المستخلص: One hundred fifty clinical samples (burns, wounds, urine, nasal and ear swabs) were collected from patients of Al - Yarmouk Hospital and Teaching Baghdad Hospital during the period from November / 2015 to January / 2016.Multi drug resistant strains are serious problems in public health worldwide. So, the continueous development of new classes of antimicrobial agents has become of increasing importance for medicine. Therefore was aimed to produce of Crude and purified bacteriocins from antibiotic resistant bacteria (G - ve MRSA and G+ve P. aeruginosa) isolated from clinical samples and determine the optimization conditions for production of bacteriocin and their purification and characterization. In addition to characterize their inhibitory activity in - vitro and in - vivo .Cultural and morphological characteristice examination ,biochemical tests were conducted and confirmed the diagnosis by API20E and Staph API and antibiotics sensitivity test confirmed by Vitek - 2 system.The results showed 102(68%) isolates of S.aureus, all of which were Methicillin Resistace S.aureus (MRSA), constituted 50% from the ratio in the burns and wounds samples, while the lowest 13(12.7%) isolates were from ear samples. Highly significant differences (P˂0.01) recorded in both isolates among clinical samples. The isolates showed multi - resistant to Methicillin, Penicillin G , Cefoxitin, Erythromycin, Oxacillin, Chloramphenicol and Tetracyclin, while sensitive to vancomycin.Also 77(51.3%) isolates were P.aeruginosa, 62(80.5%) from which were multi - resistant to antibiotics that constituted more than half (59.8% and 51.6%) from the ratio in burn and wound samples respectively, while the lowest 8(12.9%) isolates were from ear samples too. Highly significant differences (P˂0.01) recorded in both isolates among clinical samples. There were about completely resist to Cefoxitin 75(97.40 %) and also show a higher resist to Ceftazidime, Tetracycline and Cefepime, While less resistance to Azithromycin.Vitek 2 system gave confirmation of positive results for MRSA and resistant P.aeruginosa and as a selected organism with a probability 98 - 99%."II "The MRSA isolate S12 and P.aeruginosa isolate (P26) were chosen among five bacterial isolates as a good producer for crude MRSAcin and MAR - pyocin according to their widest inhibition zone .Five methods were used to detect of MRSAcin and MAR - pyocin production by (well diffusion assay WDA , flip - streak , spot on the lawn , Cup disc and paper disc method) against indicator pathogens (G+ve , G - ve bacteria and yeast) which included, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans .Well diffusion assay was the best method for identify of bacteriocin production and antibacterial activity against indicator pathogens.The crude and purified MRSAcin and MAR - pyocin recorded non - significant differences in activity whether as alone or synergistic against pathogenic bacteria (G - ve and G+ve) and yeast compared with higher sensitive antibiotics.The optimum conditions for bacteriocins production were in trypticase soya broth and brain heart infusion broth supplemented with )Carbon ,nitrogen, Salts, surfactants and Vitamins) with pH 7, at temperature 37°C for 48 hrs. and inoculum size of 2% from bacterial culture 6×108 cell/ml."Purification of bacteriocin was made by two steps method including extraction by ammonium sulphate 70% followed by ion - exchange chromatography DEAE - cellulose that the specific activity for these fractions was 1.375and1.000 (AU/mg) with 6 and 5 purification folds and 78 and 29 % yield and gel filtration chromatography on using Sephadex G - 50 column. The resulted fractions were 1.646 and 1.160 (AU/mg) protein with 8 and 6 purification folds and 38 and 28% yield respectively."Physical characteristics were also studied and the results showed that the molecular weight of MRSAcin and MAR - pyocin was )15and 35) KDa respectively by Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate - polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS - PAGE). Purified bacteriocins were stable at wide range of pH values 1 - 8, and remained active (50%) at pH 9 .The whole activity was lost at the pH value 10 and thermostabile at 100°C for 30 min.A strong stability of bacteriocins were recorded against organic solvents 10% and surfactants (0.5% EDTA), mineral salts 0.5% of each (CuSo4 and FeSo4), (10%) proteolytic enzymes lipase recorded significantly different (P≤0.05) compared with other enzyme (trypsin, pepsin and papain) which show complete inactivation of antibacterial activity.Also crud bacteriocins are still active for at least 3 months of freezing storage, while in purified after 2 months of freezing storage. Showed that the minimum inhibition zone against E. coli was 62.5 μg/ml for both MRSAcin and R - pyocin in vitro. The effect of MRSAcin and MAR - pyocin on the cell permeability was studied and the results showed that the absorbance at 260nm increased, indicating that DNA leaked from cells due to the cell lysis.Experimental infection induced by therapeutic effectiveness of the bacteriocin invivo skin injury bacteria MRSA and resistance P. aeruginosa which was marked at the beginning of her appearance inflammation of skin, swelling and redness of the affected area with the appearance of festering spots and abscesses in the surface layer of the skin and with the progress of the abscess spotted Purple happens .The antibacterial action of synergistic affected of (MRSAcin and MAR - pyocin) extracts .The results confirmed that the treated invivo skin injury bacteria MRSA and resistance P. aeruginosa was damaged . MRSAcin , MAR - pyocin and synergistic were giving good healing process with limited tissue damage in vivo (mice) against superficial skin infection by MRSA and resistance P. aeruginosa isolates at 1,2,3 day after infection.

المستخلص: Toxoplasmosis is the general term for infection and disease in human and animal caused by a parasite called Toxoplasma gondii, this disease is prevalent among different categories of people , Heart disease patients are one of them. Because of the dormancy status of T. gondii, there is ambiguity and variation in the immunity of patients. This study aimed to investigate the immune status of heart disease patients infected with toxoplasmosis, to detect the prospective relationship between heart disease patients and T. gondii, and investigate the relationship between toxoplasmosis and risk factors which included gender, age, blood group, contact with cats, and habitation.One hundred fifty samples of blood had been collected at period from August 2016 till November 2016 from patients with heart disease, they lying or visit Heart Medical Centre in Thi - Qar province. According to gender, the patients divide in to (81 males and 69 females) with age ranging 18 to 82 years. Also one hundred samples of blood had been collected from apparently healthy persons as negative control ,dividing according to gender in to ( 55 males and 45 females) with age ranging 19 to 56 years . All samples of both subjects had been tested by ELISA technique to detect anti - Toxoplasma Abs (IgG & IgM) . While the positive samples with toxoplasmosis were tested to detect the level of interleukins (IL - 10, IL - 12 and IL - 17).The overall of seropositivity of anti - Toxoplasma Abs that scored by ELISA in the current study was 44% in heart disease patients are higher than those in apparently healthy controls 19%, and there was a significant difference between them. There is a significant difference between male and female, in the seropositivity of anti - Toxoplasma Abs that scored in controls, in male was higher than those in female. Presence of antiSummary toxoplasmosis Abs in all types of heart disease patients with significant difference among them, and the highest percentage of anti - toxoplasmosis Abs in Mitral stenosis( MS) was 55.8% , and the lower value was 30.3% in Myocardiopathy.There are significant differences between the age groups and the percentage of anti - Toxoplasma Abs in heart disease patients with highest value was 63.2% at age group of 61 - 75 years, and the lowest one was 26.3% at age group of 15 - 30 years. While no significant differences between the age groups and toxoplasmosis in apparently healthy controls with highest value was 19.5% at age group of 31 - 45 years, and the lowest one was 8.6% at age group of 15 - 30 years.The results demonstrated that seroprevalence of toxoplasmosis was significantly associated with close contact with cats. The percentage of seroprevalence anti - Toxoplasma Abs in heart disease patients and controls inhabited rural area was 52.5% and 32% are higher than those inhabited urban area was 34.3% and 6% respectively. Some blood parameters were estimated of both subjects infected and non - infected with toxoplasmosis. There was high significant difference at p≤0.05 observed in mean ratio of eosinophil’s number between infected and not infected subjects with toxoplasmosis in both subjects. While there was no significant differences in mean ratio of total count of WBCs. Moreover, mean of lymphocytes number recorded significant differences betweeninfected and non - infected heart disease patients only. The blood group phenotypes of the infected heart disease patients and controls highlight the role in toxoplasmosis infection and the AB blood group characterized by the highest significant percentage of infection. The results of interleukins appeared high mean levels of IL - 12 82.85 pg/ml in heart disease patients infected with toxoplasmosis when compared with control 60.97 pg/ml, and there was significant difference between them. While there was no significant difference in IL - 10 and IL - 17 in both patients and controls. The results also showed decreased level of IL - 17 in patients with heart disease. The increased level of IL - 12 in patient with heart disease infected with toxoplasmosis indicate to the activity of cell mediated immunity in those patients and may be lead to provoke an inflammatory status in the heart valves and muscle then worse heart disease to be sever and need complicated treatments

المستخلص: his study was conducted to create an environment that mimic those samples collected from crime scenes Blood samples were collected from one hundred and twenty persons from Hila city. These samples were used to stimulate the different possible blood samples obtained for forensic medical purpose. The following simulations were created : 20 fresh blood samples, 20 frozen blood samples, 40 dried blood stain samples on carpet (20 samples collected after 2 hours & 20 samples collected after 3 hours), and 40 samples in the form of dried blood stains on soil(20 samples collected after 2 hours & 20 samples collected after 3 hours).Extraction of genomic DNA was attempted from the listed forms of blood samples by using four different methods : Promega purification kits, Favorgen purification kits, salting out methods, and two - step lysis assay.These methods were compared for the best extraction of DNA and were confirmed by molecular detection of β - globin gene using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique.After extraction of gDNA and electrophoresis by use agarose gel electrophoresis and measuring the concentration and purity of DNA by bio drop spectrophotometer. Purity was then confirmed by PCR. The results indicated that the best methods for genomic DNA isolation were from fresh, frozen ,and dried stains on carpet using Promega purification kits, whereas, from dried blood stain on soil ,none of the four methods was suitable for isolation the genomic DNA.

المستخلص: This study aimed to investigate the phytochemical components and antifungal activity of Cressa cretica L. using Gas chromatography - Mass spectrum (GC - MS) and Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer (FTIR) techniques in addition to the characterization ( morphological and molecular) of fungal ear infection (otomycosis) and evaluate the antifungal activity (in vitro) of the C. cretica bioactive extracts. The secondary metabolites analysis of C.cretica extracts revealed the presence of phenols, alkaloids, terpenes, flavonoids, glycosides and tannins. The results of GC - MS reported 112 chemical compounds (30 in flowers, 34 in leaves, 23 in stems and 25 in roots). The results of the FTIR confirmed the presence of large numbers of functional groups in each part of the plant and these functional groups which varied according to the solvent type. More of these functional groups were alcohols, phenols, alkanes, alkyl halides, aldehydes, carboxylic acids, aromatics, nitro compounds and amines. The results were designed according to factorial experiments with complete randominal designed. Clinical diagnosis of otomycosis fungi revealed that there are 126 positive casesout of 185 cases included the filamentous fungi Aspergillus niger, A. flavus, A. terreuss, Penicilleum digitatium, either yeasts have included Candida parapsilosis, C. albicans, C. glabrata , C. Krusie. The percentage of Candida was 53.63% while the percentage of filamentous fungi was 46.36%, males was more infected than females, the age group 11 - 20 years old appear more affected than other age groups (19.8%), while the age group 31 - 40 years old and those who are older than 61 years were the least affected. Antifungal activity of C. cretica extracts revealed that each species of Candida had been affected by a part more than others, as well as a certain type of solvents, as follow : C. Parapsilosis largely affected by flowers extract when solvent hexane was used (the diameter of inhibition zone was 10.33 mm) at the concentration of 50%, while the C. albicans was most affected by whole plant when used ethyl acetate solvent (the diameter of inhibition zone was 10.92 mm). Stems extract by using hexane solvent was the most inhibitory growth effect on C. glabrata (the diameter of inhibition zone was 10.8 mm), while the roots extract by using methanol solvent showed largest inhibition on C. krusie growth (the diameter of inhibition zone was 8.56 mm). Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) reached to 25% on C. glabrata and C. krusie when using hexane stems extract and methanol roots extract respectively, while C. parapsilosis and C. albicans had reached the minimum inhibitory concentration to 30% when using hexane flowers extract and ethyl acetate whole plant extract.The results revealed that the alkaloids extract are the most effect against all species of Candida under study, the inhibition zone for C. parapsilosis was 4 mm diameters and 3.6 mm for C. albicans , 3.2 mm for C.glabrata and 5.2mm for C. krusie, followed by phenols extracts and terpens with the exception of C. albicans since terpenes extract had been more affected than phenols extracted, and this effect was increased with increasing the concentration of extract. When the C. cretica compared with the antifungal (Fluconazole) the results showed that the effect of extracts had greater inhibitory effect against otomycosis fungi, where the greatest impact of fluconazole was 8.23 mm at concentration 50% in the treatment of C. glabrata, and had the little inhibitory effect on the growth of C. krusie where the diameter of inhibition zone was 0.53 mm at the concentration 50%, and that the inhibitory effect increases with increasing concentration, while roots alkaloids gave inhibitory effect reached to 5.2 mm on C. krusie .

المستخلص: The present study includes the isolation and identification of some mycoflora from 40 soil samples in six places ( Remnants of fat - born, parks, edges of the river, animal wastes, sewage and rubbish) during October 2015 - January 2016 in Nasseriya City, Iraq. According to different environmental factors, the isolated genera were Aspergillus, Penicillium, Mucor, Rhizopus, Cladosporium, Sepedonium chrysospermum, Alternaria chlamydospora, Bipolaris, Chrysosporium, Candida albicans, Rhododendron flavum, Humicola, Geotrichum candidum, Fusarium and Acremonium. Three isolation methods were used. Dilution method, direct plate method, alcohol and heat treatment technique using the cultural media viz. Potato Dextrose Agar ( PDA), Sabouraud Dextrose Agar (SDA) and Potato Carrots Agar (PCA). Aspergillus represented the highest fungal isolates which represent 62 (37.12%). followed by Penicillium with 47 (28.14%), Mucor 22 (13.16%), Rhizopus 15 (8.98%), Cladosporium 6 (3.59%), Sepedonium chrysospermum and Alternaria chlamydospora, 3 (1.80%), Biopolaris, Chrysosporium and Candida albicans with 2 (1.20%), and finally Rhododendron flavum, Humicola, Acremonium, Fusarium and Geotrichum candidum recorded the lowest fungal isolation with one isolate for each (0.60%). The study was aimed to isolation of Penicillium from soil and assay its antibacterial activity. The results showed that dilution method gave a best fungal growth in comparison with direct plate method and alcohol and heat treatment technique in 25 ºC and pH = 6. PDA appeared as an optimum medium for isolation in comparison with other media such as SDA and PCA. The preliminary results showed that Penicillium sp. exerted antibacterial activity against Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria; Therefore, this fungus was used for production of antibiotic on Potato Dextrose Broth (PDB) medium. The optimum conditions were obtained at pH = 6, incubation temperature of 25 ºC and shaking rate of 180 rpm for 7 days to fermentation. Ethyl acetate was a good organic solvent to extraction of antibiotic which produced (3g/L) as white to creamy crystals. The characterization of the antibiotic product after extraction and purified by chemical methods included Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) test, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Spectra and Mass Spectra. The Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) for clinical bacterial species was 1 - 10mg/ml.The PCR method used in this study utilized Internal transcribed spacer (ITS1 - 4) as a primer for identification of isolates. Two PCR products of the targeted gene of Penicillium chrysogenum isolates which locally named as (Penicillium chrysogenum F1 and Penicillium chrysogenum F2) were selected and subjected to partial DNA sequencing for the ITS gene to follow up the possible molecular relationship between these local isolates and what recorded globally in Genbank.

المستخلص: The present study is designed to isolated and identification the pathogenic bacteria associated with Cutaneous leishmaniasis. Cutaneous leishmaniasis (CL) is a parasitic disease characterized by single or numerous ulcerations. This was study performed in Iraqi in Shatra general hospital and Al - hussein teaching hospital in Thi - Qar province 2016 - 2017.Total of 370 samples of suspected patients were taken and after examining them using geimsa stain , the positive were 186 males and 126 females then sterilize the area surrounding for ulcer , all samples were taken to (swab transport media) ,culture to MacConkey agar and blood agar after 24 hr of incubation at 37C ,after diagnosed by biochemical testing then species determined by API system. The positive results on culture media 92/312 , males 62 (67.4%) , female 30 (32.6 %).The total bacteria isolated from the lesions were in males and female staph auerus 52 cases (56.5%), Escherichia coli 8 cases(8.6%) , Bacillus cereus 6 cases(6.5%) , Pseudomonas. aeruginesa 5 cases (5.4% ), Strep. Pyogenes 6 cases(6.5%) ,Strepto.agalactiae 3 cases(3.3%).While other that isolated in males only and did not appear in females were aerobic bacteria ,Listeria moncytogenes 3 cases(3.4%) , Actinobacteria .spp 2 cases(2.2%) ,Klebsiella. Pneumonia 2 cases (2.2%) , Rodococcus .equi 1 cases (1.1%) , and anaeroberia bacteria ,Peptococcus niger 2 cases (2.2%) ,Peptostreptococcus .spp 2 cases (2.2%) .Then find bacteria that more presence more with cutaneous Leishmaniasis ,were it was staph. aureus therefore it were objected study antibiotic resistant .The present study demonstrates that Staph. aureus XIV isolates were resistant to methicillin 50 (96.15%), penicillin 48 (92.30%) , Clindamycin 37 (71.15%), ciprofloxacin 30 (57.69%) , Gentamicin 30 (57.69%),Amoxicalave 29 (55.76%), Azithromycin 25 (48.07%) , Amoxicillin 22 (42.30%), Tetracycline 21 (40.38%), Rifampin 10 (19.23%) and Vancomycin all staph .auerus are sensitive to Vancomycin The all 52 Staph. aureus isolates were further examined using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for detection of (16SrRNA ,mecA and PVI gene ). 16SrRNA gene which were responsible for diagnosis ,where all isolates were positive to was 52\52 (100%) , mecA gene which were responsible for methicillin resistance this was detected in 52\52 (100%) . of Staph. aureus isolates and a part of virulence factors PVL gene was detected in 46/52(88.46%) of Staph. aureus isolates which are responsible to kill the leukocytes of human and other animals.

Our central problem is to describe the approximation behavior of functions in L_P - spaces for 0<p<1 by polynomials via higher order modulus of smoothness of function. In this work we identity the correct gadget to characterize smoothness of functions in L_P - spaces in terms of, either modulus of smoothness or K - functional, that are then we prove they are equivalent.In our main results we concentrate on characterization of best approximation , given in terms of direct and inverse theorem in terms of three types of moduli of smoothness and K - functional

المستخلص: There are many important problems where the real data does not fit any of the classical or standard probability models, and the lifetime distributions have been used to model analyses the lifetime data in many applied sciences such as medicine, engineering, finance, biostatistics , reliability and survival analyses because a statistical analysis depends heavily on the assumed probability model or distributions.The distributions, generalization distributions there were derived in this thesis that can be used in life applications. It is hoped that findings of this work will be useful for the practitioners in various fields of theoretical and applied sciences. This thesis is our contribution in this field throughout finding these distributions .Three distributions are introduced, Rayleigh - Pareto distribution, Rayleigh - Lomax distribution and Uniform - Lomax Distribution, as well as discussion of some their important properties , and estimate their parameters. These distributions depend on the original distribution, Rayleigh distribution, Pareto distribution, Lomax(Pareto II) distribution, and Uniform distribution. The idea of the subject that is companied two distributions by one of the methods that are used to generalize distribution.Therefore there is an application using certain real data set to illustrate the usefulness of the proposed distribution to real data using MATLAB (R2011b) software.In the application of Rayleigh - Pareto distribution, we used real data set ,and make a compare between Rayleigh - Pareto distribution used in thesis with others distributions. Its appear that Rayleigh - Pareto distribution is the best in comparison with other distributions.Introduction The statistical distributions used to describe and interpret the phenomena, there are continuous motivations for developing these distributions to become more flexible or more fitting for specific real data sets. This causes great problems , that need solution and parallel tools for those developments , so the scientis become responsible to work on the development of number theory and open new horizons , that a new science had appeared which is ( soft figures theory ) which is considered the important tool to solve most difficult problems or overcome them ,in these sciences and their specific life specialization , economy , medicine , geometry and others . Also the theory of soft numbers had entered in general topology in power full and active way . The last years a new science has appeared is ( soft topological space ). المستخلص: Fractal image coding based on the inverse problem of an iterated function system plays an essential role in several areas of computer graphics and in many other interesting applications. Despite this method have received much attention because of its high resolution and fast decoding and many other advantages, but it has not been used widely because, it required high computation time in the encoding process. Genetic algorithm as an efficient optimization approach is highly used to solve such problems. In this study, this technique is improved and implemented, and another improvement that helps to optimize the search space in the target image is proposed, this is through reaching of global optimum in a single run. It is known as crowding method. The first use of this method in solving of fractal inverse problem shows acceptable result, especially, in reducing of the encoding time and obtaining of good quality images. Although, crowding method provides a satisfactory results in comparing to the original Jacquin and genetic algorithm techniques, but it concentrates on the best elements in the population of the search space. To support global exploration and prevent trapping in local optima, a new probability is added, which helps to satisfy diversity in the population selection from both the best and worst individuals. This is satisfied through proposing of a new diversity method to reduce being trapped in local optima, and improve the time complexity of the algorithm. The relation between searching for an optimum solution and playing music is known as harmony search algorithm (HAS). This algorithm is used in this study for the first time to solve fractal inverse problem. It has been proved that access to find music harmony corresponds to solving of an optimization problem searching for an optimal solution. In comparing to the original technique, the experiments on the three proposed approaches show their efficiency and effectivity In this study, a new method that combines fractal dimension (FD) which is an indicator of image complexity with the FIC scheme is proposed. Classifying images in databases according to their texture by using FD helps reduce the retrieval time of query images. The validity of the proposed method is evaluated using geosciences images. Result shows that the method is computationally attractive.

المستخلص: في هذه الرسالة - درسنا الابنية التبولوجية في نظرية البيان ومختلف النتائج المتعلقة بها وكذلك بعض مفاهيم باولاك وتعميمات نظرية مجموعة الاستقراب.احتوت المفاهيم الاساسيه للفضاء التبولوجي ونظرية مجموعة الاستقراب وكذلك اعطينا مفاهيم نظرية المخططات. قدمنا المفاهيم الاساسية المتعلقة بالابنية التبولوجية هي فضاء - M باستخدام نظام الدرجات المختلط في نظرية المخططات. اضافة الى ذلك المخططات المشتقة - m، المخططات المفتوحة - m، المخططات المغلقة - m، المؤثرات الداخلية - m، المؤثرات الخارجية - m والمخططات الجزئية - M درست.على الجانب الاخر درسنا الفضاءات التقريبية فوق التبولوجية باستخدام نظام الدرجات المختلط حيث قدمنا نوعين من الفضاءات التبولوجية اسميناهما الفضاء - o والفضاء - i.نحن قدمنا وقارنا بين نوعين جديدين من المؤثرات التقريبية باستخدام نظام الدرجات المختلط وجدنا ان الدقة بالنسبة الى المؤثر التقريبي الثاني تكون اكثر من مؤثر التقريبي الاول لهذا السبب درسنا بالتفصيل خواص النوع الثاني من المؤثرات التقريبية.واخيرا قدمنا تعميم جديد لنظرية مجموعة الاستقراب باستخدام عدد منتهي من المخططات باستخدام النوع الثاني من المؤثرات التقريبية. العديد من المميزات والخواص لهذه المفاهيم درست. | In this thesis, we studied the topological structure in graph theory and various related results also some pawlak's concepts and generalization rough set theory. Contained fundamental concepts of topological spaces and rough set theory and also, we introduced the concepts of graph theory. We introduced concepts concerning with topological structures, which is M - space by using the mixed degree systems in graph theory. In addition, the m - derived (respectively, m - open, m - closed) digraphs, m - interior (resp. m - closure) operator and M - subspace are studied. On the other hand, we studied supra - approximation spaces using mixed degree systems, two topological spaces are introduced, namely o - space and i - space. We introduced and compare between the two new approximation operators using mixed degree systems, we find the accuracy of the second new approximation operator is more than the first new approximation operator. For this reason we study in detail the properties of the second new approximation operator.Finally, we introduced a new generalization of rough set theory using a finite number of digraphs by using the second new approximation operator. Several characterizations and properties of these concepts are studied

المستخلص: The Maxwell distribution is a probability distribution with application in physics and chemistry. The most frequent application is in the field of statistical mechanics. Hence, the importance of this study to find best estimators for scale parameter of the Maxwell distribution when there is unknown and so to obtain through Classical estimators(Maximumlikelihood estimators, Uniformly minimum variance unbiased estimator, and Minimum mean squared error estimator), as well as Bayesian estimators using different loss functions represented by Quadratic loss function, Precautionary loss function and Generalized Weighted loss function. And in order to get a better understanding of our Bayesian analysis, we consider the non - informative prior for the scale parameter ( ) using Jefferys prior information as well as informative priors represented by Gumbel Type II prior, nverted Gamma prior and Inverted Levy prior.All these estimators are compared empirically using Mont - Carlo simulation by employing the mean squared errors (MSE's). After that, we derived the better Minimax estimators of the scale parameter for the Maxwell distribution for all loss functions referredabove and reach to the estimators by using Quadratic loss function, and the special case of Generalized Weighted loss function, are Minimax estimators, as for Precautionary loss function is not minimax estimator.Among conclusions that have been reached, The performance of Bayes estimates using generalized weighted loss function based on Inverted Gamma prior information(GWIG03) when(k=0, c=3), is better than the performance of corresponding estimate based on Jefferys prior noninformation, Gumbel type II prior information, and Inverted Levy prior information in most cases.

Analogously, considering actions of the associated matrix Lie algebras ????????(2) and ????????(2) on themselves, a new adjoint representations ????????1 and ????????2 are obtained.We show that the adjoint representations ???????? : ????→????????(????), is completely determined by the generators of G and basis of ????. In particular, ????????1 : ????????(2)→????????(????????(2)),????????2 : ????????(2)→????????(????????(2)) depending only on the elements of the basis of ????????(2), ????????(2) and generators of SU(2), we prove that ????????1,????????2 are completely determined by generators of SU(2) and basis of ????????(2), ????????(2). Also, We show that the adjoint representations ???????? : ????→????????(????), is completely determined by the generators and basis of ????. In particular, ????????1 : ????????(2)→????????(????????(2)),????????2 : ????????(2)→????????(????????(2)) depending only on the elements of the basis and generators of ????????(2), ????????(2), we prove that ????????1,????????2 are completely determined by generators and basis of ????????(2), ????????(2).Moreover, the direct sums ????????1⨁????????2, ????????1⨁????????2, tensor products ????????1⊗????????2, ????????1⊗????????2 and duals ????????1̂, ????????2̂,????????1̂, ????????2̂ representations have been computed in details.

المستخلص: Analytic Number Theory is regarded as one of the main subjects in the core of the pure mathematics. Specifically, in the Analytic Number Theory, the generalized primes and generalized integers have been investigated and formally defined in 1937 by Beurling . Beurling state that for any real sequence 〖〖{p_i}〗_ 〗_(i=1)^∞ increasing with p_1 > 1 as p_i ⟶ ∞ as i ⟶ ∞ called a Beurling primes or generalized primes. That is, p_i called generalized primes (or Beurling primes) with the fact of the fundamental theorem of arithmetic (each n = ∏_(i=1)^k▒〖p_i^(a_i )〗^ where ai ϵ N0 (= N ∪{ 0 }) forming the generalized integers . In this thesis , we investigate the Beurling prime systems and introduce example which studied firstly by the Italian author Balanzario and addressed the modification of its method.Moreover, we study the connection between the counting function of Beurling integers N_P(x) and the Beurling zeta function ζ_P(s) with a concrete examples.

المستخلص: في هذه الرسالة تم اعطاء مبرهنات التقارب لمخطط تكرارات - s لبعض الفئات من تطبيقات متعددة القيم. تم تضمين هذه النتائج في اربع محاور. للمرة الاولى يتم التعامل مع هذا النوع من مخطط التكرارات لتطبيقات شبه الانكماشية المعممة للبرهنة على نتائج جديدة في نظرية النقطة الصامدة التقريبية. في النتائج الاخرى تم التعامل مع تطبيقات متعددة القيم من نوع مثل - انكماش معمم واللامتمدد وk - الانكماش الكاذب بقوة ولبشز k - الانكماش الكاذب بقوة والرتيبة. تم دراسة تطوير تكرار s والمسمى تكرار S_(prox.) للحصول على نتائج في التقارب الضعيف لتطبيقات متعددة القيم من نوع k - الانكماش الكاذب بقوة والتقارب القوي لتطبيقات متعددة القيم من نوع L - لبشز الكاذب بقوة وشبه الانكماش واللامتمددة المعممة. تم دراسة بعض المقارنات والتي هي التكافؤ بين تكرار - s وتكرار بيكارد - مان وتكرار مان ذو الخطوتين وتكرار ايشيكاوا. تبين ان تكرار - s اسرع من الاخرين عدا تكرار ايشيكاوا. نتيجة تكافؤ اخرى كانت بين S_(prox.) وتكرار بيكارد - مان. هنا، يمكن استخدام تكرار - s لحل معادلة تفاضلية تباطوئية وحل نظام بمعادلتين لتطبيقات ϕ - التراكمية متعددة القيم مع مناقشتها. بالاضافة على ماسبق تم البرهنة على نتيجة حول البيانات المعتمدة للنقطة الصامدة ونتائج تقارب لتطبيقات انكماشية تكاملية وكذلك عدد حالات تكافؤ في حالة التطبيقات ذات القيمة الواحدة. | In this thesis, general convergence theorems for s - iterations scheme in some classes of multi - valued mappings are given. These results are included in four pivots. For the first time are dealt with this kind of scheme for the general quasi multi - valued mappings to prove new results in approximating fixed point theory. Other results have been dealing with multi - valued mappings, such as, general like - contraction, nonexpansive, Lipschitz k - strictly pseudo contraction, k - strictly pseudo contraction and monotone. The modification of s - iteration, which is called s_(prox.) - iteration, have been studied to obtain results about weak convergence for k - strictly pseudo - contractive multi - valued mappings and strong convergence for L - Lipschitz pseudo - contractive multi - valued mappings, quasi - contractive multi - valued mappings and generalized nonexpansive multi - valued mappings. Some comparisons have been studied which are the equivalence between s - iteration, Picard - Mann, 2step - Mann iteration and Ishikawa iterations schemes. s - iteration is faster than others unless Ishikawa iteration. Another equivalence results is studies between s_(prox.) - iteration and Picard - Mann. Here, s - iteration method can be used to solve delay differential equations and solve a system of two multi - valued ϕ - accretive mappings with retarded argument. In addition to the above a data dependence result is proven for fixed point, convergence results for integral contraction are deduced and many equivalence cases are appointed for single - valued mappings.

المستخلص: ان توزيع معكوس رايلي له العديد من التطبيقات في حالات واسعة النطاق , التي تنطوي على اختبار الحياة والموثوقية. ولذلك, فان الهدف الرئيسي من هذه الدراسة هوايجاد ومقارنة اداء بعض المقدرات البيزية وغير البيزية لمعلمة القياس , , ودالة المعولية R(t) لتوزيع معكوس رايلي. وقد تم الحصول على تقدير بيز تحت استخدام خمس دوال خسارة مختلفة (مربع الخطا, تعمييم مربع الخطا , تعديل مربع الخطا , وقائية, ودي غروت) على اساس ذلك استحدمنا توزيع معلوماتي كاما "Gamma" وتوزيع لا معلوماتي متمثل بتوزيع جفري ""Jeffrey , للعثور على افضل مقدر لكل من وR(t) استخدمنا اسلوب المحاكاة مونت كارلو Monte Carlo)) لتوليد عينات عشوائية لتوزيع معكوس رايلي مع حالات واسعة . جميع المقدرات تم اشتقاقها في الجانب النظري تم مقارنتها تجريبيا من خلال توظيف متوسط مربعات الخطا MSE)) ل في حين تم مقارنة تقدير المعولية R(t) بواسطة توظيف متوسط مربع الخطا التكاملي (IMSE), ومن بين الاستنتاجات التي تم التوصل اليها، بشكل عام باعتماد التوزيع المعلوماتي الاولي Gamma)) هو الاسلوب الافضل لتقدير معلمة القياس والدالة المعولية من غيرها من التقديرات ولجميع الحالات | The Inverse Rayleigh distribution has many applications in a wide range of situations, involving life test and reliability studies. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to obtain and compare the performance of some Bayesian and non - Bayesian estimators of the scale parameter, θ, and reliability function R(t) of the inverse Rayleigh distribution. The Bayes estimation has been obtained under five different loss functions (Squared error, Generalized squared error, Modified squared error, Precautionary and Degroot loss function) based on informative prior using Gamma prior and non - informative prior represented by Jeffery prior. To find the best estimator for each of θ and R(t), We use the Mont - Carlo simulation to generate random samples from Inverse Rayleigh distribution with a wide cases. All estimators that have been obtained in theoretical part, are compared empirically by employing the mean squares errors (MSE) while, the estimates of R(t) were compared by employing integral mean squares error (IMSE). Among the conclusions that have been reached, in general, the performance of Bayes estimator for θ and R(t), with Gamma prior is the best in performance than others for all cases.
