Abstract:
The Problem Of The Study Is Summarized by Knowing Methods and Modes Of The Mechanism Of Bias Which The News Satellite International In Arabic Languages, Like BBC, TRT, And The Iranian World Channel, Directed By Their News And The Reflection Of This Bias On Public Confidence In These Channels As Source Of News.This Study Depends On The "Framing Theory" As a Theoretical Base For The Analysis To Expose The Syrian Case As a Subject Of The Study.This Study is a Descriptive Analysis and It Used Communication Media Survey Methodologies By The Content Analysis Tool In Its Quantitative And Qualitative Types. Analysis Tool Was Applied On The Studied Sample Which Was Represented By a Sample Of News Concerned With Syrian Case Introduced By The Studied Channels - A Questionnaire Was Used To Collect Information's From The University Staff Of Political Science And Communication Media Lecturers.Set Of Hypotheses Had Been Formulized For The Analytical And Fieldwork Studies, As Follows : 1. Hypotheses Of Analytical Study : A. The First Hypothesis : There Is a Consistency Between World Satellite Internationals Under Study And The Political Position From The Syrian Case In The Channel Country.B. The Second Hypothesis : There Is Statistically Significant Difference Between BBC, TRT, And Iranian World Channels And Used Framing In Basic Words.C. The Third Hypothesis : There Are Statistically Significant Differences Between BBC, TRT, And Iranian World In Their Dependence On Technical Elements Used In Photograph For Their Tackling Of Syrian Case.D. The Fourth Hypothesis : There are Statistically Significant Differences In Reference Framing Used By BBC, TRT, And Iranian World In Their News For Tackling Syrian Case. E. The Fifth Hypothesis : Bias Size In News Of Satellite InternationalIncreases As Their Use Of Certain Modes And Mechanisms Increases In Their News Tackling Of Syrian Case. 2. The Studied Channels Employed Technical Elements Related To Camera Technique Depicted By Snapshot Size, Shooting Angles, And Camera Movements To Put Weight On One Side Of The Case.Sixth. The Studied Channels Used Certain Bending Of Semantics To Describe The Studied Case In Order To Put Weight On One Side Of The Case. Seventh. The Analytical Study Concluded That The Studied Channels Used A Group Of Modes And Methods And Mechanisms For ias Purposes To Put Weight On One Side On The Account Of The Other By News Broadcasting. B. Case Study Results : First. The Results Showed The Respondents Ability To Determine Confidence, Credibility and Neutrality Criteria Should Be Available In International Satellite.Second. The Result Discovered The Respondents Ability To Determine The Most Important Bias Mechanisms Used In News Of International Satellite.Third. The Results Of Case Study Showed The Respondents Ability For Ordering News Sources In Which They Trust. Fourth. The Case Study Concluded That There Are Consequences Of Bias In News On Public Confidence To Select News Sources
