The Consumption of power in Iraq verified during the period of the study reached to its top in (2012) because of rising in population and service centers, the domestic sector occupied the first rank through the size of consumption with rate reaches to (40%). The size of wastes according to physical causes in (2012) around (963457) megawatt/h. The study verifies that temperature has a light effect on the production of electric power from different stations, all the stations can be effected throughout the variation in temperature among seasons of the year, this effect appears firstly by Diesel and Gas stations, Particularly in summer season, the produced power decreases to (20%) less than the production in winter, the harsh decrease in temperature increase the quantities of fuel consumption, the correlation coefficient in Aldora steam station reaches to (0,996 - 0,984) respectively, and in Beji steam station to (0,983 - 0,817) respectively while in Alhartha (0,887 - 0,932) respectively. Also a high humidity decreases the ability of burning in different stations and increase the consumption of fuel, the correlation coefficient in Almusel gas station in summer and winter seasons to (0,975 - 0,963) respectively. So as the impact of climate on transferring and power distribution networks throughout the phenomena of flash - over (Kerona) causing collapse for electric power transferring lines, and thunderbolt phenomenon that leads to destroy the active transferring and distribution lines. While the consumption of electric power correlated with temperature through the monthly and daily variation for temperature, this also correlated directly to humans' feeling through rising and reducing of temperature that linked to the typical temperature degree to feel comfortably in such degree between (15 - 25) m. Then increasing or decreasing for this range force human to use mechanical means to reach the level of comfort which rise the consumption of electric power, a relation has found between temperature and power consumption through Pirson correlation and it shows that there is direct correlation coefficient in summer and converse correlation coefficient in winter, the highest direct correlation coefficient was in Alnassirya that reached to (0,997) which means the consumption of electric power increases with high temperature and converse correlation coefficient appeared in Waset that reached to (0,920) which means the consumption of electric power increased with low temperature. The study also shows the possibility of investing for the element of climatic system to develop the electric power system to get throughout its various applications, it shows that Iraq has a wide abilities from solar radiation system reached to (5,1) watt/m2/day, also the power of winds which reaches to (22) watt/m2/second

المستخلص: ان عنوان البحث هو اهمية المعلومات الجيوتقنية في تخطيط المشاريع الهندسية في مدينة الرمادي، وهذه الدراسة تقع ضمن تخصص علم شكل الارض التطبيقي، وتعد تلك الدراسة من الدراسات القليلة في هذا المجال، والتي تمثل النقلة النوعية في البحث الجغرافي من الوصف الى التطب | The title of this dissertation is "The Importance of the Geo - technical Information in the Planning For Geometrical Projects in Ramadi City. This study is an applied geological one. It is considered one of the seldom studies in this field. It represents a qualitative shift in the geographic research from the description to the application for the importance of the geo - technical information for each area in the planning and execution of different projects on the basis of which the prevention of the problems encountering these projects is possible. However, the study aims at giving a clear idea on the effects of the natural features of soil, rocks and water in the planning of geometrical projects providing suitable solutions and procedures to put an end to the problems resulting from the planning and execution of these projects. Ramadi was chosen for application by studying the general features of soil and rocks and the level of he sub - soil water and the areas which are subject to floods and topographic position of Ramadi Mayoralty and the effect of these features on the planning and execution of the geometrical projects. The study concluded the following : 1 - The effects of the climate on the planning of the geometrical projects through different factors. The high temperature with movement is a reason for the cracks in the roads and the appearance of the narrow openings in the roads. This leads the metals to be extended or become smaller in addition to the increase of the precipitation of the salt in the soil which affects the ratio of the decadence of the iron and it attacks the arsenal of cement. Rains are, also, effective factor in in the rise of the soil humidity and the rise of the sub - soil water which causes the destruction of geometrical projects that are there. Rains also have a great role in the melting process and the appearance of gaps, holes, caves in the soils that have a high ratio of gypsum which damages the building and establishments.2 - The content of the soil from biotic materials causes many problems to the geometrical projects.3 - The effects of the level of the sub - soil water and the humidity of the bases and the walls of buildings leads to the melting of the soils which have a ratio from the gypsum cause damages to the establishments established on these soils. Sub - soil waters also abstracts the movement of the water in the extension and joining the pipes inside the tunnels.4 - The high ratio of the sulphate ion in some parts of the area of the study affects the bases of the building by the interaction of cement compositions that cause the extension and destruction of the arsenal and it has the ability to react with the iron oxides that results in the damaging of the pipes of the networks of water distribution, wastes and the electricity posts and telephones.5 - The effects of gypsum rocks on the planning of the geometrical projects for its melting ability as the case in the south east of Ramadi.6 - Large areas of Ramadi are subject to floods in direct and indirect ways.7 - The topographic situation of Ramadi had a great effect in the planning of geometricalprojects.8 - The future need for land by calculating the future speculationsof the rise of the population of Ramadi mayoralty in the years2025,2035 and 2045.The population is expected to reach 7722,22 in 2045.9 - Four alternative places were chosen and the criterion in selecting them depended on several factors that have a clear effect in the planning of the geometrical projects. The third alternative place which lies in the south east of Ramadi comes first, it is highly preferred because of the extension of thegeometrical projects in Ramadi city center. The second alternative that situated in the northern country side of Al - Jazeera upland. However, the planning and the execution of a geometrical project in any of the alternative places that have a high ratio of sulphate ion and the soil content of gypsum should be taken into consideration so as to prevent the problems encountering the geometrical projects. Finally, I wish this study to be viewed with satisfaction and excuse. If I hit, it means what I want and if I missed, I hope to benefit the opinions of the people of good opinions and correct the mistakes and to open the way for other researchers in this field

المستخلص: The era of Al Kalafa started in ( 316 H - 926 A ) when the prince Abed Al Rahman announced Al Omoiya regime taking the opportunity of Al abbasian weakness , above all he defeated all the conflicts in the country . So a new era had been begun in Andalusia . It is regarded as a step for all victories and political stability .Although it happened there some interior disagreements among people and groups to control as much as area they can .This led the foreign powers to think about the Islamic territories by exploiting the idea of backing all the rivals to weaken the Islam regions . We concentrate our efforts upon the period that is considered the most dreadful time . In addition to this my desire in studying the history of Andalusia when I was in Bachelor stage and to get knowledge of the features of these conflicts and its reasons .This study ( the internal conflicts in Andalusia during Al kalafa era (316 - 422 H) .The importance of this study lies on its connection with the attempt of the student Nahdim Ibrahim in his subject (the internal fight in Andalusia )and its harmony with the study of the student Shaker Yassin Al delemy who completed my study through his research which includes the interior struggle in Andalusia in various sectarian groups . It is necessary to study that period and have information especially the political disorder which was so important in both internal and external events of Andalusia . I suggest the year( 216 H - 926 A) as a date for my study . The year 422 H was an end of my study , as it is known the end of Omawi era in Andalusia which lasted 280 years . I divided the study into an introduction and four chapters with the end . These pages contained margins and sources of my research . Keeping in mind that every chapter divided into many section . In the first chapter I considered the features of Andalusia society which appeared into six sections , every section has the sectarian of Andalusia society and its location which has a big role in the political conflicts the country witnessed from the date of Andalusia liberation 92 H till the withdrawal of Muslims in 897 H . The second chapter adapted the inner fight during Al kalafa era in 316 H . It is divided into six field started from the internal disagreement during the time of Al kalefa Abed Al Rahman al Nasir 300 - 350 H and his son Al Mustanser 350 - 366 H . In the first section I consider the definition of the word (conflict) linguistically and terminology , the second one was about the prince and Al kalefa Abed Al Rahman ( his name and family ) and the date of his crown , the third section I stated the efforts of Al kalefa Abed Al Rahman in unifying the country and judgment with defeating the rebellion calls which the most important was Ibin Hafsoon revolution , also unifying Al abbasian to the state and getting back cities of eastern Andalusia . I showed in the fourth section the rebirth of Al kalafa Omaiwia in Andalusia by Al kafefa Abed Al Rahman al Nasir while the fifth section dealt with the control upon some territories and unified them with the country . I ended the six section with the stability and the economic growth in the era of Al Mustanser who encourage science and scientific research . The third chapter I state the internal disagreement during the era of Al Kalefa Husham 366 - 390 H , this chapter included six sections , the first one was appointing Al kalefa in his earlier year while the second was the political situation of the state , the third was the appearance of Mohammed Al Hajeb and his individuality in power by defeating his rivals , the fourth was appointing Abed al Malik after the death of his father Al Mansour .the fifth section was the administration of Al kaleafa Abed Al Rahman bin al Mansour and adapting a new strategy which is totally differ of his father . The fourth chapter dealt with the barbarian disorder and the end of Omawi period . It contained eight sections , the first was the misleading of policy of Al kaleafa AL Mahdi especially by fighting barbers , the second section talks about the barbarian revolution against Al Mahdi , the third section was misguiding strategy led by Al Kaleafa Husham , the fourth was seizing Al kalafa by Husham while the fifth was about controlling Al kalafa by Sulaiman , the six was Al Hamood role in Al kalafa upon the country . Then I mentioned the power of Omawai family who are weak and unable to manage the state . They adapted bad behavior depending on high taxes , disobedience and immoral . I finished my study with the affection of this chaos upon the public life of Andalusia . I never forget to mention a list of names of resources and translated books with some previous thesis which were discussed in universities .

A lot of troubles brazened us in the research . as well as the lack of economic information which is found in many times . the research includes . many cities in the Arabian peninsula . in addition to the circumstances accruing in the conntry including the killing , displacing , oppression , instability , and chaos that filled our land . so the research aos exalted on three main regions in the north of the Arabian penin sula . which are al hera kingdom in Iraq AL Gasser an kingdom and almodina al munawara . inhale classified my study into four chapters , the first chapter deals with SoCal and political issues about al hear king dom , AlGassassna king dom , and yathreb city and each one of these reqions has one section . whereas chapter tow deals with the economic activity in yathrn city in three stages in pr - Islam and the era of message and al rashideen age that results in economic activity in yathreb in each of theses three terms and each study dealt with each point that we mentioned it previously . chapter three deals with the economic activity in adhere kingdom and has constructed into three sections . each one deals with the period that we mentioned before and what is going on about the changes and circumstances . We have to indicate to AL tabary , because those figures has given us useful in formation in the economic and sociable scope . in fact the historic book were not sufficient to create the economic developments so we asked for abscess and financial books of abo Yosef , ibn adam . ibn rijab, and ibn tslam . also we took some excepts from books of countries and geography of abalathry and ibn kurdazba , and ibn abdullha kam these excerpts are very early and rigorous at the same time . whereas the books of layers of bn said ibn abdullbar have been great and in it s vital in formation for the wealth of the , leaders magistrates and the growth of economy . Fur there more , we have to indicate to the literary and language books of al jacinth , tbn and ull rad , and al thaaliby that have excellent contexts which deal with the economic circumstances . whereas the modern responses . in which the writing of aldoory Abdul - Aziz and salin al ali have a great role in lightening several parts of our esearch and our indicating to important resources desides , the writings of towed ali , hashim almallah , ahmed al sharif , mr. abdullaziz salim , Yousef chanima , najman yaseen , Muhammad Batavia , and also the foreign translated resonrees of jarhy zidan , beogolifzkis , Nordic m diso and dentist . those all figures have great role in presenting the political. Social , economic , ans thought full efforts which are related to the topic and the period of the research in a simple and modern from

المستخلص: Study includes following up of measuring the total dissolved protein and enzymes in different body organs and the structural changes (Histological)occurring in the testis and epididymis and liver and kidney of the male mice, in addition, the study includes following up of must the hematological and Hormones changes. This study consists of three experiments. The first experiment involved exposing male mice directly for thirty consecutive day to three different magnetic stressed 750, 1500, 3000 Gauss The second experiment involved exposing pregnant mothers directly during pregnancy, amounting to 21 consecutive days for the same intensites and after the end of exposure and the occurrence of birth was taking male embryos left until puberty to conduct the study by the third experiment involved SMF same intensites also for a period of 30 days after the end of the period of exposure was that males paired with females and left until the birth then was taking male embryos left until adulthood to conduct the study at the end of each experiment and weighed the animals and took blood samples and explained and eradicated all organs (liver, kidney the heart and spleen) for the first test and (liver and kidney) for the second and third as the experience was detected changes in the total dissolved proteins amount were observed using the method of Biuret and those on protein band resolved on polyacrylamide electrophoresis PAGE.Also the effect of SMFs on the activity of each of the enzymes ACP, ALP, ALT and AST was estinmated using the Spectroscopic method. Electrophoresis was used to observe effects on enzymic bands of Esterase on PAGE. In addition to biochemical variables included enzymatic antioxidants, which included enzymatic SOD, CATand MDA as has been the follow - up blood changes which included the amount of hemoglobin Hb, PCV, WBC, RBC and platelet counts and blood Were estimated as the concentration of each of the hormones (prolactin, LH, FSH) and testosterone hormone as eradicated all of the right testis and epididymic for the first experiment and excised portions of the liver and kidney for the second and third experiment and they were used to prepare histological sections for the histological studies. The tissues were sectioned and stained with Haematoxylin and Eosin stain using the routine histological techniques. The result of the study could summarized as follows : - - The Results of this study showed was an increase not significant (p?0.05) in body weight It also showed decrease not significant (p?0.05) In the liver and spleen weight either kidney, heart weight did not change in any weights appears when 750 and 1500 gauss either at 3000 gauss intensity was significantly increased and clear (P?0.05) compared with control animals.—There was a significant in (MDA, AST, ALT, ACP, ALK, TP) To extract the liver, kidney, heart and spleen male mice exposed to three different stressed 3000, 1500, 750 gauss As for the enzymes(CAT, SOD) Showed a significantdecrease in heart, kidney, spleen extract to mice exposed and rise significantly in the liver of mice exposed to stressed above the first experiment, there was no significant increase in the activity of enzymes (ACP, ALK, TP) And an increase in the activity of moral enzymes(MDA, SOD, CAT, AST, ALT) In liver extract and kidney male mice second experiment compared with control animals. The third experiment, there was no significant increase in the activity of enzymes (ACP, ALK, TP) And an increase in the activity of moral enzymes(MDA, SOD, CAT, AST, ALT) Liver extract in male mice third experiment compared with the control animals in either extract kidney male mice third experiment, there was not significant increase in (SOD, CAT, AST, ALT, ACP, ALK, TP) And a significant increase in the activity of the enzyme (MDA compared with control animals - The results showed some changes in the intensity and number of protein bands to extract four organs first experience at three 3000, 1500, 750 gauss compared with animal control and extract the liver and kidney for the second test and third at all intensities when electrophoresis was carried out on PAGE. - The results showed that there are some changes in the intensity and number of enzyme bands esteras in the extract of the four organs of the first experiment at 3000, 1500, 750 gauss compared with animal control and extract the liver and kidney for the second test and third at all intensities when electrophoresis was carried out on PAGE. - Results of the first experiment showed significant increase (P?0.05) in each of the(Hb, PCV, PLT and RBC) Animals exposed to either 1500.750 gauss at 3000 gauss intensity rise was not significant (P?0.05) compared with control animals. The results showed a significant decrease (P?0.05) in WBC at all intensities compared with control animals at all intensities. Results of the second and third experiment showed not significant increase (RBC, PCV, Hb and PLT) and not significant (P? 0.05) in WBC at all intensities compared with control animals at all intensities. - The results of the first experiment showed that there was significantly higher (P?0.05) in the LH hormone when exposed to the three stressed 3000, 1500, 750 gauss compared with control animals. there was a significant decrease (P?0.05) in each of the hormonal FSH prolactin When the exposed to the three stressed 3000, 1500, 750 gauss compared with control animals, but the Testosteron hormone has decreased at 750 gauss a significant decrease (P?0.05) compared with control animals. - The results of the first experiment not significant decrease (P?0.05) in the testis and epididymis weight of the animals exposed to 1500 and 750 gauss compared with control animals either at 3000 gauss intensity, there was a significant increase (P?0.05) in both organs weight compared with control animals. Histological studies showed the significant decrease in the diameter and thickness of epithelial tissue of the seminiferous tubules and epididymis tubules and duct efferentes inthe 750and 1500 Gauss/where appeared where appeared in epithelial tissue is incomplete and thinner than in the animal control either when the intensity of 3000 gauss there was a significant decrease diameters and high padded her cells and appeared in epithelial tissue integrated compared with animals control. - Histological study showed the liver of male experience the second occurrence of some histological changes in the central vein and semi - sinus blood and prepare Kupffer cells and epithelial cells lining compared with control animals. And the lack of any histological changes in male mice kidney second experiment and stressed 3000, 1500, 750 gauss compared with control animals.Histological study also showed the liver third male mice experiment that no histologic changes at 3000, 1500, 750 gauss compared with control animals either the kidney of male mice have shown some changes in some histological structures at 750, 1500 and 3000 Gauss, compared with control animals

المستخلص: جمع 60 نموذجا من عينات بول وسط المجرى من المرضى الراقدين في المستشفى الذين يعانون من اخماج المجاري البولية من مستشفى اليرموك ومستشفى الكرخ ومستشفى القديس رافائيل/ الراهبات للمدة من 27 شباط 2014 ولغاية 25 اذار 2014، وقد اظهرت نتائج الزرع البكتريولوجي الحصو | Sixty mid - stream urine specimens were collected from patients presented with urinary tract infections whom attending Al - Numan, Al - Yarmouk, Al - Karkh, and Saint Raphael/Al Rahibbat hospitals in Baghdad for the period February, 27th to March, 25th 2014. Bacteriological culture identified fifty (80.33%) isolates as E. coli depending on cultural and biochemical characteristics as well as Api and Vitek 2 automated systems. However, 82% of isolates developed ? - hemolysis on blood agar plates.Susceptibility of all isolates against seven commonly prescribed antibiotics were investigated and 96, 82, 84, 92, 92, and 56%. of isolates were resistant to ampicillin, ampicillin/sulbactam, amoxicillin/clavulanic acid, cefalothin, imipenem, and meropenem, ceftazidime, respectively.Concomitantly, ? - lactamase production was detected phenotypically by disk replacement method. The results showed that 82% of all isolates have the ability to produce ? - lactamase. Interestingly, correlation coefficient between ? - lactamase and hemolysin production was 0.99.Using microtiter plate method, all E. coli isolates were tested for their ability to form biofilm. The results revealed that 36, 54, and 10% of isolates formed biofilm with variable thickness; weak, moderate, and strong, respectively.Alongside with previous findings, blaCTX - M - 2, blaVIM, blaTEM, and blaPER were identified in 18, 12, 10, and 4, respectively. Nevertheless, none of blaOXA - 1, blaOXA - 4, blaOXA - 30, blaIMP, blaCTX - M - 1, blaCTX - M - 9, blaKPC, and blaSHV. The isolate number 11 harboured the highest number of genes (blaTEM, blaVIM, and blaPER) among all tested isolates. Twelve albino mice was divided randomly into four groups comprising A through D injected with ceftazidime at sub MIC, E. coli 11, E. coli 11 with ceftazidime solution, and standard strain, respectively.Histopathological sections did not show any changes in respeuct to group A. however, group C suffered signs of infection less than those appeared in group B sections. Simultaneously, group D suffered intense histpathological changes more than other groups infected with resistant isolate.
