Abstract: This thesis is talking about the Functional Relationship among the Grammatical Semantic and its benefit to Arabic Grammar. Chapter First : (The Study of Mutual Characteristics among the Three Semantics) It is theoretical study in accordance with the Descriptive Syllabus and criticizes some point of views that differ with this syllabus. It is consisting of : Forward : To study the semantic in the language and the etymology and criticizing these terms. First Part : to study the derivation at the three semantics and their relationship with description Second Part : to study the sentence and clauses in the three semantics and their relationship with description in comparison of the three semanticsThird Part : to study the precedence that is a study to its meaning in accordance to grammarians and rhetoricians.
