Abstract: تضمنت الدراسة دراسة انزيمات الباراوكسونيز وابرولاديز وبعض المتغيرات الكيموحيوية لاشخاص مصابين بالفشل الكلوي المزمن .
اظهرت الدراسة وجود انخفاض معنوي في كل من فعالية الباراوكسونيز والبرولاديز واللاكتونيز وكلوكونوكتونيز واريل استريز وادينوسين دي امينيز وسوبر اوكسيد ديسميوتيز واوكسيد النتريك عند مقارنتها مع الاشخاص الطبيعين كما اظهرت زيادة معنوية في فعالية كلوتاثيون اس ترانسفريز وبولي امين اوكسيديس وتركيز اليوريا والكرياتنين في مصل دم الاشخاص المصابين بالفشل الكلوي المزمن وفي الجزء الثاني من الدراسة تم عزل كل من انزيمي البارااوكسونيز ووالبرولاديز من بلازما شخص سليم باستخدام التقنيات الحياتية المختلفة :الترسيب بكبريتات الامونيوم والفرز الغشائي والتبادل الانيوني والترشيح الهلامي .
