Abstract: اذا ما نظرنا الى واقعنا الذي نعيشه نجد البون الشاسع بين ما هو سائد وما كان يفترض ان يكون, فكان لزاما علينا ان نتمثل ونهتدي بالهدي الالهي والسنة النبوية الشريفة وال بيته الاطهار(?) في اقوالنا وافعالنا, اذ ان الشريعة الاسلامية جاءت بمنظور انساني عالمي يقر | If we look at the reality in which we live we find a big distance between it and what it was supposed to be, so we had to be carried forward and guided by the divine leading with Sunna and prophet Mohammad ( peace be up on him ) with his family biography In our words and our deeds, Since Islamic law brought the perspective of global human recognizes the principle of equality on the basis of standardized treatment and equal opportunities, And be the best that our Nations not belonging to the other and got all kinds of ways progress.What has happened in our country led to the absence of a real national voice theatre and citizenship lost their meaning, and became the voice of sectarian quotas and confessional is the highest, and social values in society, such as loyalty and honesty, sincerity and honesty, integrity, and our citizens needs now someone start it from the beginning to start the life in it as approved by the Islamic approach, which brings us to the real problem, paid to search, this raised a lot of questions by the researcher, which puts us in front of a real problem paying to search, and this has raised a lot of questions to the researcher, which called for the selection of this study consisted of four chapters.The first chapter was titled definition research, as included six axes : first research problem. Second, the importance of research, the third is the goal of the research, Fourth the research boundaries, Fifth research methodology, Sixth determine terminology.Turning the researcher to the research problem, which summarized the following question : What is citizenship in Islam? And educational applications represented the ideology of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib And then touched the researcher to the importance of research, which lies in highlighting the role of the Islamic heritage as us in the generation of imams and the companions, God bless them, they gave to us the finest ideals in achieving Islamic education and the extent of the participation of the nation's scientists to enrich the human march in this field, led by the thought of Imam Ali (?) as a thought holistic humanitarian aspects and the different aspects of patriotism which enhances the love of generations of patriotism and strengthens the faith of their identity and their active role and position in the Islamic community. On the basis that those sources appearance of genius Islamic Arab nation it is necessary to study this intellectual heritage and highlighted the successive generations The aim of the present research is to identify : Citizenship in Islam and it's educational application ( thought of Imam ALI (A) as an example). The researcher had set limits for consideration consisted letters, wills, speeches and debates with governance of the Imam Ali (?) in the area of citizenship and loyalty to the country and belonging to him. In order to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher followed in the study descriptive approach methodology, analytical, deductive. And seal chapter to clarify the concepts of research in the title language and idiomatically And singled out the second quarter, came in two researches, the first part, theoretical background, which dealt with the researcher : About the emergence of citizenship and development, raising the concept of citizenship, and their components, and the second included a former local and Arab studies. The third chapter contains two sections : the researcher dealt with in the first section : the life of the faithful Imam Ali (?), and in the second : the intellectual perspective of Imam Ali. And ensure that the fourth quarter was the first of three Investigation : art researcher for some of the results of the special principles of citizenship at the thought of Imam Ali including : 1. Faith in God The faith is the basis of the tolerant faith, which is the base engine for the rights plan to carry out the duties towards his Lord and himself and others. 2. Maintaining and defending the homeland security : The defense of the homeland for good citizenship, and is in Islam is legitimate because the home of the necessities of a decent life, as the law makes it compulsory to defend him especially as a responsibility The second section guarantees the educational applications derived from the contents of some of the sayings of Imam Ali (?) citizenship in educational institutions were in relation to the teacher and the learner and the curriculum. The third section included conclusions, and recommendations, and proposals. The conclusions, including : 1. Imam Ali (?) had brought the principles of citizenship of the Holy Quran and the Sunnah. Where they encompass the finest education that fail to be brought by the whole human ideals, they approach to the citizenship education as well as the experiments and experiences in life. 2. Imam Ali (?) give us the principle of citizenship with non - Muslims. He did not differentiate between them and the Muslims in rights and duties as long as they are committed to the state system.And recommendations, including : 1. The Ministries of Education and certainly need to concept of citizenship, because it exposed him of weakness and perhaps his absence is causing a large problematic in human feelings and the direction of his homeland.2. Necessity of the current curriculum material for national education principles of citizenship thought of Imam Ali (?) and all stages included.The proposals, including : 1. To do a similar study and other Islamic figures such as citizenship at the thought of Imam Hussein and Citizenship at the thought of Imam Jafar Al - Sadeq.2. Conduct a similar study in the light of the Holy Quran and the Prophet's Sunnah.

Abstract: يهدف البحث الحالي الى : 1 - بناء انموذج تعليمي على وفق منحى النظم في مادة مبادئ الجغرافية العامة.2 - التثبت من فاعلية الانموذج التعليمي في تحصيل مادة الجغرافية، وتنمية التفكير المنظومي لدى طلاب الصف الاول المتوسط.لتحقيق هدفا البحث تم بناء انموذج تعلي | The present study aims at : 1 - making a program according to the system course in the achievement of geography.2 - The verification of the development of the systematic thinking for first grade students in intermediate stage.To achieve the two objectives of the study, an epistemological model was made according to the system course (inputs, processes, outputs, feedbacks) for the principals of the General Geography by the use of the descriptive approach. To ascertain its effectiveness, two zero hypotheses were formulated : - There is no difference of statistics at the level of 0.05 between the mean scores of experimental group students who were taught according to epistemological sample the mean score of the control group who were taught according no normal method in achievement test. - There is no difference of statistics at the level of 0.05 between the mean scores of experimental group students who were taught according to epistemological sample the mean score of the control group who were taught according no normal method in systematic thinking.In order to achieve that, the researcher depended on the partial adjustment to which is the (two equivalent group design), because it is the suitable design for application of the study. The researcher has chosen the purposeful method in selecting the sample of students from the first grade students of Al - Fajr Al - Jadeed affiliated to the Directorate General of Baghdad Education \ Rusafa III for the academic year (2014/2015), to apply his experiment. The sample was made up of (70) students as (36) for the experimental group students who were taught according to epistemological sample and (34) for the control group who were taught according no normal method. The researcher matched the two groups in terms of : age in months, intelligence level, scores of geography for the previous academic year, previous knowledge, parents’ achievement and the achievement in pretest of systematic thinking The researcher determined the scientific material to be taught which includes all the chapters of the book of Principle Geography to be learned for the academic year (2014/2015). In the light of the general objectives of the book, the researcher formulated 226 behavioral objectives to measure the four first levels of Bloom’s Classification (knowledge, understanding, application and analysis). The researcher prepared teaching units as 12 teaching units. The two tools of the study include achievement test which is comprised of (65) items including 60 objective items distributed equally among (multiple choice, true and false, complete the phrases) as (20) items for each type, and 95) essay items to measure the four first levels of Bloom’s Classification. The apparent validity (the apparent and the content), the discriminatory power, and the difficulty coefficient were ascertained, either by Alpha Cronbach which attained (%83) which is a good coefficient. The second tool is the systematic thinking test which was prepared by the researcher and displayed to the judges and experts and acquired (%80) after amendment that includes (94) items. The apparent validity, the discriminatory power, and the difficulty coefficient were ascertained. Its constancy was derived by Cronbach’sAlpha equation which attained (0.86) which is a good. The researcher taught the two groups himself. The application of the experiment lasted for one academic year 2014/2015. At the end of the experiment a test of the achievement posttest was applied on Wednesday 8/4/2015 and then applied the posttest of through Wednesday 15/4/2015 on the two groups.By the use of the t - test for the two independent samples, the researcher resulted in the following : - There is statistics difference at the level of 0.05 in the achievement of the experimental and control groups in geography for the experimental group students who were taught according to epistemological sample according to the systems course. - There is statistics difference at the level of 0.05 in the systematic thinking test between the experimental and control groups in geography for the experimental group students who were taught according to epistemological sample according to the systems course. In the light of the results, the researcher comes up to the following findings : 1 - Teaching according to the systems course helps to organize the students’ thinking and thinking their roles scientifically through linking their thoughts and employing them in mental schemata.2 - Teaching according to the systems course helps to training and tame the student’s mind on the two processes of construction and analysis which are basic processes in the systematic thinking.The researcher recommends the following : 1 - The necessity of training teachers of the principals of the General Geography on the modern teaching strategies and models based on the systems course. 2 - Encouraging teachers to care for the teaching of thinking in general, and systematic thinking in particular as a mental activity that helps to move for learning to application. In completion to the research the researcher suggested to make a number of studies like : 1 - Making a similar study to know the effect of the epistemological model on the systems course in other variables (tendency towards geography, tendency, retention and cognitive motivation). 2 - Making a study to know the compare the epistemological model on the systems course with other teaching models to know its superiority in teaching geographi.

To achieve the goal first search : Follow the researcher descriptive approach procedures for the construction of an educational program, which includes theoretical content; (learning goals, and content, and methods of teaching appropriate, and the activities associated with, and teaching aids, for the implementation of this program, check researcher of validity, submitting it to a group of arbitrators and experts).To achieve the second goal of the research hypotheses researcher coined the following cases : 1 - ((no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (05 0.0) between the average scores of the experimental group students, who are studying the proposed educational program according to the constructivist theory, and the average score of the control group students who are studying in the usual way in the acquisition of grammatical concepts)).2 - (( no statistically significant differences at the level of significanc (05 0.0) between the average scores of the experimental group students, who are studying the proposed educational program according to the constructivist theory, and the average score of the control group students who are studying in the usual way of thinking systemic)).To know the proposed educational program effectiveness rely researcher on the experimental method, and used the design experimentally The two groups (theexperimental group and the control group) and post - test, and chose the sample of fourth - grade literary students in junior high Mustafa Boys in the Directorate - General for Education Baghdad Rusafa / third, with the number of members The research sample (68) students, divided between two divisions seminars (b - c), and randomly picked Division (b) to be the experimental group that studied according to the proposed educational program, the rate of (35) students, and represented the other Division (c) the control group studied the usual way by (33) students. Promising researcher in the first two tests to measure the chorus acquire grammatical concepts and systemic thinking, and two tests in the second chorus to measure the acquisition of grammatical concepts and systemic thinking. The test will be the acquisition of grammatical concepts in the first course of (30) items, as well as the course of the second (30) paragraph, the test shall be systems thinking in the course of the first five questions and the second course of five. In light of the search results researcher concluded a number of conclusions, including : 1 - Action proposed educational program to motivate students to participate effectively in completing required of them and a marked superiority.2 - diversity in the use of different methods and strategies and methods of teaching according to the constructivist theory, the purpose of which leads to the ease of achieving the desired educational goals, and to achieve the wishes of the different students, because of the diversity in the accompanying activities.3 - that in general the proposed educational program has proven its effectiveness in providing the students with grammatical concepts and systemic thinking when literary fourth grade students.The researcher recommended a number of recommendations, including : 1 - the contribution of the proposed tutorial different Botoarh in the consolidation of information and the development of concepts and connect them with each other, researcher finds the need to the attention of curriculum developers to prepare the Arabic language curriculum for this stage, it is the taking into account the principles of the theory of building in general, and the strategies and models based on that theory in private ,and learning about their activity and take into account the individual differences among them. 2 - Based on the search results researcher recommends encouraging Arabic language teachers to make efforts for their students trends development towards other branches of the Arabic language in which they find it difficult to understand, and be done through the use of the proposed educational program, which works to stimulate the interest of these students, which focuses on group activities where they are and discover the collection of information through participation and cooperation with their colleagues which achieves They accept themselves with him to learn the course material and absorbed and increases their interest in it.The researcher suggested a number of studies, a complement to this study, including : 1 - At the proposed training program for the development of teaching skills for teachers of the Arabic language in the light of the use of some of the existing teaching methods on the constructivist theory and in particular (model Appleton Bannaia - scaffolding strategy Altahlmyh - learning strategy centered around the problem).2 - Comparative study between some structural strategies in teaching some of the proposed literacy topics to work on the development of achievement and some systemic thinking skills students at the preparatory stage.3 - calendar content rapporteur grammatical rules of the three stages in the light of the principles of constructivism theor.

2015 ) والموضوعات هي : ( المنقوص والمقصور والممدود ، المثنى والملحق به ، جمع المذكر السالم والملحق به ، جمع المؤنث السالم والملحق به ،جمع التكسير ، الممنوع من الصرف الاسماء الخمسة ، ادوات الاستفهام ) .اجراءات البحث : اولا : خطوات بناء البرنامج وتطبيقه : اطلع الباحث على الدراسات التي اعتنت بالتواصل اللغوي ، وبتعليم قواعد اللغة العربية ، وبناء البرامج، قبل ان يعد البرنامج ثم وضع الباحث مسوغات بناء البرنامج التعليمي والاسس والمبادئ المنطقية والنفسية التي استند اليها البرنامج وحدد عناصره واهدافه ، والاهداف العامة لمحتواه، والاهداف السلوكية ، وتحديد المادة العلمية له (المحتوى التعليمي) ، اذ بلغت عدد الموضوعات (8) وحدد الاهداف العامة للمحتوى ، وحدد الاهداف السلوكية لمادة قواعد اللغة العربية، اذ بلغ عددها (80) هدفا سلوكيا، بعد الاخذ باراء الخبراء، واستعمل الباحث وسائل تعليمية محددة بحسب طبيعة البرنامج وطبيعة التواصل اللغوي وحدد النشاطات واساليب التقويم. وبعد الانتهاء من اعداد البرنامج عرضه على المحكمين لتقرير صلاحيته وصدقه من حيث الصدق الظاهري وصدق المحتوى والاجراءات. ثانيا : اجراءات تطبيق البرنامج : اختار الباحث متوسطة الربيع للبنين احدى المدارس التابعة للمديرية العامة لتربية بغداد/ الرصافة الاولى عشوائيا وفي ضوء التصميم التجريبي للبحث اختار الباحث شعبتين بطريقة السحب العشوائي الثابت من بين اربع شعب فكانت شعبة ( ا ) المجموعة التجريبية والتي تدرس مادة قواعد اللغة العربية على وفق البرنامج وشعبة ( ب ) المجموعة الضابطة التي تدرس المادة نفسها بالطريقة الاعتيادية من دون استعمال البرنامج اذ تالفت عينة البحث من( 60 ) طالبا بواقـــــع ( 30 ) طالبا لكلا المجموعتين وكوفئ بين مجموعتي البحث احصائيا في المتغيرات الاتية : ( العمر الزمني للطلاب محسوبا بالشهور، ودرجات اللغة العربية للعام السابق واختبار رافن للذكاء ، والمعلومات النحوية السابقة ، والتحصيل الدراسي للوالدين ). واعد الباحث المحتوى التعليمي لمادة قواعد اللغة العربية لطلاب الصف الثاني المتوسط،وبنحو يتوافق مع الاهداف العامة،واعد الخطط التدريسية الانموذجية لتدريس مادة قواعد اللغة العربية. ثالثا : تطبيق البرنامج : درس الباحــــث نــفسه مجمـــوعـــتـــي البــــحــث في بداية الفصـــل الاول من العام الدراســــي ( 2014 - 2015 ) بواقع حصتين في الاسبوع بعد ان حدد المادة العلمية ( الموضوعات الثمانية الاولى ) من محتويات كتاب قواعد اللغة العربية المقرر للصف الثاني المتوسط ، مستعملا البرنامج التعليمي القائم على مهارات التواصل اللغوي للمجموعة التجريبية ، اما المجموعة الضابطة درسها بالطريقة التقليدية ، بعد ان اعد الخطط التدريسية لمجموعتي البحث ، وفي نهاية الفصل الدراسي الاول اجرى الباحث اختبارين لمجموعتي البحث بعد ان تم التحقق من صدقهمواثباتهمواايجاد الخصائص السايكومترية لفقراتهما متمثلين ﺒــــ : - اختبار التحصيل الذي اعده الباحث ، تالف من (40) فقرة اختبارية على وفق خريطة اختبارية تقيس خمسة مستويات من المستويات الستة لتصنيف بلوم من نوع الاختيار من متعدد ، والدرجة الكلية للاختبار (40) درجة لكل فقرة درجة واحدة. - اختبار التفكير العلمي الذي اعده الباحث ، تالف من ( 40 ) فقرة اختبارية على وفق مجالات التفكير العلمي ( تحديد المشكلة ، فرض الفروض ، اختيار صحة الفروض ، التفسير ، التعميم ) من نوع الاختيار من متعدد ، والدرجة الكلية للاختبار (40) درجة لكل فقرة درجة واحدة ، ثم صححت الاجابات وعولجت احصائيا. رابعا : الوسائل الاحصائية : استعمل الباحث الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين : للتكافؤ بين مجموعتي البحث في العمر الزمني، ودرجات مادة قواعد اللغة العربية للعام السابق، ودرجات اختبار المعرفة النحوية السابقة، ومستوى الذكاء، وايجاد الفرق بين الطلاب في اختباري التحصيل والتفكير العلمي، ومربع (كا2) : للتكافؤ في التحصيل الدراسي للاباء والامهات، ومعامل الصعوبة : لحساب صعوبة كل فقرة من فقرات اختباري التحصيل والتفكير العلمي، ومعامل تمييز الفقرة : لحساب قوة تمييز كل فقرة من فقرات اختباري التحصيل والتفكير العلمي ، وفعالية البدائل الخاطئة : لايجاد فعالية البديل الخاطئ لفقرات اختباري التحصيل والتفكير العلمي، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون : لايجاد معامل الثبات والتجزئة النصفية للاختبار وارتباط الفقرة بالدرجة الكلية ومعادلة سبيرمان براون : لحساب معامل التصحيح لمعامل ثبات الاختبار التحصيلي بطريقة التجزئة النصفية. وبعد انتهاء التجربة، طبق الباحث ادوات البحث، فاظهرت النتائج ما ياتي : 1. تفوق طلاب المجموعة التجريبية الذين درسوا مادة قواعد اللغة العربية على وفق البرنامج التعليمي القائم على التواصل اللغوي على طلاب المجموعة الضابطة الذين درسوا المادة نفسها على وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية في اختبار التحصيل. اذ اظهـرت النتائج الاحصائيـة وجود فرق بين متوسط درجات تحصيل الطلاب في المجموعة التجريبية البالغ ( 30 ) درجة ومتوسـط درجات تحصيل الطلاب في المجموعة الضابطة والبالغ (4 ,26) درجة اذ كانت القيمة التائية المحسوبة اكبر من الجدولية عند درجة حرية ( 58 ) ومستوى دلالة 0,05 .2. تفوق طلاب المجموعة التجريبية الذين درسوا مادة قواعد اللغة العربية على وفق البرنامج التعليمي القائم على التواصل اللغوي على طلاب المجموعة الضابطة الذين درسوا المادة نفسها على وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية في اختبار التفكير العلمي. اذ اظهـرت النتائج الاحصائيـة وجود فرق بين متوسط درجات تحصيل الطلاب في المجموعة التجريبية البالغ ( 27 ) درجة ومتوسـط درجات تحصيل الطلاب في المجموعة الضابطة والبالغ ( 24 ) درجة اذ كانت القيمة التائية المحسوبة اكبر من الجدولية عند درجة حرية ( 58 ) ومستوى دلالة 0,05 . في ضوء النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث الحالي استنتج الباحث ما ياتي : 1 . ان لمهارات التواصل اللغوي ميزة ومكانة في تحفيز اذهان الطلاب ، اذ تبعدهم عن السلبية والملل الناتجة من الاساليب النمطية او التقليدية في التدريس. 2. ان طلبة مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة على العموم بحاجة الى برامج تعليمية مرتبطة بالمنهج الدراسي ومبنية على اسس علمية ، وفقا لحاجاتهم ومشكلاتهم النفسية والمعرفية والاجتماعية ، فضلا من المرحلة العمرية او الدراسية .3. اسهم تصميم البرنامج التعليمي في اعطاء الدرس دورا جيدا في اعادة تنظيم المحتوى بعيدا عن العشوائية وبما يتناسب مع تحقيق الاهداف التعليمية .4. ان البرنامج المتبع في مدارسنوابحسب النتائج التي اسفرت عنها نتائج البحث هو برنامج لا يمكن الاستغناء عنه ويمكن ان يعطي نتائج جيدة اذا تم توظيفه بشكل حديث من خلال الخطط التدريسية المعدة سلفا التي توظف كل الامكانات التدريسية المتنوعة في الموقف التعليمي . في ضوء نتائج البحث يوصي الباحث بما ياتي منها : 1. اعتماد البرنامج القائم على مهارات التواصل اللغوي في تدريس مادة قواعد اللغة العربية.2. فتح دورات تدريبية لمدرسي اللغة العربية ومدرساتها لتدريبهم على اعداد برامج تعليمية مرتبطة بالمنهج الدراسي والاستراتيجيات المستعملة في تنمية مهارات التواصل اللغوي ليتسنى لهم تنميتها لدى طلبتهم . 3. التاكيد على مدرسي اللغة العربية بضرورة استعمال الاستراتيجيات التي تزيد من التحصيل الدراسي وتنمي مهارات التفكير العلمي ، ويمكن ان يتم ذلك من خلال المتابعة والتاكيد من قبل المديرية العامة للاشراف التابعة لوزارة التربية .4. يمكن الافادة من نتائج هذا البحث عند اعادة بناء المناهج الدراسية وتصميمهوا خاصة مناهج اللغة العربية سواء للمرحلة الابتدائية او المتوسطة او الاعدادية .5. ضرورة ان تكون الامتحانات في المواد الدراسية المختلفة ومنها مادة قواعد اللغة العربية بعيدة عن الحفظ والتلقين، وان تتضمن معالجات ايجابية للمعلومات.6. ضرورة مراعاة جوانب التفكير بانواعه عند تاليف المناهج الدراسية لاسيما في مادة قواعد اللغة العربية بما يساعد على تنمية التفكير والابداع عند الطلبة. 7. جعل التفكير العلمي والبرامج التدريبية لتنميته ضمن مفردات طرائق التدريس لاقسام اللغة العربية في كليات التربية ، مع اعطاء الاولوية لاساليب قياس هذه المهارات وتقويمها لدى الطلبة. استكمالا للبحث الحالي يقترح الباحث اجراء البحوث الاتية : 1. دراسة مماثلة للدراسة الحالية في فروع اللغة العربية الاخرى ، كالمطالعة والنصوص والبلاغة والادب والنقد والتعبير وللمراحل الدراسية غير المنتهية جميعها .2. دراسة لبيان فاعلية البرنامج على طالبات الصف الثاني المتوسط وفقا لمتغير الجنس.3. دراسة لمعرفة فاعلية البرنامج التعليمي في متغيرات تابعة اخرى من التفكير مثل : ( التفكير الابداعي ، والتفكير الاستدلالي ، والتفكير الناقد )4. دراسة لمعرفة فاعلية البرنامج التعليمي في انواع اخرى من المتغيرات، كالاتجاه نحو مادة قواعد اللغة العربية او الاستبقاء او الميل . | The current research aims to : 1. The researcher selected sample is deliberate composed of 110 students by 55 students for each of the experimental group and the control group. The researcher equated between the two groups in the number of variables are - chronological age and choice of intelligence and academic achievement for parents and the rate of the previous year.And then researcher tries to adjust the number of extraneous variables that may affect the dependent variable. The search tool included dimensional collected test to measure the effectiveness of the proposed program - oriented systems, according to the material assets of Education, prepared by the researcher and consists of 50 paragraphs divided into two questions. The first question consists of 40 paragraphs of the multi - type test and the second question consists of 10 paragraphs of type of short article , researcher has been used second test to two independent samples and Kia - square coefficient of discrimination and coefficient of difficulty as a statistical means for data analysis and the results showed that the material assets of Education at the College of Basic Education of the effectiveness and the presence of significant difference statistically between the experimental group and the control group in the level of study achievement for the material of assets of education for the benefit of the experimental group and in light of the results reached by the current study, the researcher concluded the following;1 - The program of material of assets of education contributed to in this study to raise the level of student achievement. 2 - The results the current research have been identical to the modern studies and literature, which emphasizes the importance of educational programs and extension of the educational process.3 - The proposed teaching program is according to the teaching - oriented systems helped individuals of search sample to acquire teaching skills and the development of attitudes towards the teaching profession The researcher came out a set of recommendations are as follows; 1 - Emphasize the importance of modern strategies in the curriculum so as to raise the level of performance of students in the faculty of Basic Education in the educational process. 2 - Generalization education program after pleading proposed as a method in the teaching of material of assets of education in colleges of Basic Education.3 - Increase the assessed hours of study for the material of assets of education being one of the subjects that contribute to the construction of the per formative aspect of the teaching profession.1 - The researcher came out a set of proposals including Conduct a similar study dealing with the effectiveness of the proposed program in accordance with oriented systems the in the collection of material of assets of colleges of Basic Education in Iraqi universities.2 - The impact of the diversity of use for methods and various modern teaching methods in student achievement and increase their motive to learn material of assets of Education.3 - The impact of the teaching program according to the oriented systems to enable the students of the Faculty of Basic Education to acquire teaching skills by employing modern teaching strategies.

A randomized experimental group and the control design choice of the post test and prepared achievement test (after me) and adopted a measure (a samurai and others, 2012) And chose a researcher chose sample of students fourth grade at the Faculty of Islamic Science University of Salahaddin - Erbil for the academic year (2014 - 2015) AD, for the purpose of application of the experiment, as the number of respondents reached (59) students of (30) students of the group studied by using Instructional Design - learning proposal, and (29) students studied in the usual way. The rewarded researcher between the two sets of research using test samples t (t - test) for two independent samples and Chi - square (Ca 2) in the variables (chronological age measured in months - and the tendency towards the profession - and the test intelligence - and the collection of parents)The researcher adjusts the numbers of extraneous variables that may affect the dependent variable. The researcher studied two groups of search content material to study the proposed teaching methods and includes six modules.The researcher has formulated targets behavioral units of study and six levels of cognitive domain of Bloom's Taxonomy, amounting to (180) target has been confirmed researcher of validity through the presentation to the experts. The researcher prepared teaching plans for each lesson plans lessons (21) plan to subjects of the study model which offered experts to demonstrate their validity, and after identifying the subjects and the formulation of behavioral objectives for each topic researcher prepared achievement test to see the level of student achievement in the subject of teaching methods consisting of three questions The first question of the multiple choice type consists of (40) paragraph second question of questions the of the essay questions and third question the complete systems incomplete and adopted a researcher Scale (Samurai and others, 2012) which consisted of (33) paragraph in its final form and then testing and standard on the two sets of search after the completion of the experiment, which lasted a full academic year and the use of samples t - test (t - test) for two independent samples and interrelated The results of the study of what comes.• There were statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students and the average score in the control group students achievement. • statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the average grades students of the experimental group and the control group in Scale Tendency of the teaching profession dimensional and in the interest of the experimental group students.

The current research sample included (400) students were chosen from a stratified random manner kindergarten department at Baghdad University / College of Education for Women's / Mustansiriya University /College of Basic Education. The researcher prepared a tool to measure the identity of the ideological ego, and the identity of the social ego, and beliefs of general sufficiency after reviewing the literatures and previous studies, the identity of the ideological ego scale consisted of (41) paragraph, the identity of the social ego (44) paragraph, the measure of the beliefs of self - sufficiency (20) paragraph and academic (20) paragraph alternatives (always apply it, and apply it often, and apply to him sometimes, but does not apply) and reached the following results : 1 - The students possess the identity of the ideological ego but differently, it formed a high percentage (15.75%), and low (12.25%), and medium (72%).2 - The students possess the identity of the social ego but differently, it formed as the high percentage (15.75%), and low (4.25%) and medium (80%). 3 - Found differences in the identity of the ideological ego among students according to academic level variable and for the benefit of the students the first year to the second year students, and the second year on the fourth.4 - There were not differences in the identity of the social ego among students according to academic level variable from the first stage to the fourth stage.5 - The students have self - sufficiency, but with different rates were the rate of students, who possess high self - sufficiency beliefs (19.25%), and low (16.25%) and medium (64.50%). 6 - The students have academic - sufficiency but with different rates were the rate of students who possess high self - sufficiency beliefs (18%) and low (13.75%), and medium (68.25%).7 - Found differences among students in the beliefs of self - sufficiency variable depending on the academic level and for the benefit of students of the first year to the second year, as well as students of the first year to the third and fourth year and for the benefit of students of the third year to the second year. 8 - There were no differences in the beliefs of academic - sufficiency for students with variable depending on the academic level of the first stage to the fourth stage. 9 - There is a relationship between the identity of the ideological ego, the identity of the social ego and all of the beliefs of academic and self - sufficiency.And the researcher presented a series of recommendations and proposals.

Identifying the proportion of the effectiveness gain achieved by the training program in developing the musical intelligence of kindergarten’s children (introductory) of the experimental group The sample of the research consists of (60) boys and girls who are in age of 5 - 6 years (introductory stage) in Al - Salam kindergarten in Education Directorate, Karkh II / Baghdad, were the children sample have been distributed into two groups the experimental and the regulator equally, the experimental group has included (30) boys and girls, (15) children were male and 15 were female, as well as the regulator group (30) boys and girls, (15 girls) and (15 boys), the researcher equalized between the experimental and regulator groups in the variables (pretest, age, gender , educational achievement of the father, the mother's educational achievement, intelligence, father’s job, mother’s job, the economic level of the family). In order to achieve the goals of the research, the researcher created a test of a musical intelligent for kindergarten’s children consists of three main areas (musical perception, musical taste, musical performance) and there are secondary capabilities and the total of those capabilities are (41) capability in its final form, and she has created a training program for developing the musical intelligence of children and consists of (22) activity. The researcher used the experimental design with two groups, experimental and regulator with pretest and posttest.The test and the program have been displayed on a group of arbitrators of experts and specialists in educational, psychological sciences, measurement, evaluation, and kindergartens, their number was (20) experts to show the validity extent of the items of this test, the researcher extracted apparent honesty of the test and the program, the researcher has also extracted the stability by using the method of Kioder Richardson - 21 which is (0.91), to test the musical intelligence. In light of the goals of the current research and after applying the test on the sample individuals , applying the program and analyzing their responses statistically using the equation discrimination, the equation of difficulty, and the (T - test) for one sample and Pearson correlation coefficient and (chi square) test and (Mann - Whitney) test for two independent samples (large size) and (Wilcoxon test) for two interrelated samples, and the standard degree, the research found the following results : - 1. The kindergarten children suffering from weakness in the musical intelligence. 2. The children surpassed in the experimental group on the children of the regulator group after the applying of the training program in the whole test.3. The children surpassed in the experimental group on the children of the regulator group after the applying of the training program in the three areas of the musical test (musical perception, musical taste, musical performance). 4. There was no noticeable improvement among children of the regulator group in the post test.5. There was a noticeable improvement among children of the experimental group in the post test.6. Children in the experimental group did not show clear differences between the post - test and delayed post. 7. There is a big influence of the effectiveness of the training program in developing the musical intelligence among the kindergarten’s children of the experimental group.8. The training program achieved a large proportion of the effectiveness in developing musical intelligence among the kindergarten’s children of the experimental group. In light of these results the researcher reached a number of important recommendations : - Benefit from the musical intelligence test in the detection of children who suffer from weakness in the musical intelligence and benefit from the program and its adoption by the training and development centers in the Ministry of Education through the establishment of training and qualifying courses for kindergarten teachers.

The second section has a number of previous Arab and foreign studies that engage with quality concept besides a number of studies link with educational intellect. The third is for achieving the first aim of the study, that is getting access to the knowledge of educational quality in Islamic educational intellectthrough some of educational thinkers of Muslims like Ibn Sahnoun, Al - Mawardy, Al - Ghazaly, Ibn - Jamaha and Ibn - Khaldoun. The standers of the quality of instructor, leaner and the method are taking into consideration. In the forth chapter the researcher endeavors to get knowledge of the teaching quality, instructor and method characteristics according to the views of some western educational thinkers like John Locke, Jean - Jacques Rousseau, Bastalozy,Macarankou and John and John Dewey). The fifth chapter is allotted to make balance between the two intellects and has knowledge of similarities and differences about the quality of instruct, learner and method. The two are similar in emphasizing on the importance of instruct role in educational process in addition that (he or she) should get a number of skillful and ethical characteristics and manners of dealing with learners. The views of thinkers are also similar in the two intellects about the importance of having some ethical qualities by the learner such as respecting the instruct and science. About the curriculum issue, the two have emphasized the importance of involving the content of the curriculum with learners life in addition to the importance of variety in assessment ways and methods of teaching. The curriculum should have a part of activities that have a positive role in teaching process.The study arrives to a number of conclusions. Acknowledging the rate of the improving in the scores of : a. Intelligence.b. Movement coincidence.c. Adaptable behaviorism.The researched hypothesized the four following : 1. There are distinctive statistical indications among the mental handicapped pupils for the experimental & real groups after finishing at the application of the program for the right of the experimental one in intelligence, movement coincidence, and adaptable behaviorism.2. There are distinctive statistical indications among the mental handicapped pupils before and after finishing the program application for the right of range rate in the intelligence, movement coincidence, and adapted behaviorism.3. There are distinctive statistical indications among the mental handicapped pupils for the real group before & after finishing the application program proposed for their counterparts in the experimental group.4. There is a sort of improvement in the rate of the mental handicapped pupils for the two groups of experimental & real, before & after finishing the application program for the right of experimental one, in the intelligence, movement coincidence, and adaptable behaviorism that are more magnificent that the classical program suitable for the components of the proposed program to the mental capacities, movement & social aspects for the handicaps.The research was conducted on a sample of pupils from Al - Raja’ Institute for Mental Handicaps in Mosul city. These pupils are of minor metal handicap and who have the ability to learn for the study year 2002 - 2003. The number of pupils was (20). They were divided into two equal groups; the first one is experimental whereas the other is control group. The equality between the two groups was achieved with regard to variants of age, length, weight and qualification for parents as well as movement coincidence and adaptable behavior.The researcher chose an experimental design of two groups (The experimental & control group) to achieve the research objectives. The tests of Stanford Penee were used by the Special Medical Committee for Children to measure intelligence. The researcher used the tests of movement coincidence which included running, digital circles and crawling as well as the measurement of adaptable behavior prepared by the American Association for Mental Handicaps, which was developed in Jordan by Al - Gaylani and Al - Batish in 2000. The tests of movement coincidence and the measurement of adaptable behavior were brought before specialists in Measurement and Reformation, Methods of Teaching, Educational Psychology and Special Education so as to verify their credibility. It was also known how they could be consistent by repeating the application once more. The values of consistency factors by repeating the tests of movement coincidence ran between 0.80 to 0.93. The actual application of the proposed educational program for the experimental group started in 15/10/2002 to 1/1/2003. The experimental group was taught according to the program proposed by the researcher. As for the control group, it was taught according to the conventional program. After completion of executing the program, the far measurements were conducted for the two groups in respect of intelligence, movement coincidence and adaptable behavior. After collecting data, they were treated statistically by using the statistical bag for social science (SPSS). Furthermore, the ratio of improvement was derived and the researcher concluded the following : 1 - The proposed program of athletic education has a positive effect on developing : A. IntelligenceB. Movement coincidenceC. The adaptable behavior and its extents with regard to children of minor mental handicap (Capable of learning).2 - The proposed program of athletic education has caused tangible progress as it achieved an improvement in the rates of : A - IntelligenceB - Movement coincidenceC - The adaptable behavior and its extentsThe progress was greater than that of the conventional program, due to the suitability of the proposed program contents for the mental, motional and social capabilities of the mentally handicapped group.The researcher reached the following recommendations : 1 - Applying the proposed program on the mentally handicaps, besides rehabilitating private programs for this group since it has an effective impact upon developing the motional and mental capabilities.2 - Focussing on the athletic activities submitted to the mentally handicapped childhood that they can aid them effectively to interlay with the community, in order to develop their personal skills.3 - The necessity of paying more attention to the manners and methods by which the educational, training and instructional programs are submitted with regard to developing the motional, social and personal skills for those children. Accordingly, this will lead to achieve interaction and interconnection with others and that, in turn, will contribute to their joining to life. Consequently, the researcher proposed the following recommendations : 1 - A similar study can possibly be conducted on the mentally handicapped children in other provinces.2 - Observational study can be applied on the mentally handicapped children who they are enlisted in this proposal.
