Abstract: مستخلص الرسالة :
تتمثل مشكلة البحث الحالي في التعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية ودرجة اسهام متغيري الذكاء المتبلور والانتباه الانفعالي في سمة الشجاعة النفسية، تتلخص اهمية البحث الحالي من اهمية متغيراته وأهمية الفئة المستهدفة وبناءا على ذلك استهدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على : -
1. درجة الشجاعة النفسية لدى مدرسي المرحلة الإعدادية .
2. درجة الذكاء المتبلور لدى مدرسي المرحلة الإعدادية .
3. درجة الانتباه الانفعالي لدى مدرسي المرحلة الإعدادية .
4. العلاقة الارتباطية بين الشجاعة النفسية والذكاء المتبلور .
5. العلاقة الارتباطية بين الشجاعة النفسية والانتباه الانفعالي .
6. الفروق في العلاقة الارتباطية بين الشجاعة النفسية والذكاء المتبلور تبعاً لمتغيري الجنس والتخصص .
7. الفروق في العلاقة الارتباطية بين الشجاعة النفسية والانتباه الانفعالي تبعاً لمتغيري الجنس والتخصص .
8. درجة اسهام كل من الذكاء المتبلور والانتباه الانفعالي في الشجاعة النفسية .
ولتحقيق اهداف البحث اعتمد الباحث منهج البحث الوصفي ألارتباطي في البحث الحالي، وقام باختيار عينة عشوائية ذات التوزيع المتناسب، البالغة ( 400 ) مدرس ومدرسة بواقع ( 148 ) مدرس ما يعادل نسبة ( 37 % ) من المجموع الكلي، و(252 ) مدرسة ما يعادل نسبة ( 63 % ) من المجموع الكلي
كذلك قام الباحث بالاتي :
1. إعداد مقياس لمتغير الشجاعة النفسية معتمدا على نظرية ( دانيال بوتمان، 2004 ) والمكون من ( 30 ) فقرة .
2. تكييف اختبار الذكاء المتبلور المعد من ( السلامي ، 2019) المبني وفق نظرية كاتل والمكون من ( 30 ) فقرة .
3. وكذلك اعتمد مقياس الانتباه الانفعالي المعد من العتابي ( 2019 ) والمكون من بعدين، البعد الاول الانتباه للمشاعر ( 17 ) فقرة، والبعد الثاني الانتباه البصري مكون من ( 12 ) صورة و ( 15 ) مفردة .
وقد استخرج الباحث الخصائص السيكومترية للمقاييس الثلاثة، وقام بتطبيقها على عينة البحث البالغة ( 400 ) مدرس ومدرسة من مركز محافظة واسط مدينة الكوت، ولتحليل بيانات البحث استعمل الباحث البرنامج الاحصائي ( SPSS )، وقد توصل الى النتائج الاتية : -
1. ان مدرسو المرحلة الإعدادية لديهم شجاعة نفسية بمستوى عالٍ .
2. ينماز مدرسو المرحلة الإعدادية بدرجة عالية من الذكاء المتبلور .
3. يمتاز مدرسو المرحلة الإعدادية بأنّ لديهم انتباه انفعالي بمستوى عالٍ .
4. ان العلاقة بين الشجاعة النفسية والذكاء المتبلور دالة احصائيا طردية .
5. ان العلاقة بين الشجاعة النفسية والانتباه الانفعالي دالة احصائيا طردية .
6. لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في العلاقة الارتباطية بين متغيري الشجاعة النفسية الذكاء المتبلور تبعا لمتغير الجنس والتخصص .
7. لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في العلاقة الارتباطية بين متغيري الشجاعة النفسية والانتباه الانفعالي تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والتخصص .
8. تسهم المتغيرات المستقلة ( الذكاء المتبلور، والانتباه الانفعالي ) في التنبؤ بالمتغير التابع الشجاعة النفسية وقد كان ترتيب تأثير المتغيرات المستقلة الانتباه الانفعالي أولاً، والذكاء المتبلور ثانياً .
وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصل اليها الباحث في البحث الحالي قدم مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات .

Abstract: يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على : 1. الحاجة الشخصية للبناء لدى المرشدين التربويين.2. الانغماس الوظيفي لدى المرشدين التربويين.3. العلاقة بين الحاجة الشخصية للبناء والانغماس الوظيفي لدى المرشدين التربويين. 4. الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في العلاقة بين الحاجة الشخصية للبناء والانغماس الوظيفي لدى المرشدين التربويين تبعا لمتغير الجنس. وتحقيقا لاهداف البحث اعد الباحث مقياس الحاجة الشخصية للبناء في ضوء نظرية المعرفةالمطروحة(LayEpistemicTheory)لكروجلانسكي(Kruglanski,1989)، وتم تحديد اربعة مجالات هي : (تفضيل الوضوح والترتيب والدوافع المعرفية ومعالجة الموضوعات واتخاذ القرارات). وقد تم التحقق من صدق المقياس وثباته احصائيا. كما اعتمد الباحث مقياس (محمد، 2015) للتعرف على الانغماس الوظيفي، اذ تكون المقياس من ثلاثة مجالات هي : (الانغماس المعرفي والانغماس العاطفي والانغماس السلوكي).وقد تحقق الباحث كذلك من صدق المقياس وثباته احصائيا. وبعد التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياسي البحث وفقراتهما، تم التطبيق على عينة البحث الاساسية والبالغة (400) مرشدا ومرشدة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية. وتم تحليل البيانات احصائيا باستخدام الحقيبة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss ، واظهرت النتائج : 1. ان المرشدين التربويين لديهم ارتفاع بالحاجة الشخصية للبناء.2. ان المرشدين التربويين يتمتعون بالانغماس الوظيفي. 3. توجد علاقة ارتباطيه موجبة بين الحاجة الشخصية للبناء والانغماس الوظيفي لدى المرشدين التربويين.4. لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية في العلاقة بين الحاجة الشخصية للبناء والانغماس الوظيفي لدى المرشدين التربويين تبعا للجنس. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج قدم الباحث بعض التوصيات والمقترحات لتعزيز نتائج البحث الحالي من خلال تكثيف الجهود المبذولة بفتح دورات تطويرية للمرشدين التربويين وخاصة الجدد منهم لرفع مستوى انغماسهم الوظيفي من اجل تقديم افضل الخدمات الارشادية للطلبة والمسترشدين). | The Present study aims to identify the : 1 - Personal Need for Structure of the counselors.2 - the Job Involvement of the counselors.3 - The relationship between Personal Need for Structure and Job Involvement of the counselors. 4 - The signiticant difference in The relationship between Personal Need for Structure and Job Involvement of the counselors according to the variable (sex).In order to achieve the aism of the study . the researcher prepared the scale of Personal Need for Structure louseel on the (Ley Epistemic theory1989) to Kroglanski, was selected four fields : (Preference for Clarity and, arrangement, Cognitive drives addressing topics and decision making ) , more over ,he has adopted scale of Job Involvement (Mohamad, 2015), The scale includes in to three fields : (cognitive indulgences, Emotional indulgences and Behavioral indulgences). The researcher made sure of The standard characteristics of the both scales , the researcher applied on the basic sample (400) Counselors (male, female) Chosen by random.After applying the instruments and analyzing data by SPSS the researcher concluded following results : 1 - The counselors have high level in Personal need for structure. 2 - The counselors have Job involvement.3 - There is positive relationship between personal need for structure and job involvement of The counselors.4 - Ther,s no significant effect for the variable sex in the relation between personal need for structure and job involvement.The light of the results the researcher had submit some of recommendations and suggestions to promote the results of the present study by intensify efforts by open developmental courses of the counselors especially the newer to raise the level of their job involvement to submit Best consulting services to the students.

Abstract: هدف هذا البحث الى تعرف : 1. التفكير المرن لدى تدريسيي جامعة واسط .2. دلالة الفروق في التفكير المرن وفقا لمتغيرات ( النوع ، التخصص ، الشهادة ) .3. السمات الشخصية لدى تدريسيي جامعة واسط .4. دلالة الفروق في السمات الشخصية وفقا لمتغيرات (النوع ، التخصص ،الشهادة).5. العلاقة الارتباطية بين التفكير المرن والسمات الشخصية . ولتحقيق اهداف هذا البحث , اعدت الباحثة اختبارا لقياس التفكير المرن وفقا لنظرية جيلفورد , وكذلك تبنت الباحثة مقياس قائمة العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية لجون واخرون (1991) . وطبقت الاداتان على عينة التحليل الاحصائي البالغة (120) تدريسيا وتدريسية ، وبعد التاكد من صلاحية الاداتين من خلال مؤشرات الصدق والثبات ، طبقت الباحثة الاداتين على عينة عددها (248) تدريسي وتدريسية , وبعد جمع البيانات ومعالجتها احصائيا وباستعمال الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة , وتحليل التباين المتعدد , ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون , توصلت النتائج الى ما ياتي : 1. يعاني تدريسيو الجامعة من ضعف القدرة على التفكير المرن .2. ليس هناك فرق ذو دلالة احصائية في التفكير المرن وفقا لمتغيرات (النوع ، التخصص ، الشهادة) .3. يتمتع التدريسييون الجامعيون بمستوى منخفض من سمات الشخصية .4. ليس هناك فرق ذو دلالة احصائية في سمات الشخصية وفقا لمتغيرات (النوع ، التخصص ، الشهادة) .5. عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين التفكير المرن وسمات الشخصية . وفي ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل اليها واستكمالا للبحث اوصت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات للابحاث المستقبلية | The present study aims at the following : 1. Flexible thinking of the teachers of University of Wasit.2. The significance of differences in flexible thinking according to the variables of (gender, specialty, and certificate).3. Personal traits among the teachers of University of Wasit.4. The significance of the differences in personality traits according to the variables of (gender, specialty, and certificate).5. The correlation between the flexible thinking and the personality traits. To fulfil these aims, the researcher the researcher prepared a test to measure the flexible thinking according to the theory of Guilford (Guilford, 1973), the researcher also adopted the model of the major five factors of personality (Big Five Inventory), (John et al., 1991). The two tools have been applied on the sample of the statistical analysis which consists of (one hundred - twenty) teachers from both genders. And after the confirmation of the validity of the two tools through the indicators of, honesty, fortitude the researcher applied the instruments on a sample of (two hundred forty - eight) teachers, and after collecting the data and processing it statistically using the one - sample t test and the analysis of multilateral variance, and Pearson correlation coefficient, the results showed : 1. Teachers of university do not have flexible thinking.2. There is no statistically significant difference in flexible thinking according to the variables of (gender, specialty, and certificate).3. Teachers of university have low level of personal attributes.4. There is no statistically significant difference in personality traits according to the variables of (gender, specialty, and certificate).5. There is no correlation between flexible thinking and personality traits. In light of the results that have been reached and as a complement to the research, the researcher presented some of the recommendations and proposed a set of suggestions for further studies.

Abstract: ان النظام البصري لا يمكن ان يعالج كل الاشياء والمثيرات التي تقع على شبكية العين في اي وقت كان , فان الانتباه الفراغي من القدرات العقلية المهمة التي تساعد الفرد على معالجة المعلومات الفراغية ذات العلاقة بالمهمة محط الاهتمام , وتوجيه الانتباه نحو المواقع الخاصة في المشهد البصري , ومدى قدرتهم على الانتباه الى المثيرات التي تظهر ضمن موقع معين .يهدف البحث الحالي الى تعرف : 1 - درجة الانتباه الفراغي لدى طلبة جامعة واسط .2 - دلالة الفروق في درجة الانتباه الفراغي لدى طلبة جامعة واسط وتبعا لمتغيرات النوع الاجتماعي (ذكور - اناث) والتخصص (علمي - انساني) والصف الدراسي (الاولى - الثانية - الثالثة - الرابعة). ولتحقيق اهداف البحث الحالي قامت الباحثة باستعمال اختبار WAFR)) المحوسب , والذي هو جزء من منظومة (فيينا العالمية للاختبارات ) لقياس الانتباه الفراغي , تكونت عينة البحث من (100) طالب وطالبة من طلبة جامعة واسط في كليات ( التربية, القانون , الهندسة ,الطب) وللصفوف الاربعة, اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية, وبعد تطبيق الاختبار على عينة البحث ومعالجة البيانات احصائيا توصل البحث الحالي الى النتائج الاتية : 1 - يتمتع طلبة الجامعة بمستوى طبيعي من الانتباه الفراغي.2 - لا يتاثر الانتباه الفراغي بكل من عامل التخصص والنوع والصف الدراسي, ولم تظهر هناك فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في التفاعل لمتغيرات ( النوع الاجتماعي والتخصص والصف الدراسي).وبناء على النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث , اشارت الباحثة الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات. | The visual system cannot process all the things and motives that lie on the retina at any time. The vacuum attention is one of the important mental abilities which helps the individual to process the vacuum information which are related to the mission in concern and direct attention towards the special sites in the visual scene and their ability to pay attention to the motives which appear within specific site.The present research aims at identifying : 1.The degree of vaccum attention of the students of Wasit University2.Indication differences in the degree of vacuum attention of the students of Wasit University and according to the variables of the social type(Male and Female), specialization(Scientific and literary) and the stage (First, second, third and fourth)To achieve the aims of the present research , the researcher uses the computerized (WAFR) Test which is one of International Venice organization of Tests to measure the vacuum attention. The research sample consists of (100) made and female students of wasit university in the college of(Education, law, Engineering and Medicine) and for the four stages ,The were chosen by the stratified random method of proportional distribution. And after applying the test on the research sample and processing the data statistically, the researcher has reached to the following results 1. The students of university hove a normal level of vacuum attention.2.The vacuum attention doesn't affect by the factor of specialization, type and stage 3.No statistically significant differences has appeared in the interaction of the variable of social type, specialization and stage Depending on the results which the researcher reached to , the has referred to a number of conclusions , recommendations and suggestions
