Abstract:
The importance of this research is clear from it’s dealing with the subject of public relationships and what produce from right using for public relationships from positive role which is represented in this research by satisfaction function which is , psychological feeling of satisfaction and relief, or happiness to satisfied needs and desires and expectations from the same work and work environment. With trust and loyalty and belonging to work, and with the elements and effects of inside and outside environment which concern with it. The problem of the research specified by studying the level of activities and actions which the field of public relationships in the ministries and institutions which achieve the work satisfaction for the workers in it if the principles and aims of public relationships achieved in a right way and to achieve the aims of the research the researcher followed the descriptive course as an aim to imagine the actual reality in the ministry of labors and social affairs and acknowledging the ways which it follow in doing it’s activities and problems which it confront and the role which it perform these activities and ways in achieving work satisfaction for the workers. So the researcher prepared a chart for this purpose to bee as a tool for the research to get information from the workers in the offices that belong to the ministry of labor and social affairs. The research divided in to for chapters, the first chapter included the course from for the research where the researcher reviewed the following subjects : Subject of the research, problem of the researcher, importance of the research, aims of the research, field of the research, sample of the research, course of the research, way of the research and it’s tool, and finally the chapter includes the previous studies which the researcher didn’t find any study touch this subject not from near or from far. The second chapter dealt with specifying the definition of the public relationships and it’s importance and aims the chapter included also the functions of the public relationships which is : researching, planning , coordinating, communication. And finally the chapter include the definition of attendance generally and referring to the inside attendance and outside attendance and different between them and aims of public relationships with all kinds of attendance. The third chapter includes the following subjects : Definition and importance of work satisfaction in the service institutions and It’s dimensions, and work satisfaction theory , finally the chapter includes the elements that effect on the work satisfaction which include the following sides : Social side, psychological side, economical side. The researcher devoted the forth chapter for practical side for the research which included the study of employee’s opinion in the ministry of labors and social affairs about the activities of information offices in it. Finally the researcher review the most important conclusions and recommendations which the researcher stand on it through this research. The researcher confronted many difficulties during preparing this research. 1. The previous high administration for ministry of labors and social affairs was so secretive on the information which concern the workers in the ministry and it’s carefulness of not giving any information to outside although is simple unless there is an agreement from the specialized minister. 2. Putting the commission of planning in all special procedures in the practical side in the ministry of labors and social affairs which kept the information away from the researcher which was the ministry of labor attended to express it. 3. The researcher confronted difficulties in distinguishing the charts which was available to him through the chart and this because there was no accuracy and terrifying the workers in the high administration of not giving all truthful information about the work of the ministry and it’s activities although the researcher emphasis personally for the workers of not referring to any names. 4. Also the researcher confront a difficulty in compensation some information and documents which concern with the ministry of labor and social affairs after exposing to damages as a consequence of war.
