Abstract: The scientific education it is the main operator to whom testing with successful the Institute in setting teacher, in spit of important of scienti fie education with general and viewing in special case to selling teacher, we need to research from this type in this time , e need to guide to make a vision to student and supporting truce to student in training work : So the research take the following objects : I - Know view items to whom take i• - the teachers in teachers institute 2 - Know view items to whom take it students the final classes in institute of teachers3 - Evaluation of view on questioners filed that special with teachers4 - Know on application items to whom interest students of the final class5 - Know on application items to whom interest students in final classes6 - Evaluation.application in questioners filed special in teachers Basic sample contains ( 40) teachers in final classes to this institute with rate ( I 0.09 % ), we need to put two questioners for training education for students of the final classes, second application questioners that special with same of sample.Research of faithful questioners, and prove test that special with teachers ( 0.93 ) and questioners of view that special with students (0.85) , with teachers ( 0.89 ) , with students ( 0.69 ).And using in operating setting research tool in analysis of results that it is : Percent rate, medium, standard deviation, Kronbakh equation, T - test, probable medium, weight percentage. Abstract: The research titled "The Strategy of Evaluation the performance of administrational Leaderships of Technical Institutes foundation" , as it includes the community of research the leaders of the foundations (Deans, Acting Deans, Head of Scientific Departments at Technical Institutes and Colleges as their number totaled ( 11, 20, 113, respectively). So, the education has a basic aim that is the growing of mind in creasing creativity. The human creativity is to bring the genuine of thoughts which there is no one precedes the individual, and these thoughts must have the full serious ness, and the ability offlexibility and solving problems. So, from this aspect, the human interest in creativity came. Whether in advanced states as result to problem of these societies, or to move them to a cultural level, high in regard to the previous level for each nation, through adoption of creation of all humanity. Unhitch problem from the inside of our society and the need to i activate their auto. Power and create its invention power so many of the educators, the specialists call to the care to inventors, the responsible, the 1aspects, and confinnation to the necessity of finding a sufficient references for helping on education and growing of invention to them for they are the nucleus of advancement and rising of home and humanity.The need has became calling to the interest in curricula and developing then, aiming at improvement of thought production during programs, subjects, and devices of education which cause to excitement and : readiness of invention power to reach to a best level of gift. It is necessary to explore these power and improve them through an objective device in order to put the action and answers and knowing the extent of the effect of psychological bases to curricula on such a type of thinking during the building of a device to such psychological bases and their ' j power extinct on creation of this thinking a side from other change that have a clear effect on the intentional thinking.This study is considered as the first, scientific field study, we try to expose the power of thinking of invention and the relation with psychological bases of curricula, whether in Iraq or Arab homeland in respect to the researcher understanding, so, i intended the following research : 1. Building a standard to expose on creatively thinking and its, measure.2. Building a standard to expose on the psychological bases and their measures.3. Finding a relation between the creatively thinking and the psychological bases.4. Knowing on the differences between the in creatively thinking and the sex variant type and the parents learning. As for to achieve the aims of research, the researcher tried to follow i the scientific way building the two devices : the creatively thinkingcriterion, she collected the paragraphs of criterion from the literatures and previous studies which has a relation with creatively thinking, then the number of paragraphs is defined to ( 19) paragraphs with in secondary tests, then the paragraphs are submitted to the committee of experts, and I after modification and jointing, two paragraph is omitted. I Them the criterion is applied to a sample of students of (500) students (male & female) to submit the criterion paragraphs to a statistical analysis, that specific data were prepared for answer. After that, according to the truth in outside quality and to the truth of building and counting the distinctive forces and the internal coordination, as a result of this style, l have excluded (4) paragraphs whether the paragraphs can not enjoyed with a distinctive force or the relation of them is weak in respect to the whole degree then the number of paragraphs, of the creatively thinking standard became (13) paragraph.The second criterion which I have collected its paragraphs during an exploring design open to the secondary school students a side from, the collection of paragraphs of literary studies and the previous one. The researcher have get (40) paragraphs. Putting to them a triple estimated scale (accord to, seldom, accord not to). Then the paragraphs are exposed to a committee of arbitrators who took to amend some paragraphs and remaining on all paragraphs. After that, the criterion was applied to a group of students for the purpose of statistical analysis and counting of the distinctive force in power fainting on distinction or internal coordination. Three paragraphs have been excluded, which participated in power weakences on distinction or internal coo rdination. So, the criterionhas been formed from (37) paragraph. Which are full of demonstrative truth and the truth of building. And for counting the fixation of two criterions, I have depended on the way of test repetition, resulting the two devices became ready to apply.After that, the measure of power on creatively thinking and pyschological bases of curricula by the way of applying two devices on group of ( 400) students (male and female), by using the statistical analysis, the researcher has the following results : 1. There are differences of statistical reference between the average of sample in power criterion on creatively thinking and the thesis average. 2. There are differences of statistical reference between the sample average m the psyschological bases standard of curricula of preparatory stage in respect to their students.There are not differences of statistical reference between creativelythinking and sex.4. There are difference of statistical reference between the creatively thinking and the branch students.5. There are differences of statistical reference between the power on creatively thinking and the parents learning. 6. The necessity to take care of the creators.The most advices that the research wrote : 1. The necessity to take care of the creators and to follow them became the states of our world directed towards the growing of creative education.2. Take care of the curricula, the educational programs and the review of the traditional courses, which depend on, learn by heart and speaking.3. Advising the educators and teachers to give a freedom of thinking to students in education stages and universities. The important suggestions : 1. Make a procedure to identical study support in exposition on.the relation of some variant and features with the power on the creative thinking2. Building a training program aim mg to 1,>row the power of creativity and the help of excitement styles of creative thinking students.

Abstract: يهدف البحث الحالي الى : 1 - بناء برنامج تدريبي لمدرسي علم الاحياء وفقا لاستراتيجيات التعلم النشط. 2 - تعرف اثر تدريب مدرسي علم الاحياء وفقا للبرنامج التدريبي في : ا - الاداء التدريسي لمدرسي علم الاحياء. ب - التحصيل الدراسي لطلبتهم. ج - التفكير الابداعي | Current research aims to : 1. build a training program for teachers of biology according to active learning strategies. 2. know the effect of biology teacher training according to training program : A - teaching performance for teachers of biology. B - academic achievement of their students. C - creative thinking to their students. To verify the second objective of the research, the researcher coined the zero hypothesis : 1 - There is no statistically significant difference at the level indication (0.05) between the average performance scores for teachers teaching biology (experimental group) participants in the training program, and average performance scores for teachers teaching biology (control group) Participants in the training program. 2 - There is no statistically significant difference at the level indication (0.05) between the mean sample students teachers biology (experimental group) participants in the training program, and students of biology teachers sample (control group) is not participating in the program Training program in the achievement test. 3 - There is no statistically significant difference at the level indication (0.05) between the mean sample students teachers biology (experimental group) participants in the training program, and students of biology teachers sample (control group) is not participating in the program Test training creative thinking. Sample search (32) teachers and biology teachers school grade average, randomized trial involving one between two groups (16) and a school teacher, and the other officer and included (16) teachers and school It was their equal in variables (years of service and degree and qualification "training courses"). And also included a sample search (160) school students experimental group (10) students per teacher and school, and (160) of control group teachers students (10) students per teacher and school was their equal in variables (Chronological age and academic achievement and intelligence). Researcher built a training program consisting of seven training units, and has been applied to a sample of teachers of the same scholar, and for ten days, after its application note the sample teachers Experimental and research officer to note card prepared for that purpose, as well as the achievement test preparation (40) paragraph checksums, and test the Torrance for creative thinking, for the application School students sample search, and after getting the results statistically processed data were analyzed, the adoption of the program of the statistical package (spss), and testing (t - test) two separate and equal effect size equation For ) Cohen) researcher found the following results : 1 - the superiority biology teachers (experimental group) who participated in the training program for teachers of biology in (control group) who did not participate in the training program in their performance. Teachers, having been measured using observation card prepared researcher, and a large effect size. 2 - the superiority of biology teachers students (experimental group) who participated in the training program for students of biology teachers in (control group) who did not participate in training program Academic achievement, having been measured using the achievement test of the researcher, and the size of a large impact. 3 - the superiority of biology teachers students (experimental group) who participated in the training program for students of biology teachers in (control group) who did not participate in training program Test creative thinking, having been measured using test creative thinking, and significant impact. Represent the research community and basic sample of Tdrisie special education departments, who are studying in special education departments in colleges of basic education in the universities (Mustansiriya Babylon) just for being ruled Mosul University as a result of the security situation, as well as fourth - grade students who are studying in those sections, deans and their assistants, heads of departments private and Orteurehm of Education, representatives of total quality management and officials of the people of the quality assurance and evaluation of university performance, and directors and managers of primary schools where the fourth - grade students in special education departments in those colleges for the academic year applied (2014 - 2015) has reached the total number of the research community and basic sample (145 ).Use researcher questionnaire to evaluate the preparation of special education teachers in the basic education colleges program in light of the global standards of academic accreditation bodies, after being translated researcher of the National Council Accreditation Standards for teacher preparation institutions (NCATE), and the Council with special needs (CEC) and the Commission new teachers support their calendar (INTASC ) Almnazavian under the national Council for Accreditation of teacher preparation institutions (NCATE), and approved by the international Centre for quality assurance in Education (CQAIE), as was the number of paragraphs (223), paragraph (indicators) are distributed on six main criteria and placed in front indicators (paragraphs) Three alternatives are : (available) and (partially available) and (unavailable). Researcher used statistical methods (Cronbach's alpha equation, and the weighted average, the weight percentile, and Chi square test).The major results of the research are as follows : 1. noon standard (allow the program curriculum and expertise and field applied to the interaction and communication and deal with a variety of lecturers, teachers, students and pupils) first prize in central weighted (2.39) and weight percentage (79.69%).2. He received the standard (the program has a calendar system and exams can collect data for studying them with respect to the degree of scientific qualification to practice the profession and their performance after graduation, including helping to feedback from the calendar and testing programs) on the second place of central casting (2.29%) and weight percentage (76.33%).3. Standard won (recognizing students prepare for the main concepts and research tools teacher education program, and the foundations of educational specialization and professional skills) rank third in central weighted (2.12) and weight percentage (70.62%).4. won standard (featuring faculty members with a high level of qualifications and the best professional practices in scientific research and community service, teaching program works in a systematic way to regularly evaluate their performance and facilitate continuous professional growth opportunities.) Fourth place in central weighted (2.11) percentage and weight ( 70.36%).5. He received standard (owning a program of leadership and authority and the budget, personnel and facilities, resources, and information technology to achieve the desired objectives) rank fifth in central weighted (2.06) and weight percentage (6.68%).6. The standard (the program through the principle of partnership with the Ecole Pratique planning and implementation of field goods and clinical practices (through practical education) to students educated) has got the center - weighted (1.75) and weight percentage (58.33%). In light of the results of the research, the researcher concluded a number of conclusions, including : 1. that the preparation of special education teachers in the College of Basic Education as a whole is an investigator is required in the application of the adoption of the preparation of special education teachers from the global academic accreditation bodies programs standards for the level of the program.2. achieved a fourth criterion to the level required in the application of the adoption of the preparation of special education teachers appreciated good program standards, because it is within a degree of the investigation level with the weighted average (2.35) and weight percentile (77.79%) adopted by the researcher to determine the level of application of the criteria.3. noon standard principle of partnership with the Ecole Pratique planning and implementation of field goods and clinical practices (through practical education) to students educated, it is the weakest among the criteria.4. There are other interesting Average rest of the program standards.The researcher has developed a number of recommendations concerning the results of the research, including : 1. Adopting global standards of academic accreditation bodies to get accreditation for teacher preparation programs in all scientific disciplines and humanity, and in particular standards (International Centre for Quality Assurance in Education)2. Work on the formulation of the vision, mission and objectives and values of the new colleges of basic education to suit global standards and accreditation bodies, as a basis for the design of special education teachers preparation program.3. benefit from Islamic standards in the preparation of the teacher of the personal, professional and outside the classroom and work to be activated within the basic education colleges in the preparation of a believer and is adept at his teacher.4. researcher suggested a number of proposals for the development of the preparation of special education teachers in the basic education colleges program in the light of the requirements to achieve accreditation criteria for that program

There are no statistically significant difference at level ( 0.05) between the mean scores of the first experimental group, which is taught according to the self questioning; the second experimental group, which is taught according to think pair - share strategy and those of the control group, which is taught conventionally in European History subject achievement.2. There are no statistically significant difference at level ( 0.05) between the mean scores of the first experimental group, which is taught according to the self questioning; the second experimental group, which is taught according to think pair - share strategy and those of the control group, which is taught conventionally in testing problem solving ability. The two Experimental Groups and Control Group Posttest Partial Design has been used. The sample of the study has been intentionally chosen and it consists of 122 male and female third year students at the Department of History/College of Education./University of Al - Qadisiya. Participants have been distributed into three groups. The first experimental group includes 41male and female students, which is taught according to the self questioning. the second experimental group include 40 male and female students, which is taught according to think pair - share strategy, whereas the control group consist of 40 male and female students, which is taught according to the conventional method. Equalization has been made by the researcher himself among the three groups with respect to the variables (age, intelligence, previous achievement, problem solving test).After that, the researcher determined the instruments of the study which are : the scientific material, forming the behavioural aims in the light of Bloom’s six levels. Preparing daily lesson plans,20 plans for each group. Furthermore, two instruments have been constructed : the first is an achievement test includes a multiple - choice test which consists of 40 items, and a subjective test which consists of 10 items. Such test has been ensured with regard to its (face and content validity), item discrimination, item difficulty and its reliability. The second instrument is the problem solving test which consists of 30 items distributed according to six abilities (sensation of problem, determination of problem, getting data from its better sources, proposing hypotheses, hypotheses validity test ,decision - making).The test has also been ensured concerning its (face and construct validity), item discrimination and reliability. The researcher himself taught the three groups. The experiment started at the beginning of the first term of 2015 - 2016 and lasted for 14 weeks, two lectures a week for each group. At the end of the experiment, the three groups were submitted to achievement test that has been applied on Wednesday, 13th of Jan.2016 Then, the problem solving test has been applied on Thursday, 14th of Jan. 2016.Data have been analyzed by using SPSS. The results show the following : 1. The performance of the first experimental group is better than that of the control group in the achievement test of the European History subject.2. The performance of second experimental group is better than that of the control group in the achievement test of the European History subject.3. The performance of second experimental group is better than that of the first experimental group in the achievement test of the European History subject.4. The performance of first experimental group is better than that of the control group in the problem solving test. 5. The performance of second experimental group is better than that of the control group in the problem solving test.6. The performance of second experimental group is better than that of the first experimental group in the problem solving test. In the light of the results obtained, the researcher has come up with the following conclusions : the self questioning and think pair - share strategies on third - year history students' Achievement of European History in College of Education is effective, the self questioning and think pair - share strategies on the problem solving ability is effective as well. In the light of the findings of the present study, are made to enrich the process of teaching writing : it is necessary to encourage instructors to adopt the self questioning and think pair - share strategies in teaching Modern European History subject, it is necessary to train university instructors on using modern methods in teaching, especially those methods that have been proved to be effective in instructional process; syllabus designers are recommended to be acquainted with theses and dissertations and apply their contents on curriculum for the sake of getting generations that are able to create ,invent and discover, and solve problems that society encounters and find suitable solutions for them. Building on the present study, further studies are suggested to be conducted : a similar study can be conducted on other stages (primary, intermediate, preparatory), a study can be carried out to investigate the impact self - questioning and think pair - share strategies on other variables such as (motivation, tendency, attitude, critical thinking, historical thinking, and creative thinking).

The researcher depended on the descriptive approach in terms of actions for the purpose of achieving the objectives of the study. Society may be the current study of The academic teachers of colleges of education for the Humanities and Pure sciences at Basra University, and The academic teachers of Humanities and Sciences Pure at the University of Dhi Qar, and the College of Education at the University of Misan, totaling (700) teachers, and the research sample core composed of (442) teachers distribued among colleges of education at the University of Basra and Dhi Qar.And formed search tool built by the same researcher (139) indicator - a paragraph - distributed among the six elements (fields) Approach : (objectives, educational content, methods and manners of teaching, teaching aids, educational activities, educational calendar).The study tool was applied after extracted from it all virtual honesty and sincerity of construction, stability in a way re - testing, which amounted to (0.86) and the method of variation analysis Cronbach Alpha, which amounted to (0.88).Hare used the following to extract Results : packets Statistical for Social Sciences (SPSS), circles calculations, standard deviations, percentages, the weighted average, the Pearson correlation coefficient , chi square , the equation of one - way analysis of variance, and the equation of Alpha Cronbach and test Altaia for one sample and two equal independent samples and tow equal independent samples.The study concluded in the light of its goals the following results : 1. The general rule for members of a sample study on the availability of comprehensive quality standards in the curriculum of the colleges of education and all its components were negative judgment.2. The general provision for members of the study sample was positive about the availability of comprehensive quality standards on a racist (teaching - methods and teaching aids) as independent elements, though coexist in a limited way, and negatively towards elements (educational goals - educatioal Content Altahlmy - educational activities - educational calendar).3. Identify the strengths and weaknesses in the level of availability of comprehensive quality standards in every element of the curriculum elements.4. statistically significant differences do not exist in the general provision for teachers on the availability of the overall quality in the curriculum due to the variable of academic specialization standards.5. statistically significant differences do not exist in the general provision for teachers on the availability of the overall quality in the curriculum due to the variable of academic department standards.This researcher has concluded a number of conclusions, including : The curriculum of the colleges of education is not a good level of effectiveness, because of the weakness of the availability of comprehensive quality standards in most of its elements. These changes may include developing knowledge, the acquisition skills, and scientific attitudes, developing the capacity of scientific thinking, and developing the tendencies of appreciating knowledge and scholars.The instructor is considered m all the world countries as the basic cornerstone on which societies live in the present and the future. He is the link that transfers the students from their early stages at school into the stages of production and progress. Inspite of the great importance of the instructor, the researches in this field are rare and those related to teaching techniques are more rare. Hence, we could see the instructor follow the traditional Western models as related to form, content, and methodology without arriving at their level in most cases.College of Education is one of the important specialized institutions. Colleges of education prepare teachers in humanistic and scientific specialization who are professionally qualified. Since the teacher is the basic cornerstone whom college of education strives toprepare to perfonn his social, scientific, and educational message as best as he could, the curricula to prepare hin1 demand too much attention from the people concerned.· Curriculmn is one of the elements that the specialized people in ininistries try to develop. Since the syllabuses and the teaching curricula, including physics curricula, are prove to fast changes owing to the increasing technical developments in the world, and owing to meeting the society's needs, the development plans, and the civilizational development, it de1nands the teaching supervisors to constantly conduct an evaluation to the plans and curricula by the specialized supervisors in the field to make development in the scientific level. Evaluating the curriculum means deciding its suitability, i.e. the educational value of the curriculum to improve it or to keep on using it and expand its application or to change it.The study aims at constructing an evaluation instrmnent to evaluate the curriculum of quantum mechanics for fourth year students at physics department in college of education from the students' point of view. And it aims at evaluating this curriculum toexamine points of strength and weaknesses. Quantum mechanics is one of the curricula at physics department and is taught at fourth year. The research confined itself to fourth year students at physics departinent in the colleges of education in Baghdad and Basrah for the academic year 2000/2001 fron1 both sexes.In light of the answers of the open questionnaire sample, the researcher classified the answers according to their fields depending on the content of the item.After fonning the items and their fields primarily, they were exposed to a con11nittee of specialized experts in curricula and methodology consists often experts to check the suitability of the tool to evaluate the syllabus of quantum mechanics subject and to achieve the face validity ·to check the range of the clarity and the understandability of the items. The members of the face validity group all agreed that the items were all clear and understandable which were (77) items except so1ne ones. The percentage of agreement was 80%. to accept or refuse the iten1s by the researcher. The researcher registered the tool balance through these alternatives before each item to answer depending on Likert's triple balance which was (agree, not sure, don't agree).To get the distinguishing power of the tool, it has been applied to a sample of fourth year students at the Dept. of physics, College of education, Baghdad University consists of (100) male and female students. This sample has been randomly chosen. The studentsrepresent the basic final research sample, 50 percent of the original research group.After getting the answer, it has been arranged from up to down, from the highest mark to the lowest mark. Then 27o/o of the papers that get the highest and the lowest marks. i.e each group included (27) papers by using (T - test) 2nd tested, to find out the differences between the highest and the lowest group of each item of the tool. It appeared that all the tool items are distinguished except some of the items. To ensure the validity and the compatibility of the tool ite1ns, the researcher analyzed the distinguishing sample answers which were (100) individuals by using pearson's coefficient to know the connection among the individuals marks on each item of the tool and the whole mark of the field. The statistical analysis results show that all the coefficients of statistical value except some iten1s. As such, the tool with its ( 52) items and the fields with its ( 4) fields are the final form of the tool.The researcher concluded that there is one element (field) achieved, which is the teaching method. field of the curriculum elements, whereas there are three ele1nents not achieved which are the field o - f ( educational objectives, content, and evaluation). So, theresearcher suggests that some modifications and additions to. curriculwn are den1anded as basic background to quantmn mechanics syllabuses at 1st, 2nd, and 3rd stages to achieve some sort of continuity to curriculum and to reduce the curriculum because it is very enlarged one, and chapter one of the textbook should be aseparate chapter for mathematics that the teacher needs to teach this subject. The researcher recommended that an evaluative study of this study is necessary to every curriculun1 of the physics dept. to clear the way to the people in charge to see the good points and the weaknesses in these curricula to treat the weaknesses to develop and i1nprove the curricula.

So it can be determined the problem by the following question : 1 Should the summer training at Technical Institutes fulfill the requirements of acquiring the students the required skills for work? The Importance of the Research : The importance of evaluation the performance summer training is through getting the opportunity for each person to be upraised his vocational level in the social, economical and political fields. As to the increase dependence upon organizations, the attention to develop manpower is iricreased so that the output of training system is considered as a vital input infused within the comprehensive national development efforts, the most important output of this systems is that the quality of trainees as they are merged category of students who completed secondary stage either general, vocational or Industrial to be admitted Technical and vocational training institutes for the sake of supporting them with the experiences and different skills. Summer training is considered a complementary part to prepare the student for jobs and different occupations, as it is an important part of rehabilitation program which the student is learned in his specialization prior to his graduation.Here, we find that improvement of education and training , upraise the performance of trainees should be rectified and evaluated to identify the weakness and strength points of training programs through which Technical Institutes Foundation can review its policies and programs especially in the field of training applying the concept of putting the relevant person in the concerned position through holding continuous training programs assisting in providing distinguished and consistent staff. Present research aims to : 1. Build an evaluation tool for the performance of summer training in the five fields (Performance, Work Environment, Bio - physics, Psychological health & Sociology).2. Identify the performance during summer training by the views of graduates.3. Apply a tool to identify the weakness and strength points of its all fields by the views of graduates.Research Determinations : Technical institutes, the graduates of Basrah Technical Institute - Electric Department in particular for the academic years from 1996 to 2000 of male only for the academic year 2004 - 2005.Methods : Study of variables imposed preparation a tool to evaluate the performance of summer training in view of graduates of Technical Institute - Electric Department. Researcher followed the following steps : 1. Prepared open questionnaire form applied on a pattern of 50 graduates of Technical Institutes, through analyzing their responses and considering the previous literatures and studies, it is formed an initial items distributed on five fields ( Performance, WorkEnvironment, Bio - physics, Psychological health , and sociology).2. The items of the tool are subjected to a group of experts and consultants of teaching methods , education and electrics and upon the attitudes of the experts, it is reformed some of which without modifying its contents so that the number of items of the tool is distributed on the above mentioned five fields and thus it is realized the truth of content buy its two types (the apparent and the logic).3. Statistic analysis has been made on a pattern of 80 graduates were elected randomly to extract the distinguishing strength so that it is shown that 87 items out of 101 were distinguished at the evidence level (0.05) but (14) items as to it is never reached the level of statistic evidence. 4. It is extracted the stability by re - test technique so that it is applied the tool on a random pattern of 30 graduates so that the correlation coefficient (95.95) is very high and it can be depended.5. It is performed the final application on the members of main pattern of the research totaled 250 graduates representing 21.46% of the total research community as the application was on 04.04.2005 and ended on 16.05.2005 by the researcher himself through his visiting for the establishments, state departments, public an private sectors to supervise proceeding of application evaluating the performance of summer training in view of graduates of technical institutes.Statistical Means : Researcher used ( percentage, means, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, T - test and percent weight). Conclusions : The researcher concluded the following : First objective is identified by building a tool for evaluation the performance of summer training so that it is realized through extraction its truth and stability through research methods and pIdreocnetidfyu rthees. second objective which is identifying the performance of summer training so that the means of the pattern totaled 218.85, standard deviation is 34.21. in compare it with the means and standard deviation of the tool totaled 217.5 it is shown that there is a difference between the two means ; i.e., the pattern never received the satisfied level of training prior to the graduation. Abstract: The current research aims to identify ( The effect of negotiation and cognitive apprenticeship strategies on the outcome of the Islamic Arabic history subject and curiosity of the second intermediate stage students) through verifying the hypothesis of the research represented by : 1. There are no differences of statistical significance at the level (0.05) between the average score of the outcome of students who study according to the (negotiation strategy) and the average score of the outcome of students who study according to the regular method in the achievement posttest prepared for this purpose.2. There are no differences of statistical significance at the level (0.05) between the average score of the outcome of students who study according to the (cognitive apprenticeship strategy) and the average score of the outcome of students who study according to the regular method in the achievement posttest prepared for this purpose. 3. There are no differences of statistical significance at the level (0.05) between the average score of the outcome of students who study according to the (negotiation strategy) and the average score of the outcome of students who study according to (cognitive apprenticeship strategy) in the achievement posttest prepared for this purpose.4. There are no differences of statistical significance at the level (0.05) between the average score of curiosity of students who study according to the (negotiation strategy) and the average score of curiosity of students who study according to the regular method in the scale prepared for this purpose.5. There are no differences of statistical significance at the level (0.05) between the average score of curiosity of students who study according to the (cognitive apprenticeship strategy) and the average score of curiosity of students who study according to the regular method in the scale prepared for this purpose.6. There are no differences of statistical significance at the level (0.05) between the average score of curiosity of students who study according to the (negotiation strategy) and the average score of curiosity of students who study according to (cognitive apprenticeship strategy) in the scale prepared for this purpose. The researcher followed the experimental approach and selected an experimental design with a partial control (two experimental groups and on control group), with the posttest and the curiosity scale. The researcher also chose the research sample randomly from (Al - Rafidain school), which is one of the official day schools in Babil province, to become the field to execute the current research experiment. The final research sample involved (94) students after eliminating the failed students for the academic year 2015 - 2016, at (32) for the first experimental group which studied according to the cognitive apprenticeship strategy and the second experimental group which studied according to the negotiation strategy, while the third control group which studied according to the regular method involved (30) students. The researcher equalized among his three groups with the variables (the previous outcome, IQ test, the previous knowledge, age calculated by months, parents qualifications, curiosity) and there were no differences of statistical significance among the groups after identifying the scientific subject of included in the experiment period and represented in the (content of the subject of Islamic Arabic history for the second intermediate grade for the academic year 2015 - 2016). Afterwards, the behavioral purposes were identified and formulated in accordance with the three levels of Bloom classification in the cognitive aspect (Knowledge - Understanding - Application) and were presented later to the experts and referees; the final number was (223) behavioral purposes. The researcher also prepared teaching plans for the topics included in the experiment, submitted some of them to the experts and referees and edited them according to their remarks.The researcher studied the three research groups and at the end of experiment which lasted one academic year, he prepared an achievement test containing (40) items and presented it to the experts to give their opinions and show its alleged validity. This test was applied over an exploratory sample composed of (150) from Al - Nujoom high school and applied over the basic sample after dealing with its data statistically, extracting the coefficient of items difficulty, its ability to differentiate and the affectivity of its alternatives and extracting its reliability coefficient. The researcher also prepared a curiosity scale depending on literature and consisted of (30) items divided over (6) domains. This scale was submitted to a group of experts, applied over an exploratory sample of (150) students and eventually applied over the basic research sample after dealing with its data statistically, and verifying its construction reliability, items connection and their relation with each domain, the overall score of the scale, scale reliability and the strength of differentiating the items. After processing the data statistically by using the proper statistical means such as (one - way analysis of variance, Scheffe'e test to know the direction of differences among the research groups), the results showed that students of both of the groups which studied according to the (negotiation strategy) and (cognitive apprenticeship strategy) have surpassed the students group which studied according to the regular method in terms of the variables of curiosity and the outcome of Islamic Arabic history subject for the second intermediate stage.In the light of the results reached by the researcher, it appeared that using negotiation and cognitive apprenticeship strategies in teaching history subject to the second intermediate students have contributed in increasing their outcome and their curiosity.The researcher have recommended several recommendation (the necessity of training the teachers of social studies on using the negotiation and cognitive apprenticeship strategies, encourage them to use constructive theory strategy and pay attention to the inner motives of the students such as curiosity). The researcher also recommended conducting other researches similar to the current one on different academic stages and other subjects to verify the validity of the negotiation and cognitive apprenticeship strategies and other variables besides the outcome and curiosity.
