المستخلص: إن هذه الرسالة تتناول ظاهرة الانزياح في مجاله التطبيقي في شعر المعلقات، إذ ترصد الانزياحات الأسلوبية التي ارتقى بشعر المعلقات الى درجة من الجمالية، وأكدت الرسالة أن وجود الانزياح في النص الشعري في المستويات التركيبي والدلالي والصوتي يؤكد استحالة وجود قراءة واحدة للنص؛ لأن العطاء الجمالي للدال يسمح بتنوع الممارسات القرائية وتعددها، كما جماليات الإنزياح أدت إلى التوسع في التمثيل العام للصورة، وهذا يعني أن كل قراءة للنص ما هي إلا صورة انزياح شمل التي أنتجته الدوال المنزاحة عن المدلولات المعجمية لتشكيل نص جديد في ذهن المتلقي، فعملية الانزياح تثري دلالات النص وتزيد من جمالياته وتمنحها الخصوصية في التجربة الشعرية، فالإنزياح يبعد النص عن الأحكام القطعية، فيجعله يحيا ويتجدد بالقراءات الإبداعية، وبذلك يضفي للنص الاستمرارية. وإن هذا البحث يرصد بعض ملامح أسلوبيّة الأنزياح في المستويات الثلاث في شعر المعلقات، إذ لجأ الشعراء إليها لأغراض فنية جمالية، محاولا تتبّع الإيحاءات المتنوعة والجماليات التي تقف وراء تلك الإنزياحات لدى شعراء المعلقات، إذ ساعدت هذه الظواهر في إثراء النص من النواحي الدلالية والصوتية، وإكسابه طاقة جمالية وفنية عالية.في العطاء. وبيّنت هذه الرسالة إن الانزياحات الأسلوبية عند شعراء المعلقات لم تكن بمعزل عن البلاغة فانزياحاتهم لم تخرق القوانين إلا لتعيد بناءها من جديد وعلى نحو أكثر جمالية وتأثيرا، إذ تميّز الأسلوب الشعري لدى شعراء المعلقات بموضوعات متفردة قل نظيرها في الشعر الجاهلي، وذلك مثل تفرد أسلوب امرىء القيس بعنصر الحوار، وإن الانزياح بكل أشكاله التركيبية والدلالية والصوتية قد ارتقى بخطاب شعراء المعلقات إلى درجة من الشعرية، إذ أدى الى إثارة الدهشة وإيقاظ المشاعر الجمالية في المتلقي وإحداث نوع من الفجوة: مسافة التوتر أو كسر بنية التوقع لدى المتلقي، أو بعث المتعة والإثارة لدى المتلقي، وأخيرا إن شعر المعلقات بخصائصه الفنية والموضوعية، شكل جزءا مهما من الثقافة العربية في التراث القديم، وهو الأنموذج الناضج للشعر العربي، والتي انعكس بصور شتى في النتاج الشعري، ويظل في لغته أقرب إلى الفطرة السليمة واصدق تمثيلا لها.

المستخلص: التعارض والترجيح في كتب الخلاف النحوي : الانصاف - التبيين - الائتلاف )) هذا هو عنوان الاطروحة التي جرى اعدادها لدراسة ظاهرة التعارض والترجيح . واشتملت على مقدمة وثلاثة ابواب وخاتمة وثبت بالمصادر والمراجع وثلاثة كشافات : كشاف للايات القرانية ، وكشاف للاحاديث الشريفة ، وكشاف للاشعار العربية . الباب الاول - يتناول تاريخ التعارض والترجيح ونظريتهما ، ويضم فصلين : الاول - يبحث في تاريخ التعارض والترجيح في اطوار الخلاف النحوي الثلاثة : طور تكون الخلاف ونموه ، وطور التنافس بين المذهبين البصري والكوفي ، وطور الترجيح بين المذاهب المختلفة . والثاني - يبحث في نظرية التعارض والترجيح ، ويقف عند محاورها الرئيسة : مدلول التعارض والترجيح ، وحكم قبول المعارضة ، ومجال التعارض والترجيح ، واركان التعارض والترجيح ، وصور تعارض الادلة النحوية والترجيح بينها . والباب الثاني - يتناول التعارض في كتب الخلاف الثلاثة ، ويضم فصلين ايضا : الاول - يبحث في ركني التعارض ، وهما : وجود مسالة اختلف فيها اثنان او اكثر ، وتقابل دليلين او اكثر وتعارضهما . والثاني - يبحث في مجال التعارض ، وهو الادلة النحوية ، وجرى التاكيد فيه على الادلة النحوية المعروفة ( السماع ، القياس ، الاستصحاب ، الاجماع ) ، مع الوقوف عند صور تعارض الادلة بين البصريين والكوفيين ، وموقف النحاة الثلاثة من هذه الادلة . والباب الثالث - يتناول الترجيح في كتب الخلاف الثلاثة ، ويضم ثلاثة فصول : الاول - يبحث في طرائق الترجيح واركانه ، جرى فيه الوقوف طويلا عند اركان الترجيح ، مع نقد دليل الترجيح عند النحاة الثلاثة . والثاني - يبحث في ادلة الترجيح النحوية ، جرى التاكيد فيه على الادلة المعروفة ، ووجوه الاعتراض على ادلة النحاة . والثالث - يبحث في علل الترجيح النحوية ، جرى التاكيد فيه على سمات العلة وشروطها ، ومسالك العلة وانواعها | This study includes three chapters : the first one deals with the history of opposition and preference and their theories . It also contains two sections . The first one studies the history of opposition and preference in the three contradicted syntactic stages which are as follows : the stage of its appearance and growth , the stage of the competition between the kufi and Basri trends , the last stage contains preference among other varied books . The second section deals mainly with the theory of opposition and preference and its basic elements such as : the sense of opposition and preference , the principle of accepting opposition , its positions , its elements and the forms of opposition among contradicted syntactic evidences . The second chapter concerns the incongruity in the three contradicted books and also falls into two sections . The first one stresses on the two opposing elements which are : the question that has also been discussed and opposed by two or more , and the two equalled or contradicted evidences . The second one deals with the conception of opposition including the syntactic evidences . Emphasis has been focused on some famous Syntactic evidences ( the audile , measurement , constancy , unanimity ) with stress on examples of contradicted evidences between the kufi and Basri schools and the attitude of the linguists towards them . The third chapter deals with the preference in the three contradicted books and includes three sections too : The first one is dedicated to study methods and elements of preference which have fully been analyzed with critical points for the evidence of preference itself according to the three Grammarians . The second section deals with the preferable syntactic evidences , with special emphasis on the famous ones and some objections directed to the evidences of the Grammarians . The third one finally studies the syntactic preferable reasons , their kinds and conditions with much consideration

المستخلص: We have chosen the title " Al - Ekhwania epistles in First Abbasid Period / Technical study " after presenting the subject matter to the headship of Arab language Dept. and the committee of high studies. We have aimed at selecting most of Al - Ekhwania epistles (the informal ) which had been exchanged by Al - Ekhwan (the brothers ) and other writers , ministers , and caliphs - sometimes - for personal reasons unrelated to formal matters. We have limited the period from 132 A.H. to 335A.H. the year in which Baghdad , the Abbasid capital , being occupied by Bani Bowaih. The cause of choosing this subject has been the availability of prosaic and poetic texts which were written in the period covered by the study , and revealed the significance of studying and taking care of them for they are considered another aspect of Arabic eloquence in its fruitful period (i.e. the Abbasid period ). We have observed that Al - Ekhwania epistles in this period , which we chose it , deserved to be studied from different aspects.In addition , they should be paid more attention and research by the researchers in the technical Arab prose in Abbasid period - the age of Arabic eloquence and culture.So I have chosen this subject after consulting the supervisor (the assist. Prof. Dr. Sahira M. Younis Al - Hubaiti , as well as consulting the specialists in this field of study like Dr. Ahmad Hussein Al - Sadani , Dr. Aamer Hasawi and Dr. Ali Kama - al - Din Al - Fahadi and others in Arabic language Dept. / college of Arts , and college of education , fundamental education. We have concluded that the subject has not been studied separately yet - as I know , then I decided to register my subject to be a partial requirement for M.A. degree in Arab literature

المستخلص: This thesis aims at studying integration in the Glorious quran : A Rhetorical study. It is a very important subject, because it sheds light on an essential part of the styles of the Holy Qu’ran.The study comprises an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion. The introduction is a theatrical one, for it discusses the rise of the term and the proble of its overlapping with other terms. It also deals with the term linguistically and termindogically.Chapter one handles integration in semantics. It discusses it within the context of many styles.Chpter two, entitled "integration in the scienced of bayan and rhetoric, consists of two sections. They tachle interation in relation to many styles such as hyperbole, emphasis, and so on.The thesis ends up with the conclusion that the most important aspect which is indicated integration is conciseness through which it is possible to integrate two meanings in one structure or a single item without causing any difficulty to the receptor, a matter which reflects the rheforic of the holy Qu’ran its aesthetics.

المستخلص: Elegizing (Rithaa) is generally considered one of the loftier poetic purposes. It is the supreme and superior one. Elegizing of Cities is the more - exalted kind of Elegizing. The poet lets his country and home cry because he loves them and feels unhappy and pain when he loses them. He, by that, does not wait to be rewarded from someone sooner or later. This type of poetry is characterized by sincere emotion and deep feeling of sorrow and sadness.Standing on debris in the ancient Arabic poetry, by which the line of poetry be started, is a great evidence that art of elegizing is closed to the Arabic man's deepness and feelings. This standing was not upon the first origins of cities elegizing art, which was prosperous in the Orient at the Abbassid era by reason of unsettled political situations for some time and of foreign invasion at other times. Poets lamented their cities when they were destroyed because of interior and political troubles and affected by the natural disasters and calamities such as earthquakes and floods as well as occupied by their enemies, crusaders and moguls. Baghdad elegies (197 A.H.) were the oldest cities ones. They were the truest as to sorrow. They preceded well - known Andalus cities. This study showed that the Orient people preceded Andalusians in cities with regard to cities Elegizing.When he was elegizing his city, Abbasid poet was affected by the ancient poetry from which he derived many expressions and forms. Also, he was obviously affected by Islamic principles that imbued all ideas, forms and meanings

المستخلص: Pragmatics deals with the relation between linguistic activity and its users, and successful methods of using the linguistic marks and different keys and contexts within which the discourse is made. Also it finds out the elements that make the discourse as a successful and obvious massage and it finds out the reasons for failure in communication with natural languages.Since pragmatics has the ability to call for non - linguistic aspects in the process of criticism and analysis in the address, this method has been chosen to approach the praise poetry of Caliphs in the first Abbasid era in a way which is different from most literary studies that deals with this poetry with regard to artistic form only. Praise poetry in general, and of Caliphs in particular isn’t based on the aesthetic conditions only, but also it takes into consideration the pragmatic and social conditions that require forms of speech manner according to tone keys in response to a general law that regulates the human communication and prescribes that the success of communication between speaker and addressee is based only on the response to the pragmatic rules, such as cooperation, politeness, courtesy … etc. Since these rules are characterized by usual communication, it is better that these rules are characterized by poetic speech which requires aesthetic form. So, how do the poets leave the dignity that they seek? The poetry that praises Caliphs requires special types of criticism, so the pragmatics is the most appropriate manner to approach this type of poetry. So, we followed the pragmatic manner in studying and analyzing the praise poetries mentioned in the Abbasid royal palace.

المستخلص: This thesis entitled (the verses of al sabeel 'way' in the holy Quran : a analytic study) was in the first place a title preposed by the super visor , Dr. Zahida Abdullah Muhammad. Then this title became an idea and finally it turhed into an MA research. It tackles the verses of the Holy Quran where the word of Al sabeel (way) were mentioned (167) times.The choice of this topic is due to the importance of the Holy Quoran as asuorce of. All Quoran and linguistic studies for its well coined texts and the accurate choice of words and their uses in the suitable contexts. It is known that the Holy Quoran in its preposition , words , sentences and verses has been massively studied by researchers , there fore ; We preferred to focus in this research on a specific word mentioned in different contexts where the research material was distributed. The research includes a prelude where the word of Al sabeel (way) was defined linguistically and idiomatically and the difference between the word of Al sabeel and the word of Al tareeq (road) and Ah sirrat (straight way) was also mentioned and two chapyres. The first chapter entitled (Al sabeel (way) in the context of verses of the Jihad (the holy war) consist of there parts. part one tackle verses of Al sabeel within the context of the physical Jihad which treats three issues. The first issue focuses on the verses of Al sabeel within the context of the verses of Al Jihad. The second one tackles verses of Al sabeel within the context of the verses of Al Hijra (immigration). While , the third issue discusses the verses of Al sabeel within the context of the verses of fighting in association with the Hijra (immigration) part two is about the verses of Al sabeel (way) within the context of the financial Jihad while which contains two issues. The first is about the general spending. While the second one is about the verses of Al sabeel within the context of the private spending. This chapter ends in part three which discusses the verses of Al sabeel within the context of the physical Jihad in association with the financial Jihad. chapter two is entitled (Al sabeel) within the context of verses of guidance and misleading.It consists of three parts. part one tackles Al sabeel within the context of the verses of guidance. It focuses on two issues. The first issue discusses Al sabeel in the context of the verses of the materialistic guidance. While , the second issue is concerned with Al sabeel within the context of the verses of religious guidance. This issue consists of two items. The first item tackles Al sabeel within the context of the verses concerning the special religious guidance and the second item treats Al sabeel within the context of the verses of the general guidance. As for the second part , Al sabeel is discussed within the verses of the misleading. It includes two issues. The first issue tackles Al sabeel within the context of the verses concerning the misleading and the misleaders. The second issue is about Al sabeel within the context of the verses related to the punishment for misleading while the third part treats Al sabeel within the context of the verses of rejection It comprises three issues. The first is concerned with Al sabeel within the context of the verses of the disbelievers' and the hypocrites' rejection. The second issue is about Al sabeel within the context of the verses of the devils' rejection. In the third issue , Al sabeel is tackled within the context of the verses regarding the people of the verses rejection. At the end of chapter two , three is an appendix including verses mentioned together with those of chapter one. In fact , chapter one is closer to these verses therefore they are attached to it. These verses are concerned with the Islamic laws and rules which if followed, we would be then on the way of guidance ; Otherwise we would be on the way of misleading. The sources used in this research are new and old. They include interpretation books , language books and dictionaries. I would like to express my deepest gratitude and thanks to all friends of mine and the library staff who helped in this research. The findings of this research shows the following : - Most of what is said about Al sabeel (way) cam as religious not materialistic. - The word Al sabeel (way) is used in the Holy Quran to show the religious matters in materialistic way like religion , guidance and misleading. - Al sabeel (way) is mentioned as singular , plural and added , when it is singular , it refers to good and guidance. When it is plural , it refers to misleading and when it is added , it is meant to honour and glorify the word of Al sabeel. When it is added to people , it is meant to honour and glorify them. - To praise Al sabeel (way) is meant to praise its user and to censure Al tareeq (road) means to censure its user. - The word Al sabeel (way) is used more than both the of Al sirrat (the straight way) and Al tareeq (road) due to its easy letters and its form

The study aims at identifying this tool and its important role in the Quranic context. The tools origin, meanings and linguistic uses are dealt with in the study.
