Abstract: يهدف البحث الحالي الى معرفة (اثر انموذجي كوسكروف والسقالات التعليمية في اكتساب مفاهيم علم النفس التربوي والتفكير ما وراء المعرفي لدى طلبة كلية التربية) ولتحقيق هدفي البحث وضعت الباحثة الفرضيتين الصفريتين الاتيتين.1 - لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى | This study aims at investigating (the impact of kowskrof and the education scoffolds models in acquiring the concepts of educational psychology and beyond - knowledge thinking for the students of college of education), and for achieving the two objectives of the research, the researcher has stated the following two zero hypotheses : 1 - There is no difference of a statistical indication between the average of scores of the students in the first empirical group who have studied according to kowskrowf model, and the average of scores of the students in the second empirical group who have studied the same subject but using the educational scoffolds, and the average of scores of the students in the controlling group who have studied by using the traditional approach for the same topic in acquiring the scientific concepts. 2 - There is no difference of a statistical indication between the average of scores of the students in the first empirical group who have studied according to Kowskrowf model, and the average of scores of the students in the second empirical group who have studied the same subject but using the education scoffolds, and the average of scores of the students in the controlling group who have studied by using the traditional approach for the same topic concerning beyond - knowledge thinking. Chapter two includes a theoretical frame of the construction theory, Kowskrowf model, the educational scoffolds model, and beyond - knowledge thinking, while chapter tree includes previous studies and a balance among them. The researcher has relyed on the emoerical design of the partial controlling and the dimensional test as a design for the research. The researcher has intentionally chosen a sample of the second morning class student from Department of Education and psychological sciences at college of Edncation / Al - Mustansiryah University and College of Education/ Ibn Rushd for Humanities at University of Baghdad in the academic year (2015 - 2016) to be a field study for applying the current experiment. The sanple consists of (105) student [male & female] which inclindes empirical and controlling group. Applying the randon drawing way, the researcher has chosen section (B) to represent the first empirical group which has (35) students, and they have studied Educational psychology following the steps of kowskrowf model. While section (A) resemldes the second empirical group which has (35) students who have studied the same subject but following the steps of Educational scoffolds model. Because there is nothird section in the Department of Edncational & psychological sciences/ college of edncation/ Al - Mustansiryah University the researcher intends to choose the third section from the Depontment of Educational & psychological sciences/ Morining studies/ college of Education for Humanities as section (C)to resemble the controlling group which inclndes (35) students (male and female) who have studies the same topic by using the traditional approach. The two groups have equivalent concerning certain wariables : (age, intelligence, beyond - knowledgc thinking, acquiring cencepts). Then she [the researeher] has decided the scientific topic intended to be taught for the second stage students during a whole academic year which consists of (10 - 12) chapters for the Educational psychology for the academic year (215 - 2016). In the light of the content of syllabus, the researcher has designed (189) behavioral objectives covering the three domains (Definition, Distnction, and Application). The reseatcher has made use of the behavioral objectives in designing and writing the lesson plans for each group. Moreover, the researcher has designed of (90) items of objective guestions of the kind multiple choice with four uariables.The psychermetric characteristics of the test have been chected [It is resembled by the face validity, and content validity and its distinction affectbility and complexity and the affectability of the wrony alternatives. On the other have, the researcher has studied the three groups of the study herself, and the experinnent started on Monday (3rd of November, 2014) and it ended on Wednesday (5th May, 2015) which has been applied for the three group of the study, and for treating the data statistically, the researcher has used anova analysis and sheffe test for dimensional comparisous. The study has shown the following results : 1 - The excellence of the students in the first experimented group - who have been taught the Educational Psychiligy by using kowskrowf model - on the students of the second experimental group who have been taught the same subict but by using the educational scoffolds model in acqniring the concepts and beyond - knowledge thinking.2 - The excellence of the students in the first experimental group - who have studied Educational psychology by using kowskrowf model as well as the second experimental group students who have studied the same subject adopting the educational scofolds model - on the students of the controlling group who have studied the same subject by using the traditional approach in acquiring the concepts and beyoud - knowledge thinking.In the light of the results, the researcher has stated the following conclusins and recommendations : The conclusions : 1 - The reliability of the modern teaching models that are derived from the constructing theory and problemsolving strategy in the educational process has a great influence on raising the achievement level and enhancing the thinking skills.2 - Teaching with the use of kowskrowf and Edncational ecofolds models has agneater effect than the traditional approach concerning as for as raising the students' achievement level is concerned.3 - The excellence of the two models is not only limited to the raising of the achievement level in Educational psychology, but also it has contributed in enhanciy beyond - knoulledge thinking skills when compared with the traditional approach.4 - The implementation of the two models steps has motivated the studrnts and inctrased cooperation among them, and participation when compared to the traditional approach.Recommenlations : 1 - The reliability of the teaching model which apply the constructive theory - like kowskrowf & educational scoffolds models in teaching Edsucational psychology and the other subjects as well for what have been found out throght out this study and its great effect on the achienement level and begond - knowledge thinking.2 - Refraining from the traditional ways in teaching Educational psychology and making use of kowskrowf and Educational secoffolds models for they contribute in raising the student's achierement level and beyoud - knowledge thinking.?Suggestions : 1 - Accomplishing a similar study for knowing the impact of kowsrowf and the Edncational scoffolds models in enhancing other kinds of thinking like : the scientific thinking, critical thinking, and the creative thinking.2 - Accomplishing a comparative study between kowskrowf model, Educational scoffolds model and the other teaching models to know the best.3 - Accomplishing a similar study to know the impact of kowskrowf model and Education scoffolds model in acquiring and the achievement of other subjects and the study stages for checking their affectaility.

To achieve the goals of the study researcher coined the two main hypotheses are : 1 - statistically non significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students collect first taught Posner program and average grades collectible second experimental group students taught constructivist learning program and average grades collectible control group students taught the usual way. 2 - statistically non significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students first and the average scores of the experimental group students and average scores second control group students in the trend towards material of balaq. Researcher chose the experimental design, the officer partial consisting of two experimental and the third officer to achieve the objective of the study. The researcher chose junior Sayyab for Boys in breeding Baghdad Rusafa first, which includes three divisions of the fifth grade literary to conduct the experiment, and the total number of members of the research sample (93) Talibamozein three people, as the number of members of the first experimental group (32 students), which represents Division (b) studied balaqa at Posner way, and the number of members of the experimental group II (31) Taba, which represents Division (c) and studied the material balaqa constructivist learning way, while the third group, which represents the control group, the number of its members (30) students represent Division (a) who has studied balaqa in the usual way. Researcher rewarded the three study groups in several variables, including : chronological age, degrees of Arabic language in the previous year, language ability test, and an IQ test. Having identified the researcher scientific material that will be examined during the trial, which subjects the book of balaqa and application to fifth grade literary and scheduled to be taught for the academic year 2013 - 2014, in the light of the content of these topics coined researcher behavioral objectives of (104) and distributed among the six levels of the domain knowledge to Bloom's Taxonomy, as a promising lesson plans for the three groups in accordance with the course material and the steps each specimen. Two tools of study have included, first test consist from (30) paragraph, spread over three questions, the first is from (18) paragraph of the type of multiple - choice, and second, to be (5) vertebrae of the type of interview (pairing) while the third may be of (7) paragraphs of short answer type. The second tool, which represents the trend towards balaqa, it has a promising researcher himself a barometer of the direction consisted of (30) paragraph characterized by honesty and consistency. The researcher studied the three research groups by himself, and the experiment lasted a whole year, it began and ended 01/10/2013 b b 15/04/2014. At the end of the experiment dish researcher achievement test on Sunday, 04/13/2014, and then applied the scale in the direction of Tuesday, 04.15.2014. To address the data statistically researcher used several methods, including statistical analysis of variance, chi - square (Ca 2), the equation Keodr - Richardon, Pearson correlation coefficient.The study yielded several results including : 1. outweigh the second experimental group students who studied balaqa Bonmozj constructivist learning students on the two experimental groups first studied balaqa Bonmozj Posner, and control group students who studied balaqa in the usual way. 2. outweigh the second experimental group students who studied balaqa Bonmozj constructivist learning on the first experimental group students who studied balaqa BonmozjIn light of this, the researcher put a number of recommendations including : 1 - For Arabic language teachers and teachers on the steps specimen constructivist learning through educational courses or seminars. 2 - increase the number of years of teaching balaqa increase the number of hours scheduled for the teaching of rhetoric in middle school. As a complement to the findings of the current research, and has a development researcher suggests conducting studies including : A. A similar study of the current study in stages and the ranks of another study to identify the impact of this model. B. A comparative study to see the impact of a specimen constructivist learning with other educational models

The aim of research can not be achieving unless formulate the following two zero hypotheses : 1 - There is no difference statistically significant at the level (0.05) between the average scores of students - teachers in the experimental group who undergone the training program and the average score of the students - teachers who have not undergone the training program in scale of the teaching performance.2 - There is no difference statistically significant at the level (0.05) between the average scores for the students whom were learned by the training students - teachers and the average score of students whom were learned by the students - teachers who are not undergone the training program in the pivotal thinking test. The community and the sample of the current research limited onstudents - teachers in Babylon University - College of Basic Education ; Science Department ; Branch of Biology (four stage) amounting to (65) students for the academic year 2015 - 2016 A.D. The researcher Droped out students - teachers whom completed the studying in teachers preparing institute their number (5) students the depending on in formation list which distributed for them, the sample of the research was chosen a random (random manner simple drag) of students - teachers and the students distributed randomly into two groups : experimental (undergone the training program) amounting to (30) students - teachers and (29) student - teacher for the controlling group (not undergone the training program) , after drop out one students from the controlling group because he failure in current stage, bringing the number of the sample was (59) a student's - teachers. The researcher equalizing between the two groups of research in the variables : (Intelligence test, the mark for students in test of previous information in general teaching methods , the mark for students in test in general teaching methods in academic year 2014 - 2015 A.D. achievement in the previous ,as well as to some non - experimental variables that could affect the safety of the training program. The community of pupils includes all the fifth - grade pupils primary schools in the General Directorate for Education in the province of Babylon , for the academic year 2015/2016Am.The sample of pupils will selected randomly and non - equivalent in number by the random manner simple drag from the fifth primary pupils for each student - teacher who had been learned by the sample of student - teacher during the application period. except the failure in their grade last year.because for each student - teacher a different number of pupils. so that the number of pupils was (150) pupils in each of experimental and controlling group to became (300) pupils for two groups to apply the test of the pivotal thinking in science subject for the two ( experimental and controlling group) at the end of the application period in the end of the second semester. The training program was built according to three stages : (The planning ( input ) ,the implementation (operation),and evaluation(output) stages). And then display his image on the initial group of arbitrators to check it before we start applying it and to take advantage of the notes are and make the necessary adjustments to it, as was the training program prepared to teach thinking skills applied students - teachers (experimental group) in the Department of Science rooms at the College of Basic Education - University of Babylon, which are (12) a week, the time of the training session of three hours per week at a rate of 36 hours of training ,the training program were distributed to the students - teachers before starting the implementation of the suggested training program. Regarding research tools ,for the first tool the researcher adopted the (note card ) which prepared by (Makawen , 2009) because it is suitable for the aims of our research which contains (53) items distributed into three areas ( planning , implementation and evaluation) with fifth estimate the researcher doing some changes contain (10) items in order to make it a suitable for teaching the thinking skills, and the second tool was the pivotal thinking test of essay type which was contains (38) items in a final shape.Then the researcher determined the psychometric characteristics for it. The researcher used the following statistical tools : ( t - Test , Chi - square, Pearson correlation coefficient , alpha - Cronbach equation ,equation of difficulty and discrimination paragraphs coefficient ,and the impact size equation. After the data statistically analysis ,the results revealed that : 1 - Superiority the students - teachers in the experimental group on the students - teachers in controlling group in teaching performance according to the note card.2 - Superiority of pupils of students - teachers in the experimental group on pupils of students - teachers in controlling group in pivotal thinking test. The researcher put many conclusion about the impact of the suggested training program for learning thinking skills to qualify the teaching performance for students - teachers to giving them the necessary teaching skills for science teaching in terms of their ability to prepare daily lessons , and converted into behavioral patterns of being able to create an effective learning environment encourages teamwork through education process , and contributes to the formation of positive attitudes towards science teaching. The researcher also recommended the need to train of science teachers to learn and teach the topics of thinking and thinking skills either before or during teaching job through training courses to enable them to teach thinking skills to their pupils through their teaching materials which they teach because of its impact in achieving the educational aims of various kinds. For complementing research the researcher suggested doing a similar study to the current study to train science teachers in various disciplines in chemistry , physics and mathematics during teaching job and the statement of its impact on the performance of teaching and pivotal thinking of their pupils at the primary stage and other subsidiary variables because the lack of studies on this subject

Abstract: Teaching Arabic grammar is a source of an educational problem for it is a common claim that learners at all levels have not developed grammatical skills that that can be of good help to them in their speech and writing. Moreover, certain learners have even hated Arabic as a school subject due to the difficulties that face them while studying Arabic grammar.It is hypothesized that grammatical problems can be overcome through conducting more and more well - planned practical drills that should be paid their due attention on the part of teachers of Arabic. Though the primary school syllabus introduces Arabic grammar in the second half of the primary stage, there is still certain need to improve these drill to make them match with educational classroom conditions to lead to a better understanding of Arabic grammar.The research worker tries to answer these questions 1n relation to the problem of the present study.1 - What is the significance of language drills in teaching Arabic grammar?2 - What are the pros and cons of the language drills available in the present syllabus of the primary stage?3 - Is there any effect of these drills included in the books of the stage mentioned above on the learning and teaching Arabic grammar? This study aims at identifying the following : I - The significance of language drills in relation to teaching Arabic grammar at the primary educational stage.2 - Positive and negative aspects of the language drills included in primary school books.3 - The effect of language drills on the achievement of primary school children of the last three school years in Arabic grammar.Limits of Study1 - The first sample is limited to 120 male and female primary school teachers of Arabic who teach fourth, fifth and sixth - year classes.2 - The second sample consists of 218 male and female primary school children from the fourth, fifth and sixthyear classes.3 - The third sample consists of 30 primary schools for boys and primary schools for girls.4 - The spatial domain is the centre of the govemorate of Bas rah.5 - The temporal domain is the second tenn of the school year 2003 - 2004.6 - Certain topics are selected from the prescribed Arabic grammar book (Edition No.14) taught to fifth - year learners. These topics are subject, predicate, defective verbs, semi - verb particles, dual forms of noun, and regular plural forms for males. A) 1. All samples have been chosen at random. 2.158 subjects are schoolchildren taken from both Shaheed Mohammad Bakir Al - Sadr Primary School for Boys and Basra Primary School for Girls. Other 60 subjects have been taken from both Zahawi Primary School for Boys and Zaytooneh Primary School for Girls.(B) Two types of data collection have been used here. They are a questionnaire and an achievement test.The sample of school children has been divided. into two groups : a ( C ) control group of 78 subjects and an experimental group of 80 subjects. The latter group has been taught using training drills whereas the former one has been the same material but without any training drills. Statistical procedures followed in this study are five : 1. Percentage factor.2. Pearson's correlation coefficient.3. Item power discrimination.4. Item difficulty formula.5. At - test for two independent samplesTraining drills have been proved to be of statisticalsignificance for the following reasons : a - They make Arabic grammar more comprehensible.b - They help learners memorize grammatical rules and increase their linguistic knowledge.c - They can serve as a means by which teachers point out the points of weakness and difficulties face their pupils.2. The scores obtained from the achievement test have shown that training drills have a positive effect to the extent that the achievement of the experimental group has been statistically more significant. This effect has been almost the same on subjects of both sexes

Abstract: Environmental studies have gained great interest after a great deal of warning by international organizations. The ecological system is a matrix of integrated interactions within a specific environment.To know the properties of each element in this system is very important to keep the balance of.the ecological system and to rationally deal with these elements to avoid any deterioration.,~ Changing the essence of these elements quantitatively and qualitatively leads to a disturbance of relations between the elements of the system which is called the ecological imbalance.Man has played an important role in making ecological problems which lead to the destruction of the environment that decreases the reproducibility of the earth.The population explosion 1s one main factor behind the environmental deterioration so rapidly.Also, the negative aspects of the industrial revolution and the absence of the environmental planning are good factors. Man was able to manipulate nature for his benefit without paying attention to the severe consequences of this maltreatment. In this case education plays a crucial role to correct human behavior and provide him with the necessary skills. Environmental awareness could be a good course in and out of school. Aims of the studyThe study aims at the following : 1. Constructing an environmental awareness scale in the students of the departments of geography in Iraq.2. Applying this scale on the targeted students.3. Whether or not there are statistically significant difference concerning the scale.4. Whether or not there are significant differences according to the 1 sex factor.5. Whether or not there are significant differences according the subjects achievement.6. Whether or not there are significant differences according to the environment variable. 7. Whether or not there are significant differences according to the college variable.Limitations of the study : The study is limited to the follovving : 1. Department of Geography - colleges of Arts and Education - Universities of Baghdad, Al - Mustansiriya, Basrah, Mosul and Kufa.2. Curriculum related to the environment. sample of : A. Departments of Geography staff in point number 1.B. Fourth year students.C. Post graduate students.4. Academic year 2003 - 2004.Procedure1. The Sample The sample of the study is represented by the fourth - year students, postgraduate students and some professors of the departments of geography - colleges of Education and Arts in five Iraqi universities. This includes 500 students, 24 postgraduatestudents and /4/ staff members. 2. Tools The researcher has adopted two tools : Questionnaire and interview.3. Validity and Reliabilitv The researcher has adopted the techniques of validity and reliability. As far as reliability, the researcher adopted the split group and test, re - test techniques.4. The final Administration After checking validity and reliability, the final administration was conducted on the main sample of the study which includes : 377 fourth - year students, 24 post - graduate students and 85 staff of the dept. of geography to measure their environmental awareness.A link should be found between science and cause.5. Continuation of environmental information supply should be achieved.6. Films and slides on the problems of the environment should te supplied to achieve a link between theory and practice. 7. The principles of environmental education should be set up from primary classes upwards.The researcher has suggested a similar study on high schobl students and a comparative study between this one and similar studies in some other countries. The scale also can be given to higjh school teachers to measure their environmental avvareness

It is necessary to explore these power and improve them through an objective device in order to put the action and answers and knowing the extent of the effect of psychological bases to curricula on such a type of thinking during the building of a device to such psychological bases and their ' j power extinct on creation of this thinking a side from other change that have a clear effect on the intentional thinking.This study is considered as the first, scientific field study, we try to expose the power of thinking of invention and the relation with psychological bases of curricula, whether in Iraq or Arab homeland in respect to the researcher understanding, so, i intended the following research : 1. Building a standard to expose on creatively thinking and its, measure.2. Building a standard to expose on the psychological bases and their measures.3. Finding a relation between the creatively thinking and the psychological bases.4. Knowing on the differences between the in creatively thinking and the sex variant type and the parents learning. As for to achieve the aims of research, the researcher tried to follow i the scientific way building the two devices : the creatively thinkingcriterion, she collected the paragraphs of criterion from the literatures and previous studies which has a relation with creatively thinking, then the number of paragraphs is defined to ( 19) paragraphs with in secondary tests, then the paragraphs are submitted to the committee of experts, and I after modification and jointing, two paragraph is omitted. I Them the criterion is applied to a sample of students of (500) students (male & female) to submit the criterion paragraphs to a statistical analysis, that specific data were prepared for answer. After that, according to the truth in outside quality and to the truth of building and counting the distinctive forces and the internal coordination, as a result of this style, l have excluded (4) paragraphs whether the paragraphs can not enjoyed with a distinctive force or the relation of them is weak in respect to the whole degree then the number of paragraphs, of the creatively thinking standard became (13) paragraph.The second criterion which I have collected its paragraphs during an exploring design open to the secondary school students a side from, the collection of paragraphs of literary studies and the previous one. The researcher have get (40) paragraphs. Putting to them a triple estimated scale (accord to, seldom, accord not to). Then the paragraphs are exposed to a committee of arbitrators who took to amend some paragraphs and remaining on all paragraphs. After that, the criterion was applied to a group of students for the purpose of statistical analysis and counting of the distinctive force in power fainting on distinction or internal coordination. Three paragraphs have been excluded, which participated in power weakences on distinction or internal coo rdination. So, the criterionhas been formed from (37) paragraph. Which are full of demonstrative truth and the truth of building. And for counting the fixation of two criterions, I have depended on the way of test repetition, resulting the two devices became ready to apply.After that, the measure of power on creatively thinking and pyschological bases of curricula by the way of applying two devices on group of ( 400) students (male and female), by using the statistical analysis, the researcher has the following results : 1. There are differences of statistical reference between the average of sample in power criterion on creatively thinking and the thesis average. 2. There are differences of statistical reference between the sample average m the psyschological bases standard of curricula of preparatory stage in respect to their students.There are not differences of statistical reference between creativelythinking and sex.4. There are difference of statistical reference between the creatively thinking and the branch students.5. There are differences of statistical reference between the power on creatively thinking and the parents learning. 6. The necessity to take care of the creators.The most advices that the research wrote : 1. The necessity to take care of the creators and to follow them became the states of our world directed towards the growing of creative education.2. Take care of the curricula, the educational programs and the review of the traditional courses, which depend on, learn by heart and speaking.3. He received the standard (the program has a calendar system and exams can collect data for studying them with respect to the degree of scientific qualification to practice the profession and their performance after graduation, including helping to feedback from the calendar and testing programs) on the second place of central casting (2.29%) and weight percentage (76.33%).3. Standard won (recognizing students prepare for the main concepts and research tools teacher education program, and the foundations of educational specialization and professional skills) rank third in central weighted (2.12) and weight percentage (70.62%).4. won standard (featuring faculty members with a high level of qualifications and the best professional practices in scientific research and community service, teaching program works in a systematic way to regularly evaluate their performance and facilitate continuous professional growth opportunities.) Fourth place in central weighted (2.11) percentage and weight ( 70.36%).5. He received standard (owning a program of leadership and authority and the budget, personnel and facilities, resources, and information technology to achieve the desired objectives) rank fifth in central weighted (2.06) and weight percentage (6.68%).6. The standard (the program through the principle of partnership with the Ecole Pratique planning and implementation of field goods and clinical practices (through practical education) to students educated) has got the center - weighted (1.75) and weight percentage (58.33%). There are no statistically significant difference at level ( 0.05) between the mean scores of the first experimental group, which is taught according to the self questioning; the second experimental group, which is taught according to think pair - share strategy and those of the control group, which is taught conventionally in European History subject achievement.2. There are no statistically significant difference at level ( 0.05) between the mean scores of the first experimental group, which is taught according to the self questioning; the second experimental group, which is taught according to think pair - share strategy and those of the control group, which is taught conventionally in testing problem solving ability. The two Experimental Groups and Control Group Posttest Partial Design has been used. The sample of the study has been intentionally chosen and it consists of 122 male and female third year students at the Department of History/College of Education./University of Al - Qadisiya. Participants have been distributed into three groups. The first experimental group includes 41male and female students, which is taught according to the self questioning. the second experimental group include 40 male and female students, which is taught according to think pair - share strategy, whereas the control group consist of 40 male and female students, which is taught according to the conventional method. Equalization has been made by the researcher himself among the three groups with respect to the variables (age, intelligence, previous achievement, problem solving test).After that, the researcher determined the instruments of the study which are : the scientific material, forming the behavioural aims in the light of Bloom’s six levels. Preparing daily lesson plans,20 plans for each group. Furthermore, two instruments have been constructed : the first is an achievement test includes a multiple - choice test which consists of 40 items, and a subjective test which consists of 10 items. Such test has been ensured with regard to its (face and content validity), item discrimination, item difficulty and its reliability. The second instrument is the problem solving test which consists of 30 items distributed according to six abilities (sensation of problem, determination of problem, getting data from its better sources, proposing hypotheses, hypotheses validity test ,decision - making).The test has also been ensured concerning its (face and construct validity), item discrimination and reliability. The researcher himself taught the three groups. The experiment started at the beginning of the first term of 2015 - 2016 and lasted for 14 weeks, two lectures a week for each group. At the end of the experiment, the three groups were submitted to achievement test that has been applied on Wednesday, 13th of Jan.2016 Then, the problem solving test has been applied on Thursday, 14th of Jan. 2016.Data have been analyzed by using SPSS. The results show the following : 1. The performance of the first experimental group is better than that of the control group in the achievement test of the European History subject.2. The performance of second experimental group is better than that of the control group in the achievement test of the European History subject.3. The performance of second experimental group is better than that of the first experimental group in the achievement test of the European History subject.4. The performance of first experimental group is better than that of the control group in the problem solving test. 5. The performance of second experimental group is better than that of the control group in the problem solving test.6. The performance of second experimental group is better than that of the first experimental group in the problem solving test. In the light of the results obtained, the researcher has come up with the following conclusions : the self questioning and think pair - share strategies on third - year history students' Achievement of European History in College of Education is effective, the self questioning and think pair - share strategies on the problem solving ability is effective as well. In the light of the findings of the present study, are made to enrich the process of teaching writing : it is necessary to encourage instructors to adopt the self questioning and think pair - share strategies in teaching Modern European History subject, it is necessary to train university instructors on using modern methods in teaching, especially those methods that have been proved to be effective in instructional process; syllabus designers are recommended to be acquainted with theses and dissertations and apply their contents on curriculum for the sake of getting generations that are able to create ,invent and discover, and solve problems that society encounters and find suitable solutions for them. Building on the present study, further studies are suggested to be conducted : a similar study can be conducted on other stages (primary, intermediate, preparatory), a study can be carried out to investigate the impact self - questioning and think pair - share strategies on other variables such as (motivation, tendency, attitude, critical thinking, historical thinking, and creative thinking).

Abstract: هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف على الحكم العام لافراد عينة البحث، تدريسيو كليات التربية في جامعات(البصرة، ذي قار، ميسان) بشان توافر معايير الجودة الشاملة في المناهج التي يدرسونها وبكل عناصرها كمنظومة متكاملة، والى التعرف على حكمهم بشان كل عنصر من عنا | The present study aimed to identify the general provision of the sample individuals, The academic teachers of the colleges of education in universities of (Basra, Dhi Qar, Maysan) on the availability of comprehensive quality standards in the curriculum they teach and all of its elements as an integrated system, and to identify their judgment on each element of its members individually and to identify the strengths (pluses) and weaknesses (cons) of each element of its members, and to identify whether there were statistically significant in the general provision on the availability of these standards in the curriculum differences due to the variables (specialty, and classification section depending on the objectives). The researcher depended on the descriptive approach in terms of actions for the purpose of achieving the objectives of the study. Society may be the current study of The academic teachers of colleges of education for the Humanities and Pure sciences at Basra University, and The academic teachers of Humanities and Sciences Pure at the University of Dhi Qar, and the College of Education at the University of Misan, totaling (700) teachers, and the research sample core composed of (442) teachers distribued among colleges of education at the University of Basra and Dhi Qar.And formed search tool built by the same researcher (139) indicator - a paragraph - distributed among the six elements (fields) Approach : (objectives, educational content, methods and manners of teaching, teaching aids, educational activities, educational calendar).The study tool was applied after extracted from it all virtual honesty and sincerity of construction, stability in a way re - testing, which amounted to (0.86) and the method of variation analysis Cronbach Alpha, which amounted to (0.88).Hare used the following to extract Results : packets Statistical for Social Sciences (SPSS), circles calculations, standard deviations, percentages, the weighted average, the Pearson correlation coefficient , chi square , the equation of one - way analysis of variance, and the equation of Alpha Cronbach and test Altaia for one sample and two equal independent samples and tow equal independent samples.The study concluded in the light of its goals the following results : 1. The general rule for members of a sample study on the availability of comprehensive quality standards in the curriculum of the colleges of education and all its components were negative judgment.2. The general provision for members of the study sample was positive about the availability of comprehensive quality standards on a racist (teaching - methods and teaching aids) as independent elements, though coexist in a limited way, and negatively towards elements (educational goals - educatioal Content Altahlmy - educational activities - educational calendar).3. Identify the strengths and weaknesses in the level of availability of comprehensive quality standards in every element of the curriculum elements.4. statistically significant differences do not exist in the general provision for teachers on the availability of the overall quality in the curriculum due to the variable of academic specialization standards.5. statistically significant differences do not exist in the general provision for teachers on the availability of the overall quality in the curriculum due to the variable of academic department standards.This researcher has concluded a number of conclusions, including : The curriculum of the colleges of education is not a good level of effectiveness, because of the weakness of the availability of comprehensive quality standards in most of its elements. It was presented a number of recommendations including : Revision of curriculum planning in the colleges of education to ensure the processing standards (paragraphs) that are not available in each area (element) of the areas of curriculum and support and improve these paragraphs (available indicators).And also he suggests a number of proposals including : 1. conducting a similar study of the current study in other the colleges in Iraqi universities.2. Conduct a comparative study between the curricula colleges of education and the curricula of Arts the colleges in the light of the overall quality standards

Abstract: The current research aims to identify ( The effect of negotiation and cognitive apprenticeship strategies on the outcome of the Islamic Arabic history subject and curiosity of the second intermediate stage students) through verifying the hypothesis of the research represented by : 1. There are no differences of statistical significance at the level (0.05) between the average score of the outcome of students who study according to the (negotiation strategy) and the average score of the outcome of students who study according to the regular method in the achievement posttest prepared for this purpose.2. There are no differences of statistical significance at the level (0.05) between the average score of the outcome of students who study according to the (cognitive apprenticeship strategy) and the average score of the outcome of students who study according to the regular method in the achievement posttest prepared for this purpose. 3. There are no differences of statistical significance at the level (0.05) between the average score of the outcome of students who study according to the (negotiation strategy) and the average score of the outcome of students who study according to (cognitive apprenticeship strategy) in the achievement posttest prepared for this purpose.4. There are no differences of statistical significance at the level (0.05) between the average score of curiosity of students who study according to the (negotiation strategy) and the average score of curiosity of students who study according to the regular method in the scale prepared for this purpose.5. There are no differences of statistical significance at the level (0.05) between the average score of curiosity of students who study according to the (cognitive apprenticeship strategy) and the average score of curiosity of students who study according to the regular method in the scale prepared for this purpose.6. There are no differences of statistical significance at the level (0.05) between the average score of curiosity of students who study according to the (negotiation strategy) and the average score of curiosity of students who study according to (cognitive apprenticeship strategy) in the scale prepared for this purpose. The researcher followed the experimental approach and selected an experimental design with a partial control (two experimental groups and on control group), with the posttest and the curiosity scale. The researcher also chose the research sample randomly from (Al - Rafidain school), which is one of the official day schools in Babil province, to become the field to execute the current research experiment. The final research sample involved (94) students after eliminating the failed students for the academic year 2015 - 2016, at (32) for the first experimental group which studied according to the cognitive apprenticeship strategy and the second experimental group which studied according to the negotiation strategy, while the third control group which studied according to the regular method involved (30) students. The researcher equalized among his three groups with the variables (the previous outcome, IQ test, the previous knowledge, age calculated by months, parents qualifications, curiosity) and there were no differences of statistical significance among the groups after identifying the scientific subject of included in the experiment period and represented in the (content of the subject of Islamic Arabic history for the second intermediate grade for the academic year 2015 - 2016). Afterwards, the behavioral purposes were identified and formulated in accordance with the three levels of Bloom classification in the cognitive aspect (Knowledge - Understanding - Application) and were presented later to the experts and referees; the final number was (223) behavioral purposes. The researcher also prepared teaching plans for the topics included in the experiment, submitted some of them to the experts and referees and edited them according to their remarks.The researcher studied the three research groups and at the end of experiment which lasted one academic year, he prepared an achievement test containing (40) items and presented it to the experts to give their opinions and show its alleged validity. This test was applied over an exploratory sample composed of (150) from Al - Nujoom high school and applied over the basic sample after dealing with its data statistically, extracting the coefficient of items difficulty, its ability to differentiate and the affectivity of its alternatives and extracting its reliability coefficient. The researcher also prepared a curiosity scale depending on literature and consisted of (30) items divided over (6) domains. This scale was submitted to a group of experts, applied over an exploratory sample of (150) students and eventually applied over the basic research sample after dealing with its data statistically, and verifying its construction reliability, items connection and their relation with each domain, the overall score of the scale, scale reliability and the strength of differentiating the items. After processing the data statistically by using the proper statistical means such as (one - way analysis of variance, Scheffe'e test to know the direction of differences among the research groups), the results showed that students of both of the groups which studied according to the (negotiation strategy) and (cognitive apprenticeship strategy) have surpassed the students group which studied according to the regular method in terms of the variables of curiosity and the outcome of Islamic Arabic history subject for the second intermediate stage.In the light of the results reached by the researcher, it appeared that using negotiation and cognitive apprenticeship strategies in teaching history subject to the second intermediate students have contributed in increasing their outcome and their curiosity.The researcher have recommended several recommendation (the necessity of training the teachers of social studies on using the negotiation and cognitive apprenticeship strategies, encourage them to use constructive theory strategy and pay attention to the inner motives of the students such as curiosity). The researcher also recommended conducting other researches similar to the current one on different academic stages and other subjects to verify the validity of the negotiation and cognitive apprenticeship strategies and other variables besides the outcome and curiosity.

"The aims of this research is : 1 - Building an instructional design according to the Differentiated instruction strategies.2 - Verification of the impact of instructional design is built according to the Differentiated instruction strategies on the Achievement of Biology subject for a female students of fourth Grade scientific Branch.3 - Verification of the impact of instructional design is built according to the Differentiated instruction strategies on the cognitive failure for a female students of fourth Grade scientific BranchAnd to realization of this aims ,the following two zero hypothesis are set : 1 - There is no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group who studied according to the instructional design is built according to theDifferentiated instruction strategies and the average of the control group who studied with the normal way, in the achievement test.2 - There is no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group who studied according to the instructional design is built according to the Differentiated instruction strategies and the average of the control group who studied with the normal way, in cognitive failures questionnaire (CFQ).In order to validate these two hypotheses, the researcher built an instruction design and executed an experiment took full academic year. The researcher adopter the experimental method adopted of equal groups with a post - test, to biology subject and the cognitive failure questionnaire for the female students. the research sample represented by the fourth grade scientific Branch female students in one in one of the morning hight schools belong to Directorate of Baghdad's Education / 1st Al - Rusafa, distributed to two sections, one is represented the experimental group (35 students) studied by the instructional design according to the differentiated instruction strategies, and the other represented the control group (35 students), the two groups are equaled in the variable (intelligence, age, previous information, former achievement of biology subject, cognitive failure).The researcher prepare the two tools of research, one is a test of achievement in the Biology subject contained (60) item, (44) item objective type (multiple choice), and (16) essay. The second tool consisted cognitive failure questionnaire (CFQ) of Broadbent and his colleagues 1982 adopted by the researcher and translated with translateand Reverse Translate way , and it has been the expense of Validity and calculate the difficulty , distinctive power and the effective of wrong alternatives of them and then it has been found the reliability of tools using (Cronbach's alpha ).The experience lasted for full academic year, and the researcher taught the two groups of search by herself, after the completion of the experiment the results were analyzed statistically by recourse to Statistical Package SPSS , and using the (t - test) for two independent equal sample, the results have shown; Superiority the performance of the experimental group over the control group in each of the achievement test and measure of cognitive failure. Thus, it was rejected the two zero hypotheses to current research, with these results the researcher concluded that the instructional design that built according to the differentiated instruction have positive impact in the Achievement of Biology subject for a female students of fourth Grade scientific Branch , and in reducing the cognitive failure.In light of this, the researcher put a number of recommendations and suggestions based on search results.

To achieve this aim , the following hypotheses are posed : 1 - There is no statistical difference between average means of students in the experimental group taught English Language subject according to Marzano's Dimensions of Learning and students in the control group taught English Language subject according normal method in the post test of Verbal Reasoning. 2 - There is no statistical difference between average means of students in the experimental group taught English Language subject according to Marzano's Dimensions of Learning and students in the control group taught English Language subject according normal method in the post test of Achievement. 3 - There is a correlation between Achievement and Verbal Reasoning.This study includes ( theoretical background ,Marzanos model , Verbal Reasoning and Achievement). Also it deals with previous studies.The equivalent of the two groups is checked regarding asset of variable (age, pre - knowledge test in English and Academic achievement for parents ). To achieve the objectives of the research , the researcher use the experimental design with seizure of partial with post test. The result of the study show the following : 1 - There are statistically significant differences at the level of (o.01) between the experimental group and control group in i achievement. 2 - There are statistically significant differences at the level of (o.01) between the experimental group and control group in i verbal reasoning 3 - There is a correlation between achievement and verbal reasoning. Abstract: هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة فاعلية استراتيجية التعلم المزيج في تدريس مادة المناهج وطرائق التدريس على التحصيل الدراسي وتنمية مهارات مواراء المعرفة لدى طلبة المرحلة الثالثة في كلية التربية) وللتحقق من هدف البحث وضع الباحث الفرضتين الصفريتين الاتيتين : الفرضية الاولى : - لايوجد فرق دال احصائيا عند مستوى (0,05) بين متوسط درجات طلبة المجموعة التجريبية الذين يدرسون على وفق استراتيجية التعلم المزيج ومتوسط درجات طلبة المجموعة الضابطة الذين يدرسون على وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية ( التقليدية) في اختبار التحصيل الدراسي.الفرضية الثانية : - لايوجد فرق دال احصائيا عند مستوى (0,05) بين متوسط درجات طلبة المجموعة التجريبية الذين يدرسون على وفق استراتيجية التعلم المزيج , ومتوسط درجات طلبة المجموعة الضابطة الذين يدرسون على وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية ( التقليدية) في مقياس مهارات مواراء المعرفة.الفرضية الثالثة : - لايوجد فرق دال احصائيا عند مستوى (0,05) بين متوسطي درجات طلبة المجموعة التجريبية الذين يدرسون في استراتيجية التعلم المزيج في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لمقياس مهارات مواراء المعرفة.اختير التصميم التجريبي ذا الضبط الجزئي لمجموعتين احدهما تجريبية والاخرى ضابطة ذات الاختبار البعدي للتحصيل ، ومقياس مهارات مواراء المعرفة, وكان مجتمع البحث هو طلبة الصف الثالث في قسم علوم القران / كلية التربية المختلطة ، جامعة الكوفة وكلية التربية جامعة القادسية البالغ عددهم عددهم ( 400 ) طالبا وطالبة ، فاختار الباحث بالطريقة القصدية طلبة الصف الثالث /علوم القران /في كلية التربية المختلطة /جامعة الكوفة عينة لمجتمعه وقد اختيرت بصورة عشوائية الشعبتين ( ا - ب ) ، وتكونت العينة من (82) طالبا وطالبة , بلغ عدد طلبة المجموعة التجريبية (42) طالبواطالبة درست على وفق استراتيجية التعلم المزيج والمجموعة الضابطة بلغ عددهم (40) طالبواطالبة درست بالطريقة الاعتيادية.كافا الباحث بين طلبة مجموعتي البحث في بعض المتغيرات التي قد تؤثر في نتائج البحث ، وهذه المتغيرات هي (العمر الزمني للطلبة محسوبا بالشهور ، الذكاء , درجات التحصيل الدراسي السابق للمواد التربوية , ودرجات مقياس مهارات مواراء المعرفة للضبط القبلي ) , وبعد ان حدد الباحث مستلزمات البحث وهي : تحديد المادة العلمية ، صياغة الاهداف السلوكية على ضوء مستويات الست لتصنيف بلوم المعرفية حيث بلغ عددها (278) هدفا ، واعداد الخطط الدراسية .اما ما يتعلق بادوات البحث الحالي : فقد استخدم الباحث اختبارا تحصيليا اذ بناه الباحث بنفسه تالف من (40) فقرة من الاسئلة الموضوعية من نوع الاختبار من متعدد و(10) فقرات من الاسئلة المقالية , وتم التحقق من صدقه (الظاهري والمحتوى), وقوته التميزية, ومعامل صعوبته, وفعالية البدائل الخاطئة وثباته , اما الاداة الثانية كانت مقياس مهارات مواراء المعرفة اذ اعده الباحث ايضا , والذي تالف من (45) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات ( التخطيط ، المراقبة والتحكم ، والتقييم ) وتم التحقق من صدقه (الظاهري, والبنائي) وقوته التميزية وثباته.درس الباحث مجموعتي البحث بنفسه , واستمرت التجربة طوال العام الدراسي 2015/2016م بواقع محاضرتين اسبوعيا لكل مجموعة ،طبق الباحث مقياس مهارات مواراء المعرفة البعدي على عينة التطبيق النهائي للمجموعتين يوم الاربعاء الموافق 4 /5/2016م , وطبق الاختبار التحصيلي على عينة التطبيق النهائي للمجموعتين يوم الاربعاء الموافق 11/5/2016 م وبعدها تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام الوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة وبالاستعانة بالحقيبة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS 10 ) , اوضحت النتائج ما يلي : 1 - تفوق طلبة المجموعة التجريبية التي درست باستراتيجية التعلم المزيج على طلبة المجموعة الضابطة في الاختبار التحصيلي لمادة المناهج وطرائق التدريس .2 - تفوق طلبة المجموعة التجريبية التي درست باستراتيجية التعلم المزيج على طلبة المجموعة الضابطة في مقياس مهارات مواراء المعرفة . وفي ضوء ذلك خرج الباحث بمجموعة من الاستنتاجات ابرزها : 1 - ان التعلم المزيج يغلق الفجوة بين البيداغوجيواالتكنلوجيا فهو رافد للتعليم التقليدي الذي يعتمد على الطرائق التقليدية .2 - ان التعلم المزيج يعمل على تعديل سلوك الطلبة واتجاهات تفكيرهم وابنيتهم المعرفية . كما قدم الباحث عدد من التوصيات ابرزها : 1 - استخدام استراتيجية التعلم المزيج في تدريس مادة المناهج وطرائق التدريس من قبل التدريسين في الجامعات.2 - اقامة دورات تدريبية للتدريسين في الجامعات والمدرسين في وزارة التربية تركز على استخدام اتجاهات حديثة في التدريس ومن ضمنها استراتيجية التعلم المزيج والاستفادة من التكنولوجيا الحديثة في التدريس .قدم الباحث عدد من المقترحات ابرزها : 1 - اجراء مزيد من الدراسات المماثلة للبحث الحالي على مراحل دراسية اخرى( مثل الثانية او الرابعة) وعلى تخصصات اخرى( اللغة العربية , الاجتماعيات , الحاسوب ...)2 - اجراء دراسات تكشف فاعلية استراتيجية التعلم المزيج في متغيرات اخرى مثل ( الدافعية ، والميل ، والاتجاه , التفكير الناقد ، والتفكير الابداعي ). | The present study aims at finding out the impact of using blended learning in teaching the course of Curricula and Teaching Methods on third year / College of Education students' academic achievement and developing their metacognitive skills. To achieve this aim, the following two null hypotheses have been set. The First Hypothesis : - There is no significant difference in the performance of the experimental group and the control group in the achievement test at the level of ( 0.05 ). The Second Hypothesis : - There is no significant difference between the metacognitive skills of the experimental group and those of the control group at the level of ( 0.05 ).( 82 ) students ,who were randomly chosen of ( 163 ) third stage students / Dept. of Quran Sciences / College of Education / University of Kufa, participated in the study. The sample was divided into two groups : 42 students represented the experimental group who taught according to the blended learning strategy , and ( 40 ) students represented the control group who were taught according to the traditional methods. A number of variables, which may affect the study results, have been taken into consideration. These variables include : the students' age, intelligence, their academic achievement in certain educational courses, and the scores they get in the metacognitive skills scale in its pilot form. Moreover, a number of the study requirements have been delimited, namely, the subjects to be taught, identifying the behavioural goals, which were ( 278 ) goals according to Bloom's six levels, and preparing lesson plans. Two research methods have been constructed to be adopted in the present study. There is first the achievement test that contains 40 objective items, viz. multiple - choice items, and 10 writing essay items. The test face and content validity, recognition power, difficulty and error factors have all been checked. The second tool is concerned with identifying the participants' metacognitive skills. The scale consists of 45 items, distributed to three fields : planning, surveying and controlling, and assessment. The scale face and content validity were also checked. The researcher has taught the two study groups himself, and the experiment lasted an academic year 2015 - 2016, two classes a week for each group. At the end of the experiment, the achievement test has been made to the final subjects of the study for the two groups on Tuesday 3rd of May 2016. Measuring the metacognitive skills was conducted on Wednesday 4th of May 2016. Afterwards, the data have been analyzed according to certain statistical means which are suitable for the study, by using the statistical case for social sciences (SPSS 10).The results come to show the following : 1. The experimental group performed better in the academic achievement test of the Curricula and teaching methods course than the control group. 2. The experimental group show better metacognitive skills than the control group. Consequently, the study has come up with the following conclusions : 1. Blended learning strategy bridges the gap between pedagogy and technology.2. Blended learning strategy works on amending the students’ behavior and thinking and reinforcing their knowledge.The study presents a number of recommendations, the most important of which are the following : 1. Using the blended learning strategy in teaching the course of Curricula and Teaching Methods at the university level.2. Training university and school teachers on how to adopt modern methods and techniques in teaching including the blended method strategy to get benefit from the modern technologies in teaching.Finally, some suggestions have been made, the most important of which are : 1 - Conducting further comparable studies, as the present one, to other university stages and specializations. 2 - Studying the impact of the blended learning strategy on other variables, such as motivation, tendency, orientation, critical thinking and creative thinking.

The following hypotheses are verified : - There are no statistical evidences (0.05) between the scores of three experimental groups (first - second - third) in the acquisition of Literature and Texts for fifth grade students in THE KEEPING LITERARY TEXTS. - There are no statistical evidences (0.05) between the scores of three experimental groups (first - second - third) in the acquisition of Literature and Texts for fifth grade students in verbal vocabulary.The following research is confined to the sample of the fifth grade students in preparatory and morning schools in Baghdad University, the themes of book of literature and texts to be taught to fourth grade students for the second semester \ academic year 2015/2016.The sample of study was (90) students with partial adjustment of the research sample. The sample of study was made up of primary schools in Baghdad. The researcher chose Al Shaibani Primary School for Boys affiliated to the General. Three sections were used, two of them are experimental groups and the last is control.The sample attained 90 students, as60 students in the two groups of study and 30 students per each. The researcher made a match of the two in matters of (degrees of mid - term exams, age calculated in months, intelligence test, the parent education , Exam verbal vocabulary ). The researcher adopted an acquisition test as an instrument applied at the end of the experiment, and came up to the following : There are no statistical evidences (0.05) the two experimental groups who studied Literature and Texts using Reciprocal KEEPING LITERARY TEXTS And developing verbal vocabulary group in conventional methods.The most important findings of this research are : 1. The Method of Sings GRADUAL ELIMINATION were effective in increasing acquisition of Literature and Texts.2. The use of The Method and Texts requires skill and efforts and time by teachers. The researcher comes up : 1 - Using the Method of Sings GRADUAL ELIMINATION in teaching Literature and Texts. 2 - Including methods of of teaching of college of education and teacher. the Method of Sings GRADUAL ELIMINATION bases and used.The most important finding : 1 - Making a similar study to this one to know the effect of Reciprocal Teaching and Self - Questioning strategies which the researcher used in other concepts and concepts and reading loud and grammar.2 - Making a similar study in other stages.

Since the educational system is part of this wide world, it’s important to keep pace these developments and scientific grasp and assume its responsibilities in preparing these energies of mankind in many different disciplines. This preparation can not be achieved without the provision of the necessary ingredients. One of these components is some of the basic elements of the school curriculum and the content of (textbook), and the teacher as well as the student that curriculum seeks to bring out the necessary changes to develop him in various aspects. Therefore our educational system need a curriculum contains all these different knowledge as well as scientific methods to deal with the technological tools and devices, with attention to everything that is contrary to morality and social values and to Included them in the school curriculum.Besides This system should contribute in preparing teachers at a good level of scientific culture in all its aspects to reflect positively on the upbringing life and equip them scientifically and morally conscious.Therefore, the researcher sought out to analyze the chemistry books for the preparatory stage in the light of the standards of scientific culture which the researcher depend with support of specialists. The research aims at : 1 - Content analysis of chemistry books at the preparatory stage in Iraq in light of the standards of scientific culture.2 - Finding out the scientific level of chemistry teachers in the preparatory stage of the standards of the scientific culture.3 - Finding out the relationship between the scientific culture of the chemistry teachers and ethical scientific awareness of their students in the preparatory stage.To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher a number of actions are as follow : 1. Preparing standards of scientific culture based on literature of science education, studies and research on these standards in addition to the views of experts and specialists. External validity was 80% 2. The researcher analyzed the chemistry books for scientific grades (IV, V, VI) , and adopted idea as the unit of analysis, and repetition as a unit of the census it is ensured the safety and stability analysis by outside analysts and researcher with the same over time. The rate of consistency for the three books (0.89 and 0.86 and 0.88), respectively.3. Building a scientific culture test for teachers of chemistry based on the literature and research and special studies in this area in addition to the views of experts and specialists, finding out its psychometric properties after applied to the exploratory sample number (100) and a school teacher ranged values of excellence Distinguish between the values (0.222 - 0.666) and the difficulty of paragraphs between (0.407 - 0.796) and between the effectiveness of alternatives ( - 0.037 - ( - 0.296) and so it considered the items of the test are good.4. Building scale scientific awareness of the students the moral basis of the literature and research and special studies in this area or near it, in addition to the views of experts and specialists, and finding out the validity and reliability and discrimination of the paragraphs in accordance with the SPSS statistical program has been deleted items that show It is not statistically validAnd to analyze the data and the results the researcher used the means of appropriate statistical and the percentage, t - test and compatibility coefficient and the weighted average. And the results were as follow : 1. The standard main(A) ”Nature of Science” obtained (86.49%) at the highest rate in the content of books chemistry combined reaching, while the main standard (H) “Ethics of Science” obtained on the lower rate(0.21%).2. The chemistry books of fifth scientific grade is most interested in the standard main (31.2%) as it was of percentage of the(%25.65) and the book was the least of the class as a rate of(%29.63) while the percentage of the class book of this Standard(%29.63).3. Teachers obtained an estimate (pre - intermediate) in the test of scientific culture.4. the students got on to estimate (good) in the scale of the awareness of scientific moral 5. There is a strong relationship between what is owned by teachers of the standards of scientific culture and the students' awareness of scientific ethicality.In light of these results the researcher recommended the need to balance the books between the three main standards of scientific culture and subsidiary, and include the content of the books of the major and minor standards which have not been well share in line and put the experts of the test of reference for these standards.To complement this study, the researcher suggested analysis study of chemistry books in the intermediate stage in the light of the standards of scientific culture, as well as a study for the analysis of books of scientific materials and other studies of different stages.
