(3) تم مفاعلة قواعد شف (الالديهايدات فقط) مع ثاني اوكسيد الرصاص لتكوين مركبات حاوية على حلقة الاوكسادايازول oxadiazole كما موضح في مخطط (2) : الجزء الثالث : 1 - مفاعلة الهيدرازيد مع ثايوسيانيت الفنيل لتكوين حلقة thiadiazole ثم تم الغلق الحلقي باستخدام حامض الخليك اللامائي AC2O.2 - المركبات المحضرة في خطوة (7) تم بلمرتها مع بولي كلوريد الاكريلويل كما موضح في المخطط (3)3 - تشخيص المركبات المحضرة بالطرق الطيفية FT - IR, 1H - NMR, 13C - NMR | The present work include some new compounds which were prepared by substituted malonic acid with hydrazine hydrate to give hydrazide compounds, which were then reacted with different aldehydes and ketones to give hydrazone compounds. This work includes three parts : Part one : Involves the synthesis of malonyl dichloride from malonic acid and thionylchloride in the presence of Et3N and then it was converted to malonyl ester with absolute EtOH. Anion of malonyl ester was prepared by the reaction of NaOEt with ester malonyl then converted into alkyl diester with different R - X as shown in scheme (1).Part Two : Involves the synthesis of hydrazide compounds(7 - 9) by the reaction of 2 - alkyl malonyl ester (4 - 6) with hydrazine hydrate under reflex for 3 hrs ,then converted in to Schiff bases (10 - 18) with different aldehydes and ketones as shown in scheme (2).The Schiff bases were converted to heterocyclic compounds once by reaction with PbO2 for aldehydes only (55 - 60) and second by reaction with 2 - mercaptoacetic acid (28 - 36).The third stepis the reaction of alkyl hydrazone with chloroacetyl chloride to form β - lactam (19 - 27) as indicated in scheme (2). Poly acryloyl chloride was reacted with 4 - oxothiazolidine which gave polydiimide (37 - 45) unsaturated compounds shown in scheme (2).Part three : Synthesis of oxadiazole from 2 - alkyl hydrazide compounds (7 - 9) reacted with PhNCS to obtain (46 - 48) compounds. Then the product compounds (46 - 48) reacted with (AC2O) acetic anhydride to obtain heterocyclic compounds (49 - 51), and then these compounds (49 - 51) reacted with poly acryloyl chloride to give poly diamide compounds (52 - 54) as shown in scheme (3

Abstract: يتضمن العمل الحالي جزئين في تحضير مركبات غير متجانسة جديدة ودراسة حركيتها الفيزئاية، القسم (A) الاول يشمل تحضير مركبات الجالكونات الجديدة (C1 - C20) من الكيتونات الدوائية (β - Thujone , Spizofurone , p - Amino acetophenone , Norphenazone ) مع الالديهايدات الاورماتية عن طريق ( تكثيف شمدت - كليزن) ، القسم (B) تحضير عدد من قواعد شف المعوضة والمحضرة بطريقة تكاثف 4 - بنزايل امين مع الالديهايدات الاروماتية المعوضة (B1 - B5) .تم تفاعل القسم (A) مع القسم (B) لتحضير مشتقات البايروليدن ( P.D1 - P.D20) ، وذلك من خلال مفاعلة قواعد شف المعوضة مع قاعدة هيدروكسيد البوتاسيوم الكحولية لتحضير الانيون المضاف الى الاصرة المزدوجة بالجالكون حيث كانت الاضافة من نوع ( 1، 3) بطريقة الهجوم النيكلوفيلي .تم تشخيص كل المركبات المحضرة (قواعد شيف ، الجالكونات,مشتقات البايروليدن) باستخدام الطرائق الطيفية (FT - IR, UV ,1H - NMR, 13C - NMR) .الجزء الثاني هي اجراء دراسة الحركية باستخدام تقنيات مختلفة (الفلورسنس,الاشعة فوق البنفسجية, التوصيل الكهربائي، والفولتمترية الحلقية ) لعملية الاضافة الانيونية لقواعد شيف على الاصرة المزدوجة للجالكونات وتتبع حركية التفاعل وايجاد ثابت سرعة التفاعل وايجاد ميكانيكية خطوات تكوين الناتج عند درجات حرارية مختلفة (293 - 323 كلفن) لحساب قيم طاقات التنشيط ومعامل التردد (معامل ارهينوس) وانتروبي التنشيط من خلال تطبيق معادلة ارهينوس حيث تشير القيم السالبة للانتروبي الى منع العملية العكسية اي تكوين الناتج وعدم تفككه ، كما ان المعوضات والاعاقة الفراغية لها دور واضح على قيم ثوابت السرعة وطاقة التنشيط. ومن خلال تتبع حركية التفاعل وجد انه من التفاعلات المتتالية وتمتاز بتكوين مركب وسطي يتحول الى الناتج الحلقي المطلوب (مشتقات الباريوليدين).ومن خلال القياسات المذكورة لكلا مكونات التفاعل وبعدة تقنيات تم التوصل الى ان التفاعل تكوين وسط واحد للوصول الى المركب الوسطي واعطاء الناتج . | The present work involves preparing new heterocyclic compounds and kinetic study through two parts : the first part of this study includes two sections of the synthesis, section (A) preparation new (Chalcone ) compound (C1 - C20) from pharmaceutical ketones (β - Thujone, Spizofurone, p - Amino acetophenone, Norphenazone ) with aromatic aldehyde through (Claisen - Schmidt) condensation. Section (B) includes synthesis of number of Schiff bases from (4 - benzylamine) with aromatic aldehydes (B1 - B5) through way condensing.The reaction between section (A) and section (B) afforded the desired products pyrrolidine derivative P.D (1 - 15) , first Schiff bases with bases (KOH) dissolved in ethanol to prepare anions which acted as a nucleophile that has the ability to attack the exocyclic double bond of Chalcones through the 1,3 - anionic cycloaddition mechanism to form the product. All these compounds were characterized by using (UV,FT - IR,1H - NMR and 13C - NMR ). The second part is the using Kinetic study via different techniques (Fluorescence , UV - Visible, Conductivity and cyclic voltammetry ) to fined reaction order and calculate to follow the reaction kinetics and mechanism of the reaction rate constant , and find out mechanism steps product formation as study at different temperature (293 - 323 K) to calculate the activation energies , Arrhenius factor values and entropy of activation through the application of Arrhenius equation was the presence of substitutes and steric effects obvious effect on the values of the rate constants .It was concluded that this type of reactions are of consecutive reactions and characterized configure an intermediate turns into a cyclic product ( pyrrolidine derivatives).Through measurements listed for both parties to interact and several techniques have been found that the interaction is in transition state one to get into intermediate and give product

Abstract: A new ligand have been prepared in this work, which was chosen to synthesis a new set of transition metal complexes [Mn(ІІ),Co (II), Ni (II),Cu(ІІ),Zn(ІІ),Hg (II),Cd (II),Pd(ІІ), Cr(ІІІ) and Rh (IІI)].The new ligand (Potassium (Benzothiozole - 2 - dithiocarbamato hydrzide)) was isolated and characterized by appropriate physical measurements, vibrational and uv - vis spectroscopy.This dithiocarbamate derivative (L) has been used as ligand to prepare a number of new complexes with the selected metal ions, [Cr(ІІІ), Mn(ІІ),Co (II), Ni (II),Cu(ІІ),Zn(ІІ),Hg (II),Cd (II),Pd(ІІ) and Rh (IІI)].These complexes were studied and characterized using FT.IR, UV - Vis Spectroscopy, molar conductivity, magnetic susceptibility melting points and atomic absorption measurements. It concluded that {[CrL3].3EtOH, {[CuL2(H2O)2].H2O and [NiL2(H2O)2].4EtOH} have octahedral geometries ,{[RhL2]Cl and [PdLCl].1.5EtOH} have square planer geometries and {[CoL(H2O)Cl].3EtOH, {[ZnL2].6EtOH, [MnL2].1.5EtOH and [CdLNO3].3EtOH ,[HgL2].XH2O} have a tetrahedral geometry. Different bonding and structural behavior were revealed through the study of the coordination chemistry of the metal complexes of the new ligand. The nature of bonding between the metal ion and the donar atoms of the ligand were demonstrated through the calculated of Racah parameter and the other ligand field parameters, which were calculated using the suitable Tanaba - Sugano diagrams.A theoretical treatment of the formation of complex in the gas phase was studied; this was done using the hyperchem - 6 program for the Molecular mechanics and semi - empirical calculations. The heat of formation (ΔH°f) and binding energy (ΔEb) for the free ligand and its metal complexes were calculated by (PM3 and ZINDO/1) methods, at 298°K. Furthermore, the electrostatic potential of the free ligand was calculated to investigate the reactive sites of the molecule. PM3 was used to evaluate the vibrational spectra of the free ligand (L), and these obtained frequencies agreed well with those values experimentally found, in addition, the calculation helped to assign unambiguously the most diagnostic bands.The antibacterial activity for the starting material, the ligand and its metal complexes were studied against two selected microorganisms (Staphylococcus aureus) and (Pseudomonas aeruginosa), using (10 mM) and (5mM) concentration in nutrient agar medium.The results were showed a great enhancement of activity of some complexes relative to that of their respective ligand. These were attributed to the synergetic effect between the metal ion and the ligand, in addition to the differences in the structural varieties

Abstract: تضمن البحث تحضير اربعين مشتقا" جديدا" من مشتقات الفينوكسثين التي تحتوي على حلقات غير متجانسة . وقد تم تشخيصها جميعا" بالطرائق الطيفية : طيف الاشعه تحت الحمراء ( ( FT - IR وطيف الاشعه فوق البنفسجية ( ( UV وطيف الرنين النووي المغناطيسي( 1H - NMR ) لعشرة مركبات وهي [ 1] , [ 2 ] , [ 3e] ,[ [ 3h , [ 4a] , [ 4g ] , [ 5a] , [ 5d] , [ 6e] , [ 6j] , بالاضافة الى تعيين بعض الخصائص الفيزياوية مثل درجة الانصهار واللون . وقد صنفت جميع هذه المركبات المحضرة الى اربعة مجاميع تحتوي كلا" منها على عشرة مركبات .المجموعة الاولى : وهي مشتقات لــ 2 - ( اوكسي الكين - 1 - يل ) الفينوكسثين [ 3a - 3j] والمحضرة من تفاعل 2 - اسيتيل فينوكسثين مع مختلف المركبات العطرية الالدهايدية وبوجود هيدروكسيد الصوديوم . اما المجاميع الثلاثة الاخرى فقد تم تحضيرها من تفاعل مركبات المجموعة الاولى مع كلا" من : 1 - الهيدرازين بوجود حامض الخليك للحصول على مشتقات 2 - ( 1 - اسيتيل بايرازولين - 3 - يل ) للفينوكسثين [ 4a - 4j] .2 - الفنيل هيدرازين بوجود البايبيردين لتعطي مشتقات 2 - ( 1 - فنيل بايرازولين - 3 - يل ) فينوكسثين [ 5a - 5j] .3 - هيدروكـــلوريد الهيدروكسيل امـــين فــــي محـــلول هـــيدروكسيد الصوديـــوم الايــــثانولي لتـــــعطي 2 - ( ايزواوكسازولين - 3 - يل ) فينوكسثين [ 6a - 6j] .جميع مركبات المجامــــيع الثلاثة اعـــــلاه معوضة في الموقــــع ( 5 ) في كلا" مـــن حــــلقات البايرازوليــــن والايزواوكسازولين بمجاميع اريل وحسب المركبات العطرية الالدهايدية المستخدمة في تحضير مركبات المجموعة الاولى . | This work comprises the synthesis of forty new phenoxathiin derivatives containing heterocyclic moieties. All the synthesized compounds were characterized by such spectroscopy means namely FT - IR , ultra violet , and 1H - NMR analysis ( for ten compounds [ 1 ] , [ 2 ] , [ 3e ] , [ 3h ] , [ 4a ] , [ 4g ] , [ 5a ] , [ 5d ] , [ 6e ] , [ 6j ] )with thin layer, melting point and color. These heterocyclic compounds were synthesized in four groups , each one containing ten compounds .The first group is made up of 2 - (oxoalken - 1 - yl ) phenoxathiin derivatives [ 3a - 3j ] obtained from the reaction between 2 - acetylphenoxathiin with different aromatic aldehyde in the presence of sodium hydroxide .The other three groups involve compounds produced from reaction between each compound from the first group with each of : 1 ) Hydrazine hydrate in acetic acid to get 2 - ( 1 - acetylpyrazolin - 3 - yl ) phenoxathiin derivatives [ 4a - 4j ] .2 ) Phenyl hydrazine in presence of piperidine to yield 2 - (1 - phenylpyrazolin - 3 - yl) phenoxathiin derivatives [ 5a - 5j ] . 3 ) Hydroxylamine hydrochloride in ethanolic sodium hydroxide solution to give 2 - (isoxazolin - 3 - yl) phenoxathiin derivatives [ 6a - 6j ] . All these compounds of three groups above are substituted in the position ( 5 ) in both the pyrazoline and isoxazoline rings with different aryl groups according to the aromatic aldehyde used in the preparation of the first group series compounds .

Abstract: يهدف بحثنا الى تحضير ايمايدات حلقية معوضة على ذرة النتروجين وحاوية على حلقات غير متجانسة ولغرض تحقيق هذا الهدف تم انجاز الخطوات التالية : 1 - تضمن الجزء الاول تحضير ستراكون ايمايدات معوضة بحلقات غير متجانسة هي مركبات N - (معوض بنزوثايزول - 2 - يل) ستراكون ايمايد [24 - 36] .2 - تضمن الجزءالثاني تحضير N - فنيل ستراكون ايمايدات مرتبطة بحلقة البنزوثايازول عن طريق مجموعة السلفون امايد هي N - (4 - N - معوض بنزوثايازول - 2 - يل) سلفون اميدوفنيل ستراكون ايمايدات [40 - 49].كما تضمن هذا الجزء تحضير N - فنيل ستراكون ايمايدات مرتبطة بحلقات غير متجانسة مختلفة عبر مجموعة السلفون امايد هي N - (4 - (N - مركبات حلقية غير متجانسة) سلفون اميدو فنيل) ستراكون ايمايدات [50 - 53].3 - تضمن الجزءالثالث تحضير N - بنزيل ستراكون ايمايدات مرتبطة بحلقة البنزوثايزول عن طريق مجموعة السلفون امايد هي مركبات N - (4 - (N - معوض بنزوثايزول - 2 - يل) سلفون اميدو بنزيل) ستراكون ايمايدات [57 - 66]. كما تضمن هذا الجزء تحضير N - بنزيل ستراكون ايمايدات معوضة بحلقات غير متجانسة مختلفة عن طريق مجموعة السلفون امايد هي مركبات N - (4 - (N - مركبات حلقية غير متجانسة) سلفون اميدو بنزويل) ستراكون ايمايدات [67 - 70]. 4 - تضمن الجزء الرابع من هذا البحث تحضير ايمايدات حلقية مثل (فثايل ايمايد وسكسن ايمايد) عن طريق جسر استامايدي.وهي المركبات N - (2 - استاميدو (معوض بنزوثايزول - 2 - يل) فثايل ايمايدات [81 - 90]. ومركبات N - (2 - استاميدو معوض بنزوثايزول - 2 - يل) سكسن ايمايدات [91 - 100]. لتحضير الايمايدات المطلوبة تم اتباع الخطوات التالية : ا - تم مفاعلة الامين الاولي الحاوي على حلقات غير متجانسة N - (معوض بنزثايزول - 2 - يل) مع كلوروكلوريد الاستيل لتحويلها الى مركبات 2 - (2 - كلورو استايل امينو) معوض بنزوثايزولات [71 - 80].ب‌ - تم تحويل الفثايل ايمايد والسكسن ايمايد الى املاح البوتاسيوم المقابلة.جـ - تفاعل مشتقات استيل امينو المحضرة في فقرة (ا) مع املاح الفثايل ايمايد والسكسن ايمايد المحضرة في فقرة (ب) لانتاج الفثايل ايمايدات N - (2 - استاميدو - (معوض بنزوثايزول - 2 - يل) فثايل ايمايدات [81 - 90]. والسكسن ايمايدات N - (2 - استاميدو (معوض بنزوثايزول - 2 - يل) سكسن ايمايدات [91 - 100].تم تعيين درجات الانصهار للمركبات المحضرة اجمع في هذا البحث وكما تم تشخيصها طيفيا عن طريق مطيافية الاشعة تحت الحمراء FT - IR وفق البنفسجية U.V. كما استخدمت مطيافية الرنين النووي المغناطيسي 1H - NMR و13C - NMR في تشخيص بعض المركبات المحضرة، فضلا عن اجراء بعض الكشوفات النوعية ذات الفائدة التشخيصية.5 - يتضمن الجزء الخامس الدراسة البايلوجية وذلك للتحري وتقيم الفعالية البايلوجية للمركبات المحضرة ضد انواع من البكتريا والفطريات عزلت كليا من حالات مرضية (بشرية) في مختبرات مستشفى الكاظمية وقد شملت الدراسة على مايلي : ا - دراسة تاثير المركبات المحضرة على نوعين من البكتريا الموجبة لصبغة كرام وهي (ستافلو اوريس وستربتو كوكس بايوجينس). ب - وكذلك على نوعين من البكتريا السالبة لصبغة كرام وهي (سيدومونس واي كولاي). جـ - وقد تم استخدام نوع واحد من الفطريات وهو (كانديدا البكان).وقد اوضحت نتائج الدراسة بان اغلب المركبات المحضرة ذات فعالية بايلوجية | The present work involved synthesis of several N - substituted cyclic imides containing hetero rings.Performing this target includes the following parts : 1 - The first part of this work involved synthesis of several N - substituted Citraconimides containing benzothiazole ring N - (substituted benzothiazole - 2 - yl) Citraconimides [24 - 36]. 2 - The second part involved preparation of N - (phenyl Citraconimides) attached to benzothiazole rings through sulfonamide group (N - (4 - N - substituted benzothiazole - 2 - yl) Sulfonamido phenyl) Citraconimides [40 - 49] and N - phenyl citraconimides attached to hetero cyclic rings through sulfonamide group [50 - 53]. 3 - The third part involved synthesis of N - benzyl citraconimides attached to benzothiazole rings through Sulfonamide group N - (4 - (N - substituted benzothiazole - 2 - yl) Sulfonamido benzyl) citraconimides [57 - 66] and N - Benzylcitraconimide attached to different heterocyclic rings through sulfonamide group [67 - 70]. 4 - This part involved preparation of phthalimides and succinimides attached to benzothiazoles through acetamido group.Producing the desirable phthalimides [81 - 90] and succinimide[91 - 100].All the prepared compounds in this work were characterized by recording their melting points, infrared (FTIR) and ultraviolet (U.V) spectra. H - NMR and C13 - NMR spectra for some of them were recorded also.5 - This part involved evaluation of the biological activity of the prepared compounds against two types of (Gram positive) bacteria including [Staphylococcus aurous and Streptococcusgain] and two types of (Gram negative) bacteria including [E.coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa].Moreover biological activity of the prepared compounds ast fungi [Candida albicans].were studied also.The results showed that most of the prepared compounds have good biological activity against the mentioned organisms
