Abstract: Title : Contents Israelis propaganda directed towards Arabs in the websites - An analytical study of articles the site of «Israel in Arabic».Supervisor and address : Dr. Mohammed Jassim Falhi, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, College of Media, Baghdad University.A summary of the Study : focused on the study to monitor and analyze the article published in the websites of Israel against the Arabs, so as to find out the contents used by the Israeli propaganda directed to the Arabs in the site «Israel in Arabic» as a model, in light of uses emerging in the recruitment of new media for propaganda.This is a descriptive studies, and a survey in method, to achieve the objectives of the study were used tool content analysis, both quantitative and qualitative to identify the content of the article published on the website «Israel in Arabic», and was selected sample consisted (comprehensive inventory of the articles published), from 1/1/2011 until 12/31/2013, the study sample consisted of (80) of published article, The researcher adopted design form of the analysis presented to a group of experts, and then subjected to measures of validity and reliability before they are applied on the analysis of the content of the article under study.The main results of the analytical study : the emergence of several ideas put forward based on propaganda speech came the most important key ideas in the order : «a call for admiration Israeli society» and «the promotion of the impressive Israeli heritage » and « distortion the image of Arabs». As result of the most important techniques used by the propagandist according to respectively : (mental picture technique, repetition technique and lying technique). Directed programs for women are shopping for a pattern of excessive consumption.2. The program repetition in channels targeting women helps to attract them to the advertised goods.3. The use of celebrity and experts in consumer - oriented programs for women contributes to increase the demand for the commodity.4. Customs and traditions have an effect on the consumer behavior.10.Friends have an effect on consumer behavior.The research seeks to achieve certain goals which are how the woman follow up and pay attention to the programs targeting her, and evaluate the role of T.V. programs oriented for women as a source of information in her opinion. The research aims at studying the effect of the consumer behavior of women on the programs of the satellite channels oriented for her according to the social and educational characteristic of the society and determine the reasons why she prefers such programs. It also aims at defining the most preferred programs that the Respondents see and the information they seek to know from these programs, and identify more areas that are displayed and programs that attract respondents.The present research is considered as one of the descriptive researches and the researcher used the survey method that is one of the methods to collect information about the individuals and their behavior, perception, feelings and attitudes that belong to the target audience about the phenomenon in question. The researcher distributed a questionnaire on the sample members of about 403 individuals lives in Baghdad that represent the research community and the researcher has chosen the sample members according to the sample. The research conclusions are as follows : 1. Most of the respondents in Baghdad sometimes see the T.V. programs oriented for women.2. The research reveals that these programs meets the respondents interests in the first place and these programs help the respondents to know what is happening around us specially the issues of concern to women in the second place.3. Follow up the products shown on these programs since the home appliance ranked first, followed by personal needs.4. The research confirmed that most of the respondent sees that these programs are shopping for the pattern of excessive consumption while some other respondents do not see that. This is due to reasons related to the consumer such as poor economic situation, which is limited monthly income for some.5. The results confirmed that the seductive offers that these programs present as a free gifts for women helps to attract some of the respondents to buy these goods while other respondents are not tempted by these gifts and this is due to deceptive qualities that those goods carry or because of negative past experiences.6. The results of the search proved the validity of some assumptions while there is no proof concerning some other assumptions.

Abstract: عنوان هذه الدراسة (الاعلان التلفزيوني ودوره في تحفيز السلوك الشرائي للمراة العراقية : دراسة ميدانية) وهي دراسة مسحية اجريت على عدد من موظفات الوزارات العراقية في مدينة بغداد، على عينة قوامها(729) مبحوثة من مجتمع البحث البالغ (229,565).تهدف هذه الدراسة ال | The title of this study(Television advertising and its role in stimulating the purchasing behavior of Iraqi women : An Empirical Study) It is conducted survey study on the number of employees of Iraqi ministries in the city of Baghdad ,on a sample of (729) Researched, from research populations ( 229,565).This study aims to answer the questions have been formulated in the context of the research problem to identify the role of TV advertisement into whether stimulates the purchasing behavior of the female employee in of Iraqi ministries or not, What are the motivational techniques that stimulate the female employee to purchase, and the extent of the difference between respondents are in terms of demographic their characteristics.This research is located within the descriptive research the researcher used the survey method in the empirical study ,were selected the research sample purposively a manner sample and stratified sample of proportionality, and simple random the sample of employees in each ministry, which has been distributed the questionnaire forms for them ,The questionnaire was adopted as an instrument to collect data from respondents, and the questionnaire was divided into eight axes of each axis addressed aspect of the empirical study, and by the distribution of the sample were presented to a group of experts to see how much validity for the study.The research is divided into four chapters as follows : Chapter I : methodological framework for research, and the second chapter : television advertising and strategic the creative for the message a nuncio convincing, and Chapter III : The Psychology of TV Advertising and stimulate the purchasing behavior of women, Chapter IV : the empirical study (Applied framework of the study).Find out a number of important results : 1. One of the main reasons for Show female employee's Iraqi television advertising is new to learn about goods and services on the market at a rate (26.4%), this means that the Iraqi women you see in the ad the best way to see the latest products and features.2. Search Results showed that women employed prefer to watch television advertisements across the commercial breaks that permeates television programs as it solved a ranked first and the highest rate of (94.6%), this confirms that exposure to declare a non - selective exposure is any chance.3. Explained research the results (perfume advertisements and cosmetics) came ranked first by (86.75%)followed by ranked second (clothes, shoes, bags women) by (86%), this is normal women are inherently looking for products that are an essential part of her beauty and her personality.4. show search results that there is discrepancy in the respondents response to the kinds of temptations your advertising and which give rise and increases the demand for the buying, occupied the paragraph (hygiene) ranked first with the highest rate reached (81%) came paragraph (Fashion) (71%).5. Showed search results by behavioral response model that television to declare motivational role stimulates Iraqi female employee to take its decision purchasing came paragraph the announcement prompts me to buy a commodity provide me time, effort and quality by (90.75%), followed by a paragraph on the release of bullish advertised commodity because it is cheap at (89.75 %), and the announcement motivates me to buy a commodity for another commodity for free (84.50%), this indicates that the advertisements induce Iraqi women to purchase according to the motivational techniques used by advertisers.Most important hypotheses testing of results : - 1 - It has been proved health of the assumption : The creative styles in television advertising role in attracting the attention of the Iraqi female employee.2 - The non - validity of the assumption : that the employment of Art of Seduction in television advertising in him the importance of stimulating the Iraqi women employed on the purchase.3 - Prove the health of the assumption that television advertising leads to stir up desire of the Iraqi women in the purchase.4 - Prove the health of the assumption that television advertising has a role in stimulating the Iraqi women employed on the purchase.

The search consider descriptive classification of research in terms of type, if used the survey method being the most appropriate approach to the study of the problem at hand and describe it's elements, The search warrant procedures need to use the method or content analysis method for data collection, organization and analysis methods.The community of search represented by the television programs which related to (Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, the province of Baghdad, the Martyrs Foundation) the Researcher used comprehensive survey from 1/5/2015 until 31/7/2015.The research has been divided into four chapter, The First one contain the ( Methodological Framework ) which includes : Research Problem, Importance, His goals, Systematization, Fields, Community, Appointed, Search Material, Steps Content Analysis and Procedures.The Second Chapter Contains : ( T.V Portfolio in Public Relations ) Which Includes : What They are Reactions Procedural Definition, Importance, Its Goals, Characteristics, Steps of Preparation, Varieties, Special Considerations in Writing, Television Arts, Which used on it.Lastly Television Advertisement Which Include in Television Portfolio While the Third Chapter Contains : ( Public Relations and Government Public Relations ), Defined, Relevance, Its goals, Functions, While the Fourth Chapter Special Study of Analytical as it has been Analysis the Government of Television Portfolio from 1\5\2015 to 31\7\2015 Access to Many Conclusions the Most Important of it : 1 - The results of the analysis showed that most TV programs under study aimed to focus in building the image of its institutions in a positive way for the audience, as it shows that show the activities and interaction of the institutions concerned and hide the negative aspects as much as possible.2 - The Propagators focused on private T.V programs of government establishment under study in the conduct interviews with officials and staff and public institutions outside of their buildings, it is unlikely to be due to the lack of good places suitable for organizing and filming television episodes institution show and the guests in a professional manner. 3 - Shown by the results of the use of existing television programs music category analysis as chairman in the presentation of the visual material, because they lead to the public to attract them, as well as being the catalyst of the human voice and sound effects. 4 - Analysis showed the results of scientific disciplines and job position of the guests emergence of an expert group and an official category of the highest categories again, because of the need The Propagators for experts who speak positively about the procedures issued by the institutions...5 - The analysis showed concentration of The Propagators TV programs to show the problems and found solutions and treatments for visual display media and conduct interviews with the public to talk about positively, so as to ignore and hide the complex problems that have not put their institutions any solutions or treatments.

Abstract: The importance of this research is clear from it’s dealing with the subject of public relationships and what produce from right using for public relationships from positive role which is represented in this research by satisfaction function which is , psychological feeling of satisfaction and relief, or happiness to satisfied needs and desires and expectations from the same work and work environment. With trust and loyalty and belonging to work, and with the elements and effects of inside and outside environment which concern with it. The problem of the research specified by studying the level of activities and actions which the field of public relationships in the ministries and institutions which achieve the work satisfaction for the workers in it if the principles and aims of public relationships achieved in a right way and to achieve the aims of the research the researcher followed the descriptive course as an aim to imagine the actual reality in the ministry of labors and social affairs and acknowledging the ways which it follow in doing it’s activities and problems which it confront and the role which it perform these activities and ways in achieving work satisfaction for the workers. So the researcher prepared a chart for this purpose to bee as a tool for the research to get information from the workers in the offices that belong to the ministry of labor and social affairs. The research divided in to for chapters, the first chapter included the course from for the research where the researcher reviewed the following subjects : Subject of the research, problem of the researcher, importance of the research, aims of the research, field of the research, sample of the research, course of the research, way of the research and it’s tool, and finally the chapter includes the previous studies which the researcher didn’t find any study touch this subject not from near or from far. The second chapter dealt with specifying the definition of the public relationships and it’s importance and aims the chapter included also the functions of the public relationships which is : researching, planning , coordinating, communication. And finally the chapter include the definition of attendance generally and referring to the inside attendance and outside attendance and different between them and aims of public relationships with all kinds of attendance. The third chapter includes the following subjects : Definition and importance of work satisfaction in the service institutions and It’s dimensions, and work satisfaction theory , finally the chapter includes the elements that effect on the work satisfaction which include the following sides : Social side, psychological side, economical side. The researcher devoted the forth chapter for practical side for the research which included the study of employee’s opinion in the ministry of labors and social affairs about the activities of information offices in it. Finally the researcher review the most important conclusions and recommendations which the researcher stand on it through this research. The researcher confronted many difficulties during preparing this research. 1. The previous high administration for ministry of labors and social affairs was so secretive on the information which concern the workers in the ministry and it’s carefulness of not giving any information to outside although is simple unless there is an agreement from the specialized minister. 2. Putting the commission of planning in all special procedures in the practical side in the ministry of labors and social affairs which kept the information away from the researcher which was the ministry of labor attended to express it. 3. The researcher confronted difficulties in distinguishing the charts which was available to him through the chart and this because there was no accuracy and terrifying the workers in the high administration of not giving all truthful information about the work of the ministry and it’s activities although the researcher emphasis personally for the workers of not referring to any names. 4. Also the researcher confront a difficulty in compensation some information and documents which concern with the ministry of labor and social affairs after exposing to damages as a consequence of war.

Abstract: In the era that is characterized by knowledge an informatics and the opining on all sciences for the sake of comprehension of the scientific knowledge's and employing it for the desired revival in the education of the individual and direct him by the last manner in order to use all the available knowledge's one of these knowledge's that serves the society and have the influence in deepening the human awareness through the employment of the relation between the language , symbol , and the truth and this what is called semiology.Semiotics interested in human knowledge's in what it represents as indicative practices, so that scientists of sociology went in searching about the importance of the symbol and the sign in the fields of social knowledge, and in the context of this dialectical relationship of human knowledge that includes the reaction of the (indicative and indicted) , this concept formed general human dimension, and this what we may find in the Arabic and Islamic heritage which was with its civilized comprehensiveness a cultural storage represented in the linguistic , philosophic , and rhetoric hereditary , aside tram the representation of the social hereditary which was clear in its introduction.The importance of linking between the content of the advertising address and knowledge production was one of the most presented interests of language and advertisement experts, where this linking led to strengthen the prestige of the Arabic language in the international arena although in the same time it gave the semiotics big position in the advertising wages and exploding it.In the field public advertising address as a documentary and educational tool , and this wage was not the outcome of the historical modern moments but it was ancient in the usage , so that the west knew the semiotic in its advertising and media address within the semiotic frame , and for this reason the English philosopher ( John Lock ) referred to the importance of semiotic as a field in the human knowledge , suggesting that semiotic should be as on independent science , prior to him in proposing this opinion was ( John Dan Thomas ) withinit's scientific , knowledge and philosophic frame to support the semiotic knowledge , and from the high importance of the semiotic as a branch of human awareness and for the purpose of using this scientific and rhetoric terminology, therefor ( the researcher ) see that semiotic is one of the advertising actively severs in its social frame using kinds of advertisement which express the visions and social concepts of the issued goals in order to reach the complete awareness to the close symbols and signs because it addresses different social layers , different regarding this culture and this ideologies , this believes and this tends through the symbolic information within its semiotic frame described as a communicative message that achieve a prominent and educational role in the social life where the social and political poster was in the voters with the parliament and political leaders.This study should the importance of advertising poster as one of the semiotic tools with its advertising function to connect the establishment service represented by the ministry of health with a knowledge frame to build a qualitative base to educate the citizen in the field of health through the advertising usage by employing the duality of the indicator and indicated as one of the main bases in the systematic procedure of the semiotic criterion from here , we can see the importance of the semiotic function of the poster in expressing the communicative message activity and this subject is not new in the field of advertising function as much as it may contribute as a knowledge and scientific field which is characterized by its systematic procedure in the field of advertisement.The thesis had been divided into five chapters, it had been distributed between the systematic, theoretical, and practical field frames, where first chapter covered the research systematic procedure and its importance, problematic issues, and its goals. Which the second chapter distributed into twothemes : the first included : the development and evolution of the semiotic concept in the Arabic and western thinking. The second theme included : the semiotic schools and this communicative, indicative and cultural tendencies.While the third chapter contained two themes where the first dealt with the semiotics of the communicative and advertising address in the public relations due to the scientific and communicative semiotic concepts, in addition to the functions and advantages of the advertisement and elements and principles of poster design , aside from the systematic approach in the advertising address analysis , while the second theme included the advertisement within the frame of the symbolic interactive theory due to the symbolic communicating interaction and it's references and the relation of advertisement with the symbolic interactive theory. The fourth chapter distributed into two themes, the first included : the semiotic of the advertising picture due to conception and components, while the second theme included the persuasive communicative ability of the advertising picture. The thesis also included in its fifth chapters the application part while had been represented by the advertising posters issued by the ministry of health for the period (2005 2015) through the qualitative and quantitative approach.Finally the study covered the explanation of result that had been reached by the researcher, most important of which are : 1 - The depending of all samples on employing the verbal and image texts.2 - The advertisement construction in all samples had been based on the clarification of indicative or (semantic) and interpretative dimension.3 - Most of samples depended on the employment of the representational non declarative icons.And according to what had been reached by the researcher, the conclusions and recommendations were presented.A summary of thesis also included.
