There are obvious weakness in the representativeness paragraphs Altmarenah to the level of learning of the content of the scientific article of behavioral goals, which came at two levels (application and analysis), while paragraphs Altmarenah came on three levels (comprehension, application and analysis) has won the level of understanding of a large number and a high proportion of paragraphs Altmarenah causing this distribution represents a clear flaw paragraphs Altmarenah weakness in the representation of the required levels of learning and this is proved after calculating the difference in percentages between them and the behavioral objectives. 2. There are obvious weakness in the representativeness paragraphs Altmarenah of particles content of scientific material, all of the behavioral objectives and this has been shown after calculating the difference and% between the rates of paragraphs and Nspthma percentage (within the subject and inside the book) and after the distribution paragraphs Altmarenah on each of the behavioral objectives, number and rate of release percentage of the total paragraphs Altmarenah within the same subject. In light of the results of this research researcher recommended a number of recommendations, including the following : 1. The need to adopt the authors of a certain standard curriculum through which to identify and formulate learning of the content of scientific material levels (behavioral objectives) and paragraphs Altmarenah so as to achieve representation and the link between them.2. The need to adopt the authors of the curriculum a certain standard from which to determine the necessary number of paragraphs Altmarenah to achieve and acquire behavioral goal that put to him, according to the proportion of each object and its importance. 3. The need to benefit from specialists in the field (curriculum and methods of teaching Arabic) and Arabic language teachers in junior high school and who have extensive experience in the field of curriculum by involving them in the Arabic language books written by the rules and in particular in the design exercise. As a complement to this study, the researcher suggested a number of studies, including the following : 1. building exercises effective representative of the scientific content of the material in the collection of Arabic language rules for fourth grade literature. 2. building exercises effective representative of the scientific content of the material in the collection of Arabic language rules for the fifth grade literary. 3. One of those civilization is that of the Mesopotamia which we are not able to recognize it without its antiques and we may forget it.Art has a great effect in our life since it moderates and prepares it to have pure conceptual and aesthetic.Connotatious that are sometimes characterized with guidance and judjement which aim to educate and teach individuals. It is this concept that leads to paying attention to art and artistic herit~; : ~ wether it belong> to Iraq or the t,ra\ : i Nation or the Wc;rld. l [nks c : fi.its maturity cannot be completed and they cannot reach individuals without highly efficient executive means that makes the art education lesson and the art education teacher who has to practise his profession in the spirit of science and culture as aliving pattern which combines the past and the present to be a source of building a future that has the orginilaity of innovation and its aesthetic values.The educational and teaching foundations, with its different orientations, pay attention to art as education and aesthetic values that enable individuals to increase their consciousness l and to reveal their innovations so as to serve countries. One of the practical attention to the importance of the art education teacher and the methods of his training is the focus given upon him. This study has appeared to show, on field, the need to educate and teach the pupils waht fulfil the aim and objectives of the educational and the teachning institutions in Iraq by constructing a criterion for the preparation of art education teacher of which its probelm arises clearly since it lacks (quality and quantity because of the absence of the criteria to be dependent on in his preparation. Also, to make these institutions follow this criteria as a scientific approach to be considered in the progrmmes of the art education teacher preparation to become as a hand - book in his teaching task in intermediate and secondary schools in Iraq according to the aforcesaid situations. Construction of criteria for preparing Art's education teachers in Iraq. 2 - Knowing whether there are differentiations of statistical indication to the importance of the criteria in its final shape. within the individuals of the research sample according to the variant of the level of study as follows : a - Master vs. Doctor; b - Master vs. Bachelor; c - Doctor vs. Bachelor. Limits of the Study and It's ProceduresThe sample of the research is limited to the follwoing : 1 - Teachers of the college of Art Education Babylon University.2 - Teachers of the Department of Art Education in the College of Fine Arts - Baghdad University.3 - Teachers of the Department of Art Education in the College of Teachers - Basrah University.4 - Teachers of the Insitute of fine Arts in Basrah Governorate.5 - Teachers of Art Education in Intermediate and Secondary Schools 111 Basrah Governorate in 1996/1997.The study contains a theoret;cal framework which i1 eludes th~ tea - : hers preparation if! A - ~b and Islamic education and in Iraq. lt also includes the beginnings of the teaching of art education and its development in Iraq and in some of the Arab and world countries(comparison and analysis and some Arab and foreign studies totalling to (10) Arab studies and (9) foreign ones which are helpful to the results of the study methodalogically.In order to obtain the objective of the research, the researcher conducts the following procedures : 1 - A view - point questionnaire was delivered to a sample of Headmasters of the art education teachers totalling (30) headmasters and it includes three questions.2 - A view - point questionnair was prepared and distributed to a sample of teachers of the College of Art Education and the Departments of the Art Education in the Universities of Babylon, Baghdad, Mosul and Basrah which is totalling to (30) teachers.3 - Some previous stuidies and literatures, whose aims deal with the establishing of criteria and standards to develop the curricula and the methods folllow in the programms of teachers preparation, were taken into consideration.4 , A First - Formula questionnaire was prepared consisiting of (119) items distributed as ( 48) items for the scientific field, ( 45) items for the vocational field and (26) items for the cultural field. Then the questionnair was presented to a committee of expertsto prove the credibility of its items.After making the required modifications, it became ready in its final formula containing (104)items distributed as (45) scientific items, (35) vocational items and (24) cultural items, A scale was given to each item represented as (very important, only important, and less important), This scale was applied on the sample of the study which totals to ( 102) individuals distributed as (70) university teachers holding master and doctorate degrees, and (32) teachers of institutes, intermediate and secondary schools holding bechelor dergrees, In order to make sure that the steadiness of the criterion is trustworthy, the half - partitioning method is used since it is a favourable means that is adaptable to the nature of this research, It is calculated by three statistical equations so as to obtain the best degree for the steadiness of the items of the criterion, Thirty forms have been chosen renadomly from the total number of the forms where it valued (0,87) according to Guttman equation, (0,86) according to Rulon equation, and (0, 78)according to pearson equation, It was corrected according to Sperman - Brown equation where it values (0,88), Then the general average of the steadiness of these equations was calculated where it values (0, 87) which is regarded to be the final steadiness of the criterion, Getting this percentage indicates that the criterion has a high degree of steadiness in the response of the individuals of the research sample towards its items,The Statistical Means Used are as Follows : 1 - Percentages,2 - Fischer's equation to acquire the degree of the sharpness of the items,3 - Guttman, Rulon and Pearson equations to obtain the steadiness,4 - Sperman - Brown equation for correction,5 - The mean equation to ohtain the difference of assessment between the replies of the sample of masters and docotors, on the one hand, and the sample of the bachelors on the other hand,6 - T - Test to obtain the objective of the research secpndaly, The Most Important Results of the Research are1 - (39) itmes from the total (45) items of the scientific criterion - art education are taken into consideration, The most important items include the following : a - He shows the importance of art education in the life of individuals and it enables him to clarify it to others,b - He has knowledge about the formations of the islamic and enviromental ornaments to help his pupils to adapt the adequate elements of design, c - He has been acquainted with the philosophy and the educational objectives of Iraq,2 - (33) items from the total (35) items of the vocational criterion - art education areconsideered. The most important items consist of the following : a - He has the ability to convey the artistic skills from and to the learner throug~ the analysis of art works.b - His ability to make the participating pupils effective in writing, imagination and performance in the atrical show.c - He is acquainted very well with different methods of teaching.3 - (22) items from the total (24) items of the cultural criterion - art education ate considered. The most important items include the following.a - He masters well one of the foreign languages in order to read about what is new in the world arts.b - He beleives in the originality of the Iraqi civilization and its artistic heritage.c - He beleives and works to obtain the Arab NAtion objectives through bis artistic works.4 - By the assessment of the mean of the general criterion items to the replies of the study sample, it has appeared that there is an agreement among their view points that the general assessment is about (good and fair). This is indicated by drawings.5 - To obtain the objective of the research secondly, the statistical results indicated that, by u·;ing the T - test, there ar~. no differe : i~itations of statist;cal indication ·vheiher at the level in indication (0.05) or (0.01) between (the sample of the masters and thesample of the docotrs), (the sample of the doctors and the sample of the bachelors) and (the sample of the masters and tile sample of the bachelors). This matter sustains the results of the research in the outcomings of the results of the first objective of thisstudy. The study makes some recommendations of which the most important ones are : l - The necesity to consider the items of the general criterion - art education in th programmes of the preparation of the art educaton teachers.He must pay them enough attention to be within the plan of his curricula in th college and departments of art education. He must give them scales approperiate wit the need of the college or the educational insititution in which he teachs his lesson 2 - These criteria (scientific, vocational and cultural) for the preparation of the education teachers are considered as a complete uint that credits the meaning of t concept of preparation.3 - These art education teachers whose do not graduate from the colleges and departmen of art education should participate in training courses prepared to such purpose order to elevate their scientific artistic cultural potentialities, abilities and efficien yon the light of what appears in the items of this criterion.

Abstract: يرمى هذا البحث الى بناء برنامج تدريسي مقترح على وفق منحنى النظم لمادة اصول التربية، ومن ثم التثبت من فاعلية البرنامج التدريسي المقترح في تحصيل طلبة كلية التربية الاساسية، بتطبيق البرنامج على طلبة المرحلة الاولى/ قسم الرياضيات/ كلية التربية الاساسية/ الجام | This research aims to build a proposed teaching program in accordance with the teaching - oriented systems for the material of assets of education and then verify the effectiveness the proposed teaching program in the collection of students of the Faculty of Basic Education on the application of program on the first stage students Department of Mathematics - Faculty of Basic Education - University of Al - Mustansyria To measure the effectiveness and achieve the aim of research then to build a teaching program for material of assets education and then search for teaching material assets education consists of six chapters, each chapter consist of general goals and behavioral goals and activities and then applied in the College of Basic Education using the experimental design for the two experimental and control groups with a posttest choice collection. The researcher selected sample is deliberate composed of 110 students by 55 students for each of the experimental group and the control group. The researcher equated between the two groups in the number of variables are - chronological age and choice of intelligence and academic achievement for parents and the rate of the previous year.And then researcher tries to adjust the number of extraneous variables that may affect the dependent variable. The search tool included dimensional collected test to measure the effectiveness of the proposed program - oriented systems, according to the material assets of Education, prepared by the researcher and consists of 50 paragraphs divided into two questions. The first question consists of 40 paragraphs of the multi - type test and the second question consists of 10 paragraphs of type of short article , researcher has been used second test to two independent samples and Kia - square coefficient of discrimination and coefficient of difficulty as a statistical means for data analysis and the results showed that the material assets of Education at the College of Basic Education of the effectiveness and the presence of significant difference statistically between the experimental group and the control group in the level of study achievement for the material of assets of education for the benefit of the experimental group and in light of the results reached by the current study, the researcher concluded the following;1 - The program of material of assets of education contributed to in this study to raise the level of student achievement. 2 - The results the current research have been identical to the modern studies and literature, which emphasizes the importance of educational programs and extension of the educational process.3 - The proposed teaching program is according to the teaching - oriented systems helped individuals of search sample to acquire teaching skills and the development of attitudes towards the teaching profession The researcher came out a set of recommendations are as follows; 1 - Emphasize the importance of modern strategies in the curriculum so as to raise the level of performance of students in the faculty of Basic Education in the educational process. 2 - Generalization education program after pleading proposed as a method in the teaching of material of assets of education in colleges of Basic Education.3 - Increase the assessed hours of study for the material of assets of education being one of the subjects that contribute to the construction of the per formative aspect of the teaching profession.1 - The researcher came out a set of proposals including Conduct a similar study dealing with the effectiveness of the proposed program in accordance with oriented systems the in the collection of material of assets of colleges of Basic Education in Iraqi universities.2 - The impact of the diversity of use for methods and various modern teaching methods in student achievement and increase their motive to learn material of assets of Education.3 - The impact of the teaching program according to the oriented systems to enable the students of the Faculty of Basic Education to acquire teaching skills by employing modern teaching strategies.

To achieve the goal the researcher followed the experimental method procedures, as determined empirically chose a partial set. A randomized experimental group and the control design choice of the post test and prepared achievement test (after me) and adopted a measure (a samurai and others, 2012) And chose a researcher chose sample of students fourth grade at the Faculty of Islamic Science University of Salahaddin - Erbil for the academic year (2014 - 2015) AD, for the purpose of application of the experiment, as the number of respondents reached (59) students of (30) students of the group studied by using Instructional Design - learning proposal, and (29) students studied in the usual way. The rewarded researcher between the two sets of research using test samples t (t - test) for two independent samples and Chi - square (Ca 2) in the variables (chronological age measured in months - and the tendency towards the profession - and the test intelligence - and the collection of parents)The researcher adjusts the numbers of extraneous variables that may affect the dependent variable. The researcher studied two groups of search content material to study the proposed teaching methods and includes six modules.The researcher has formulated targets behavioral units of study and six levels of cognitive domain of Bloom's Taxonomy, amounting to (180) target has been confirmed researcher of validity through the presentation to the experts. The researcher prepared teaching plans for each lesson plans lessons (21) plan to subjects of the study model which offered experts to demonstrate their validity, and after identifying the subjects and the formulation of behavioral objectives for each topic researcher prepared achievement test to see the level of student achievement in the subject of teaching methods consisting of three questions The first question of the multiple choice type consists of (40) paragraph second question of questions the of the essay questions and third question the complete systems incomplete and adopted a researcher Scale (Samurai and others, 2012) which consisted of (33) paragraph in its final form and then testing and standard on the two sets of search after the completion of the experiment, which lasted a full academic year and the use of samples t - test (t - test) for two independent samples and interrelated The results of the study of what comes.• There were statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students and the average score in the control group students achievement. • statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the average grades students of the experimental group and the control group in Scale Tendency of the teaching profession dimensional and in the interest of the experimental group students.
