Abstract:
تمتلك المدن التقليدية ذات الجذور التاريخية والتراث الحضاري ومنها مدننا العربية عموما ومدننا العراقية على وجه الخصوص , خصائص معينة ناتجة من ثوابت ومحددات بيئية وثقافية متمثلة بالخصائص المادية للمدن التقليدية وتشمل البيئية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والجمالية | Cities have the traditional historical roots and cultural heritage, including Arab towns in general, and cities of Iraq in particular, certain characteristics resulting from the constant and the parameters of environmental, cultural form of physical characteristics of traditional cities include environmental, social, economic, aesthetic and non - physical characteristics of Others include intellectual, social, artistic, which gave its cultural identity And attribute them over time, it also faces great challenges in light of the evolution of modern and emerging challenges represented by these physical challenges, which include (population explosion and the crisis of transport and communications, pollution, energy consumption, technology, communications and information revolution) and non - physical challenges of others (the crisis of identity, alienation, globalization ), Which was a threat to these cities in civilization side and the future development. Therefore, research take urban design policies and methods with regard to urban renewal for the Future of Urban best of these cities and assimilate the age and its challenges, thus identified the problem of research the future development of cities with traditional historical roots and their attitude towards the immediate challenges of the age and the role of urban renewal policies in that. And define the research aims by providing knowledge on traditional cities with the historical roots by discussion over the physical characteristics and non - physical and put the challenges facing these cities to identify the most important urban renewal strategies best suited to the nature of these cities that represent the origins of Action for the future development of these cities. Assumed that the traditional cities of the historical roots of many of the constants and parameters relating to physical characteristics and non - physical characteristics for such cities as it faces significant challenges in light of the evolution of the times, therefore, the existence of a future vision for how those cities in the near future is a necessity for urban renewal policies and selection Most of which is key to the city's future and be absorbed by the immediate requirements of the age as a Predictive. The research methodology adopted analytical and descriptive in the theoretical framework, and practical framework has been selected five global examples (Arab and Western) that represent the cities of the future rooted historical and civilization heritage, The results showed the effectiveness of urban renewal policies in the future development traditional cities with historical roots and absorb solutions thereby realizing convoyed the age and preserve the cultural heritage and inspire cultural heritage at the level of details or potential sleeper, which is considered some of them as solutions to the challenges of the times, and the varying policies of urban renewal in accordance with the importance of Heritage area in addition to other factors, has focused on preserving areas of high architectural value with a flexible approach to preserving and reviving the architectural heritage and linking it with the whole city, and adopt a principled rehabilitation in areas of moderate architectural value terms allow for modifications and additions - run of the existing buildings to stimulate economic, social and cultural life, and adopt a principled urban infill in urban areas that have been rehabilitated vacant and destroyed spaces, the principles re - development, follows in areas outside the boundaries of traditional areas of inheritance Civilized, and revitalization follows at the level of a whole city, connecting the previous policies.

Abstract:
يوجه البحث لغرض تطوير نتاج العمارة من خلال التكنولوجيا الرقمية تبعا للتطور التكنولوجي الحاصل في التوجه المعماري العالمي والانتفاع من التكنولوجيا الرقمية في التصميم المعماري والانشائي واستراتيجيات التصميم والانشاء كوسيلة لغرض تحقيق نتاجات معمارية مميزة | The Following Research constrains on the purpose of developing the architectural projects by the use of developed technology now a day, in the contemporary trends of architecture through the technology ,and the use of the digital technology and its effect on the design process and the fabrication strategies to achieve special types of Architectural projects, through the form , in the consideration of those technologies and strategies are important components to reach this specialty of the Architectural trends, and by studying an international ironic architectural masterpieces, in the time of considering the difficulties of using the ordinary fabrication process , it becomes an advantage of reaching the creativity in designing a form , function , structure , Ecological ,and biological creativity through those strategies and technologies.Now a day , the computer becomes a primary need of the life today , and that is reflected on the contemporary trends of Architecture through the different design process's stages and construction phases , and that reflects the massive change through those two processes , and by creating a new vision of Architectural design , and those technologies created a new methods of the design creativity , throw the software's and programs , that helps and effects on the form and the functions generally , Structures especially , and those softwares helps the designers to reach the final decision of nearest solution to the perfect.The research contains a study of the design methods by normal and digital design process and makes a discussion of the comparison to the two methods , and the main issue of the research is consisted potentially in the lack of knowledge parameters and the lack of what had been presented in the study of the digital Architectural and the systems of computers attends as a design and control tool on the design process , in the consideration of its massive abilities, instead of being a drawing and presentation tool only.the research constrains on the way to reach an new types of properties that had been added, which are more efficiency and more specified properties, comparing of what had been introduced in the latest studies , such GAO studies, which added new concepts on the design process, and those properties will be considered as the impact of the digital technology on the contemporary trends of architecture , and the reaches also targets the parameters, tools and the strategies that helps the designer to recreate a vision of the design and fabrication process through the digital technology.the research finds a relationship between the digital technology and its impact on the contemporary trends of Architecture, and puts new tools to develop this relationship , through the hypothesis of existence of impacts and effects that are lied on the trends of architect through the main time by using the latest digital technology, which is represented by using the Information technologies and computers , as a main way of impacts.and the research tests the results of that impact, and its levels which is being held by the digital technology, and the research reaches the phase of testing the levels of the introduction of the Architects on the projects designs and the way of developing those interacts of the architects on those properties.The research reaches the final phase of conclusions to make use of the digital technologies, to develop the architectural projects to a high level of creativity and ironically designs , through the design process according to the development of the digital technology and fabrication technology between the ordinary design process and the digital design process. Abstract:
تعد محطات النقل النواة المركزية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في المجتمع، من خلال القدرة على ربط وسائل النقل المختلفة في مكان واحد، وخلق حالة من التفاعل الايجابي بين الركاب وفضاءات المحطة، كما تعد المحطة عنص ا ر هاما في تشكيل هوية المدينة من خلال اعادة صياغة | Transportations stations considered as the core of achieving the sustainable development in the society, through linking different transportations means and facilities in one place, and creating positive interaction between the passengers and the station spaces, the station is also considered as an important element in shaping the city identity through re - formulating the urban context that surrounding it, and determining the uses of the nearby lands, in addition to its contribution in organizing the traffic of transportations means within the city and outside it, all of that is resulted by the integration with different transportation network that connected to, therefore most of the world countries witnessed increasing attention in passengers’ transportations stations in general recently, that has been obvious within modern transportation approaches, inwhich known as sustainable transportation, these approaches applied the sustainability aspects within the transportation system in general and within passengers’ transportations stations in particular, most of the world countries worked on passengers’ stations development in a way to encouraging passengers using public transportations means and giving up private means, moving from the classical functioning approach to a sustainable approach in planning, designing and operation land - transportation stations.In general local land - transportation stations suffering neglecting and transportations technology evolution outdated, in addition to absence of social, economic and health stations’ special requirements for both operators and passengers. That shows the importance of comprehensive perspective on how to build sustainable local transportation stations and determining their planning, designing and structural requirements, accordingly many studies that included either mainly or implicitly sustainability perspective were submitted, presenting the most important world experiments that had effected positively the life quality in societies in which served, nevertheless those studies and previous experiments seemed selective and collective which refer to lack of comprehensive solutions specially in planning, designing and structural aspects, furthermore the local experiments limited on developing the transportation station in to modern ones which take sustainability aspects in consideration without adopting and applying thoseaspects in active & clear way.Based on that the thesis’ topic has been identified as” Lack of previous knowledge in forming comprehensive theoretical perspective that explains patterns of planning,design and details for sustainable passengers' land - transportation station in general, and sustainability reflection in applying them locally in particular”. To justifying the thesisresult in “Providing clear comprehensive theoretical framework to the planning, designing & structural aspects of the sustainable passengers’ transportation stations, and possibilityof applying sustainable aspects in local stations” The thesis based on analytical descriptive approach, that included forming comprehensive theoretical frame for sustainable passengers’ land - transportation stations special requirements in which represented by the following terms : ( planning requirements, designing requirements, structural components requirements) which they’ve been used in applying the practical study.Samples were selected for practical study, and the previous terms applying on six samples of local passengers’ land - transportations stations, by reaching analyzing the results and conclusions, where set of conclusions obtained represented by two axis, the first axis dealt with general theoretical frame conclusions, the second axis dealt withpractical study results, the thesis presented set of recommendations and future research perspectives along with thesis potential beneficiaries Keywords/ land - transportation, sustainable transportation system, sustainable passengers’ land - transportations stati.
