الباب الأول : التعريف بالبحث
تعد فعالية 400 متر حواجز أحدى فعاليات الساحة والميدان الأكثر صعوبة من ناحية الأداء والتدريب والتي تعتمد على الكثير من المتغيرات البايوميكانيكية والبدنية يحتم علينا البحث فيها وبشكل مستمر لتشخيصها وتطويرها من خلال التدريب الميداني ، وبعد إجراءات التصوير والتحليل الحركي باستخدام البرمجيات الحديثة التي تساعد في الكشف الدقيق والسريع لمختلف المتغيرات الخاصة بالأداء الحركي لتساعد الباحث والمدرب واللاعب على السيطرة على تطوير هذه المتغيرات وتدريبها وتحقيق أفضل المستويات في الأداء والإنجاز كما وتعد اجراءات التصوير والتحليل الحركي باستخدام البرمجيات الحديثة هي الخطوة المهمة الأخرى التي تساعد في الكشف الدقيق والسريع لمختلف المتغيرات الخاصة بأداء الحركي لتساعد المدرب والباحث واللاعب في السيطرة على تطوير هذه المتغيرات وتدريبها وتحقيق أفضل المستويات 0 وجاءت مشكلة البحث من خلال ضعف الإنجازات المحلية لهذه المسابقة فضلا عن معدل السرعة وعدد الخطوات ومكونات كل خطوة ومعرفة نقاط القوة والضعف والتأكيد عند وضع البرامج التدريبية على الجوانب الميكانيكية حيث أن الاستعانة بشخص متخصص في التحليل يعد من الأمور الهامة في وضع الحلول الخاصة بالأداء بغية الوصول الى السبل التي من شأنها تحقيق أفضل الإنجازات وهدف لبحث في التعرف على قيم بعض المتغيرات الكينماتيكية لفعالية ركض 400 حواجز وكذلك بناء منهج تدريبي لتطوير القدرات البدنية الخاصة لفعالية على وفق المتغيرات الميكانيكية والتعرف على اثر البرنامج التدريبي 0
وفرض الباحث وجود فروق في بعض المتغيرات الكينماتيكية لفعالية 400 متر حواجز لأبطال القطر بين نتائج الاختبار القبلية والبعدية ووجود فروق معنوية بين الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية وتطرق الباب الثاني الى موضوعات التحليل بشكل عام والتحليل الكينماتيكي لفعالية 400 متر حواجز وتحليل أوضاع الجسم قبل وبعد الحاجز والأسس الفنية للأداء ومتطلبات الأداء وتخطيط التدريب بالاعتماد على الأسس المهمة التي نستخرجها من التحليل الحركي للفعالية ووضع منهج تدريبي لهذه الفعالية وبعض الدراسات النظرية والمشابهة0وأستخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي واستخدام التصوير الفيديوي باستخدام (6) كاميرات لتصوير أجزاء مهمة من الأداء الفني ثم تحليل الفلم الفديوي بواسطة الحاسوب المتعدد الأغراض لاستخراج المتغيرات قيد الدراسة ثم وضع وتصميم البرامج التدريبية لتطوير هذه المتغيرات 0

في الباب الرابع تم عرض ومناقشة نتائج البحث ولجميع المتغيرات واستخدام أختبار ولكوكسن للعينات المتناظرة ومعرفة نوع العلاقات الإحصائية للأختبارات القبلية والبعدية ومن ثم مناقشة النتائج0
وفي الباب الخامس خلص الباحث الى عدد من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات استنادا الى نتائج البحث منها أن البرنامج التدريبي ساهم في تطوير بعض المتغيرات الكينماتيكية وتطوير الإنجاز وأوصى الباحث بضرورة تطوير القدرات البدنية والمهارية لضمان تطوير الإنجاز والمتغيرات الكينماتيكية قيد الدراسة 0

The importance of these cognitive styles was the importance of this research to predict with a reasonable degree of handling an individual with information in terms of his style of thinking and his way of understanding and remembering in the course of their response to various life situations. And the fact that the curriculum and teaching prepared to learn effectively ran the 110 - meter hurdles for students not carrying with it the individual differences that exist between students and any half of the brain will be used which made the researcher to resort to the use of these methods in the process of learning to students because it gives better opportunities for learning and a positive impact on the level of comprehension and learning effectiveness. The aim of the research to : 1. Study the effect of the approach taken to the effectiveness of teaching 110 m. hurdle running to learning in the knowledge my learning in the knowl edge my sample method(stability and polishing).2. Study the effect of the approach taken to the effectiveness of teaching 110 m. hurdle running to learning in the brain sample sovereignty. To investigate the objectives of the research assumed the following : 1. There are significant differences between tribal and post tests and for the post - test to learn the effectiveness of the 110 m. hurdle running a sample search.2. There are significant differences between the two sets of cognitive style (consistency and refinement) to learn the effectiveness of hurdle running. 3. There are significant differences between the two sets of sovereignty brain (left and right, and integrated) in learning effectiveness of 110 m. hurdle running.Part II This section contains the theoretical studies addressed by the researcher on the subject of research is customary methods, types, characteristics and theories of knowledge, including the method (stability versus refinement), and the method of processing information and sovereignty cortex (right, left, Integrated). As well as the effectiveness of the110 m. hurdle running the technical stages. As previous studies have dealt with similar to that related to the subject of current research.. Part IIIContains this section on the use of descriptive method with experimental design using a single set of tests pre - post on a sample composed of (62) students from the second stage in the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of Baghdad and the academic year 2010 - 2011 m, and ran on the effectiveness of barriers. Where the application of the method of knowledge (stability - polishing) to sample the whole, and the method of information processing, and finally "the sovereign brain, which divided the sample into three classes left and right and integrated. To become helpful for them in designing their future training programs to serve the Iraq sport. The research challenge was represented by not having a measurement for the functional cardiac signs during the physical effort , not because the abbreviation of the previous researchers , but because of the absence of equipment and devices , sot the researcher decided to study this problem and project the light on what happens as functional heart reconditions for the endurance for the endurance athletes before , during and after the physical effort by using ( physio flow endure ) device to contribute in evaluation of the athletes functional situation and how far they reached in reconditioning and use it by trainers.2 - research goals : - 1 - Knowing the heart functions of the long distances runners for ( 10000 and 5000 ) meters from the national team players applicants before , during and after the physical effort by using the ( Physio Flow Endure ) device. 2 - Comparing the cardiac functions for the long - distance runners ran for 10000 meters and 5000 meters from the national team players applicants before , during and after the effort in the results of the physical test I and II.3 - Comparing the cardiac functions in the results of tests I and II for the long distance runners for (5000 and 10000) meters from the national team players applicants before , during and after the physical effort.3 - research assumptions : - 1 - There is no differences in the cardiac functions for the long distances runners for (5000 and 10000) meters before ,during and after the physical effort in tests I and II.2 - There is no differences in the cardiac functions for the long distances runners for (5000 and 10000) meters in the tests results before , during and after the physical effort.4 - research domain : - Included the human sample of long - distances runners for ( 5000 and 10000) meters from the national team players , who are applicants (6) players , and represent the spatial domain in the laboratory of physiology / physical education college - University of Baghdad.And for the period from ( 15/06/2011) until (15/08/2011). Chapter Two : Previous theories and previous studies : Chapter two included in it’s first part the theoretical studies containing (heart , heart muscles physiology , cardiac cycle , conductive system of the heart , heart rate , cardiac output , heart size and heart size measurement , reasons of heart size increase , heart size increase mechanism , heart size and it’s relation to the endurance exercise , relation between left heart side with the endurance exercise. Chapter five : Estimating , analyzing and discussing the results The researcher reached several conclusions and recommendations , one of them is the efficiency of ( Physio Flow Endure ) device in measuring the cardiac functions and knowing the cardiac variables for the runners , which leads to knowing the most important cardiac developments that the runners are having , and the level achieved by each player during the training course , and according to the conclusions that the researcher achieved the researcher recommends using ( Physio Flow Endure ) device for measuring the cardiac functions , which means each trainer should use this device to measure the most important cardiac changes that every player has and put the training course according to these changes.

The sample is made up of 6 young players specialized in 6 km performance running affiliated to the National Center For The Talented Care for the year 2012/2013. The researcher used the speed endurance 2000m, running test , 30 minutes aerobic ability (critical speed) and non - aerobic ability (pace 30 sec) and urban running performance 6 km.Fourth section is a display of the findings of the study reached during the pretest and posttest through the result analysis and discussion in an academic manner depending on the sources and references.Chapter Four (Display of Results) : In this chapter the results are displayed. All the results found in pre and post tests that were applied on the subjects were analyzed and discussed scientifically.Chapter Five (Conclusions & Recommendations) : Through displaying the results, analysis and discussion, the following findings were reached : 1 - The specialexercises according to the determining the time duration of critical speed has helped to develop speed endurance 2000 m and aerobic and non - aerobic ability 6 km running performance.2 - These exercises have helped to help the players in the distribution of efforts throughout the stages if running of each distance they made. 3 - The organization of work times and rest between the special training has helped to improve the speed endurance running 2000 and aerobic and non - aerobic ability 6 km running performance.4 - The special exercise according to the determining of the time of critical speed has contributed to the creation of a kind of motivation for performance and increasing the desire for training for the sample of study through their feeling of each distance they made.In the light of the results the researcher recommends : 1 - It is preferred that training on these exercises is made in a studied form that suits the player’s capabilities and their physical and age state. 2 - The specialexercisesaccording to specific time of critical speed in theperiod of specialpreparationcan be used with other activities.3 - Making sure of critical speed exercises in specific parts of the running distance in high densities in the method of high periodical.4 - Make perioral tests to know the rate of development. 5 - Making studies and researcher by the use of methods of training on other physical traits and age sections in accordance with their abilities and the specifications of the age stage which they pass in to develop the performance of the urban running

Time domain : from 1/7/2012 through 11/9/20132. Human domain : the players of the specialized school in track and fieldgames in the Ministry of Youth and Sports 2012+2013 of 8 junior 800, m.3. Spatial domain : Al - Sha'ab stadium and the headquarters of the Sportcity in the Ministry of Youth and Sports.Second Section : This includes the theoretical study in knowing the term of therapeutic healing and characteristics. It also includes knowing the concept of reflectional massaging, history, uses and benefits. It also includes relaxation and the importance and stages, fatigue and classes , reasons and importance and the relation to the physical of 800 m like velocity and strength.Third Section : This section includes the Procedures and methodology of thestudy. The researcher used the experimental by the use of two qualified groups with post and pretests which suits the nature and problem of the study. The sample which depended in the use of the community of the 10 players of the age 15 - 17 year of which 8 players were taken. They specialized school in track and field games in the Ministry of Youth and Sports 2012 - 2013 of 8 junior 800 m runners. They were divided through the lot : the odd numbers represented the first experimental group and the pair number represent the second experimental group that used the (relaxation exercises device). Therefore, the researcher used a group of devices and tools like the reflectional massaging device to help her in obtaining the result. It also includes conducting a field experimental and physical test which includes 600 m running, the sitting position (to power endure), biochemical which includes the measurement of lactic, hormone, cortizol rate in blood. In order to achieve the aim of the study and its hypotheses in addition to using the suitable statistical means to treat the results.Section Four : This section tackles the results of pre - test and post tests of the rest pulse, and tiredness indicator and also test of the lactic acid after rest. After 50 minutes of stress and therapy healing and Cortizol hormone and also lactic acid test at rest after 5 minutes of therapy and the Cortizol hormone and also the speed endurance and strength test.Section Five : This section tackles the conclusions and recommendations which the study has concluded.1. The back of the impact of the two approaches Alaschwa?aan variables in search of the two tests with the exception of pre and post Allaktk rest time.2. Therapeutic approach for using the device and exercise led to the rapid restoration of the healing effect of the approach is better than using the device only in the research variables ( cortisol and fatigue index ).The recommendationsIn the light of the conclusions of the study and a researcher developed a set of recommendations and proposals must be emphasized : 1) disseminate the results of the study when using a third party device and method of exercise on Runners 800 m.2 ) It is necessary to adopt the approach by a third party ( device + exercise ) after training modules for Runners 800 m.3) interest in scientific studies dealing interested after training modules as they have a positive effect upon the players.4 ) has to be trained to improve the experience when using therapeutic means.5 ) clubs and schools to provide specialized services and hospitalization Hassan selected for use during or after the training modules.

Being an activity depended on the oxygen and non - oxygen system and because of accumulation lactic acid in muscles it is called men killer. Thus the researcher has viewed pursue rhythmic ( overall) t training to develop the private endurance of this activity, where these training amongst of basic requests of running, from here the importance of the research lies in studying the effect of rhythmic training means in improvement of private endurance ( force and speed) and improving level of accomplishment running 400 M.As for the research problem lies in : - It has noticed that the performance level in the activity of running 400m. in Iraq has witnessed a clear weakness, because the training used via acquainted of the researcher with the training units for the coaches of this activity especially women, not specifying the running rhythm and concentration on the running distance, thus the researcher has viewed setting especial training for the speed endurance and strength also rationing the special rhythm of 400 m. running via adjusting the step length and its frequency during the running for this distance to stipulate a basic rule to develop the system the oxygenic energy via training with less and more breath for the race distance. The researcher has attempted to contribute to set some solutions to establish the training units for the activity of 400 m. running. As for the objective of the research : 1 - Preparing rhythmic running overall training.2 - Identifying the effect of rhythmic running overall training on the private endurance. And accomplishment running 400 M, for women.The research hypotheses1 - there are significance differences of statistic significance between the pre and post tests for private endurance for the research community.2 - There are differences of statistic significance in pre and post tests for the two experimental and control group in accomplishing 400 m. running.The research scopes : - 1 - The human scope/ she players of Alfatat Baghdad sport club for the seasons 2013 - 2014, women category of age groups(20 - 24) whose numbers amounted(10) she/players2 - The time scope/(from8/2/2014 till 10/05/2014)3 - The special scope/ field of force games, Hadeid hall - college of physical education/ Baghdad university - Al - JadiriyaThe second category : The second category includes the most reliable studies on the scientific and reliable sources , besides the researcher's point of view in some of the special variables of the research which are ( rhythmic training and the physical abilities and brief of activity of running 400 m. and the artistic stages and the physical requirements for 400 running m.) also then second category included the most important previous studies with their discussion. Third categoryThis category has discussed the research approach which an experimental approach and sample to perform the research which included she/ players of 400 M. running of age group ranged from (20 - 24) years old where the sample individuals amounted (10) she/ players chosen deliberately, and they are divided in to two groups( experimental and control), each group( 5 ) she / players , where the training units applied on the experimental group.An test of consistency was chosen with lengthy, weight and age and equivalence among them in the research variables, then the survey experiment and pre - test were performed included private force endurance, private speed and accomplishment of 400 M. running, then the training units lasted (12) weeks of (3) units weekly then performing the post - tests in the same conditions in which the pre - tests where performed, then the statistic means manipulating the tests results which is (Spss).Forth category : As for the forth category included display and analyzing of pre - and post - tests.Fifth category : Included conclusions and recommendations The most important conclusions as follow : - In light with the statistic manipulation of the research results and displaying, analyzing and discussing the results, the researcher has reached the following conclusions.1 - The prepared training unit based on correct scientific principles which included physical tests contributed in improving the private and the overall abilities for the elected activity and leads to positive results and that is shown by the activity of 4oomtest.2 - And the time period to accomplish the suitable training unit also enables the coach to distribute the components of the training endurance in better way that could achieve best results and this has been shown be the implemented training unit period. 3 - The rhythmic running (overall) training has contributed in development the special endurance and developing the achievement for 400M. activity.4 - The rhythmic running overall training has contributed in development of the length and frequency of the step for the research sample members. The training of the rhythmic running overall training has in maintaining relatively the rhythmic of running during the race distance and this reflects positively on performance.As for the most important of the recommendations as follow : - 1 - Applying the rational scientific training units and the suitable training methods appropriated with the trained research sample members. 2 - Depending effectively on the physical abilities during the training units which considered criterion to observe the variables occurs for the function organs of the players.3 - The necessity of applying the overall running within the training units of the runners 400m.4 - Performing similar researches and studies depending on the overall running training for other activities of all age groups(he/she juniors - he/she youth - adults)5 - Depending the items of training unit and generalizing it on the coach of this activity to make use of it as possible.

The researcher used the experimental method. - The sample was selected in the manner of intentional hostile100m.juniors recruits specialized school for the gifted in athletics of the Ministry of Youth and the number (14) for the player. - After the variables have been identified under physical and tests and variables biomechanical and method of extraction using a video camera for the first time in the country use a device (Footscan) in the effectiveness of 100 meters. - Had been tested for exploratory experience and training curriculum. - The tests were carried tribal and perform the exercises prepared by the researcher, which included the use of tools and means to assist according to performance, on 13/03/2012 till 05/12/2012 and took the application of the approach (8) weeks at the rate of four training units per week and a total of (28) and unit training and a posteriori tests were performed (physical and Biomechanic)Then reached a researcher to several conclusions,1. the most important That the exercises used have improved the ability of the explosive power and maximum speed and strength fast2. That achievement in the 100 meters, ran evolution may effectively exercise power as a result of the diverse and that have increased the effectiveness of motor units participate in the performance.3. The results were not good for explosive power, strength fast, achievement in the control group.So as the researcher has recommend ate : The variety of using the modern training methods & the variety training tools & suitable in order to development the achievement sports specially the juniors of 100 meter event.

Abstract: تطورت في الوقت الحاضر اجهزة علم فسلجة التمرين او اجهزة التدريب الرياضي (Exercise Physiology) واصبحت تقيس اغلب المؤشرات الوظيفية بالطريقة المباشرة وبنتائج دقيقة خالية من الاخطاء تقريبا في حالة الاستخدام الصحيح لها, ومن هذه الاجهزة او المستلزمات جهاز اللياق | These days, the appliances of exercise physiology science had been developed and the appliance could measure most of the physiology indicators in a direct way with accurate results that almost are free from errors in case it’s been used correctly, and one of these appliances is the body fitness appliance ( Fitmate Pro ) which this it is done the assessment of the training programs or experiments, and this appliance measures a group of physiology indicators specially the maximum indicator for oxygen consumption ( VO2 max ), and the expensed energy in toil and the average of metabolism ( RMR ) in leisure.And track and field is considered the bride of the sport games which requires from its practitioner high body strength and divergent art skills, and that requires a perfect planning by using the correct scientific rules in sport training and physiology exercise and other sciences.And the problem of the research is summed up in finding the perfect way in training to decrease the expensed energy through using the advanced appliance ( Fitmate Pro ) and also to develop the training programs with energy saving in the same toil to the athlete, and inform the instructor on the diverse information regarding the physiology indicators values or the amount of the muscular activity that’s required and focusing closely on some of the accurate physiology indicators resulting from this under study appliance , and here lies the proplem of the research.The research aim is to rectify the training programs through rationing the expensed energy in the oxygen trainings in the 5000 run for advanced players, and also using ( Fitmate Pro ) to measure the expensed energy in leisure and toil and some physiology indicators for the research specimen.The researcher used the experimental method, and the research specimen consisted of the advanced players in Iraqi National Team in the 5000 meter for men with a number of ( 5 ) players.The specimen divided into two experimental groups, each group is training on a different experimental method from the other group and their training took place in the outer areas of College of Sport Education in Jaderia.The period of the physiology measurement for the research indicators was four months and was and was applied in a periodical way, for there was measuring for the indicators every two weeks to the individuals of the research, the intent of this measurements is to identify the physiology indicators values and correct the training program used by the instructor, and these indicators are the expensed energy during leisure represented by the average of metabolism and the average of the heart beats and the maximum limit and the expensed energy during toil and other, and also recognizing the runner achievement in the 5000 meter run for three experiments in a different periods.And the researcher used the uninstructed statistics in the statistics processes in processing the experiments results and the measurement used in the research.After processing data with the uninstructed statistics, the research concluded a group of conclusions, and they are : • The researcher has concluded that physiology indicators in leisure ( VO2. HR. RMR ) differs between the players from the research specimen in some measurements and the existence if incorporeal differences between some of the measurements which indicates the occurrence of a chronic adaptation in this indicators into a positive development, and that the values of all indicators lies within the normal average for the practitioners of the oxynic sports.• In the maximum limit indicators for oxygen consumption, the researcher concludes that there’s corporeal developing in this indicators level in most stages or measurements which indicates that the program or the experimental method which was modified by the researcher had a positive impact in the developing of this indicator for the first and second group effected by the occurrence of a positive adaptation in the cyclic - respiratory systems function and the rest of the organic systems for the under research specimen.• In the achievement indicator the researcher had concluded that there’s a positive impact for the experimental methods specially in the second group through the developing of the achievement results during the third experiment , for that occurred changes in the time indicator for the two groups players although there was no incorporeal differences found

Abstract: احتوى الباب الاول على مقدمة البحث واهميته التي تضمنت فعاليات الاركاض القصيرة والمتوسطة التي لها متطلباتها من الناحية البدنية وانظمة الطاقـة ونواحي فنية التي تعمل من خلالها، وتشترك جميعها في احتياجها من قدرة بدنية خاصـة ومن هذه القدرات تحمل السرعة الخاص | The researcher put special speed endurance tests which are they above or below official race distance, and manipulated these tests in a proper way to be standard tests to measure tolerance ability for special speed endurance by running short and middle distances, to help coaches and specialists to ensure training process in perfect way according to scientific and experimental study.The problems of study were : there is un agreement abut there is specific distance that will be used in training, beside used to measure ability to tolerance special speed endurance for running events, 2 - there is no specific distance (tests) to measure ability to tolerance special speed endurance, and which one is proper or important to use according to it's energy bath way.The proposes of the study were : Indentify distances to measure special speed endurance for short and middle distances for Iraqi runners age 14 - 16. 2 - Indentify distances to measure special speed endurance and it's relation with short and middle distances performance for Iraqi runners age 14 - 16, 3 - Indentify distances to measure special speed endurance for short and middle distances. The sample was Iraqi short and middle distances runners, the study was conducted between 3/21/2009 t0 9/28/2009, in AL - shab International stadium, Al - kashfi stadium and anther center provinces field. The second part of the study contained theoretical and identical studies, like Abas study (2009) that has relation with our study.The researcher used descriptive method, on sample individuals, which present Iraqi short and middle distances runners : 35 runners in 100m, 35 runners in 200m, 40 runners in 400m, 30 runners in 800m, 30 runners in 1500m.The tests that are recommended : 1 - For 100m event (80m, 110m, 120m, 130m)2 - For 200m event (150m, 180m, 220m, 230m, 250m)3 - For 400m event (300m, 350m, 450m, 500m)4 - For 800m event (600m, 650m, 700m, 850m, 900m)5 - For 1500m event (1200m, 1300m, 1600m, 1700) tests were distributed accordingly between Individuals, and on experimental days to ensure that runners will have recovery, and the time between two test was 7 days. After conducted special speed endurance tests, the result revealed that there is significant result between proposal distances when connected with performance, but in variety percentage, and the best distances were : the best distance to tolerate speed endurance event110m 100m220m 200m500m 400m600m 800m1600m 1500mThe researcher used SPSS to compare the tests results.The conclusions are : 1. It was confirm that the recommended distance is really good to measure that ability.2. All recommended timing distances were significant with it's distance, but in different percentage.3. All recommended distances were more than official distance (100m, 200m, 400m, 1500m) to tolerate speed endurance, except 800m which was less than official distance.4. We can predicted from the results to know players level in special endurance, this very helpful to coaches and athletes. The recommendations are : 1. Depending on the distance that reveal in this study, which are the best for official distances (100, 200, 400, 800, 1500m), and they are standard to measure tolerate speed endurance.2. Using these norms and standard distances to train and develop speed endurance for these distances (100, 200, 400, 800, 1500m).3. Using the testes for runners to make norm and standards. 4. Using this study on alit and women athletes.5. make another study on long distance and hurdle events and for all ages.
