Abstract: The studies and researches have indicated that we, in our country Iraq (one of Arab countries) suffer from ambiguity and unclearness of the educational process as that being confirmed on by conferences and forums. The educational process is adhered by the education and teaching institutions as to instruct and direct them and those working in it believe in it since it is considered real, intellectual and educational philosophy. This philosophy is renewal and contemporized with the age of technological and technical development and quick communication that greatly effect on all fields of humanitarian life (political, economic, social, educational and cultural). Owing to the struggles of movements and intellectual trends in addition to different views , impressions and self - interpretations, the educational philosophy became unreal, fragile and ambiguous features; this considered a problem worthy to be concerned on. It has been thus carried out as to know the prevailing educational philosophies at Baghdad University's doctors. The study includes four chapters; the chapter one includes problem, goals and boundaries of the study. The current study aims at1. Knowing the prevailing educational philosophies (idealism, pragmatisms, existentialism, Marxism, objectivism, Islamism). At the Baghdad University's instructors in respect to gender, specialization and experience.2. Knowing the statistical differences among prevailing educational philosophies at Baghdad University's instructors in respect to gender, specialization and experience.The second chapter includes two researches, 1st research is the theoretical side where the researcher has exposed modern, contemporized and ancient philosophies in addition to the Islamist philosophy. The researcher has taken samples of philosophers and thinking men just like Al - Kindi. Ibn Sina, Ibn Rushd and some modern philosophers and after modernism like Admond Hosril, Michael Foko, and Mohammed Abid al - Jaberi. The researcher has also pointed out to the future educational philosophical vision of Iraq. The second research includes former studies related to the subject.CChapter three, where the researcher has chosen Baghdad University composing of (24) college, by (6034) male and female instructors for the academic year (2015 - 2016), it has been chosen a sample of the research randomly, where it is amounted (400) teaching board member after specifying (14) college human and scientific, the scientific colleges incudes ( pharmacy, medicine, engineering, science education, sciences, nursing and dentistry). The human colleges include (Ibn Rushd Education for Human Sciences, Economics and Administration, Art, Fine Arts, Islamic Sciences, and political sciences) with (160) university teachers after taking a ratio (7%) of the total society. The researcher has prepared questionnaire consisting of (70) philosophical items that represented the educational philosophies ( idealism, reality, pragmatisms, Marxism, objectivism, and Islamism) in respect to the fields ( existentialism), cognition, and human nature (good and evil), values, educational goals, method of teaching, teacher, student and rectification.After confirming the validity and consistence of the tool via statistical means (SPSS) for extracting Medium Means, Percentage, Ki square, Pirseal correlation coefficient , it has explained that the items of questionnaire are valid and outstanding. The value of correlation coefficient amounted (0%.80), by using re - test means, the researcher has applied that on the chosen sample of teaching board staff - Baghdad University.Chapter four includes results of the study, where it is indicated that the educational philosophy idealism, reality, pragmatisms, Marxism, objectivism, and Islamism) are prevailing one for the teaching board staff in Baghdad University, it has been explained the arrangement of prevailing educational philosophies according to the percentage : A. Islamism %58.8B. Pragmatisms %10.8C. Realism %8.0D. Marxism %7.0E. Existentialism %5.5F. Idealism %5.3G. Logical Objectivism %4.8It has been indicated that there are statistical differences according to the variable (scientific and human), experience (10 years and less than that, (20 years and less than that) and (21 years and less than that).It has also indicated that there are not statistical differences according to the gender (male and female).

Abstract: رمت الدراسة الى التعرف بالعدالة في الفكر التربوي لابن رشد. وتكمن مشكلة الدراسة من قلة او ندرة الدراسات التي تتناول الفكر التربوي للمدراس الاسلامية والاندلسية عامة، وفكر ابن رشد خاصة، على الرغم من كثرة هذه المدارس وخصوبة ارائها في مجالات العلوم المختلفة. موضوع العدالة وتطبيقاتها في الفكر التربوي والمؤسسات التعليمية، موضوع يستحق الاهتمام،لان العدالة من اسمى القيم التي نصت عليها كل الديانات السماوية، والقوانين الوضعية في مختلف الحضارات الانسانية المتعاقبة.وموضوعنا عن العدالة، يتبع منهجا اساسيا بوصف العدل من ابرز المبادئ الدستورية التي اقرها الشرع الاسلامي في ابواب فقه نبيه المصطفى (صلى الله عليه وسلم) وسنته الشريفة. واظهرت الدراسة ان العدالة في الفكر التربوي لابن رشد، مستقاة من القران الكريم، والسنة النبوية الشريفة، والتراث الانساني والاسلامي، ومن حيث النظرة الى العدالة لدى المعلم فوضع ابن رشد كفايات اساسية للمعلم، منها ضرورة مراعاة الفروق الفردية بين المتعلمين والمساواة بينهم على وفق مستواهم الاجتماعي والثقافي والاقتصادي. ان مفهوم العدالة في الاسلام شاملا لكل ميادين الحياة كقيمة عليا، وكاساس للتعامل في المجتمع الاسلامي في مختلف اوجه التعامل والعلاقات، وكونه قوام الدولة، ونظام الحكم فيها، واساس ولاية القضاء، وولاية المال العام، وغيرها من الولايات.وقد شملت الدراسة، اربعة فصول. تناول الفصل الاول التعرـيف بالبحــث : (مشكلة البحث، واهمية البحث ، وهدف البحث، وحدوده، ومنهج البحث، وتحديد المصطلحات العدالة، والفكر التربوي، والتطبيقات التربوية).اما الفصل الثاني، فقد تضمن مبحثين، المبحث الاول : تناول دراسات سابقة ذات علاقة بالبحث الحالي، والاطار النظري، والمبحث الثاني : تضمن مفهوم العدالة في الحضارات القديمة وفي الاديان السماوية. وتناول الفصل الثالث : ابن رشد وفكره الفلسفي في اربع مباحث، المبحث الاول : تضمن سيرة حياة ابن رشد، والمبحث الثاني : تضمن فكر ابن رشد الفلسفي، والمبحث الثالث : تضمن مضامين مفهوم العدالة لدى ابن رشد، والمبحث الرابع : تضمن العدالة في فكر ابن رشد. واما الفصل الرابع، فتناول العدالة والتربية عند ابن رشد في اربع مباحث، المبحث الاول : تضمن التربية لدى ابن رشد، والمبحث الثاني : تضمن العدالة التربوية عند ابن رشد، والمبحث الثالث : تناول التطبيقات التربوية، والمبحث الرابع : تضمن الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات والمصادر، وتوصل الباحث في هذه الدراسة الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقرحات.الاستنتاجات : 1. ان فلسفة ابن رشد كانت شاملة لكافة مجالات الحياة الاساسية، التربوية، والاجتماعية، والسياسية، والاقتصادية فلم يترك مجالا الا وتطرق اليه من خلال فلسفته.2. ان مفهوم العدالة ليس بمعزل عن التربية بل ان كل واحد منها يفسر الاخر. فهي بمفهومها القيمي والتربوي تعزز روح المواطنة لدى الطلبة وتعمل على تقوية روح الانتماء والدفاع عن الوطن ضد اي اعتداء خارجي.التوصيات : 1. على المؤسسات التربوية بتدريب طلبتها على اسلوب العدالة وذلك بالاعتماد على منهج يخاطب الضمير الانساني. 2. ضرورة قيام المؤسسات التربوية بتعزيز دور المعلم بتضمينها في كتب اسس التربية والارشاد التربوي لما له من اهمية في التوجيه والارشاد لتوعية الطلبة على مبدا العدالة واحترام حقوق الانسان. المقترحات : 1ــــ القيام باجراء دراسة مماثلة تتناول العدالة لمفكرين اسلاميين اخرين باتباع نفس المنهج . 2ــــ القيام بدراسة مقارنة بين العدالة عند ابن رشد وبين مفكرين اخرين .

This has become necessary to improve the effectiveness of educational supervision to raise the level of the teacher, and on this basis that the teacher who is teaching profession needs of guided and guide him and supervised by, and even mastered the methods of dealing with his students, and increasing experience of the teaching profession. and acquire the educational supervision of being a collaborative work is focused in its destruction on the development of the educational process in all its elements, led by a teacher who represents the human element active in the educational supervisor patron of such development, on livelihoods because the real work of the educational field is noticeable for all the elements related to the educational process to achieve the desired educational goals.The current research aims to : - 1 - building measure the effectiveness of educational supervision in improving the performance of teachers of science subjects in primary school from the viewpoint of the teaching staff.2 - Verification of the effectiveness of educational supervision in improving the performance of teachers of scientific subjects from the viewpoint of the teaching staff.3 - identify the individual differences among teachers depending on the variable type (males - females).4 - identify the individual differences among teachers due to the variable of academic qualification (Dar Teachers - Institute - College). And by variable (and more years of service 10 - 10 years or less).To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher the following actions : - Building measure the effectiveness of educational supervision through the literature and previous studies, and has been to ensure the veracity of the scale using the honesty virtual, were presented paragraphs on a group of arbitrators, and the purpose of acceptance of each paragraph of the tool or reject or modify the adopted researcher 80% minimum to accept paragraphs the number of arbitrators,'s (12) an arbitrator, has been the exclusion of all paragraphs that have not received the approval of the arbitrators (80%) and this has become a standard component in final form of 58 paragraph, the researcher drafted paragraphs language as the instructions displayed by the arbitrators. been confirmed the stability of the scale adoption of the test method and bring it back and reached (0.86), and the way retail midterm reaching reliability coefficient (0.88), which represents the gradient is high, and after applying the scale on a sample of (400) teachers of science and mathematics researcher reached the following findings : - 1 - The sample has a standard low in the stability of the effectiveness of supervision, ie, that the level of educational supervision of teachers is not satisfactory, and after the application of a measure the effectiveness of educational supervision on a sample of the research found that the average degree of effectiveness of educational supervision of teachers of both sexes and included in the research is (167, 5) with a standard deviation of $ (35.7) and when comparing this average to the average Alfrda measure of (174) noted that smaller - than - average Alfrda of the scale.2 - Search Results showed that there was no statistically significant differences between the sample of male and female sample of teachers of mathematics and science at the 499 degree of freedom and significance level of 0.05.3 - showed results that there is no individual differences between teachers of mathematics and science as a variable of years of service, because the value of alpha calculated by the amount of (2.11) is less than the value of T indexed by the amount of (3.84) at the 0.05 level and the degree of freedom (1 - 396).4 - The results showed that there are individual differences for science and mathematics teachers for the qualification and variable, because the alpha value is calculated by the amount of (32.26) greater than the tabular value of alpha (3.84)The researcher recommended a number of recommendations including : training supervisors through placement programs, master's and holding training courses and workshops for them to improve the competencies methods of supervision to improve the performance of teachers of science and mathematics, and follow - up plans, educational supervisors and improvement of supervisory services provided by the supervisors of science and mathematics teachers.The researcher has proposed a number of proposals, including : conducting an evaluation of the reality of school management and educational supervision, and requiring supervisors to conduct research to determine the procedural problems of education.

The researcher found that the philosopher (Ibn sina ) has an integrated theory of knowledge , no pre - taught , as well as the importance of the thought of Muslim philosopher in field of education , especially its application in the practical field , helping to enrich the educational process knowledge , because we can take advantage of the contents of this study , for the development of the educational process and upgrade them towards the top of the developed educational sience and knowledges and that needs to revive the Islamic intellectual heritage which is embodied in the character of the philosopher ( Ibn sina ) in the subject field of epistemology. The study was aimed at identifying the epistemobgy at (Ibn sina ) , and highlight the role of educational applications , it does so by taking advantage of those implications , and employment in the field education. The researcher used descriptive historical analytical in this present study through searching the envelops of ( Ibn sina ) and his books , including the ( healing , deliverance , psychology , human , signals and alerts , comments ). The research has included five main chapters , the first cheater has included six demands , namely : - First : The research problem , second : the importance of research , third : the aim of research , fourth : research methodology , fifth : the search limits , sixth : identifying terminology. The second chapter included three sections : the first topic : the biography of ( Ibn sina ) , second topic : included the factors affecting the thought of ( Ibn sina ) and the third section has included the previous studies related to the current research. The third chapter has included three sections , the first part included the historical development of the theory of knowledge , and the second part included basics of epistemology in general for the prevailing philosophies and the third section has included same of the philosophical views of ( Ibn sina ) , namely ,( Allah , the world , Man , Knowledge , Moral ) The fourth chapter included epistemology at ( Ibn sina ) , which included three sections , the first section included self and relation ship with knowledge , the second topic included the basics of epistemology at ( Ibn sina ) and the third section included sources of Knowledge at ( Ibn sina ). The fifth chapter has included two sections : the first topic , the educational applications of theory Knowledge at ( Ibn sina ) , which contained applications ( the learner , teacher , curriculum , teaching methods , evaluation ) and the second section has included the most important conclusions, recommendations, and proposal of the researcher.First : conclusionl1. The researcher realized that ( Ibn sina ) believe that knowledge might be through sensory perception , the strength that recognize external things images ,the sense is divided into , external sense ( the five senses ) , the interior sense which is associated with self - powers , such as imagination and memory , etc. 2. Common sense happen emotionally with the images of things , and that sense take place with the existence of three elements , ( feeler , sensible , and medium , such as light and air)3. The researcher realized that mental knowledge are only done by taking an abstract images of things from the sense because the mind feel the image of abstract things. 4. ( Ibn sina ) see that real knowledge is knowledge that occur through direct perception of things , this is done through the communication between the innate human mind with the effective mind , and this is the top of ten minds providing it with knowledge directly without teaching and this knowledge is an illuminative. Second : Recommendationl1. The result of this study should be useful to guide the educational process for the better. 2. Both types of curriculums ( theoretical and practical ) need to contain the results of this present study. 3. Educational studies students must de familiar with the contents of this study and the educational applications provided by. Third : proposal1. Section two : it discuss the definition of educational atmosphere : importance , categories , characteristics , goals , and the relationship between the educational atmosphere and other atmospheres and assessing schools atmosphere. Section three : it contains specialized supervisor concept, the importance of his role in educational process , specialized supervisors recruitment criteria and his tasks.Section four : it reviewed previous studies related to the current one.Chapter three : this study was designed based on descriptive analytical research method , and also this chapter clarify : study procedure , study society , study sample , study tools , validity , reliability , statistical significance and analysis. - Study society : represented in (337) specialized supervisors distributed in (6) educational departments in AL - karekh and Al - rasafah at Baghdad city. - Study sample : (220) specialized supervisor mixed between male and female were participated in the study , which represent (59%) from study society. - Study tools : to achieve the aim of the study two scales were designed by the researcher : the first one for assessing performance level (44 item distributed in 4 factors ) , the second one for assessing the educational atmosphere ( 44 item distributed in 4 factors ).Validity : face validity was confirmed for scales by specialized professionals in education philosophy , educational management , assessment and evaluation. construct validity was achieved by item relationship with total degree , by pearson correlation , resulted.138 ,( significance.05 , freedom degree : 218 ).Discriminative power for items : T - Test was applied on two independent samples to discriminate between individuals with high scores with individuals with low scores , after comparing t score for tolls item with t standard it showed that all tolls items are significant , that t score is bigger than t standard 1.96.Reliability : internal consistency was calculated for the performance level scale using cronbach alpha equation , resulted 82% for the first factor , 80% for the second factor , 85% for the third factor , 84% for the fourth one which represent good psychometric characteristics. for second scale (educational atmosphere ) cronbach alpha resulted 84% for the first factor , 82% for the second factor , 87% for the third factor , 85% for the fourth factor.Statistical analysis : - T - test / two independent samples. - T - test / one independent sample. - Pearson correlation. - Mean. - Cronbach alpha equation.Chapter four (study results ) : Results showed no significant differences related to gender , which interpreted in a similarity between males and females in performance level in AL - karakh and AL - rasafah high scholls.1 - Result showed that educational atmosphere is available and common in high schools located in AL - karakh and AL - rasafah from specialized supervisors feedback.2 - Result support no differences between male and female specialized supervisors in assessing educational atmosphere in Baghdad high schools. 3 - Results showed positive relationship that’s also significant between teachers performance level and educational atmosphere.Conclusions : Regarding study results , these points were concluded : 1 - performance levels between high school teachers exist and vary based on specialized supervisors feedback.2 - results based on gender differences in performance level were relative and similar to each other.Recommendations : 1 - Enroll teachers in workshops for improving their performance level; in educational process.2 - Doing surveys with experienced teachers diagnosing and reflecting negative aspects in school educational books.3 - Providing new technology in education that facilitate learning that fit with schools budget.Suggestions : 1 - Continue working on performance level for school managers in Baghdad city and its relationship to educational atmosphere from teacher feedback.2 - Doing a similar study to identify performance level for school deputy managers in primary schools from specialized supervisors feedback
