Abstract: يهدف البحث الى تعرف على (فاعلية انموذج الانتقاء في تنمية المهارات القرائية لطلاب المرحلة الاعدادية في مادة المطالعة ). ولتحقيق هدف البحث وضع الباحث الفرضيات الصفرية الاتية : 1 - ليس هناك فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى (0,05) بين متوسط درجات طلاب المجموع | The study aims at identifying(the effectiveness of eclectic model in developing reading skills for preparatory school students in reading subject). To achieve the aim of the study, the researcher has formulated three null hypotheses, which are;1 - There are no statistically significant differences at level (0.5) between the mean scores of the experimental group who is taught by eclectic model and the control group who is taught by the traditional way in developing reading skills post - test.a. There are no statistically significant differences at level (0.5) between the mean scores of the experimental group and control group in comprehension skill post - test. b. There are no statistically significant differences at level (0.5) between the mean scores of the experimental group and control group in speed skill post - test. c. There are no statistically significant differences at level (0.5) between the mean scores of the experimental group and control group in correctness skill post - test. 2. There are no statistically significant differences at level (0.5) between the mean scores of the experimental group in reading skills in pre - test and post - test.a. There are no statistically significant differences at level (0.5) between the mean scores of the experimental group in comprehension skills in pre - test and post - test.b. There are no statistically significant differences at level (0.5) between the mean scores of the experimental group in speed skills in pre - test and post - test.c. There are no statistically significant differences at level (0.5) between the mean scores of the experimental group in correctness skills in pre - test and post - test. The sample of the study consisted of 60 pupils of fourth literary grade in two preparatory schools at Diyala Province / Baladruz. The sample is randomly chosen and distributed on two groups (experimental group and control group ) in the amount of 30 pupils for each. The experimental group is taught by eclectic model at Baladruz preparatory school, while the control group is exposed to the traditional way of teaching at Imam Al - Zahri preparatory school.An equivalence has been done between the two groups in the number of variables including; (students' marks for Arabic language of previous year, chronological age, academic level of parents , language proficiency test , developing reading skills post - test.After that, the syllabus of the course is stated in reading skills,42 behavioural objectives are formulated. The researcher designed two lesson plans, the first lesson prepared according to eclectic model, while the second one prepared according to traditional way. The two groups are taught by the researcher himself according to the lessons plan which are already preset for the purpose of the study.The experimentalstudy continued until / 4/2014 and the end of the experimental study, a post - test is applied in developing reading skills (comprehension, speed, correctness). Comprehension skill test contained four questions by 33 items distributed on the levels of the six levels of Bloom's Taxonomy such as multiple choices test, completing test, true and false and essay writing with a short answer. Inspeed and correctness skills, the researcher has developed standards for measuring these two skills characterized by validity and reliability, and after the application of the test on two groups and analyze the results statistically treated.The results showed the superiority of the experimental group that is taught according to the election model on the control group which is taught by traditional way of teaching. In light of the findings of the study, the researcher has recommended on the necessity of adopting eclectic modelas an effective method in teaching reading. As a complement to this study, the researcher suggested conducting a similar study of the current study deals with the other stages of schools.

Abstract: يهدف البحث الحالي الى (بناء برنامج مقترح لتنمية المهارات الاساسية للقراءة الجهرية لتلامذة المرحلة الابتدائية وقياس اثره) ولتحقيق مرمى البحث وضعت الباحثة ثلاث فرضيات صفريه هي : 1 - ليس هناك فرق ذو دلاله احصائية عند مستوى ( 0.05 ) بين متوسط درجات تلامذة الم | The current research aims to ( building a program proposal for the development of reading skills at the microscopic fourth graders and measure its impact ) and to achieve the goal of the research and the researcher developed three null hypotheses are1 - There is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average grades of the experimental group and the control group students in reading speed.2 - There is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average grades of the experimental group and the control group students in health reading.3 - There is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average grades of the experimental group and the control group in reading comprehension.To achieve the goal of research and hypotheses , researcher has chosen the same total (60) students were fourth graders in the school ( Ghassanid primary ) were distributed randomly into two groups ( Adjuster and experimental ) by (30) students in the control group , (30) in the experimental group , the researcher studied the experimental group according to the program prepared by , either the control group taught according to the traditional method.Kavit researcher between the two groups in the variables (chronological age calculated in months , and the educational attainment of parents , and the degrees of the Arabic language in the previous year ( third primary ) and in the pre - test in ( health reading speed , reading comprehension ) between the control and experimental groups , and seized researcher internal variables which may affect the course of the experiment and ask achieve the goal of research and there are tools to measure skills triglycerides ( health reading , speed , reading comprehension )Researcher has chosen three stories and presented to the expert researcher to choose one of them to represent the search tool and in the light of this, the researcher prepared a test of tribal and Uday to measure the speed of reading and one for measuring the health of reading and understanding a second reading.Having identified the researcher scientific article which will hopefully be studied in the experiment drafted researcher behavioral objectives , bringing the number in the picture the final (42) target behaviorally and then researcher prepared three lesson plans for the three strategies which would consider them in the experiment , namely, ( Walid , impair Moon , check , ask , read , meditate , listen , see ) the experimental group and a training plan for total control in a way traditionalWhen the application program used a variety of means researcher and strategic activities for each lesson.The researcher used the following statistical methods ( test carefully for two independent samples , and chi - square , Pearson correlation coefficient , the equations of difficulty, strength, discriminatory , and effective alternatives )Researcher found to exceed the experimental group and the control group recommended the researcher 's recommendations is the promise.1 - teachers need to confirm the microscopic reading at the elementary level and given what it deserves attention and care2 - directing teachers to not only the conventional methods of teaching reading and the need to follow the modern methods and strategies that are proving effective in the development of reading skills.3 - Manual mode ( mentor teacher ) insight teachers with the skills and methods of the various literacy developmentSuppose a researcher of the current study complements other studies. are.1 - a similar study dealt with different stages of the study (average , Preparatory ).2 - a similar study of the current study variables in another subsidiary in terms of developing literacy tendencies.

Abstract: The following research discusses the effect of utilizing cognitive planning management in developing the skills of parsing and scientific thinking in preparatory school students. For achieving the aims of the study, the researcher has built the following hypotheses : 1.
