Abstract: تكمن الاهمية في دور القدرات العقلية والاستجابة الانفعالية في الاداء لبعض الحركات الاساسية بمادة الجمناستك الايقاعي للطالبات كليات التربية الرياضية بجامعات اقليم كوردستان العراق، بغية الوصول الى نتائج قد نتمكن من الاعتماد عليها من اجل رفع مستوى الاداء في | This chapter consists of defining the research and its significance as being implied into variables like the emotional responses and mental abilities as they play an important role in constructing the student as well as specifying the responsibility each part playing in student’s behavior while performing the Synchronized Gymnastics as a university study material.The researcher is further attempting to illuminate the role of emotional responses and mental abilities in performance of physical education students with the Synchronized Gymnastics study programs, to achieve an outcome that enable us to rely on in enriching the performance skills level at the Physical Education College with this material.The research subject matter issue is discussing emotional responses as psychological variable awarding students an internal support apart from some other mental abilities appeared as variables which in general influence the emergence of abilities and skills that could power the performance level of the synchronized Gymnastics study program of the physical education students. These factors raise the curiosity and questionings of the researcher to compose the topic a study curriculum in the college. Accordingly, the obligation measurement between emotional responses and mental abilities in particular and performance skills in general are assembled for the synchronized Gymnastics as a model research for the physical education students in Kurdistan regionThe researches objectives are as follow : 1. Introducing the connection between the most important mental abilities and the emotional responses for some basic movements of Synchronized Gymnastics for the physical education students in Kurdistan region of Iraq.2. Introducing the type of the connection between the emotional responses and the performance skills of the basic synchronized Gymnastics movements for the physical education students in Kurdistan region of Iraq.3. Placing a relative sample for the connection between the most important mental abilities and emotional responses skillfulness while employing the synchronized Gymnastics curriculum for the physical education students in Kurdistan region of Iraq.As far as assumptions concerned, the researcher has assumed that : 1. Continuation of an interrelated statistical relationship between the most important mental abilities and performance skills in the synchronized Gymnastics material of study for physical education students College in Kurdistan region universities in Iraq.2. Continuation of an interrelated statistical connection between the most important emotional responses and performance skills in the synchronized Gymnastics material of study for physical education students College in Kurdistan region universities in Iraq.3. A relative sample of connection could be realized to enlighten the reader about the levels of performance skills along with the emotional responses and some of the mental abilities in the midst of a high rate of contribution.The aspects of the research include : Human area : student of Physical Education College in Kurdistan region universities, Iraq for the year of (2008 - 2009), called (Salahadeen ,Sulaimany, Duhok and Koya).Place Aspect : special halls for synchronized Gymnastics in physical education colleges at Kurdistan region universities in Iraq.Chapter Two : Theoretical and Related StudiesThis chapter talks about the various types of related subjects of the researched variables of mental abilities that comprise (mental imagination and sense of movements), in addition to spontaneous reactions along with the performance skills of synchronized Gymnastics study program, and other related subjects.Chapter Three : The research material and feasibility proceduresThe researcher has applied the descriptive method along with feasibility style that has been employed for related studies and these are what we distinguish the identical with most of the specifications of our research as being its utmost material. The researcher has selected the sample research that’s the way we can get results from the research. However, the selection procedure of research modules is very accurate and defined.The samples of the research have been selected randomly by the researcher from the physical education students in Kurdistan regions universities in Iraq, (Salahadeen ,Sulaimany, Duhok and Koya). with (95) students out of (120) and (79.17%) of the research overall. Furthermore, by means of applying intensive tools with materials in the execution as well as using statistical facilities like (SPSS) Program.Chapter Four : Results and analysis and discussionData outcome, investigation and arguments of values are demonstrated, as an outcome of emotional response in the basic movements in synchronized Gymnastics in association with connections between movements have been verified in the middle of synchronized Gymnastics and the most important mental abilities and the link between emotional response and basic movements and synchronized Gymnastics analysis and discussion. The analysis of values of predictive equation resulted of some response variable emotional and mental capacity in the skills of synchronized Gymnastics have been illustrated as well.Chapter Five : Conclusion and RecommendationsThe researcher reached to several conclusions including : 1 - The emergence of considerable diversities for a number of variables, cognitive sense - Kinetic sensation like (foot placement, time estimation, distance jump ahead) for a sample of the research skills Synchronized Gymnastics respectively (scissor jump, cat leap, Side jump - Ghazal), depending on the study of the connection of function to study the impact variables common perception - movement skills in the research.2 - The emergence of considerable diversities for a number of features of carefulness like (focused attention) of a sample of the research of movements of Synchronized Gymnastics respectively (scissor jump, cat leap, jump annexation advancement of doubles), depending on the study of the connection function of studying the impact of some features of emotional response skills in research.3 - The emergence of considerable diversities for a number of features of mental imagination like (optic, dynamic Sense) of a sample of the research skills of Synchronized Gymnastics respectively (scissor jump, cat leap, jump annexation advancement of doubles), depending on the study of the indicative study of studying the impact of some features of metal imagination in research. 4 - The emergence of considerable diversities for a number of features of emotional response like (confidence, self - control, persistence) of a sample of the research skills of Synchronized Gymnastics respectively (scissor jump, cat leap, jump annexation advancement of doubles), depending on the study of the connection function of studying the impact of some features of emotional response skills in research.5 - The contribution of different traits of emotional responses, and some mental capacity assessing the level of scissors jump, where the consequences of the moral and the proportion of contribution is as follows : (focused attention, the optic axis, the sense of foot, trust).6 - The contribution of different traits of emotional responses, and some mental capacity assessing the level of cat jump, where the consequences of the moral and the proportion of contribution is as follows : (dynamic sense, time assessment, self control).7 - The contribution of different traits of emotional responses, and some mental capacity assessing the level of (jump annexation advancement of doubles), where the consequences of the moral and the proportion of contribution is as follows : (focused attention, persistence).8 - The contribution of different traits of emotional responses, and some mental capacity assessing the level of (Side jump - Ghazal), where the consequences of the moral and the proportion of contribution is as follows : (distance jump ahead).9 - Possibility of predicting synchronized Gymnastics skills of female students in terms of emotional response of some mental abilities like (cognitive sense - speed, vision, mental, aspects of attention) learned with the features of emotional response. Recommendations : In light of the conclusions the researcher recommended several recommendations including : 1 - Giving considerable attention in the development of mental abilities (attention, mental perception, cognitive sense of movement), which showed significant connection of performance art skills in synchronized Gymnastics for students in the faculties of Physical Education – Universities in Kurdistan Region of Iraq.2 – Giving considerable attention in the development of emotional response characteristics, which showed significant connection of performance skills in the art of synchronized Gymnastics for students in the faculties of Physical Education - Universities Kurdistan Region of Iraq.3 - Adapt and approve a list of attributes of the emotional response of mental abilities (attention, mental perception, cognition kinetic sense) that the study shed light on, in the process of predictable evaluation of the performance level for the subject of synchronized Gymnastics for students in the faculties of Physical Education – Universities in Kurdistan Region of Iraq.4 - The significance of conducting comparable relevant researches and utilization from the current variations like the mental abilities (attention, mental perception, cognitive and kinetic sensations), the emotional reactions, and improving the performance during practicing in the midst of other various sports with students. 5 - Conducting seasonal assessments for the measurement of emotional responses and mental abilities of the students in general and in the Synchronized Gymnastics in particular for the purpose of defining the obstacles they are facing during performance and working on improving and boosting their performance level.

The problem of the research collects in that the researcher through his field proceeding for weight - lifting subject, noticed that the students which they participate didn’t have their role in learning operation and reaching to realize his aims, that’s made the researcher to think of participating the students in the subject and follow - on the other students to their duty through using co - operational learning style. The Research Aims : - 1 - Introduction to the co - operational learning style influence in motor reach (performance and achieving level) for rising snatch and protecting it by the students of the College of Physical Education /Sulaimani University.2 - Introducion to the co - operational learning style effect and fellowship style in abilities and protecting it by the sample of the research. 3 - Introduction to the differences between the both groups of the research in motor reaching and specific physical abilities for rising snatch and protecting it by the sample of the research. - Under the Light of the Goals, the Researcher put the following Hypotheses : - 1 - The existing of statistical denotation difference between pre and post - tests for the both groups of the research in motor reaching to raise snatch and protecting it. 2 - The existing of statistical denotation difference between pre and post - tests for the both groups of the research in special physical abilities and protecting it.3 - The existence of statistical denotation differences between both post - tests for the two groups of the research in motor reach and special physical abilities to raise snatch and protecting it. - Research Fields Include the Following : - - Humanism Field : A number of students of the second academic year of Training Part in the College of Physical Education in Sulaimani University. - Time Field : From (12th, April.09) to (17th, May.09). - Place Field : weight - lifting hall at the College of Physical Education / Sulaimani University. Part Two : - Theoretical and Similar Studies : - This part contains the study of these matters which are relating to the research and this is the co - operational learning and the researcher talks about his growing concept of co - operational learning , aims and characteristics of co - operational learning , original principle , execute steps , the factors which will be the cause to succeed the co - operational learning style , the role of students and teachers in it ,size of groups and co - operational learning modes the appearance of learning co - operation , similarities and differences between co - operation and imitation styles , article steps to performance for rising snatch.The concept and importance and special physical abilities for raising it, reach and got learning and protection with all the kinds of operation except of similar studies and differences between similar study and modern study. Part Three : - Research Program and its Field Procedures : This part contains the managing program which is experimental program and its field procedures, which were the research group and its sample, which had been chosen (40) forty students in it from the second academic year of their study in Training Part/College of Physical Education / Sulaimani University as a sample of the research, then they divided in to two equal parts and after that the equivalence had been for all (time age , weight and tall) , physical abilities and affective movable ) for each (20) students in each group, the experimentalism group followed - on learning in a co - operational mode which put that program for them and it contains ten (10) learning units also the experimental period absorbed (5) five weeks for each learning units in ( 1) one week, and the learning unit period was (90) ninety minutes, but the second group (control group ) used the imitation style for rising the snatch , and they also finished by the same period. The researcher depended on some tools , facilities and the factors of collection information , then limited special physical abilities and suitable tests for their measurements , then ensured in equivalence for both groups in each physical , motor abilities and motor procuring (level of skill performance and achieving ) and that’s through the scientific notice and photographing the research sample performance from the referees by a special form which designed for this purpose , then the two scouting tests had been did , one of them was for managing motor and physical tests in the research and the other for the learning program and before doing the pre - tests the practical of the two units of introduction had been did then the practical program , after that the researcher did the post - test , finally he did the absolute protection test procedure , and after getting a number of data the researcher used some statistical factors ( mathematical midst, criterion aberrance, (t) test for independent and nondependent samples and absolute protection test) ).Part Four : - Exhibition, Analyzing Results and their Discussions : - This part contains the exhibition and analyzing the result of pre and post tests in getting motor ( level of performance skills and achieving ) and special physical abilities and protection , doing the comparison between both of pre and post - tests for the both groups and finally between post tests between protection and post - tests, then their discussions. Part Five : - Recommendation and Conclusion : - This part contains a numerous conclusions and recommendations, and the most important of these conclusions are : 1 - Confirmed using co - operational learning and imitating way with their affective in (level of performance skill) for rising snatch by the second year students of the College of Physical Education at Sulaimania University. 2 - Confirmed using co - operational learning its effectiveness in achieving for rising snatch by the research sample.3 - Confirmed using co - operational learning its effectiveness in developing all special physical abilities enquired from the research sample. 4 - Confirmed using imitational way its effectiveness in the abilities of ( the most power of legs and explosiveness power of the legs ) by the research sample.5. The effectiveness of co - operational learning group succeeded in protecting on the imitating learning group in a motor procuring and special physical abilities.The Most Important Recommendations Were : 1 - Interesting from the characteristics ( co - operational learning mode by strategic consorts ) in learning neophytes at the level of skill performance and achieving to rise snatch by the activity of weight - lifting and protecting it. 2 - Focus on managing co - operational learning way in that it's better than the imitating way in developing special physical abilities and protecting it.3 - Necessity of cropping out catching and the importance of teaching methods and modern learning in learning art of performance activities, sport games in general and weight - lifting activity in special style. 4 - Focus on the lists of learning practically (instructors in the colleges and physical education departments ) , in the first learning stages to activity of weight - lifting by symposiums and courses and teaching methods , the necessity of managing methods and miscellaneous factors in general way and co - operational learning in special.

Control group : the technique used. Researcher, rely on the experimental design that is called (equal random groups of observation before and after the court settings). Was the number of stages of an educational program for the long jump according to the method of inclusion and took the program (5) weeks by two units in one week, was implemented within the period specified by //2009 to //2009.Chapter four : Results and analysis and discussion : This included a presentation and analysis section of the search results after you perform the operations and then discuss the statistical results and which has been reached to achieve the objectives and hypotheses.Chapter fife : The Suggestions,Wills and the conclusion : This chapter includes the conclusions that the researchers get them depending on the gained conclusions : 1 - The inclusion style approved its activity through the effect on the progressing the levels of the duty and achievement for the activity of long jump for first level of student in the training department.2 - The following style by the teacher which has the activity of effect on progressing some levels of the duty(approximate running, flying and landing)It didn’t appear the progress or effect in the promotion. Also in the achievement of long jump activity for first level student at the training department. 3 - Participating all students in the duty exercises, every one according to his/her level with regards of individual difference which contributed at the progress level of the duty and the achievement of long jump activity for first level students.4 - The inclusion style has more activity and effect than the following style at progressing the level of duty and achievement for the long jump activity first level students The researchers advises as following : 1 - The necessity of practice the inclusion style at the level of duty the activities2 - The necessity of research style in the lecture of track and field for the stage, and this is for getting the chance to students for expressing of their abilities and sing differences between them.3 - The necessity of containing style for decreasing Existing single differences between students through learning stages in an sport game skills.4 - The necessity of arranging devices, tools, and field which share in succeeding the containing style application.5 - The teacher should observe all students through performing the stage of long jump and application style.

Abstract: The physical fitness and basic skills are consider to be as an important constituent in any sport, especially in team sports such as futsal, and in turn the factors represent a grouping factors, can be analyzed to most simple primitive factors. Both can not measured by just one test unit Therefore we most have a battery tests to measured all this components. Salamanca education began make competitions at basic school level, and this study the preparation of battery as a measurement to levels. The physical fitness and basic skills futsal for players in primary school. The current research aims at : • Construction a battery for testing the physical fitness of futsal players teams basic schools in Suleiman. • Construction a battery for testing the basic skills of futsal players teams for basic schools in Suleiman • Setting special norms for the units of the inventory for physical fitness and the basic skills of futsal player's teams for primary schools in sulaimani. Fields of Study•Human Fields : the futsal players teams for primary schools among (9 - 12) years old student in Suleiman • Time fields : 14/1/2007 - 17/5/2008. • Spatial fields : Playgrounds and c0urts of the study school. Theoretical part has tackled an futsal, a comparative between futsal and soccer, physical fitness, basic skills in futsal, the presentation of a series of previous studies, the development of the physical fitness aliments, and some similar studies. Procedures used : The descriptive approach has bee used. Some multi - purpose exploring experiments have been conducted. The sample of factor - building test has been chosen which includes 120 players random class way, after city centre has been divided into several geographical areas, the physical fitness and basic skills components has limited by analyses and validity content. The researcher designed some test units.Data have been collected ,based on 21 for physical fitness test, and 12 for basic skills. The mean, standard deviation variation, percentage, simple correlation, sequins coefficient, mode, z score, t score, the percentage of t score and factorial analysis by the basic components have been used as statistical means.The researcher has carried out the factor analyses of the Interco relational matrices for the variables of physical fitness as an initial solution followed by perpendicular turning and has arrived eight factors ,from the analysis of the physical fitness (21) variables. 4 of which have been accepted according to the conditions set for accepting the factor.They have been the first, second, third, and fourth factors Have been nominated and a number of tests have been set which represented the physical fitness;• First factor : Transitional speed according to the test of 20 - meter running from standing position.• Second factor : Flexibility according to the test of bending the trunk forward and downward from standing position.• Third factor : Agility according to the test of 4×10 shuttle run.• Forth factor : Explosive power according to the test of standing broad jump.As for the analysis of the variables of basic skills at futsal players , as an initial solution followed by perpendicular turning and has arrived four factors ,from the analysis of the basic skills of (12) variables. which have all been accepted according to the conditions set for accepting the factor.Have been nominated a number of tests have been set which represented the physical fitness;• First factor : dribbling according to the test of straight and zigzag dribbling • Second factor : passing according to the test of side passing according 4 second • Third factor dribbling & passing according to the test dribbling & passing to the stakes.• Forth factor : scoring according to at test scoring from 10 m distain. The researcher suggests several ideas the fit the context of the result obtained in this study.

Abstract: تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة تاثير اسلوبي التمرين المكثف والموزع بين وداخل فترات الممارسة في تعلم واحتفاظ رفعة النتر للمبتدئين.عن احسن تمرين تعليمي في التعلم والاحتفاظ رفعة النتر للمبتدئين. ويفترض البحث بان هناك فروقا ذات دلالة احصائية في تاثير اسلوبي التمر | The study objective is to define the condensed and split training technique between and among the rest time in weightlifting training (clean and Jerk) for juniors. The research supposed that there are statistical denotations differences in the effect of the condensed and split training technique The sample consist of 20 beginner trainee from split sport club (2007) and their average ages were (21.6).they were separated randomly by two groups (A and B) groups with 10 trainee in each group the split training used by the group N1 and group N2 used the condensed technique and the training of physical education was used by both groups from the aspect of limited trainings numbers in clean and Jerk (16) times and the time of each training and limited one is (90) minutes. In addition to using the self training but the difference is at the rest time between two groups. The rest time for the condensed group among repetitions’ is (2) minutes and for the split group is (4) minutes. And it concerns on the scientific references related to the subject mater to meet the goals of the research and its hypothesis. And there were some experiences on the numbers of the repetitions’ in addition to the used devices. Then there were some trains and after applying the training technique and after 10 days the experiences of the sole keeping were done and the researcher found differences between two groups. So the researcher suggested the using at condensed and split technique in the training and keeping the clean and Jerk.
