Abstract: This study deals with the issue of the syntactic unstability of Arab grammarians who referred to this concept in their early writings , when the opportunity was given to the research , he decided to study this phenomenon under the title " The syntactic unstablity (Iddrab) of Arab grammarians" . The significance of this study stems from the need to uncover a case indentified by the early scholars who tackled this phenomenon in their books , The reason behind choosing this topic is the researchers desire to arrive at a deeper understanding of the grammarians syntactic thinking and their ways of making judgments and writing down rules of grammarians . The introduction to the dissertation includes a definition to the dissertation of the term " Iddrab (unstablity) from a linguistic , terminological viewpoint in addition to Arabic folklore . The first chapter deals with the patterns and reasons syntactic unstablity . on the other hand . The second chapter deals with the unstablity syntactic issues .The third chapter deals with : 1 - unstablity in what is known as " al - samaa" .2 - unstablity of grammarians in dealing with Quran readings , prophet speeches and Arabic poetry . The study ends with some conclusions among which are : 1 - The syntactic matter are mostly intuitive . The grammarians usually depend on their own intuition and experience in making judgments concerning syntactic issues . Abstract: Morphology is regarded as the scale of Arabic and its most respectable part which represents its strength and harmony and the essence of words. This is the reason which places morphology as prior to the study of structure due to the delicacy of its details and the need of the people who work in Arabic to it.In spite of the low knowledge of the subject ,compared to the scholars, the researcher intended to study a subject about the utterances of the Glorious Quran which is the best subject that any one should be passionate about. So, the mind was made to registering a distinguished morphological subject based on utterances of the Glorious Quran. The result was the title of this study : " Structural Exception in the Glorious Quran : A Syntactic - Semantic Study".The parts and applications of this linguistic phenomenon are scattered among linguistic references. There wasn’t any independent study that compiles, illustrates, investigates, or justifies it which is the aim of this study. It is intended to seek the guidance of the references like Sibaweh's Kitaab and the thoughts of Al Farisi , Ibn Jini , Al Jirjani , Ibn Yaeish as well as the interpreters in their efforts to interpret the utterances of the Glorious Quran and the efforts of the narrators and reciters to discover their secrets. All these resources are used to shape this study in sections and content in spite of the difficulty in understanding it, let alone investigating and liking the similar and different opinions about it.The study consisted of an introduction and three chapters. The first chapter, which was entitled " Structural Exception in Linguistics" was a background as well as the theoretical framework of the study, while the other chapters are regarded as the practical framework. The first chapter focused on illustrating the concept of exception and it was subdivided into three sections. The first section dealt with the linguistic and terminological definitions of the terms 'exception' and 'structure' as well as the synonymous terms of exception. It also illustrated the utterances and styles that represent it according to the linguists; clarified the relation between structure and formula; and accounted for the types of exceptions and the studies that discussed it in the past and present.BThe second section of the first chapter dealt with the concept of structural exception in Arabic , its types, purposes of its occurrence according to the linguists as well as mentioning illustrative examples. The third section discussed the evidences, patterns, and applications of exception in the structure of Arabic. It mentioned the regular and irregular examples. Then, the most common constraints of exception that were mentioned by linguists were discussed. After that, the linguists' styles in utilizing exception in morphological patterns and distinguishing each one of them; and the effect of exception on morphological judgment and analysis.The second chapter was entitled "Taxonomic Structural Exception in the Glorious Quran" which was subdivided into five sections. The first section discussed taxonomic structural exception in transitivity and intransitivity. It clarified the two concepts then determined the structural exception of intransitivity in the Glorious Quran concerning bare structure and additions, then, the structural exception of transitivity in the Glorious Quran concerning bare structure and additions.The second section dealt with taxonomic structural exception in vocalic and non - vocalic forms. It discussed the two concepts ,then, determined the structural exception of vocalic and non - vocalic forms in the Glorious Quran.The third section addressed taxonomic structural exception in feminine forms. It discussed the concept and the markers of feminine gender. Then, it determined the structural exception in feminine forms that end in reduced and extended alif in the Glorious Quran.The fourth section dealt with taxonomic structural exception in nouns and adjectives. It illustrated the concepts of noun and adjective and the difference between them. Then, it determined the structural exception of nouns and adjectives in the Glorious Quran.The fifth section discussed taxonomic structural exception in plurals. It clarified the concept of plural and its types. Then, it determined the structural exception of regular and irregular plurals in the Glorious Quran and exception in masculine and feminine forms of irregular plurals, the difference between plural nouns and plural adjectives in the Glorious Quran, as well as the exception in /i/ nucleus and /u/ nucleus verbs in the Glorious Quran.The third chapter was entitled "Function and Usage - Structural Exception in the Glorious Quran". It was classified into two sections the first section discussed function - structural exception in the Glorious Quran, while the second one dealt with usage - structural exception in the Glorious Quran. This chapter addressed two concepts : the first is usage exceptional forms which are the forms that are used only once in the Glorious Quran with only one utterance; and the second is noun/adjective, transitive/intransitive, shared - status, yet exceptional usage forms. Then, it discussed exceptionally pluralized vocabulary forms in the Glorious Quran.The study ended with its results and conclusions that included the most important findings like the existence of nearly eighty exceptional structure in the Glorious Quran, most of them are nominal.There are certain things about the methodology of format in this study that need to be clarified : 1 - Every morphological term was discussed as briefly as possible for the reason of guidance during discussion.2 - The researcher did not mention the name of the authors cited from within the text. As with theses and dissertations, the researcher only mentioned their type for the reason of economy. The scholar's death year was mentioned only when he is introduced to avoid repetition.3 - The variation in the size of writing is due to the variation in the sophistication of the content of each concept discussed which is presenting a text with quality rather than quantity.

Abstract: The books in Quran meaning and parsing are regarded as the main sources of dictionaries. They provide dictionaries with contextual meaning of Quran vocabulary. A linguist cannot dispense such sources. The amount of significance varies from one dictionary to another especially in big dictionaries. The methodological relation between these two types of works gave vitality to modern linguistics by revealing the significance of Quran meaning and parsing in Arabic dictionaries. The researcher chose "Al Muhkam wa Al Muhit Al A'dam" dictionary by Abu Al Hassan Ali bin Ismail, known as Ibn Sayiduhu Al Andalusi (d. 458 A.H.). The result was the title of the study : The Impact of The Books of Quran Meaning and Parsing in "Al Muhkam wa Al Muhit Al A'dam." The study relied on the works of Quran meaning, parsing, and strange uses as well as dictionaries, Quran recitation, syntax, morphology, and interpretation of Quran to define the linguistic fact that the books of Quran meaning and parsing have a great impact on dictionaries like "Al Muhkam wa Al Muhit Al A'dam" by Ibn Sayiduhu. This study consisted of an introduction, a background, four chapters, and a conclusion. The introduction contained a brief biography of Ibn Sayiduhu and an introduction to his work and linguistic resources as well as an introduction to Quran meaning and parsing. The first chapter studied three phonological phenomena : Hamza (glottal stop), assimilation, and merging. The second chapter studied morphological phenomena and issues like adding letters, derivation, morphological deletion. The third chapter discussed grammatical aspects like grammatical terminology, grammatical interpretation, grammatical controversy, and parsing. The fourth chapter contained the opinions of Ibn Sayiduhu about the meaning of Quran. He was following the opinions of the specialists in the meanings of Quran in the interpretation of several verses of the Quran in order of their occurrence in the Holly Quran. The conclusion contained the most important results of the study like : 1. Revealing the strong relation of Ibn Sayiduhu with the literature of Quran meaning and parsing and the frequency of citation from it. 2. The overlap of all the linguistic levels in writing "Al Muhkam" which did not serve its purpose which is illustrating the etymology, derivation, and meaning of lexical items as well as their uses in Arabic literature. 3. The aim of Ibn Sayiduhu when he wrote "Al Muhkam" was to link between language and The Holly Quran through studying the lexical items occurred in Quran and the meaning of verses. 4. Ibn Sayiduhu ascribed many of Al Zajaj's opinions, and writings to himself ,then, wrote some texts that he claimed to belong to Al Zajaj. So, they were attributed to both of them while in fact they all belong to Al Zajaj.

Abstract: The dissertation has tackled The Linguistic and Syntactic Research in Ellami' Al - aziziwhich is the Explication ofAbi Elalaa Almaari of selected poetry lines by Al - Mutanabbi. It comprised three chapters. The first of them, which dealt with syntactic issues, is in four sections; the first tackled syntactic issues related to nouns, the second with verbs, the third with particles related issues, and the fourth is dedicated to poetic license in Al - Maari. Chapter two is allotted to morphological issues and it contained five sections. The first was about suffixes; their root, alteration and change. The second section tackled derivation and pluralization. The third with Morphological scale and the fourth with metonymy, substitution and the shiftingin forms and connotations, while the fifth tackled the topics of ancestry and diminution. Moreover, the third chapter is dedicated to the linguistic issues and it is subdivided into three section; the first dealt with the phenomena of synonymy, homonymy, and opposites, the second with the phenomenon of the inflected, the forms of Fa'ulat and Af'alat and words connotations, while the third section tackled feminine and masculine words and words that remain the same in the singular and plural forms.The dissertation is ended with a conclusion that summed up the findings of the study, most importantly : 1) The study shed light on glimpses in the life and biography of Al - Maari and his scientific status, as well as his being prolific. 2) The study confirmed the attention concerning Ellami' Al - azizi among those old and modern writers who have written about Al - Maari because it is of his final writings.3) The study exposed that Aba Elalaa has, in this publication, focused a great deal on the views of grammar pioneers like Al - Khalil bin Ahmed, Sibawayh, Saeed bin Mes'ad, Al - Kisa'I, Al - Farraa, Al - Mubarrad, Al - Zajjaj, Abi Amro bin Al - Alaa, Abi Bakr Al - Anbari, Abi Zaid Al - Ansari, Abi Ubaid, Abi Ubaida, al - Asmaai among others. His dependence on this was in three forms : A. He transferred from them what he has read in their books which he memorized and declared.B. He transferred from books he did not declared their titles, but were known from referring to their authors.C. He ascribed the transference to Arab grammarians and linguists especially to their books like Al - Ain wal Kitab, the classified strange and books of strange Hadith, Islah Al - Mantiq, Al - Asmaaiat, the rare in addition to references like Al - Jamhara wal Taqfia, Tahtheeb Allugha and others.4) This dissertation made prominent the characteristic features of Al - Maari's language and exposed the principles of his approach in syntax and linguistics and it was a language that is characterized by wideness and exhaustiveness and he was a faithful and trusted scholar, an expert linguist, a keen grammarian and skilled in morphology with knowingness and understanding. 5) The study asserted that Ellami' Al - azizi is greatly different from Mu'jiz Ahmed which is attributed to Al - Maari in terms of methodology and style, stating, thus, that they are two distinct books, not one same book as alleged by some.6) His abundant quoting from the verses of the Glorious Quran and its readings in deciding the linguistic and grammatical rules along with his directing of these readings and judging them in terms of strength and weakness.7) His plentiful quoting from Hadith, especially in the field of linguistics.8) The study identified the bountiful quoting by Al - Maari of Arab speech and sayings, especially Pre - Islamic, Islamic and maven poets, but he did not exceeded those epochs unless for the sake of entertainment.9) Arabic proverbs were present in the memory of Al - Maari as an indication among his linguistic and syntactic indications.10) Ellami' Al - aziziis full of referential effort that is manifested in Al - Maari's care of explination of words.11) The research avowed the wrong notion of those who claimed that Al - Maari was not interested in analogy and that he fed up with it, this study clarified his dependence on analogy.12) The dissertation proved that Al - Maari coincided with Basra grammarians in a group of grammatical issues, and coincided with Kufa grammarians in some others. He selected his issues from Basra and Kufa grammarians without heavily relying on one of them only, and he founded other issues that are considered his own.13) The research verified Al - Maari's adherence, in Ellami' Al - azizi, to the presence of linguistic phenomena/ like synonymy, homonymy, opposites, derivation, inflection, semantics etc.14) The study exposed the use of Basra and Kufa and mixed grammatical terms and did not advocated a specific trend.

Abstract: يرمي البحث الحالي الى : 1 - بناء برنامج تعليمي قائم على توظيف وسائل انماء الثروة اللغوية في الاداء التعبيري . 2 - القياس والتثبت من فاعلية البرنامج التعليمي من خلال تطبيقه على طالبات الصف الاول المتوسط . وللتحقق من مرمى البحث صاغت الباحثة الفرضية الصفرية الاتية : لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة(05‚0) بين متوسطات درجات الاختبارات المتسلسلة لطالبات المجموعة التجريبية اللاتي درسن التعبير بالبرنامج التعليمي ، وبين متوسطات درجات الاختبارات المتسلسلة لطالبات المجموعة الضابطة اللاتي درسن التعبير بالطريقة الاعتيادية . ومن اجل التحقق من هدف البحث اتبعت الباحثة اجراءات المنهجين الوصفي والتجريبي ، اما بالنسبة للمنهج التجريبي فقد اختارت الباحثة التصميم التجريبي ذا المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة، وهو من تصاميم الضبط الجزئي ، اما عينة البحث فقد اختارت الباحثة قصديا احدى المدارس المتوسطة للبنات التابعة لمديرية تربية / ديالى في بعقوبة وهي ثانوية الامال للبنات الواقعة في حي التحرير ، اذ بلغ عدد طالبات الصف الاول المتوسط في المدرسة (60) طالبة ، وزعن عشوائيا على مجموعتين ، وبواقع (30) طالبة في المجموعة التجريبية ، و(30) طالبة في المجموعة الضابطة ، ثم كافات الباحثة بين المجموعتين احصائيا باستعمال الاختبار التائي (T - test) لعينتين مستقلتين ، ومربع كاي (كا2) ، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون في متغيرات : ( العمر الزمني محسوبا بالشهور ، والتحصيل الدراسي للابوين ، والتحصيل الدراسي في اللغة العربية للعام السابق) ، اما اداة البحث فكانت الاختبارات المتسلسلة. اما بالنسبة للمنهج الوصفي اعدت الباحثة برنامجا رمى الى تنمية الاداء التعبيري ، وقد اعتمدت الباحثة في تصميمها للبرنامج التعليمي بتوظيف وسائل انماء الثروة اللغوية الذي يتكون من ثلاثة مجالات رئيسة ، في ضوئها بناء البرنامج ، وهذه المجالات هي : • المدخلات Inputs • العملياتProcessing • المخرجات Qutputs وعليه مر بناء البرنامج المقترح بثلاث مراحل اساسية هي : ( مرحلة تحليل العملية التعليمية ، ومرحلة التركيب ، ومرحلة التقويم ). استمر تطبيق التجربة فصل دراسي واحد ، اذ درست الباحثة بنفسها مجموعتي البحث. اما النتيجة التي توصلت اليها الباحثة في بحثها ، فقد اثبتت فاعلية البرنامج وجود فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى (0,05) بين متوسطات درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية ومتوسطات درجات طالبات المجموعة الضابطة ولمصلحة المجموعة التجريبية . وفي ضوء نتيجة البحث استنتجت الباحثة عددا من الاستنتاجات منها : 1 - ان تطبيق البرنامج التعليمي القائم على توظيف وسائل انماء الثروة اللغوية له اثر ايجابي في الاداء التعبيري لطالبات الصف الاول المتوسط اكثر من الطريقة التقليدية .2 - ان البرنامج التعليمي القائم على توظيف وسائل انماء الثروة اللغوية يساعد على اثراء الطالبات بالمفردات والالفاظ والتراكيب من النصوص القرانية والاحاديث النبوية والتراث ، مما ينمي ثروتهن اللغوية وتحسين ادائهن التعبيري.واوصت الباحثة بعدد من التوصيات منها : 1 - اعتماد البرنامج التعليمي القائم على توظيف وسائل انماء الثروة اللغوية في تدريس مادة التعبير في المرحلة المتوسطة .2 - الافادة من البرنامج التعليمي القائم على توظيف وسائل انماء الثروة اللغوية في بناء برامج تدريسية في مادة التعبير للصفوف الدراسية الاخرى . واقترحت الباحثة اجراء عدد من الدراسات ، استكمالا لهذه الدراسة منها : 1 - اجراء دراسة تجريبية للبرنامج التعليمي القائم على توظيف وسائل انماء الثروة اللغوية على طلبة الصف الاول المتوسط لمعرفة تاثير متغير الجنس .2 - اجراء دراسة مماثلة لتعرف فاعلية البرنامج التعليمي القائم على توظيف وسائل انماء الثروة اللغوية في مادة التعبير ، وفي متغيرات تابعة اخرى مثل (التحصيل ، الاتجاه نحو المادة، الدافعية ، والتفكير الناقد ، والتفكير الابداعي) | The study aims at identifying the effectiveness of an educational programme based on the use of the means of developing linguistic wealth in the expressive performance of female students in the first intermediate stage. In light of the study aim and its procedures, the following null hypothesis is validated : • There is no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (05.0) between the mean score of the serial tests for the female students of the experimental group and the mean score of the serial tests for the female students of the control group. In order to achieve the aim of the study, the researcher follows the procedures of the descriptive approach and the experimental method. The researcher chooses the experimental design of the experimental and control groups, which is one of the partial control designs. In the sample, the researcher randomly selects one of the intermediate schools for girls belonging to the Directorate of Education / Diyala in Baquba, which is a Al - Ama'al secondary school for girls which lies in Al - Tahreer. The number of girls in the first stage in the middle school is (60) female students, who are randomly distributed to into two groups, (30) female students in the experimental group and (30) female students in the control group. The researcher then do an equivalent between the two groups in the variables : chronological age by months, academic achievement for parents, and academic achievement in Arabic for the previous year).The researcher develops a programme aimes at developing expressive performance. In designing the proposed programme, the researcher relies on the means of developing linguistic wealth, which consists of three main areas, in light of which the program is desinged. These areas are : • Inputs• Processing• Outputs Accordingly, the proposed programme was structured in three basic stages : (the stage of analysis of the educational process, the structured stage and the evaluation stage). The experiment lasted three months. The researcher studied the two groups. In the light of the study results, the researcher concludes a number of conclusions, including : 1. The application of the proposed educational programme in accordance with the means of development of linguistic wealth has a positive impact on the expressive performance of the female students at the first stage students more than the traditional way.2. The proposed programme in accordance with the means of development of linguistic wealth helps to make the information organized , sequential and specific within the classroom, which works to strengthen the students in a way that increases their linguistic wealth and improve their expression.The researcher recommends a number of recommendations, including : 1. Adopting the proposed educational programme according to the means of developing the linguistic wealth in teaching the expression material in the intermediate stage.2. Deriving benefit in the proposed educational programme in accordance with the means of development of linguistic wealth in the construction of teaching programmes in the expression material for other classes. It is suggested that a number of studies should be carried out in order to complete the study. A similar study should be conducted to identify the effectiveness of the proposed programme according to the means of developing the linguistic wealth in the expression material in other variables such as achievement, direction towards material, motivation, critical thinking and creative thinking

Abstract: This represents thesis independent study first job commercial city of Baquba.. and study followed the style " geographically " economically "to determine the extent of the central business district of central for residents of the city, and areas of influence commercial city of Baquba, in the territory of the administrative Diyala province , on the basis of administrative units , as well as studied the composition of trade of the city.The study rated " procedural " section of the business disciplines singular shops to ten commodity groups , three groups of commercial service and has the effect of spatial areas of study for each commodity group or service.The study was based on field work to obtain the data necessary , through four forms included the families of the city and county , traders and owners of commercial services organizations , and the aim was to follow two methods to obtain the data , namely : - 1 - Question families in the city and the province.2 - Q merchants in the city of Baquba.And followed the style " integral " to employ the results of questionnaires for the purpose of identifying and mapping the areas of influence of the spatial city of Baquba, in Diyala province.The study reflects the results of the quantity of these relationships , and adopted their own standards to determine the region for widespread heavy for the weak and adopted the method of isolines (ISO LINES) Alcartokrava representation in the areas of commercial impact , for groups of goods and services in the province of Diyala.The study included (40) and table (39) and MAP (27) and graphic form (12) and image (13) accessory.These study data that emerged from the study of the field and installed in their schedules and its Annexes , as well as the findings of , form the basis of important information and data for the purpose of planning for the commercial and economic activity for the city of Baquba and the administrative territory of Diyala province.

For purpose to know the impacts of the active parts this study containing explore about the changing due to the agricultural production which consider the base year is 2002 and the comparative year is 2012 depending on this approach of area unit for achieving the aim of exploring about type, the size of changing for any pattern from Patterns of agricultural land use Whether with production or by area, The study found that there are slight positive change in the study area in terms of area and production in most of the districts of the study area for the specific duration, Varying proportions of its users to another where different geographical factors contributed. In order to shed light on this study, the researcher has worked to divide this study into four chapters, the first chapter included the theoretical framework of the research problem, hypothesis, purpose of the study, study area margins, its geographical location, its justifications, conceptual framework, as well as a surveying of relevant previous studies indicating that the structural and conditions of the research. While second part containing Geographical properties which affects upon sustainable agricultural development it comprises two subjects : First specialized with physical properties represented by Geological structure, Topographical features, Climate elements, Soil, Water resources whereas second contained human properties represented with population ,machinery, transportation and marketing , capital, agricultural credit ,fertilizing and agricultural course ,agricultural pests and Diseases ,irrigation and drainage system, all of these due to the developing of agricultural production with two types plant and animal. Through the third part, which included the last three subjects first illustrates the spatial variation of agricultural production in the study area by the geographical distribution of tracts and the production of agricultural crops, while the second studying the developing of potential output in the study area, including the treatment of the phenomenon of drought and treatment problem of Stalinization of soil and treatment harmful plants (noxious plants) and agricultural policies that support for the agricultural production while third depict the changing ratio of area ratio and production between base year2002 and comparative year 2012. While the fourth chapter composed the problems of sustainable agricultural development in the study area and then put the proposed solutions to them and then draw a picture of the future direction for sustainable agricultural development in the study area through which that the researcher sees the best method in sustainable agricultural development and increase agricultural production to meet the food requirements of the population then the most important results and recommendations which the researcher reached to it Which seeks to achieve the aim of the study for future Follow with the process of description and analysis the cartographic representation of the of sustainable agricultural development phenomena and changes, in addition for tables and Diagrams

So for the purpose of achieving this aim , the researcher formulates the following null hypotheses;1 - There are no statistically significant differences at level (0.5) between the mean scores of the experimental group which is taught by the syncetics strategy and the mean scores of the control group which is taught the same subject by using the traditional way in innovative thinking pre - test and post - test.2 - There are no statistically significant differences at level (0.5) between the mean scores of the experimental group who taught history subject by using the syncetics strategy in innovative thinking pre - test and post - test.3 - There are no statistically significant differences at level (0.5) between the mean scores of the control group who taught history subject by using the traditional way in innovative thinking pre - test and post - test.The researcher used the experimental design in achieving the aims of study and verifying its hypotheses an quasi experimental design is selected. Randomly sample is chosen from the students of fourth stage at ( Khalil Martyr preparatory school an d Al - Asri high school) which are followed to the general directorate of education for diyala / Khanqeen district , as a sample of the study, it is consisted of 60 student in the amount of 30 students in experimental group who taught history syllabus according to syncetics strategy, and 30 students in control group who taught history syllabus according to the traditional way. An equivalence has been done between the two groups in the number of variables including ( Intelligence quotient, age ( monthly counting ) , academic level of the father, academic level of the mother, pre - test of innovative thinking).History syllabus is stated , representing by the first five chapters of history textbook (the Arabic and Islamic civilization) which is admitted by Ministry of Iraqi Education for the academic year (2013 - 2014) for student at fourth stage. The researcher constructed innovative thinking test after reviewing the literature and previous studies , as a research tool, it consists of 20 items distributed on the 5 situations for each skill of innovative thinking, namely, (intellectual fluency, spontaneity and flexibility, and originality).The test validity has been achieved by exposing the instrument on jury members , while reliability has been verified through applying the test on pilot study. The researchers wrote 156 behavioral goal for the first five chapters and prepared plans for teaching the two groups of the study and display models on a group of specialists in the field of teaching methods, measurement and evaluation, educational psychology, and history.The researcher taught the two groups by himself through the period of experiment which lasted an entire semester. The statistical methods are used for data processing are t - test for two independent samples and interrelated, chi - square , coefficient of difficulty, power discrimination and alpha - cronbach formula. The results of the study show that there are statistically significant differences at level (0.5) in favor of experimental group who taught the history of Arabic and Islamic civilization by using the syncetics strategy in developing innovative thinking on the control group who taught history subject by using the traditional way of teaching In the light of results , umber of recommendations are drawn.1 - Adopting syncetics strategy in teaching history to students of literary fourth grade because of its many benefits in terms of developing thinking , accuracy of observation , the organization of scientific material, which may help in learning of historical material and the process of retention.2 - Practicing history teachers to teach in accordance with the syncetics strategy through regularity attendance in training courses, educational seminars and preparing clear guide to demonstrates teaching method according to historical material on this strategy. In the light of the results obtained in the present study, the researcher suggests the following ;1 - Conducting a study to compare the syncetics strategy with other strategies in the development of innovative thinking. 2 - The effectiveness of the use of syncetics strategy in the developing of multi - types of thinking (scientific , contemplative, and critic).

The second chapter has two sections, the first is the theoretical literature which involves the comprehensive quality in its meaning, historical development and its principles in addition to the quality through Islamic and western perspective and the relation of quality concept with some concepts which referred to the quality in different term. The second section has a number of previous Arab and foreign studies that engage with quality concept besides a number of studies link with educational intellect. The third is for achieving the first aim of the study, that is getting access to the knowledge of educational quality in Islamic educational intellectthrough some of educational thinkers of Muslims like Ibn Sahnoun, Al - Mawardy, Al - Ghazaly, Ibn - Jamaha and Ibn - Khaldoun. The standers of the quality of instructor, leaner and the method are taking into consideration. In the forth chapter the researcher endeavors to get knowledge of the teaching quality, instructor and method characteristics according to the views of some western educational thinkers like John Locke, Jean - Jacques Rousseau, Bastalozy,Macarankou and John and John Dewey). The fifth chapter is allotted to make balance between the two intellects and has knowledge of similarities and differences about the quality of instruct, learner and method. The two are similar in emphasizing on the importance of instruct role in educational process in addition that (he or she) should get a number of skillful and ethical characteristics and manners of dealing with learners. The views of thinkers are also similar in the two intellects about the importance of having some ethical qualities by the learner such as respecting the instruct and science. About the curriculum issue, the two have emphasized the importance of involving the content of the curriculum with learners life in addition to the importance of variety in assessment ways and methods of teaching. The curriculum should have a part of activities that have a positive role in teaching process.The study arrives to a number of conclusions. Some of them are : - Quality in Islam passes the earthly material limits - which the quality in present time defines - to the final reward in the life after death. - The western intellect focused on one side or more of quality system. The Islamic one put all the quality concepts within a frame of integrated motive system. - The Islamic educational intellect emphasized on the importance of instruct role in teaching process. Preparing him or her effectively was through getting intellectual and cognitive skills as ( he or she) considered a basic pivot in teaching process. The researcher has referred to some recommendations through what she got. Some of them are : - Using Islamic concepts and terms in educational literature about quality concept while using it in teaching rather than using western concepts and terms because they are limited and do not fulfill Islamic education aims. - Consolidating the Islamic values that call to the high quality of educational process with all its elements by involving it in the curriculum. - Working on putting the comprehensive quality concepts into our curriculum to make benefit for our Islamic nation.The researcher suggests conducting a number of researches for this study or depending on it.
