Abstract:
فقد ضم مقدمة واهمية البحث، اذ تطرق الباحث الى ان اسلوب (التضمين)من الاساليب التي تراعي مبدا الفروق الفردية، في حين انه يحاول ايجاد عدة حلول لواجب واحد بهدف اشراك الجميع في اداء ذلك الواجب، ولذلك تكمن اهميته في تعلم مراحل الوثب الطويل واذابة الفروق الفردية | The research Concludes five Chapters : - Chapter one : definition in Research : This Chapter consists of preface and the importance of research, The research fcused on the inclusion style that is one of the styles which takes care of the individual differences principal, while the inclusion style trys to find arots of Solution for the same target in order to participate all to full fill the task , there fore it gets it is importance of Educating stages of long jump and die out the individual differences among learners. In addition of problem of research that the formal curriculum for educating stages of long jump gives unequal ratios in succeeding which belong to non careful of some aspects of individual differences, inspite of bignners fulfill motion skill fulls of the long jump stages by different level physically and motionally therefore the need appears of using the styles lets the learners best, Educational chance.The aim of the research as follow : 1 - The Preparation of scientific curriculum by inclusion style movable getting of long jump activity and achievement for students of education and physical college.2 - Knowing of effect Educational curriculum by using the style of inclusion movable getting of long jump activity and achievement for students of education and physical college.3 - Preference of the inclusion style to the following style movable getting of long jump activity and achievement for students of education and physical collegeSupposition of Research as following ; - 1 - The existence of differences which have semantic references between for - test and following tests of two experimental and discipline groups on behalf of later test movable getting of long jump activity and achievement for students of education and physical college. 2 - The existence of differences which have semantic references between two later tests of the two experimental and discipline groups on behalf for experimental group movable getting of long jump activity and achievement for students of education and physical college.Areas of research Vachtmmelt the human sphere of first - year students Faculty of Physical Education - University of Sulaimaniyah for the academic year (2008 - 2009) and took temporal area (12/1/2009) and up to(5/4/2009) The spatial domain was yards of State Athletics Faculty of Physical Education - University Sulaimaniyah.Part two : Theoretical studies and similar : This section address many issues related to research, namely : (The concept of teaching methods, the conditions for the choice of method, method of inclusion, characteristics, objectives, content, analysis, pros, cons, a summary method of embedding, pasture individual differences of the method), in addition to that, dealt with the researcher stages Art for the long jump, as well as studies of similar. chapter three : Research Methodology and Ojrath Field : Researcher used the experimental method for its convenience nature of the research, the research sample consisted of students from the first phase of the Training College of Physical Education - University of Sulaimanya in the academic year 2008 - 2009 and the number of (20) students divided to two groups randomly by division (10) students of each group and applied to each group own way of teaching, as follows : The experimental group : A method of embedding. Control group : the technique used. Researcher, rely on the experimental design that is called (equal random groups of observation before and after the court settings). Was the number of stages of an educational program for the long jump according to the method of inclusion and took the program (5) weeks by two units in one week, was implemented within the period specified by //2009 to //2009.Chapter four : Results and analysis and discussion : This included a presentation and analysis section of the search results after you perform the operations and then discuss the statistical results and which has been reached to achieve the objectives and hypotheses.Chapter fife : The Suggestions,Wills and the conclusion : This chapter includes the conclusions that the researchers get them depending on the gained conclusions : 1 - The inclusion style approved its activity through the effect on the progressing the levels of the duty and achievement for the activity of long jump for first level of student in the training department.2 - The following style by the teacher which has the activity of effect on progressing some levels of the duty(approximate running, flying and landing)It didn’t appear the progress or effect in the promotion. Also in the achievement of long jump activity for first level student at the training department. 3 - Participating all students in the duty exercises, every one according to his/her level with regards of individual difference which contributed at the progress level of the duty and the achievement of long jump activity for first level students.4 - The inclusion style has more activity and effect than the following style at progressing the level of duty and achievement for the long jump activity first level students The researchers advises as following : 1 - The necessity of practice the inclusion style at the level of duty the activities2 - The necessity of research style in the lecture of track and field for the stage, and this is for getting the chance to students for expressing of their abilities and sing differences between them.3 - The necessity of containing style for decreasing Existing single differences between students through learning stages in an sport game skills.4 - The necessity of arranging devices, tools, and field which share in succeeding the containing style application.5 - The teacher should observe all students through performing the stage of long jump and application style.
