Abstract: تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة تاثير اسلوبي التمرين المكثف والموزع بين وداخل فترات الممارسة في تعلم واحتفاظ رفعة النتر للمبتدئين.عن احسن تمرين تعليمي في التعلم والاحتفاظ رفعة النتر للمبتدئين. ويفترض البحث بان هناك فروقا ذات دلالة احصائية في تاثير اسلوبي التمر | The study objective is to define the condensed and split training technique between and among the rest time in weightlifting training (clean and Jerk) for juniors. The research supposed that there are statistical denotations differences in the effect of the condensed and split training technique The sample consist of 20 beginner trainee from split sport club (2007) and their average ages were (21.6).they were separated randomly by two groups (A and B) groups with 10 trainee in each group the split training used by the group N1 and group N2 used the condensed technique and the training of physical education was used by both groups from the aspect of limited trainings numbers in clean and Jerk (16) times and the time of each training and limited one is (90) minutes. In addition to using the self training but the difference is at the rest time between two groups. The rest time for the condensed group among repetitions’ is (2) minutes and for the split group is (4) minutes. And it concerns on the scientific references related to the subject mater to meet the goals of the research and its hypothesis. And there were some experiences on the numbers of the repetitions’ in addition to the used devices. Then there were some trains and after applying the training technique and after 10 days the experiences of the sole keeping were done and the researcher found differences between two groups. So the researcher suggested the using at condensed and split technique in the training and keeping the clean and Jerk.
