self - controlling for the primary teachers To achieve this aim has been formulated that the null hypothesis of the following : There are no statistically significant differences between the average differences Order degrees of control group in self - controlling scale and the average grade of the experimental group in fav - choice.This research is limited to the only male teachers in the primary schools which belong to the Directorate of Babylon Education in AL - Qasim and Hashimiya districts year 2014 - 2015, this research consists of (2109) teachers and reached a sample statistical analysis (200) teachers. However, the sample stability was (50) teachers, a researcher apply the measure on a sample of (100) teachers in which (20) teacher had chosen for whom got less marks in the scale of self - control and distributed randomly in to two groups equally each one of them got (10) teachers.The researcher adopted the scale of self - controlling by (AL - Huchaimi, 2010), and the scale was showing at the group of experts in the measurement, evaluation and psychological counseling. And the measurement his honesty and high stability. The researcher used the style of counseling for reality to the scientist (William Clasr) with the experimental group, so the number of counseling sessions became (12) ones, and the time of each session got (45 minutes) in three times per week, while the controlling group was not exposed to any indicative style.The researcher had checked the veracity of the counseling program by submitting it to a group of specialists in the fields of psychological counseling and guidance programs.He used appropriate statistical methods in the current research, including : AL - Taia test for two independent samples - Pearson correlation plant - Alpha Chrome Bach - Mann - Whitney medium - sized samples - Chi square.The results of current research has proved that there are significant differences among the ranks of the experimental group and controling group in far - test, and in favor of the counseling program the researcher has got a set of conclusions, recommendations and proposals.

المستخلص: تواجة العملية التربوية بنحو عام، والارشاد بنحو خاص مشكلات متعددة وصعوبات بالغة تعرقل تحقيق الاهداف الارشادية المرسومة، ويمر بلدنا الحبيب العراق بازمات متعددة وضعت عدد من المشكلات والصعوبات امام العملية الارشادية. واذا ما ضعفت مهارات توكيد الذات لدى الم | The educational process in general and the educational advising in special have posed a number of serious problems deter realizing the targeted orientation objectives, our beloved country Iraq undergoes several crises amongst moral , political and economic crises, set a number of problems and difficulties before the orientation process, and set skills of self affirmation for the educational advisers, and their emotional equilibrium and they have become unstable emotional personality and the moral principles have become lessen for them, and they did not characterized by it in their advising job which has reflected negatively on the advising process, there is no doubt that the advising process in general and the educational advisors in especial have an active role in assisting those are advised and the school in realizing the targeted educational objectives, and it is integrated for the educational work, and could not be get ride of its effective role in the educational process. The current research has strived to realizing the liaison correlations among skills of self - affirmation, the emotional Stability and the moral principles for the educational advisers in Baghdad governorate at the general directorate of educational in KARKH and RUSAFA, and of both general( male - female) and the research sample consisted of (300 ) of educational he/ she advisers chosen from the six general directorate of Education, and the results have revealed that the educational advisers of the current research sample enjoyed skills of self - affirmation, emotional equilibrium and in the moral values, the results have displayed also, that the period of service have been contrasted in the three variables, one for the short period and second for short period service, and third for the long period of service for each service separately. The results have proved that there is positive liaison correlation among the three variables of the research, skills of, self - affirmation, emotional equilibrium and the moral principles, and the current research has come up with anumber of recommendations and suggestions.

The significance of differences in cultural competence depending on the variables of sex and length of service with the tour Counselors.3. degree of cultural awareness among the Counselors.4. significance of differences in cultural awareness according to the variables of the sex and length of service with the Counselors.5. degree of self - efficacy among the Counselors.6. significant differences in self - efficacy variables depending on the sex and length of service with the Counselors.7. relationship between self - efficacy on the one hand and cultural competence and cultural awareness on the other hand the counselors.8. To determine the contribution of each of cultural competence variables and fields and cultural awareness and fields and the type and length of service in the effectiveness of the counselors.To this end, he built a researcher Standart sufficiently cultural and cultural awareness depending on the model (Campinha) in cultural competence, which sees it : a continuous process, which strives to provide care and services on an ongoing basis to achieve the ability to work effectively within the cultural context of the client through (individuals, family and society ). Scale cultural sufficiently in its final form of (36) items distributed on four areas of cultural desire (12) Items cultural knowledge (9) Items and cultural skill (9) Items and cultural encounters (6) vertebrae, formulated in a manner declarative phrases and in front of each Items five graded alternatives to answer. Adopted researcher Scale (Alrchibey 2013) to measure self - efficacy, and check researcher of the discriminatory power of the Items of the three standards and transactions sincerity, application of the three metrics on (200) Counselors and an educational Counselors were chosen style class random, and check researcher of the sincerity of the three metrics indicators are virtual honesty, and Believe construction, and global honesty and check researcher of the stability of the three metrics using Alpha Cronbach equation, applied three metrics on the sample basic research, amounting to (249) Counselors and an educational Counselors were chosen random according to the variables of the type and length of service, and analyzed the data using statistical of Social Sciences Spss and the results showed the following : I. characterized by mentors and Counselors s cultural sufficiency and cultural awareness and self - efficacy.Second there is a trace of the type in cultural competence and in favor of males and there is no trace of the length of service and bilateral interactions in cultural competence and there is no trace of cultural awareness among the variables of type and length of service and the interaction between them and there is a trace of the service in self - efficacy and there is no effect between type variable and including interaction with Counselors.III contributes to both the cultural awareness and type in predicting the effectiveness of self, while not sufficiently contribute to the cultural and length of service in the prediction effectively self.The researcher several recommendations including the need to promote and develop the cultural awareness of the Counselors because it is one of the positive aspects of the job indicative of their role in a multicultural society.As a complement to research researcher suggested for subsequent studies such as the Counselors and academic specialization and variables Current search and compare the results of the results of the current study.
