Abstract: الباب الاول وتضمن : المقدمة واهمية البحث ,ان ركضة الضاحية من المسابقات المسافات الطويلة التي تتطلب قدرات بدنية خاصة هوائية ولاهوائية , وتعد صفة تحمل السرعة الخاص من الصفات التي عند تطورها يتطور الانجاز. لذا تكمن اهمية البحث باستخدام الاساليب الحديثة في تدري | 1 - Preparingspecial exercises training according to determine the time duration of critical speed to develop speed endurance and aerobic and non - aerobic ability in 6 km performance running for young.2 - Knowing the effect of special training according to determine the time duration of critical speed to develop speed endurance and aerobic and non - aerobic ability.3 - Knowing the effect of especial exercisesaccording to determining the time duration of critical speed to develop the 6 km performance running for young.The researcher hypothesized the following : 1 - There are statistically significance differences between the pretest and posttest forthe specific speed endurance of the sample for the posttest.2 - There are statistically significance differences between the pretest and posttest for the aerobic and non - aerobic abilityof the sample for the posttest.3 - There are statistically significance differences between the pretest and posttest for running performance 6 km for the posttest.The Fields of the Study : Subjects : Iraqi elite urban running performance 6 km.of the season 2013uration : from2 /4/2013 till 17 /6 /2013lace : outdoor track of the / stadium Chapter Three (Procedures) : a descriptive approach to the procedure used by the researcher which is the experimental approach by the style of one group of the pretest and the posttest. The sample is made up of 6 young players specialized in 6 km performance running affiliated to the National Center For The Talented Care for the year 2012/2013. The researcher used the speed endurance 2000m, running test , 30 minutes aerobic ability (critical speed) and non - aerobic ability (pace 30 sec) and urban running performance 6 km.Fourth section is a display of the findings of the study reached during the pretest and posttest through the result analysis and discussion in an academic manner depending on the sources and references.Chapter Four (Display of Results) : In this chapter the results are displayed. All the results found in pre and post tests that were applied on the subjects were analyzed and discussed scientifically.Chapter Five (Conclusions & Recommendations) : Through displaying the results, analysis and discussion, the following findings were reached : 1 - The specialexercises according to the determining the time duration of critical speed has helped to develop speed endurance 2000 m and aerobic and non - aerobic ability 6 km running performance.2 - These exercises have helped to help the players in the distribution of efforts throughout the stages if running of each distance they made. 3 - The organization of work times and rest between the special training has helped to improve the speed endurance running 2000 and aerobic and non - aerobic ability 6 km running performance.4 - The special exercise according to the determining of the time of critical speed has contributed to the creation of a kind of motivation for performance and increasing the desire for training for the sample of study through their feeling of each distance they made.In the light of the results the researcher recommends : 1 - It is preferred that training on these exercises is made in a studied form that suits the player’s capabilities and their physical and age state. 2 - The specialexercisesaccording to specific time of critical speed in theperiod of specialpreparationcan be used with other activities.3 - Making sure of critical speed exercises in specific parts of the running distance in high densities in the method of high periodical.4 - Make perioral tests to know the rate of development. 5 - Making studies and researcher by the use of methods of training on other physical traits and age sections in accordance with their abilities and the specifications of the age stage which they pass in to develop the performance of the urban running
