Abstract: تعد دراسة التنبؤ بالطلب السياحي واحدة من اهم موضوعات النشاط السياحي لما له من دور في معرفة حجم الايرادات السياحية المتحققة التي بدورها تعمل على صياغة القرارات المناسبة لتحقيق التنمية السياحية، ولذلك تضمن الاطار المنهجي للدراسة مجموعة من التساؤلات والافتر | The study of Prediction of the Tourist Demand is one of the most important subjects of Tourist Activity because of their Role in Tourist Revenue generated knowledge which in turn serve to formulate appropriate Decisions for Tourism Development, and thus ensure the methodological Framework for study group questions and assumptions have been formulated according to the specific questions of the nature of the problem and its importance and its spotlight section to two aspects of the theory and the Philosophical subject of study was designed to elucidate the theoretical Philosophy and Intellectual goals because it represents a new twist in the studies Tourism in Iraq despite that the Amerindians ' faces theoretical ideas and away from duplication and complexity and followed the best and easiest methods to address the folds until the theoretical and Philosophical Frameworks have to mimic the applied side of chime and conclusion, and this led to the results to be an honest expression of what the researcher wants to. Thus addressed, among other problems, most notably, the Tourism sector in Iraq suffers from a lack of appropriate Statistical Standards for measuring Tourism Demand actual and expected future, adding that the agencies responsible for tourism with weak random flop and in all areas of the Tourism Industry, and the lack of accurate data on arrivals into Iraqi territory. So the importance of the research developed through solving problems mentioned and try to manipulate Mathematical methods. Accordingly, the research aims to find out the most important statistical Models for measuring Tourism Demand and Income variables is preparing internal and external Tourists in Iraq, and also learn the strengths and weaknesses of Tourism Development Programms and monitor the movement of Travel and Tourism, the Interior and Foreign Affairs and trying to provide data for Decision Makers. Then , the limits of the temporal research starts with a period in 2009 - 2012, when the limits of spatial research has specialized in land and sea ports of entry and air. The research approach adopted the statistical analysis and the use of Mathematical Models are consistent with the nature of the subject research , the more Scientific Methods of interpretation capacity and precision : the Exponential Smoothing model in Time Series and Box - Jenkins Model (ARMA) and Grey Systems Model. As a researcher of some hypotheses to arrive by slow Development of Tourism in Iraq and Religious Tourism and Tourism was affected by the political and security situation in the country, with some Tourist Revenue represented by Tourism in Iraq Demands Arab Tourists more than meet the Demands of foreign Tourists, and the Tourism Revenue increases over time in proportion to the increasing number of Tourists. this hypothesis also relates to the quality of Tourism and Tourist Services, especially the Religious Tourism is a strong attraction for Tourism in Iraq and the interest of the Tourists coming to Iraq on commercial markets and exhibitions. The study has produced a range of theoretical and practical conclusions, in theory show that Tourism Demand into Iraq is significantly represented by the Religious Tourism and Tourist Demand during the previous three decades had suffered great fluctuation and instability of the first Gulf war (war of eight years) and the second Gulf war and the subsequent economic blockade and international isolation, most recently the third Gulf war, and that the Tourism Sector in Iraq lacks upper and middle management persons with specialization in Tourism Sector and this has led to poor decisions taken, in addition to the lack of Tourist Policy and its strategic vision for the sector as the Economy and the country as a flop, random is the characteristic inherent to this sector. In the applied side, indicating that the appropriate Model for the Prediction of Demand Tourism Series and is the first order of Grey Model GM(1,1), while showing that the appropriate Model for prediction of Tourism revenue is the Autoregressive model of first order ARMA (1, 0 ).

Abstract: Tourism has various dimensions in all sectors especially Rashid street for having many heritage buildings that have positive role in polarizing tourists. The current study based on two changes interact among them to form its mental and philosophical frame represented by ( Rashid street and cultural tourism). Study problem set off through standing onthe reasons led not to invest the street for tourist purposes and the question here is there a concerning by the in charge sides for this historical street?Besides, standing on the reasons for lacking services and ignoring till now, for that, study community is composed of in charges in a status of ( general manager, manager, department in charge, deputy department head) in Ministry of Tourism, Baghdad Municipality and board of Monument and Legacy. Then it has to prepare questionnaire form informative static method which are used in processing and analyzing questionnaire datum depending on ready statically programs band ( spss ver 20, mintab,mectlad) which represented by measured mathematical midst, normative drifting, difference factor, simple drifting and multiple drifting to determine changes effect on study phenomenon (cultural tourism) to show the level of study changes and Spearman Brown link factor. Also using serial sloping test ( stepwise) which use to show the most effective changes on the cultural tourism among all study changes ( future changes), then it will build new street sample for Rashid street. The study reached to many deductions about this street. Rashid street has the feature of having the most important cultural and heritage street in the middle of Baghdad capital beside its correlation in most important commercial and cultural Baghdad centers especially those who extend on the banks of Tigris river. Besides, it is the first historical heritage street in Baghdad for having many heritage places and buildings reflect the civilization and history of the country.Researcher presented group of recommendations include making continuous maintaining and restoration processes for religious cultural heritage buildings in a way contribute in preserving the architectural ruminants due to specific program in coordinating with Ministry of Tourism and Monume

The tourism sector is also the fastest economic sectors in terms of steady growth.The tourism industry is classified with many of it's qualities and it involves many specificities, distinguish it from other industries and make it different from a lot of human activities, being the industry serving millions of people and workers and saving a lot of money and spreading over the entire surface of the globe.Thus they are dealing with large numbers and different types and forms of information about these Parties, components, elements and entities, whether individuals or groups.For this, the intellectual capital and knowledge economy are considered of important issues in tourism sector which have the important role in making economic tourism policy, most organizations and specially the private have realized that the intellectual capital is an important elements in the success of modern organizations, which knowledge became the foundation in wealth, innovation and progress.This study is an expression of contemporary vision to investigate the roll of intellectual capital across it's components ( human, structural, relational and creative ) and knowledge economy through driving forces indicators for integration which is represented by ( information and communication technology, knowledge society, electronic commerce and globalization ) and prove their presence in our tourist organizations in the formulation of economic tourism policy in a sector which is one of the most important and effective economic sectors not at the level of Iraq but at the international level, it is the tourism sector.Tourism as a form of economic activity is surrounded by a net of various policies and laws that regulate the work in the tourism sector so it took three variables for the formation of the intellectual and philosophical framework of this study namely ( the intellectual capital and knowledge economy and Tourism economic policy ) which arouse several public and private questions, the aim was to build a philosophy of intellectual theory for these variables being of modern subjects in the tourist organizations in Iraq, to determine the variables level of the study and testing the hypotheses, it has been used a number of methods in analyzing and processing of date and information, relying on ready statistical programs to measure the nature of the relationship and influence between the variables of the study ( intellectual capital, knowledge economy, Tourism economic policy ), it adopted the resolution which subjects to a validity and reliability test as a tool to measure and collect data from the study society represented by (52) members of the administrative and legislative leaders working in the ministry of tourism and is intended to study these variables in theory and practical application in the field.In the light of the result, it has been reached to a set of conclusions, the most prominent were : 1 - The intellectual capital is a basic pillar of economic progress which is depended upon in building and succeeding tourist organizations through the supply of knowledge, creativity, relations between organizations and current and potential guests.2 - Co - administrative leadership to give importance to the knowledge economy because of it's main role in dealing with the opportunities and threats faced by the organization and determine it's position in the tourism market and get a sustainable competitive advantage.3 - Tourism policy plays an important role in the national economy, one of the direct effects of the closer relations and focus efforts to stimulate tourism and development in Iraq.The study concluded, the most important set of recommendations : 1 - Urge the administrative leadership of the ministry of tourism or tourist organizations to pay attention to intellectual capital as a tool and a means to achieve organizational goals.2 - Pay attention to knowledge economy system through database that allows the flow of data for knowledge and investment in information technology and the establishment of infrastructure to raise efficiency of tourist work.3 - Pay attention to legislate laws and encourage domestic and foreign tourism investment in proportion to the economic and social environment of the state

The study aimed to determine the role of cultural awareness society through it factors (Social, technological and urban, religious, political and economic) to increase the flow of tourists movement on the one hand, and on the other hand, emphasize the importance of the variables that affect the increase the cultural awareness of the individual and society and their role in tourism. To achieve this, the researcher conducted a field study on the city of Baghdad as a community comprising all shades of the Iraqi society.. Selection visitors tourist sites was signed in the city of Baghdad in the sidearm Karkh and Rusafa as a model for the study. Was selected the simple random sample consisting of (400) Researched and Researched, by 20% the total number of visitors to tourist location The researcher used several key platforms, including descriptive method for data and information through the style and method of statistical and analytical survey, and the comparative method, as well as the style of observation and interviews conducted by a researcherat these locations. The study found that the most important results, including cultural awareness contributes to the empowerment of communities of understanding and peaceful coexistence and harmony, through what has composed understand enough about other cultures, which helps to increase the flow of tourists movement. It also contributes to cultural awareness through communication and interaction with other cultures in the third off the culture as a result of this interaction aimed at cultural convergence and social integration between the tourist and the host society, which leads to the development of travel and tourism

Abstract: تمثل ادارة العلاقات العامة موضوعا جديرا بالبحث والدراسة وذلك لما لها من اهمية في حياة المجتمعات والمنظمات والشخصيات المهمة والمهن المعاصرة من خلال الدور التاثيري الفعال والذي ازداد تطورا مع ثورة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات الحديثة.ان ادارة العلاقا | The Public Relations represents a subject that is worthy to be studied for its importance for the life of societies, organizations , important personalities and contemporary professions through its vital and effective role which increased with the development of the revolution of communications and modern data technology.the public relation management is one that cannot do without it nowadays or in the future in respect to the right and convincing definition of the activities of the tourist organizations, together with getting the satisfaction and the support of the guests. The public relations management represents the most effective organization that plays a crucial role in controlling the communicative operations that take place among the upper , middle , and lower levels , as well as in the relationship between the organization and its internal and external masses to achieve a positive image. some organizations seek facts about other organizations to find out the strong and the weak points in the work of the competing organizations in order to attain success. Hence appears the importance of the public relations management in acquiring the confidence of the customers of the organization. The aim of the study is to investigate the impact of the public relations management on the success of the tourist organization at five - stars hotels in Iraq. and to verify the goal of the study, the researcher introduces a set of key questions to determine the relationship between the variable of the study. the private questions , they determine the problem of the study and they aim at clarifying the relationship and the effect of the variables of the study. Accordingly , many first - class hotels were chosen , and a questionnaire was used to measure was used to measure the variables of the study. A set statistical instruments and techniques were used to analyze and process the data such as Arithmetic mean , standard deviation to identify the level of the variables of the study. And spearman was used to measure the relationship between the variables of the study , simple linear regression was used to measure the effect relationship , and kruskal wallis was used to compare Al - Racheed, Baghdad ,Al - mansour melia , Babylon , Palestine and Ishtar hotels. the study come out with a set of conclusions , the most important of which are : The study shows an existence of relationship impact and a significant correlation between the variables of the study in respt to first - class hotels.The study assumed a set of recommendations the most important of which are : 1. it is necessary for the public relations management to be a separate section by itself with a status almost like that of the high management in order to acquire power and authority that enable it to achieve its tasks and activities.2. Encourage and develop substantial competence in the hotels surveyed and give them opportunities to experience and learn.

Requiring the employees and the organization of tourism both in an effort to change, and responding to the demands of the labor for the production of distinct tourist service. The correction to the moral values of the tourism product, including that can be a factor, either positive or negative in the identification of tourism services properties, and it is during the scoping study carried out by the researcher for a sample of workers in hotels and tourism companies estimated at (190) sample through a questionnaire and tested the process in the field of tourism and highlight the problem of differing estimate moral values among producers and tourists in the interaction of social, economic and cultural exchanges and other operations, which requires that there be a clear vision and accurate product with the importance of moral values in the nature of tourism services, researcher has used statistical tools to explain the phenomenon and to find correlations in the pairing the compatibility of the variables the study and then a factor analysis to see any more influential variables, and the researcher to a number of conclusions, including : form the moral values of parameters important for the behavior of the tourism product in its interaction with the tourism community and awareness of tourism importance of credibility, fairness and integrity, honesty and cleanliness values and others in social interaction and exchange in operations provide an ideal tourist service. And a link to the study of the moral values of the tourism product to study the network of social and cultural relations of the customs and traditions and cultural patterns mixed with the tourism community to understand the psychological functions phenomenon or potential for tourists, and the researcher recommends the need for effective and fruitful cooperation between the concerned authorities to follow the laws and regulations relating to the ethics of business tourism and enhance mutual trust between workers implementation The tourism product as a result of facing the tourism product of the loss of some of the ethical values of the workers that are related to integrity, honesty and credibility, and others

In terms of Iraq،are we supposed to follow the Iraqis not only at home but also when they leave out of the country as tourists،and what are the problems and obstacles that may suffer from it in Cruise Alforeigh.Okintejh Current condition experienced by the country became clear to us that the number of states that allows hosting of Iraqi tourists It has been squeezed،and travel options harrowed the outside. And it embodied the mission of this letter to addressees the obstacles.Iraqis suffered by tourist when they leave the out and work on overcoming them and expand the geographies reach of their travel. The field study is based on questionnaire forms which were distributed to a Sample of the Iraqis who have mad foreign tourists tours through madh2003 - 2015،and it turns out that are Four major factors control the demand for tourism to leave when the Iraqis and which can be arranged in order of importance kmaatoa : - 1 - Disruptive factors toward tourism - 0ut.2 - Catalysts toward - out.3 - Factors driving toward tourism Departure.4 - Factors of attraction toward tourism - out. The importance of the fourth factor was very weak stared.As it became clear that the Iraqis request tourism Departure is focused on four Countries(Syria،Turkey،Jordan،Iran)and by(56.71)this is due to the ease of access to these Countries and Short distance and level redus the general Level of prices and decline in its Currency exchange rate measures the exception of Jordan. The letter and recommendations of the mission، in clouding the need for openness of Foreign policy on the world Countries and exchange embassies with them،and hold more tourism agreements and seek to facilitate to(Visa) and other important recommendations seek to overcome the obstacles in front of Iraqis travel outside.
