Abstract: تعد التمرينات الادراكية المهارية من الوسائل التي لها دور مهم في التعلم والتدريب لغرض تحسين الناحية المهارية بواسطة التقدم بالمهارات الحركية الخاصة بلعبة كرة اليد وضمان المستوى الجيد , اذ يعد الاقتراب من شكل الاداء الامثل وطريقته واجبا اساسيا لعملية التعلم | The exercise of the cognitive skills is one of the means that have an important role in learning and training for the purpose of improving the technique side by the progress motor skills for the game of handball and ensure a good level , as it is approaching the form of ideal performance and the way it's essential duty to the learning process and in order to achieve this level of quality we have to choose exercises appropriate educational and meaningful to teach beginners and develop them to be the basis for the high level of the learner in the game, and help increase the knowledge of teachers and trainers to teach this game based on the existence of the cognitive exercises as well as shortening the period of learning movement in order to double the number of movements that are learned through the module. It is through the experience of the researcher and his interest in a game of handball noticed a weakness in the skills of handling and shooting from the level of the head in handball for the learners at the intermediate level , the most important symptoms observed by a researcher at the diagnosis of the problem is the occurrence of many mistakes in those skills ,and this may be due to several reasons. including the failure to use the proper exercises to learn those skills. The researcher can clarify his problem by asking the following : Do the exercises of cognitive skills of sequential manner in dealing with the impact of information and the developing some of the sensual perceptions of for the handling and shooting skills in handball for ages 13 - 14 years ? : The present study aims to1. Preparing impact of exercise on cognitive skills in a sequential manner to the skills in formation of handling and shooting handball for ages 13 - 14 years. 2. Identify the impact of exercise on cognitive skills in a sequential manner to the skills in formation of handling and shooting handball for ages 13 - 14 years. 3. Identify the impact of exercise on cognitive skills in a sequential manner in the developing of some of the sensual perceptions of the skills of handling and shooting hand roller for ages 13 - 14 years. : The study has identified presumably in 1. the presence of statistically significant differences between pre and posttests in scale information processing and some sensual perceptions of the skills of handling and shooting in hand ball for the experimental group and in favor of a posteriori tests. 2. The presence of statistically significant differences in the post tests on a scale information processing and some perceptions of the skills of handling and shooting hand roller between the control and experimental groups and in favor of the experimental group. The researcher used the descriptive manner survey in building scale information processing , The survey provides the researcher with in formations which enables him in analysis and interpretation and decision - making , and reveals to him about relationships between studied variables. The researcher depend on the experimental method and who knows that deliberate change and exact conditions specified for a particular incident , and then note the resulting changes in the incident itself, as well as its interpretation. Superior Design Group random selection of the pretest and posttest and call it ( experimental design with a control arbitrator ). The researcher conducted the experiment on a sample of 60 students from the intermediate school (Grade I) were divided randomly into two groups, a control and experimental , including each group (30 ) students. The tests were conducted tribal groups control and experimental scale information processing , which was built by the researcher tests perceptions which have been identified by the researcher and private skills ( handling and shooting ) game of handball , and located within the curriculum of the Ministry of Education for the intermediate level , then applied the independent variable , which is a workout cognitive skill sequential manner to the experimental group for a period of 8 weeks at a rate of two units of the elite educational per week to become a whole (16) and educational unit , without a control group then conducted tests of two extracted statistically significant differences between the tests. : In light of the findings of the study, the researcher concluded the following1. The cognitive exercise skills in sequential manner used in the present study had a positive impact on information processing and the development of some of the sensual perceptions of the skills of handling and shooting hand roller for ages 1314 years.2. The exercise prepared the foundations for the adoption of sound scientific progression from easy to difficult and movement without the ball and then the ball , contributed to the development of sensual perceptions under discussion.3. The exorcises contains cognitive skills on diversity and redundancy and fits in with the age level of the research sample helped in the development of sensual perceptions under discussion 4. The way to explain and display and performance skills with appropriate feedback in the educational part of the main section contributed to the speed of information of sensual processing specialized with skills under discussionIn light of the conclusions reached by the researcher recommended the following : 1. Concern for the development of sensual perceptions for the rest of the skills in the game of handball.2. Development perceptions of other skills and games and different ages and sexes , boys and girls. 3. The use of the tests in determining the perceptions of the different skills and all of the games before starting their development4. Attention in a way to demonstrate skills in the educational part because that would lead to the development of perceptions about skill and how their performance.

To afford this age group of privacy in motor learning of the fact that basic movements become automatic , where the pupil starts to derive movements from it. So, the researcher intended to find a suitable environment that helps physical growth and motor accuracy through the gymnastics game, and for the privacy of it. Also to learn some skills and the importance of this age group. Research Problem The lessons of physical education for this age carry public prescription. In the sense that the movements practiced by the pupil are performed randomly through the practice of some small games and traditional exercises which are used by the teacher. As well as, the stories of the motor , which are often limited movement with the lack of focus on individual performance which is often influenced by performance of the teamwork to achieve the goal. The specialization of physical , kinetic and skills for this age group did not take sufficient attention to the exact shape as well as the lack of schools to the specific fields of play can make the pupil a distinct player in some sports. Generally, that lack led to the weakness in the physical attributes and motor skills development. It was also affected by long sitting in front of electronic devices in houses. As well as , the difficulty or disability in learning the skills of gymnastics in particular. Research Objectives1. Designing playing field for first grade at elementary schools. 2. Identifying the effect of playing field in developing physical and motor attributes and acquiring basic skills to the research sample.3. Identifying the preference of groups in post - tests in physical and motor attributes and acquiring of the some basic skills in gymnastic. Research Hypotheses 1. There are statistically significant differences in pre and post - tests concerned with physical attributes and motor skills as well some basic skills in gymnastic for both experimental and control group2. There are statistically significant differences in post - tests concerned with physical attributes and motor skills as well some basic skills in gymnastic for both experimental and control groups. The fields Areas of Research : - The field : The schools of boys in Baqubah downtown, and the number of pupils (4595) - The time field : From 9 /2 / 2013 and till 27 / 2 / 2014. - Spatial field : The Yard of Al - Khamael Elementary schooland the interior hall of Al - Toor Elementary school for boys.Theoretical Studies and similar StudiesThis chapter includes theoretical studies about the subject of research. The researcher has taken in consideration the gymnastics and special devices used in this sport. Besides, the assistive devices and tools used in learning the movements as far as the physical and kinetic development. Furthermore, the privacy of the age group of the current study and physical attributes and motor skills as well. In addition to some of basic skills in gymnastic. Two of related previous studies are concerned. Research Methodology and Procedures In this part , the researcher dealt with how to choose the research methodology and field procedures of the current study. The researcher used the experimental design of the two groups with a pre and post - tests on a sample of 40 pupils at the first grade in Al - Khamael primary school. The experimental group is complied with a curriculum designed by the researcher for two months and by (2) units per week. While, the control group is submitted to the conventional method of teaching. Pre - tests are conducted before applying the curriculum which are designed for physical education lesson. The experiment study was conducted in the framework of daily lesson plan prepared by the researcher. Physical attributes and motor skills were identified depending on scientific sources, experts' opinions and researcher's experience in the game's field. As well as, the basic skills of gymnastic in accordance with the curriculum of the Ministry of Education and then the post tests were conducted for the research sample. The results are processed statistically by the use of the SPSS statistical system and the use of appropriate statistical means to extract the results. The Conclusions In light of research findings, the researcher has reached the following conclusions1. The dynamic nature of the work on the field especially for this age group during the process of learning and performing in physical education classes gives speed and ease through the motor programs which are stored in memory.2. The balance in motor development is achieved through practicing on the field designed and gymnastics in particular for the age group.3. The nature of the design feature invested motor performance for this age group and are not time - bound , as many observed that the child's movement and the change in performance gives the opportunity to invest in the construction and motor learning variation.4. The use of the field and its organs may develop pupil's confidence through self - reliance and achieve the overall cooperation between the pupils through the assistance provided by the pupils among them.Recommendations : In light of the research's' findings, the following recommendations are stated : 1 - The use of such designs help pupil's in performance without the need to the teacher's assistance by controlling the variables of performance and the accuracy of assistance to complete the practicing according to bio - mechanic basis in the design.2 - Directing physical education lesson of this age to exercise a kind of sports to take advantage of the information stored in the memory in the future.3 - Adapting of Gymnastics for this age group to achieve a balanced growth of the motor.4 - Adoption of the Ministry of Education to the field for being designed according to the curriculum Headquarters by them.5 - More concentrating on physical education lessons through using the field on the upper part of body because the nature performance of daily practicing for child concerned with the lower part which more used in his / her movements.6 - Depending on the body weight in designing to develop the power quality for the privacy of the age group.

Abstract: Long jump achievement for the young players depends on special physical capacities and the artistic performance defined by several biomechanical variables, this requires former scientific planning for the sport training programs using modern ways and methods of sport training, because of the low level of long jump achievement for young players and the lack of teacher's interest in developing special physical capacities and biomechanical variables effecting achievement the researcher prepared a training program to develop physical abilities , biomechanical variables, achievement , and the percentage of its contribution in the long jump achievement for young players so that the teachers can benefit from it in planning their training programs.The study aimed to the following : 1. preparing a training program for the long jump achievement for young players.2. Recognizing the effect of the training program in some physical capacities and biomechanical variables and long jump achievement for young players.3. Recognizing the percentage of contribution of some physical capacities and biomechanical variables in the long jump achievement for young players.To check the aims of the study the researcher assumed the following : 1. There are significant differences between the before and after test results in physical capacities and biomechanical variables and the long jump achievement for the young players.2. The physical capacities and biomechanical variables contribute in different percentages in the long jump achievement for young players.Concerning the theoretical studies the researcher discussed the training program, physical capacities, and biomechanical variables special for long jump for young players, along with the contribution percentage and the artistic stages of the long jump performance, and the previous studies related to the subject of this study were also discussed.The experimental method of the single group was used, and the researcher performed the following field procedures : - The sample of the study contained the long jump players in the training centre for the strength sports in Dyala aged (16 - 17) years, numbered (9 ) players. - Defining the methods, ways, and tools used in the research. - Defining the physical variables and its special tests and performing the scientific basics that are corrected by the researcher and defining the biomechanical variables and the method of measuring it. - The first field experiment special for the physical and biomechanical variables and the second field experiment special for the training program. - The before tests were performed. - Steps of preparing the training program. - Applying the training program that included four training units every week on (Friday, Saturday, Monday, Wednesday) for eight weeks, in total of (32) training units. - After performing the training program the after tests were performed in the same conditions of the before tests. - The results were processed and they concluded the data concerning the research using the statistical program (SPSS), and after that the results were projected, analyzed, and discussed, and the researcher achieved many conclusions including : ? The Effectiveness of the training program in developing the achievement of the long jump.? The effectiveness of the training program in developing the physical capacities understudy (speed - strength - distinctive power - flexibility).? The effectiveness of the training program in developing the biochemical variables understudy (approach angle ,pushing angle, starting angle, approach speed, starting speed, pushing time, instantaneous pushing, the efficiency of the instantaneous pushing).d? The physical capacities combined and the biochemical variables combined ,all which connected with the achievement that has significant indication.? Each one of the physical abilities and the biochemical variables contributed to the achievement of the long jump for the young players, and each has its own nature and contribution.In the light of the previous results the researcher recommends the following : ? Use the training program in developing the physical capacities and the biomechanical variables and the achievement of the young players in the long jump.? Adopt the results of the physical capacities and the biomechanical variables investigated and to get benefit from them in preparing the training programs for the long jumping.? Enable the trainers to know the biomechanical variables and the kinetic analysis programs.? Make studies and similar researches by using various training tools at different levels.? Considering the contribution percentages of the physical and biomechanical variables and benefiting from it in planning the long jump training programs for young players

Abstract: العاب القوى هي عروس الالعاب واكثر الالعاب اثارة وتشويق وفيها اكثر نسبة لحصد المداليات في البطولات (44) مدالية وتشمل العاب القوى على فعاليات الركض والجري والوثب والقفز وفعاليات الرمي ويضاف الى ذلك ان التنافس بها يكون فردي وفي نفس الوقت فرقي.و فعالية ركض | The thesis comprised five chapters : Chapter One : Introduction and Significance of the Study : 1.1 Study introduction and significance : Athletics is a main type of sports and one of the most interesting and games. It carries the biggest ratio of medals reaching up to (44) ones. Athletics include the games of track and field, jumping and throw. Moreover, it is of individual and team competitions. 400 M hurdles is one of the games in athletics in which players compete to achieve the least time via utmost speed which requires female players to have high physical abilities, especially those influencing achievement. Thus, many efforts were conducted to develop methods of training, styles used in training and exercises included within the training unit which improved high records. Setting such trainings and exercises and maintaining modern training approaches is a major need to develop the level of players and their physical abilities which is a corner stone in achievement.Therefore, the researcher find it important to indulge in the field of training to use ballistic exercises which means using weights in new ways that are not exceeding 50% of the overall ability of the player, i.e., using rather light weights in quick frequencies. It helps to make many muscular groups to work perfectly at the same time. Ballistic training is a complementary, not alternative method to the traditional weightlifting method in developing muscular strength. Furthermore, lifting rather light weights within high speeds tend to excite working, antagonist and fixation muscles as well as overcoming lack of speed resulting from traditional weights training which will improve and develop physical abilities and traits and, in turn, reaching the best achievement in addition to proprioceptors improvement exercises of working and antagonist muscles. Such exercises comprise muscles stretching to the utmost possible level and imposing nearly maximum power on the muscle indulged in the activity so as to accomplish strength improvement through influencing the extent of the power produced from muscle contraction. Here lies the significance of the study in the objective and logical linkage between modern training elements by using new ideas and notions via combining and including new trainings and exercises in the followed training methods which are to open new horizons in modern training. Through the researcher's perception, she found out that developing and improving muscles acclimation via paying attention to the minute details will guarantee achieving a development in the physical abilities under study and, then, will be of positive outputs in the physical side and in achievement. Hence is the significance of the study in shedding light on certain exercises that are to labor to develop some physical abilities and 400 M hurdles achievement among young female players. 1.2 Problem of the Study : 400M hurdles is still facing many obstacles, among them are the approaches, methods, training and exercises that are forming a training program on which it relies in accomplishing great achievements. Due to the researcher's experience in the field being an athletics trainer and track and field player, especially 400 M hurdles, she has figured out the weak achievements of female players in this activity which is mostly resulting from the lack in some physical abilities like (explosive power, speed characterized strength, speed length and flexibility). All this is stemming from the quality of exercises included in the followed training methods in the training units as well as from the nature of exercises in the approach that is adopted in the training process which is leading to a shortage in achievements.Therefore, the researcher aimed at tackling this problem trying to put solutions within available potentials through using some exercises that combine ballistic power and proprioceptors exercises of working and antagonist muscles in order to develop the special physical abilities of female players in this activity which are of great influence on achievements.This new approach is having the ability to combine weight - jump exercises with the ability of improving proprioceptors which is one of the requirements to develop the explosive motions in the most possible speed to overcome the lack of speed resulting from traditional weight training. Furthermore, proprioceptors activity development exercises work on increasing muscles elasticity and flexibility and, in turn, bringing out more power and accomplishing best achievements.1.3 Aims of the Study : 1. Setting special exercises via the use of ballistic power and vitalizing proprioceptors for some working and antagonist muscles in 400m hurdles.2. Identifying the exercises' effect on developing some physical abilities.3. Knowing the exercises' impact on achievement development in 400m hurdles.4. Recognizing the best group in developing physical abilities and achievement in 400m hurdles for young female players in the post - test.1.4 Hypotheses : 1. There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post tests in the development of special physical abilities and achievement between the two experimental groups in favor of the post test.2. There are statistically significant variations in the physical abilities and achievement between the two experimental groups in the post tests.1.5 Scope of the Study : 1.5.1 Human Scope : a sample of 400 m hurdles young female players.1.5.2 Periodic Scope : the period of time from Sep.1.2014 to Nov.1.2014.1.5.3 Spatial Scope : Alshaab International Stadium.Chapter Two : Theoretical Studies & Previous Literature : In this chapter, the researcher tackled some theoretical studies in relation to the topic under study. Among them; the concept and significance of physical training, its objectives, traits and scopes in addition to the effect of training on muscles, methods of physical training and physical training in athletics.Moreover, the researcher referred to ballistic force exercises in terms of; concept, importance, stages of ballistic work, bases of ballistic exercises and their limitations, followed methods in ballistic exercises, setting ballistic exercises, their influence and benefits of ballistic exercises.Proprioceptors motivation exercises (PNF) showed their concept, physiological bases of proprioceptors work, benefits of using nerve - muscle facilities of proprioceptors, major PNF exercises and their role in muscle stretch. It is worth mentioning also that muscles under study are musculus rectus femoris (quadriceps muscle of thigh) and the soleus muscle in addition to muscular power, the concept of muscular strength and its types, the activity of 400m hurdles run, technical stages of this activity and previous studies.Chapter Three : Methodology and Procedures : This chapter included methodology of the study. The researcher adopted the experimental method of two experimental groups with pre and post tests because it suits the nature of the study problem. Sample of the study is deliberately selected from young female players distributed as even numbers represent the first experimental group that followed the (ballistic training), while odd numbers represent the second experimental group that is using (ballistic training and proprioceptors motivation exercises). The researcher, then, delineated a group of tools and devices that are necessary to gain the required results. They included; research procedures, field experiment and special ability tests which comprise explosive force, speed characterized strength, speed and flexibility perseverance and achievement test in 400m hurdles run so as to accomplish the study aims and hypotheses in addition to relying on adopting suitable statistical tools o process results of the study.Chapter Four : Results analysis and Discussion After applying the statistical processes, this chapter exposed results of the failed experiment. It included showing, analyzing and discussing the pre and post tests of the two experimental groups as well as the development ratio. The researcher was able to process the results she gained via tests, showing them in tables and figures, and then discussing them scientifically, reinforcing them with sources.Chapter five : Conclusion and Recommendations Throughout results analysis and discussion, the researcher found out the following : 1. Ballistic and proprioceptors motivation training developed the (explosive power and speed characterized force, strength and speed endurance of arms and flexibility.2. A development in flexibility and an increase in the kinetic level of female players who were trained according to proprioceptors motivation exercises compared with little development in the ballistic training group.3. The adoption of ballistic and proprioceptors motivation training helped in developing the achievement of young female players in 400m hurdles run among both experimental groups.4. There are differences between the pre and post tests in favor of the post - tests in both study groups.5. There are variations between the post - tests of the two experimental groups in favor of the second experimental group.In the light of these conclusions, the researcher recommended the following : 1. Adopting ballistic and proprioceptors motivation training in the exercises of athletics federation training centers due to their positive effects in developing physical abilities and, in turn, developing achievements.2. Using ballistic and proprioceptors motivation training in similar studies dealing with other sports and applied on other ages.3. The necessity of using ballistic and proprioceptors training with muscular groups other than those used in the present study to examine their impact.4. The use of PNF training within physical training programs.
