Abstract: المساعدة الفعالة هي عملية انسانية يؤثر فيها المسترشد بالمرشد ، وهي توظيف المرشد امكاناته وقدراته الشخصية عبر العلاقة الارشادية التفاعلية بينه وبين المسترشد لتحديد مشكلة المسترشد وتحفيزه على التفكير في طرق مواجهتهوا مساعدته في تحديد الاهداف ووضع استراتيجيات لبلوغها، وعلى المرشد ان يحس ويدرك المشكلات التي يعاني منها المشترشد، اي ان يتعاطف معه حتى يتكمن من فهم تلك المشكلات وان يراها كما يرها المسترشد . فالتعاطف يقوم على الوعي الذاتي ، فبقدر ما نكون قادرين على تقبل مشاعرنوا ادراكها ، نكون قادرين على قراءة مشاعر الاخرين ، وهو شعور يمكن تعلمه ليكون عنصرا مساعدا في الحياة العاطفية، ان الفرد يستطيع مساعدة الاخرين على التعاطف معه عندما يبوح لهم بمشاعره، ويعد التعاطف من اهم مؤشرات نجاح العلاقات الاجتماعية التي تعتمد على التفاعل الاجتماعي القائم بين الافراد والجماعات ، وعلى نوعية الاتصال وطريقته التي تعتمد جميعها على الكفاءة الاجتماعية . فالكفاءة الاجتماعية تعني القدرة على فهم وادارة التعبير عن الجوانب الاجتماعية لحياة الفرد بطرق تساعد على الادارة الناجحة للمهام الحياتية، وتتضمن الاهتمام بالاخرين والمشاركة الفاعلة في الحياة الاجتماعية، واقامة علاقات ايجابية مع المحيطين به.و يهدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على : 1 - درجة المساعدة الفعالة لدى المرشدين التربويين .2 - معرفة دلالة الفروق على مقياس المساعدة الفعالة لدى المرشدين التربويين وفقا لمتغيري النوع ومدة الخدمة . 3 - درجة التعاطف لدى المرشدين التربويين .4 - معرفة دلالة الفروق على مقياس التعاطف لدى المرشدين التربويين وفقا لمتغيري النوع ومدة الخدمة . 5 - درجة الكفاءة الاجتماعية لدى المرشدين التربويين .6 - معرفة دلالة الفروق على مقياس الكفاءة الاجتماعية لدى المرشدين التربويين وفقا لمتغيري النوع ومدة الخدمة . 7 - معرفة العلاقة بين المساعدة الفعالة والتعاطف والكفاءة الاجتماعية .8 - معرفة مدى اسهام التعاطف والكفاءة الاجتماعية في المساعدة الفعالة. وتالفت عينة البحث الاساسية من (300) مرشدا ومرشدة تربويين ، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية ومن مديريات التربية الست من محافظة بغداد وبواقع (110) من الذكور و(190) من الاناث . ولتحقيق اهداف البحث اعدت الباحثة ثلاثة مقاييس ، الاول مقياس المساعدة الفعالة ويتالف من (61) فقرة ، والثاني مقياس التعاطف ويتالف من (31) فقرة ، والمقياس الثالث هو مقياس الكفاءة الاجتماعية ويتالف من (29) فقرة ، كل مقياس يتالف من خمسة بدائل متدرجة تعطى عند التصحيح الدرجات (5، 4، 3، 2، 1) ، ثم حللت فقرات المقاييس الثلاث منطقيا واحصائيا لحساب قدرتها التمييزية ومعاملات صدقها، وتحققت الباحثة من الصدق الظاهري ومؤشرات صدق البناء للمقاييس الثلاث، وتم حساب ثبات المقاييس الثلاث بطريقة معادلة الفا - كرونباخ ( الاتساق الداخلي )، وطريقة اعادة الاختبار( الاتساق الخارجي ) . بعد تطبيق المقاييس الثلاثة على افراد عينة البحث ، وتحليل الاجابات وحساب الدرجات وتحليلها احصائيا ، اتضح ما ياتي : - 1 - متوسط درجات افراد مقياس المساعدة الفعالة كان (اكبر) من المتوسط النظري وبفرق دال احصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0،05) ، اي ان المرشدين التربويين يتصفون بالمساعدة الفعالة.2 - ليست هناك فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متغيري النوع ومدة الخدمة على مقياس المساعدة الفعالة. 3 - متوسط درجات افراد العينة على مقياس التعاطف كان (اكبر) من المتوسط النظري وبفرق دال احصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0،05) ، اي ان المرشدين التربويين يتصفون بالتعاطف . 4 - ليست هناك فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متغيري النوع ومدة الخدمة على مقياس التعاطف .5 - متوسط درجات افراد العينة على مقياس الكفاءة الاجتماعية كان (اكبر) من المتوسط النظري وبفرق دال احصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0،05) ، اي ان المرشدين التربويين يتصفون بالكفاءة الاجتماعية. 6 - ليست هناك فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متغيري النوع ومدة الخدمة على مقياس الكفاءة الاجتماعية .7 - وجود علاقة ارتباطية قوية بين المساعدة الفعالة والتعاطف والكفاءة الاجتماعية وبدلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0،05) . 8 - وعن اسهام التعاطف والكفاءة الاجتماعية في المساعدة الفعالة ، تبين ان التعاطف لا يسهم في المساعدة الفعالة وبفرق غير دال احصائيا ، عند مستوى دلالة (0،05)، اما الكفاءة الاجتماعية كمتغير مستقل، اظهرت النتائج انها تسهم في المساعدة الفعالة كمتغير تابع ، وبفرق ذي دلالة احصائية ، عند مستوى دلالة (0،05) .و في ضوء نتائج الباحث اوصت الباحثة بما ياتي : - 1 - ان 30% من المرشدين مازالوا بحاجة الى مزيد من التدريب والاطلاع لكي يؤدوا مهمتهم الارشادية على نحو عام وتقديم المساعدة الارشادية الفعالة للطلبة على نحو خاص.2 - اقامة دورات تدريبية متخصصة بين الحين والاخر للمرشدين التربويين وقبل بداية العام الدراسي الجديد، من اجل تطويرهم مهنيا.3 - يحتاج المرشد التربوي في المدارس الى تعاون كبير وتفهم واسع لعمله من ادارات ومدرسي تلك المدارس وذوي الطلبة وعدم التدخل في عمله الارشادي او تكليفه بمهمات ادارية.4 - ضرورة الاهتمام من قبل الجهات المختصة بتطوير الكفاءة الاجتماعية لدى المرشدين التربويين لاثرها البارز في نجاح الحياة الاجتماعية . استكمالا لهذا البحث تقترح الباحثة اجراء الدراسات الاتية : - 1 - اجراء دراسات مماثلة في محافظة اخرى لغرض مقارنة النتائج واستمرارية الموضوعية .2 - اجراء دراسات مماثلة للبحث الحالي على طلبة الجامعة ( المرحلة الرابعة ) ، قسم الارشاد النفسي والتوجيه التربوي .3 - اجراء دراسات تهدف الى بناء برنامج ارشادي لتنمية المساعدة الفعالة لدى المرشدين التربويين .4 - اجراء دراسات اخرى يتم فيها تناول متغيرات اخرى لمعرفة علاقتها بالمساعدة الفعالة . | The process of Effective assistance is humanitarian operation Affects the guided psychological counselor It is a function of counselor and its possibilities and personal abilities through the relationship guideway Interactive Identify problem guided and encourage them to think of ways to help him in the confront and setting goals and developing strategies for attainable. The sympathy for the self - awareness the extent that we did are able to accept our feelings and a realization to be able to reading the feelings of others A sentiment can be learned to be helpful element in the emotional life That the individual can help others to empathize with him when he reveal his feelings to them. efficiency competence It is the ability to understand and manage the expression of the social aspects to life of the individual in ways that help successful life management tasks and it includes concern for others and active participation in social life and establish positive relationships with those around him. The current research aims to identify : 1. Degree Effective assistance of educational counselors2. Significance of differences on the Effective assistance educational counselor's scale according to the variable type and length of service. 3. Degree sympathy with of the educational counselors.4. Significance of differences on sympathy with the educational counselors scale according to the variable type and length of service.5. Degree efficiency competence level of educational counselors.6. Significance differences on efficiency competence scale with educational counselors and variable according to the type and length of service.7. the relationship between the active support and empathy and efficiency competence.8. extent of contribution of empathy and efficiency competence in the Effective assistance. The sample consisted of basic research (300) guide and guides educators, were chosen stratified random manner of the six directorates of education in the province of Baghdad, (110) males and (190) females. To achieve the objectives of the research researcher prepared three gauges, the first Effective assistance scale and consists of (61) Paragraph, The second scale of sympathy, consists of (31) Paragraph, The third scale is a measure of efficiency competence, and consists of (29) Paragraph, Each scale consists of five graded alternatives given when debugging grades (1,2,3,4,5), Then analyzed the paragraphs of the three scales logically and statistically Ability Account Discriminatory and sincerity coefficients And it achieved a researcher from the virtual honesty and sincerity of the construction of the three scales, Expense of stability the three scales Alpha equation in a way - a way Cronbach and Redo (external consistency). After application of the three scales on the research sample, Analysis of the answers and calculate grades and statistically analyzed, It turns out what comes : 1. Mean scores individuals Effective assistance scale was (Larger) than the theoretical medium and a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05), i.e., those educational counselors have the efficient assistance.2. And statistically significant between the two variables of type and length of service differences on the scale Effective assistance, and for the length of service.3. Medium grades on the sample was a scale of sympathy (Larger) than theoretical medium and statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05), this means that the educational counselors are characterized by of sympathizing.4. That there are no statistically significant differences between the variables of type and length of service differences on of sympathy scale.5. Medium grades on the sample was a scale efficiency competence (the largest), from theoretical medium difference statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05), this means that the educational counselors are characterized by efficiency competence.6. That there are no statistically significant differences between the variables of type length of service on the scale efficiency competence differences.7. A relationship a strong correlation between efficient assistance and sympathy and efficiency competence.8. Showing that sympathy is not independent in the Effective assistance difference is statistically significant, in the level of significance (0.05), The efficiency competence as an independent variable The results showed that it contribute to the Effective assistance as the dependent variable, difference is statistically significant, at a level of significance (0.05).In the light of results, the researcher recommended that comes : 1. 30 % of counselors still need more training and see In order to do their part indicative generally provide effective guideway assistance to students in particular. 2. Establishment of specialized training courses from time to time for mentors educators before the start of the new school year, in order to develop them professionally.3. Educational counselor in schools needs to be more cooperation and understanding for his work by the departments and teachers of those schools and non - interference in his or indicative assigned to administrative tasks.4. The need for attention by the competent authorities to develop efficiency competence of senior educational counselors for its role in the success of social life.Complementing this research suggests the researcher to conduct the following studies : 1. Conducting similar studies in another province for the purpose of comparing the results thematic continuity.2. Conducting similar studies the current research on university students (Phase IV), department psychological counseling educational guidance.3. Conducting studies aimed at building a pilot program for the development of effective assistance to the educational counselors.4. Abstract: تكون النزعة الى الملل لدى الافراد بشكل عام بسبب الروتين اليومي والمشكلات التي يعاني منها افراد المجتمع سواء مشكلات شخصية ام اجتماعية , ومن الممكن ان تكون نتيجة التغيرات الاخيرة لثورة المعلومات والاتصالات التي جعلت اطراف العالم المتباعدة كانها قرية صغيرة , كما ان سوء استثمار الوقت من الاسباب التي تؤدي الى زيادة اعباء العمل والاجهاد للافراد وعدم قيامهم بالواجبات والاعمال المناطة بهم بالشكل الصحيح , بما يضمن تحقيق الاهداف التي ينشدون تحقيقها فضلا عن هدر وقت الحياة الخاصة . ان المسؤول الاول عن العمليات الرئيسية في الارشاد النفسي والتربوي في المؤسسات التعليمية والتربوية هو المرشد التربوي او النفسي , لذا ينبغي ان يتصف بذات سليمة وفاعلة , وان يتمتع بكفاءة مهنية وقدرة على مواجهه ضغوط العمل ليتمكن من اداء عمله الارشادي بنجاح لذوااستهدف البحث الحالي : 1. تعرف على النزعه الى الملل لدى المرشدين التربويين . 2. معرفة الفرق في النزعة الى الملل وفقا لمتغير الجنس ( ذكور , اناث).3. معرفة الفرق في النزعة الى الملل وفقا لمتغير الخدمة (5_1) سنوات (6 سنوات _ فاكثر) .4. تعرف على ادارة الوقت لدى المرشدين التربويين .5. معرفة الفرق في ادارة الوقت وفقا لمتغير الجنس ( ذكور , اناث) .6. معرفة الفرق في ادارة الوقت وفقا لمتغير الخدمة (5_1) سنوات (6 سنوات _ فاكثر ) . 7. تعرف على العلاقة بين النزعة الى الملل وادارة الوقت لدى المرشدين التربويين بلغ عدد افراد العينة (200) مرشدا ومرشدة تربويين اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية من مديريات تربية محافظة بغداد الست ( الكرخ الاولى , الكرخ الثانية , الكرخ الثالثة , الرصافة الاولى , الرصافة الثانية , الرصافة الثالثة ) للعام الدراسي (2017_2016).واستعملت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي لملائمته متغيرات البحث كذلك قامت باجراءات اعداد مقياس النزعة الى الملل وبناء مقياس ادارة الوقت والتحقق من الخصائص السايكومترية لهما عن طريق (الصدق , والثبات) , كما استعملت الباحثة في معالجة بيانات البحث برنامج التحليل الاحصائي للعلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية (spss) واعتمدت من خلاله على بعض الوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة , وقد اظهرت نتائج البحث الاتي : 1. ان افراد عينة البحث الحالي لديهم نزعة الى الملل .2. توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في النزعة الى الملل لدى المرشدين التربويين تبعا لمتغير النوع (ذكور/ اناث) لصالح عينة الذكور.3. لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في النزعة الى الملل لدى المرشــــــدين التربويين تبعا لمتغير الخدمة (1 - 5 سنوات / 6 سنوات فاكثر) .4. ان افراد عينة البحث الحالي لديهم مستوى عال من ادارة الوقت .5. توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في ادارة الوقت لدى المرشدين التربويين تبعا لمتغير النوع (ذكور/ اناث) لصالح عينة الاناث.6. لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في ادارة الوقت لدى المرشــــــدين التربويين تبعا لمتغير الخدمة (1 - 5 سنوات / 6 سنوات فاكثر) .7. توجد علاقة عكسية قوية دالة احصائيا بين النزعة الى الملل وادارة الوقت لدى افراد عينة البحث الحالي .وفي ضوء نتائج البحث خرجت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات . | The tendency to boredom in individuals in general is owing to the daily routines and problems experienced by members of society, whether personal or social problems, and may be the result of the recent changes of the information and communication revolution that made the world like a small village. The bad use of time exploit leads to increase loads and stress of individuals and failure to carry out the duties and tasks assigned to them in a correct manner and to ensure the accomplishment of the goals they seek to achieve as well as wasting time of private life. The educational or psychological counselor in the educational and educational institutions is responsible for the main processes in psychological and educational guidance, so he should be characterized and enjoyed with professional competence and ability to face pressures of work, to be able to carry out his guidance work successfully, and The current research aims to : 1.Knowing the tendency to the boring at the educational counselors. 2.Knowing the significance of differences in tendency to boring accordin gtogender (male,female) 3.Knowing the significance of differences in tendency to boring according to the variable of service (5_1) years (6 years _ and more)4.Identifying the time management of educational instructors. 5.Knowing the significance of differences in time management according to the gender (male,femle) 6.Knowing the significance of differences in time management according to the variable of the service (5_1) years (6 years _ and more ) 7.Identifying the relationship between the tendency to boring and time management of educational instructors. The current research is determined by selecting a random sample of the educational instructors in the Baghdad six education directorates (Karkh /1, Karkh/s, Karkh /3, Rusafa /1, Rusafa/2, Rusafa/3 for the academic year 2017_2016. The researcher has used the descriptive approach to suit the variables of the research. The researcher has also constructed scale of tendency to boring , the time management scale and verification of the psychometric properties by means of reliability and consistency. The researcher has also used the statistical analysis of human and social sciences (spss) And through which it relied on some of the appropriate statistical means. Abstract: يتعين على المرشد القائم بالعملية الارشادية ان تتوافر لديه مجموعة من المهارات الارشادية لكي يكون اكثر فاعلية , ومن هذه المهارات مهارة المواجهة التي من خلالها يستطيع المرشد التربوي التعرف على التناقضات لدى المسترشد وتقديم التغذية الراجعة له, وعن طريق وعي المرشد بانفعالاته وانفعالات المسترشد ,اذ ان فهم الانفعالات والقدرة على اكتشاف ما يشعر به المرشد يسمح له بتوظيف مهارة المواجهة ,وستهدف البحث الحالي التعرف الى : 1 - مهارة المواجهة لدى المرشدين التربويين .2 - الوعي بالانفعال لدى المرشدين التربويين .3 - العلاقة الارتباطية بين مهارة المواجهة والوعي بالانفعال لدى المرشدين التربويين .4 - الفرق في العلاقة بين مهارة المواجهة والوعي بالانفعال تبعا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور,اناث)5 - الفرق في العلاقة بين مهارة المواجهة والوعي بالانفعال تبعا لمتغير الخدمة (1 - 5سنوات)(6سنوات فاكثر) وتحقيقا لاهداف البحث ,قام الباحث بالاجراءات الاتية, بناء مقياس مهارة المواجهة على وفق نظرية روجرز ,الذي يتكون من (46)فقرة بصيغته النهائية, واعد الباحث مقياس الوعي بالانفعال بالاعتماد على مفهوم رايف (2007) ,وعلى وفق نظرية لين وشوارتز الذي يتكون من(43) فقرة بصيغته النهائية وتم التحقق من اجراءات التحليل الاحصائي للمقياسين من خلال تطبيقهما على عينة مؤلفة من (400) مرشد ومرشدة ,وقد تم التاكد من دلالة التمييز للفقرات المقياسين وايضا الاتساق الداخلي وجميع الخصائص السايكومترية (الصدق الظاهري وصدق البناء). تم تطبيق المقياسين بصيغتهما النهائية على عينة تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية عنقودية بلغت (200) مرشد ومرشدة ,وبعد تطبيق اداتي البحث واستعمال الوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة تم التوصل الى النتائج الاتية :  ان افراد عينة البحث لديهم مهارة المواجهة وفقا للفرق بين المتوسط الحسابي والمتوسط الفرضي . ان افراد عينة البحث لديهم الوعي بالانفعال وفقا للفرق بين المتوسط الحسابي والمتوسط الفرضي . هناك علاقة ارتباطية موجبة وطردية بين مهارة المواجهة والوعي بالانفعال لدى المرشدين التربويين . توجد فروق في العلاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين مهارة المواجهة والوعي بالانفعال تبعا لمتغير الجنس لصالح الاناث . لا توجد فروق في العلاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين مهارة المواجهة والوعي بالانفعال تبعا لمتغير الخدمة (1 - 5سنوات)(6سنوات فاكثر).وفي ضوء النتائج طرح الباحث عددا من التوصيات والمقترحات : | The mentor of the counseling process must have a range of counseling skills that are more effective. The most important of these is the coping skill through which the educational counselor can identify the contradictions of the mentor and provide feedback through the mentor's awareness of his emotions and guided emotions. Discovering what an individual feels allows you to employ the skill of confrontation, and to achieve this thing came the aims of the search to identify : 1 - the skill of confrontation of educational counselors.2 - awareness of the feelings of educational counselors.3 - the correlation between the skill of confrontation and awareness of the emotion of educational counselors.4 - difference in the relationship between the skill of confrontation and awareness of emotion depending on the gender variable) (male, female).)5 - Difference in the relationship between the skill of confrontation and awareness of emotion depending on the variable service (1 - 5 years) (6 years and more).To achieve the aims of the research, the researcher built the measure of the skill of confrontation according to Rogers' theory, which consists of (46) items in its final form and verified its validity and Reliability.Rave's emotional awareness scale, which consists of (43) items , has been prepared in its final form and verified its validity and Reliability.The two measures were applied in the final form on a randomly selected sample of (200) Male counselor and Female counselor. After applying the research tools and using the appropriate statistical methods, the following results were obtained. - The members of the research sample have the skill of confrontation according to the difference between the mean arithmetic mean and the mean. - The members of the research sample have an awareness of emotion according to the difference between the arithmetic mean and the mean mean . - There is a positive and positive correlation between the skill of confrontation and the awareness of emotion among educational counselors. - There are differences in the relation between the skill of confrontation and the awareness of emotion according to gender variable and for females. - There were no statistically significant differences between the skill of confrontation and the awareness of emotion according to the variable of service (1 - 5 years) (6 years and above).In light of the results, the researcher put forward a number of recommendations and suggestions

Abstract: يمثل الذكاء الاجتماعي, احد المحددات الاساسية للصحة النفسية الايجابية, ويظهر دور الذكاء الاجتماعي في تعامل المرشد التربوي مع المسترشدين، والانسجام مع الهيئة التعليمية، وادارة المدرسة، ومعرفة الامور الاجتماعية، والحساسية لتاثيرات المسترشدين، والاستبصار بامزجتهم، ويعد الذكاء الاجتماعي من العوامل المهمة في شخصية المرشد، لانه يرتبط بقدرة المرشد على التعامل مع المسترشدين ,فالذكاء الاجتماعي، هو الذي يمكن المرشد التربوي من تنفيذ مهنة الارشاد، وبكفاءة، ومن ثم فهو الذي يحقق النجاح، والاستقرار النفسي، والانفعالي للمرشد في العملية الارشادية، ان ضعف الذكاء الاجتماعي, لدى المرشد التربوي قد يجعله معرضا, للاضطراب الانفعالي، وهو عدو للكفاءة ويستحيل العمل معه وتؤثر على انفعالات المجموعة الارشادية عن طريق العدوى ضمنيا او تلقائيا او عاطفيا, وتؤثر الحالة الانفعالية للمجموعة على اداء المجموعة ونتائجها, ان المرشد التربوي يحتاج الى توجيه العدوى الانفعالية لديه اذ يعد عمل المرشد التربوي في المدارس جزء من النظام التعليمي فيجب ان تتوافر فيه مواصفات وكفاءات محددة ليستطيع القيام بمسؤولياته, وواجباته يستهدف البحث معرفة : - 1 - العدوى الانفعالية لدى المرشدين التربويين. 2 - الذكاء الاجتماعي لدى المرشدين التربويين.3 - العلاقة بين العدوى الانفعالية والذكاء الاجتماعي لدى المرشدين التربويين.4 - الفرق في العلاقة بين العدوى الانفعالية والذكاء الاجتماعي تبعا لمتغير الجنس(ذكور, اناث).5 - الفرق في العلاقة بين العدوى الانفعالية والذكاء الاجتماعي تبعا لمتغير الخدمة (من 1 - 5 سنوات , 6سنوات فاكثر). وتحقيقا لاهداف البحث, قامت الباحثة, بتبني مقياس هاتفيلد (1994) للعدوى الانفعالية الذي يتكون من (18) فقرة بصيغته النهائية تمت ترجمة المقياس من اللغة الانكليزية الى اللغة العربية وتحققت من صلاحيته وخصائصه السايكومترية كما تم بناء مقياس الذكاء الاجتماعي وفق نظرية كارل البرشت (2008) وبلغ عدد المواقف بصيغتها النهائية (29) موقفا واستخرجت خصائصه السايكومترية وطبقت المقياسين بصيغتهما النهائية على عينة تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية العنقودية بلغت (200) مرشد ومرشده, وبعد تطبيق اداتي البحث استعملت الوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة لتحقيق الاهداف وكانت النتائج على الشكل الاتي : • ان افراد عينة البحث لديهم عدوى انفعالية في ضوء الفرق بين المتوسط الحسابي المحسوب والمتوسط الفرضي. • ان افراد عينة البحث لديهم ذكاء اجتماعي في ضوء الفرق بين المتوسط الحسابي المحسوب والمتوسط الفرضي.• ظهر ان هنالك علاقة ارتباطية دالة احصائيا بين العدوى الانفعالية والذكاء الاجتماعي لدى المرشدين التربويين.• اظهرت النتائج ان هنالك فروقا في العلاقة بين العدوى الانفعالية والذكاء الاجتماعي تبعا لمتغير الجنس، وكذلك هنالك فروقا تعود لمتغير الخدمة. • قدمت الباحثة عددا من التوصيات والمقترحات. | Social intelligence is one of the main determinants of positive mental health. It shows the role of social intelligence in the treat of the educational Counselor with the client, the harmony with the staff, the administration of the school, the know of the social issues, the sensitivity to the influences of the counselors and the insight into their mood., Because it is linked to the ability of the Counselor to deal with the client, Social intelligence, which enables the educational counselor to carry out the extension profession, and efficiently, and thus it is the success, psychological stability, and emotional Counselor in the operation Counseling, the weakness of social intelligence, the educational guide makes him vulnerable, serious emotional disorder, emotional contagion And it is impossible to work with him and affect the emotions of the guidance group through infection implicitly or automatically or emotionally, and affect the emotional state of the group on the performance of the group and its results, the educational guide needs to direct emotional infection has the work of the educational guide in schools part of the system Educational and must meet the specific specifications and competencies to be able to carry out his responsibilities, and his duties are aimed at research know : - 1. The scale was translated from English to Arabic and verified its validity and psychometric characteristics. Abstract: The study dealt with the code of tasneem (a spring in paradise) in the interpretation of the Quran by sheikh Abdullah al - jawadi al - amali and studied it in the light of the linguistics of the discourse. The researcher found no correlation between the tasneem code and the results of modern linguistics. In particular linguistics discourse. The latter was divided into the three chapters preceded by the preliminary and a conclusion that included the most important findings of the research. The first chapter was titled "the linguistics of speech and creation". It included three topics. The first dealt with the concept of discourse in the Arab culture, the second addressed the discourse the discourse in the western culture, and the third, the tributaries of the linguistic discourse and its most important approaches.The second chapter titled "role of the context in the formation and understanding of the discourse" included four topics, the context of its development, its section and its control, and the role of the context in the formation of the discourse, while the third highlighted the role of the context in understanding the discourse. The third chapter was entitled "harmony in the Qranic discourse". The chapter was based on four chapter as in the previous. The first came as a solution to the harmony in the waste and Islamic blogs. Consistency between the latter of the quran. Al - Takhmeer Book had many grammatical issues which need to be explained and studied. This study is an attempt to discuss grammatical views which were in the book of Al - Takhamer. Our purpose of that is to discover what Arabic grammarian's opinions and if they had followed in their scientific views or their opinions which were just a criticism and trends to the other's opinions only. The methodology of the thesis is not contrary to the division of Al - Khawarizmi to his book but it is a compatible. The thesis is divided into an introduction, four chapters, and a conclusion. The introduction includes information about Al - Khwarizmi and explaining his method of introducing the grammarian material and his position from grammarians in his book " Al - Takhmeer ". Chapter one composes of the grammatical views concerning nouns. Abstract: The subject matter of the present research is the cultural systems in 'Alimta' Walmu'anasah' by Abu Hayyan Al - Tawhidy who died in the year 414 A.H. The cultural systems are studied through the distinguished treatise 'Alimta' Walmu'anasah' which may be deemed as an old Arabic narrated heritage because it is looked upon as a book reflecting the Arabic ideological heritage. In accordance with this standpoint, this research is laid out as follows : The Introduction defines the terminology, namely 'Cultural Criticism' and the idea of ' Cultural Systems'. The First Chapter studies the societal systems.It falls into the following sections : 1 - The attitude towards the marginalized gender.2 - The societal attitude towards the Dhimmis.3 - The rise of the peripheries and the retreat of the centre. In Chapter Two, we tackled the underlying arguments in the following topics : power struggle; the passion/ reason conflict; rhetoric and science monopoly. The title of Chapter Three is the authority and the intelligentsia where we studied the influence of the intellectuals and authority, and the ideological orientations in 'Alimta' Walmu'anasah' Finally, the research outlines our conclusions and gives a bibliography. We note that the scarcity of references has hindered our study to a certain degree. Abstract: الحمد لله الذي انزل القران، وعلم البيان، وجعله حجة على الانس والجان، والصلاة والسلام على افصح من نطق بالضاد، رسول رب العباد، محمد المصطفى، وعلى ال بيته الاطياب، الذين اذهب الله عنهم الرجس، وجعلهم عدلا للكتاب، وعلى اصحابه الذين كانوا معه اشداء على الكفار رحماء بينهم، والذين جاهدوا معه في الله حق جهاده وما بدلوا تبديلا.اما بعد : فان علم البلاغة من اجل العلوم المتصلة بكتاب الله عز وجل، فبه يعرف اعجاز القران، ويكشف عن سحر البيان.ولما كان القران بحرا لا يدرك غوره، ولا تنفد درره، ولا تنقضي عجائبه، كان شرفا لكل باحث ان يقف في ظلاله، وينضوي تحت لوائه، باحثا عن اسرار بيانه، وروعة نظمه، وسحر تعبيره.ومن هذا الباب احببت ان الج في دراسة بيانه المعجز، متوكلا على الله عز وجل اولا، ومستنيرا باراء العلماء ودراساتهم قديما وحديثا ثانيا، اذ كان لما قدمه الرماني(ت : 384ه) في رسالته (النكت في اعجاز القران)، وما كتبه عبد القاهر الجرجاني (ت : 471ه) في كتابيه (دلائل الاعجاز) و(اسرار البلاغة)، وما اشار اليه الزمخشري (ت : 538ه) من فنون بلاغية جمة في كشافه، وما الحقه المحدثون، كسيد قطب في كتابه (التصوير الفني في القران)، والعلامة ابن عاشور في تفسيره الرائع (التحرير والتنوير)، وما جاء في دراسة المعاصرين، كالدكتور محمد حسين علي الصغير في كتابه (اصول البيان العربي في ضوء القران الكريم)، والاستاذ جعفر الحسيني في كتابه (اساليب البيان في القران) الاثر الكبير في توجيه هذه الرسالة واخراجها تحت عنوان(الاعجاز البياني في السور المثاني) وان كان هذا العنوان اكبر مما يستحقه جهدي، وتستطيعه قدرتي، ولكن الذي شجعني على ذلك امور عدة منها : 1 - اهمية هذه الدراسة؛ كونها دراسة قرانية.2 - وفرة المصادر والمراجع المتعلقة بالموضوع.فضلا عن الحب الذي اكنه لهذا البيان الرائع والمعجز، بيد ان الامور التي شجعتني هي نفسها اصبحت معوقات او مشكلات للدراسة؛ لان كثرة الدراسات التي تناولت البيان القراني، جعلتني اقف طويلا، واتامل كثيرا حتى ابتعد عن الدراسات التقليدية، واخرج بدراسة تتصف بالجدة؛ لاني لا ادعي ان هذا الموضوع بدع في مجال الدراسات البلاغية القرانية؛ فكثير من الباحثين سبقني الى مثله؛ ولكن الذي يجعلني اشعر بجدة هذا الموضوع واصالته امور عامة وخاصة، اما العامة، فيمثلها القران الكريم اذ لا يزال - وسيبقى - بحاجة الى مزيد من الدراسات والبحوث التي تهدف الى الكشف عن اسراره، ووجوه اعجازه، وسمو اساليبه، واما الخاصة، فتمثلها السور المثاني؛ كوني لم اجد دراسة خاصة بها، الا ما ذكرته بعض كتب علوم القران، وكتب التفسير في تحديد مفهوم المصطلح، من دون ان تبين عددها او اسماءها - ولكن يبقى لهذه الكتب الفضل الكبير في توجيه دراستنا - فضلا عن ذلك، اني حاولت جاهدا ان اضفي على الدراسة شيئا من الجدة في تلمس النصوص القرانية وتذوقها من خلال ابراز القيمة الفنية والجمالية المتاتية من الدقة في اختيار الالفاظ، ومدى تناسقها وتلاؤمها مع المعاني التي يسعى النص لابرازها، بطريقة مبتكرة وموجزة تسحر وتبهر، ثم تعجز متلقيها، فعمدت بذلك الى المنهج التحليلي، اذ رايته كفيلا ببيان روعة النصوص القرانية وجماليتها؛ كونه يمثل منهجا شاملا يعتمد على كل ما يمكن ان يدخل في فهم النص القراني، فهو يهتم بارجاع الجملة الى عناصرها، ويبين اجزاءها المكونة لها، ووظيفة كل منها، والتعرف على انواع العلاقات بين مفرداتها، فضلا عن انه يحمل الباحث على التفكير والتامل في النصوص، وهذا خير مكان لظهور شخصية الباحث، ومعرفة ما يمتلك من قدرات تحليلية للنصوص القرانية المعجزة.فجاءت خطة البحث مقسمة على ثلاثة فصول وخاتمة، يسبقهما تمهيد ضم جانبين، عني اولهما بدراسة مفهوم (الاعجاز البياني)؛ كونه يمثل الركن الاول من ركني العنوان.واهتم الثاني بدراسة مصطلح (السور المثاني)، بغية الوصول الى عددها واسمائها؛ كونها تمثل المادة الاساسية لموضوع الدراسة.اما الفصل الاول فكان بعنوان : (التشبيه في السور المثاني) اذ تضمن اربعة مباحث، تناولت في اولها اسلوب التشبيه وتطور دراسته تاريخيا تحت عنوان : (التشبيه عند علماء البلاغة) في حين جاء المبحث الثاني تحت عنوان : (التشبيه والاعجاز) وتضمن ثلاثة مطالب، عنيت بابراز التناسق المعجز بين اللفظ والمعنى، وبين المشبه والمشبه به، وبين اجزاء الهيئة المشبه واجزاء الهيئة المشبة بها.اما المبحث الثالث، فجاء بعنوان : (من وجوه التشبيهات المعجزة) محللا ومتاملا في ثلاثة مطالب هي : (التشبيهات الموجزة) و(التشبيهات المبتكرة) و(التشبيهات التشريعية).وختم الفصل بمبحث رابع بعنوان : (في اقسام التشبيه) معتمدا في تقسيمه على طرفي التشبيه (المشبه والمشبه به) الذي حتم على البحث دراسة ثلاثة مطالب هي : (من حيث مادتهما) و(من حيث افرادهما وتركيبهما) و(من حيث تعدد طرفي التشبيه).وجاء الفصل الثاني بعنوان : (التعبير الاستعاري في السور المثاني) ليضم ثلاثة مباحث، اولها : عني بدراسة مفهوم الاستعارة، وانواعها، وعلاقتها بالاعجاز، تحت عنوان : (الاستعارة حدها - مفهومها - انواعها - علاقتها بالاعجاز).اما المبحث الثاني، فكان بعنوان : (التشخيص في السور المثاني) وتضمن ثلاثة مطالب هي : (تشخيص المحسوسات) و(تشخيص المعنويات) و(التشخيص بالحوار)، كاشفا بهذه المطالب الاعجاز البياني المتاتي من هذا الاسلوب الرائع.وتكفل المبحث الثالث دراسة بعض وسائل التعبير القراني في هذه السور، اذ وقف عند اساليب اعتمدها القران الكريم في التصوير البياني، ويقف في طليعتها اسلوبا (التجسيد والتخييل) مبينا روعة التعبير الاستعاري وجماليته الخالدة من خلال ثلاثة مطالب هي : (تجسيد عناصر الطبيعة وتخيلها) و(تجسيد المعنويات وتخيلها) و(تجسيد اللامرئي وتخيله).اما الفصل الثالث، فقد حمل عنوان : (التعبير الكنائي في السور المثاني)، وقد ضم ثلاثة مباحث، اولها عني بدراسة ثلاثة مطالب هي : (مفهوم الكناية) و(الكناية بين الحقيقة والمجاز) و(بلاغة الكناية) تحت عنوان : (الكناية مفهومها - The Construction of the sentence is taken into consideration according to the divisions of the Arabic grammarians, basically the noun phrase and the verb phrase not linguistically as a subject or a predicate. The study includes three chapters and an introduction and a conclusion. The introduction has a biography of the poet and his main works and the basic purposes that he talks about. The latter is a prose - Poetry drama for being not previously studied ; the poet was vary in literary types in his writings, therefore , we have not left the poetic theatre in this study owing to the texts ' authority , especially Opera .
