Abstract: تمثل ادارة العلاقات العامة موضوعا جديرا بالبحث والدراسة وذلك لما لها من اهمية في حياة المجتمعات والمنظمات والشخصيات المهمة والمهن المعاصرة من خلال الدور التاثيري الفعال والذي ازداد تطورا مع ثورة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات الحديثة.ان ادارة العلاقا | The Public Relations represents a subject that is worthy to be studied for its importance for the life of societies, organizations , important personalities and contemporary professions through its vital and effective role which increased with the development of the revolution of communications and modern data technology.the public relation management is one that cannot do without it nowadays or in the future in respect to the right and convincing definition of the activities of the tourist organizations, together with getting the satisfaction and the support of the guests. The public relations management represents the most effective organization that plays a crucial role in controlling the communicative operations that take place among the upper , middle , and lower levels , as well as in the relationship between the organization and its internal and external masses to achieve a positive image. some organizations seek facts about other organizations to find out the strong and the weak points in the work of the competing organizations in order to attain success. Hence appears the importance of the public relations management in acquiring the confidence of the customers of the organization. The aim of the study is to investigate the impact of the public relations management on the success of the tourist organization at five - stars hotels in Iraq. and to verify the goal of the study, the researcher introduces a set of key questions to determine the relationship between the variable of the study. the private questions , they determine the problem of the study and they aim at clarifying the relationship and the effect of the variables of the study. Accordingly , many first - class hotels were chosen , and a questionnaire was used to measure was used to measure the variables of the study. A set statistical instruments and techniques were used to analyze and process the data such as Arithmetic mean , standard deviation to identify the level of the variables of the study. And spearman was used to measure the relationship between the variables of the study , simple linear regression was used to measure the effect relationship , and kruskal wallis was used to compare Al - Racheed, Baghdad ,Al - mansour melia , Babylon , Palestine and Ishtar hotels. the study come out with a set of conclusions , the most important of which are : The study shows an existence of relationship impact and a significant correlation between the variables of the study in respt to first - class hotels.The study assumed a set of recommendations the most important of which are : 1. it is necessary for the public relations management to be a separate section by itself with a status almost like that of the high management in order to acquire power and authority that enable it to achieve its tasks and activities.2. Encourage and develop substantial competence in the hotels surveyed and give them opportunities to experience and learn.
