The researcher assumes that the reason behind the low performance in this sport is the amount of concern in implementing the educational unit which negatively affects its learning and the basis of this sport.The Aims of the Study1. Preparing special exercises in developing kinesthetic response and learning basic skills in volleyball for the female students of the second intermediate grade.2. Investigating the effect of special exercises in developing kinesthetic response and learning basic skills in volleyball for the female students of the second intermediate grade.The Hypotheses1. There are statistically significant differences between the pretests and the posttests of the experimental and control groups in kinesthetic response and learning basic skills in volleyball for the female students of the second intermediate grade.2. There are statistically significant differences in the posttests of the experimental and control groups in kinesthetic response and learning basic skills in volleyball for the female students of the second intermediate grade.Scopes of the StudyHuman limit : a sample of female students from the second intermediate grade in Al Mu'mina Secondary School for Girls for the academic year 2014 - 2015.Time limit : 1 - 9 - 2014 to 15 - 4 - 2015Spatial limit : Al Mu'mina Secondary School for Girls - playgroundChapter Two : Theoretical and Previous StudiesThis chapter includes the theoretical side of the study which discussed special exercises and kinesthetic response, as well as some basic skills in volleyball : underhand serve, overhand pass, and underhand pass. It also discussed the characteristics of the age group in question. This chapter also discussed the previous studies and the similarities and differences with this study and ways of utilizing them.Chapter Three : Research Methodology and Field ProceduresThis chapter included the research methodology and field procedures. The researcher used the experimental method and followed the two group design with pretest and posttest. The research community was chosen randomly which included the female students of the second intermediate grade in Al Mu'mina Secondary School for Girls. The research community included 80 female students while the sample of the study was 20 female students from the second intermediate grade divided into two groups (control, and experimental) of ten students. The sample of the study represented 25% of the study community.The main experiment was conducted from 1 - 12 - 2014 to 26 - 1 - 2015 which was eight weeks of two educational units a week. The total educational units was 16 units.This chapter also included the devices and the aids used and the data gathering tools. It also included the pilot experiments (the first and the second), the tests used in the study, the scientific basis of tests, pretests and posttests, and the statistical tools used in data processing.Chapter Four : Results, Analysis, and DiscussionThis chapter included the results that the researcher illustrated by means of charts and figures, then the researcher discussed and analyzed them.Chapter Five : Conclusions and RecommendationsThe most important conclusions of the study are : 1. The exercises used in the study has a positive effect in learning basic skills on female students of the second intermediate grade. They have better results than the conventional exercises used.2. Following the reliable scientific methodology in designing, performing, and grading the exercises from the most general to specific has a positive effect on developing kinesthetic response on the female students of that age group.3. Following the reliable scientific methodology in designing, performing, and grading the exercises from the most general to specific has a positive effect on learning the basic skills on the female students of that age group.4. Variable exercises increase the stimulation, suspense, and competition. It also has a great effect on developing kinesthetic response and learning basic skills in volleyball for the female students of the second intermediate grade.The researcher recommended the following : 1. The necessity of educational expertise that is able to recognize the special situation of the intermediate female students.2. He has also dealt with the importance of the modernization and the promotion of sport classes and games to acquire and learn skills properly such as handball game. This is achieved through providing an appropriate environment for learners, particularly, the primary school which is considered a basic stage in learning skills. The importance of the research lies in using mini - court as well as normal court for learning some basic skills and applying the special exercises in sport lessons to achieve new learning process. The Problem of the Study The researcher has observed weakness in the performance of primary school pupils in the normal court which made the interesting and exciting game boring and difficult. For this specific reason the researcher intends to use special exercises in mini and normal court for learning some basic skills in handball. Aims of the Study The researcher aims at : 1.setting special exercises in mini and normal court for learning some basic skills in handball for sixth primary school pupils. 2. identifying the effect of special exercises in mini and normal court on learning some basic skills in handball for sixth primary school pupils. 3.identifying the maintenance rate of some basic skills in handball for sixth primary school pupils. The Hypotheses It is hypothesized that : 1.there are statistical differences between the pre - test and post - test of the three study groups in learning some basic skills in handball. 2.there are statistical differences between the three study groups in the post test in learning some basic skills in handball. 3.there is difference between in the maintenance rate in learning some basic skills in handball. Fields of the Study 1.5.1 Sample subjects : the sample is represented by (45) pupils of sixth class primary school for the study year (2013 - 2014). 1.5.2Date : from (1/9/2013) to (10/4/2014). 1.5.3 Place : The court of Baquba Primary school Chapter Two : Theoretical and Previous Studies In this chapter the researcher has introduced the concept of learning, motor learning and its stages as for acquiring and maintaining the basic skills and the methods of measurement. In addition, it introduces the concept of the special exercises and its importance, the mini - court and mini handball and to the basic skills under research. The chapter also has dealt with the review of previous studies and the point of similarities and differences between them. Chapter three : the Procedures The researcher has used the experimental method and has followed the equivalent groups design. The study sample is represented by primary school pupils which are (45)pupils divided into three groups, two experimental and one control. The work on the major experimental group started from (29/10 /2013) to (22/12/2013)and lasts for (8) weeks including two learning units. The whole units of the study are (16) units. This chapter also has included the instruments used in gathering information, the two pilot experiments the tests used in the study, the scientific bases and the two tests(pre - test and post - test) the maintenance tests and the statistical means used in the study. Chapter Four : The Results, Discussion and analysis This chapter is concerned with analyzing and discussing the results which the researcher has reached to using tables and shapes. The discussion and analysis are based on scientific sources. Chapter Five : Conclusions and Recommendations The researcher has reached to the following conclusions : 1.The special exercises used in the current study has led to the interaction of learners with the activity and, consequently, improved the performance and affected on acquiring some basic skills. 2.The mini - court and small spaces between learners are appropriate for the learners' physical abilities being in the primary stage of learning which is acquisition. 3.The transition from the mini - court to the normal court, which has been applied on the second experimental group has led to developing the skills in the study, particularly the dribbling skill in comparison with the first experimental group of this skill. 4.The appropriacy of the zero - size ball in the primary stages of acquisition then the transition to the one - size ball, has increased the ability of learners to perform and master skills properly. The transition, also played a role in the acquisition and learning skills of the study. 5.The results of the control group are lower than those of the two experimental groups because of the special exercises which have an effective role in learning the skills under research. Recommendations The researcher has recommended the following : 1.Using special exercises, which are used in the study, for learning basic skills in handball which are appropriate for the age of the sample of the study. 2.The emphasis on using the mini - court for this age level and conducting schools and educational teams championships according to the measurements of the study. 3.Using the mini - court and gradually the transition to the normal court for beginning learners, particularly ,in the specialized handball schools recently established and which work with the same age level of the current study. 4.Making similar studies and applying the variables of the study used in the mini - court for learning basic skills in handball and applying them on girls and on younger aged boys. 5.Using zero - size ball in learning basic skills in primary schools.

The sample of the study has been intentionally chosen from Al - Adiba schools which contained (67) students divided into two groups (A) and (B), group (B) randomly asigned as sample of the study which contained (30) students. This section contained the tools which are used in data collection and also pr - test and post test.It also contained the statistical procedures.Results Analysis : This section showed the results in sprite sheets and discussed it. The results are discussed through the statistical tools. And they are discussed through scientific style to achieve the aims and hypotheses of the research.Conclusions : Through the results the researcher concluded the following : 1 - using the sequential style contributed effectively in acquiring the basic skills in handball.2 - using the sequential style and repeating it in a random style led to improve the basic skills in handball.3 - The process of re - learning in random style saved a lot of time and effort which led to reducing the feeling of tiredness.The Recommendations : 1 - The necessity of using the sequential style while learning the basic skills in handball because of its clear effect in acquiring new skills.2 - Adopting the re - learning in random style to improve the performance and saving the effort in learning the basic skills in handball.

Abstract: احتوى الباب الاول على مقدمة البحث واهميته التي تكمن في وضع تمرينات بالاثقال وبيان تاثيرها في بعض المتغيرات الوظيفية والبايوكيميائية المصاحبة لمرحلة الاعداد الخاص للاعبي الشباب بكرة القدم والمتمثلة في قياس (حامض اللاكتيك قبل الجهد وبعده، معدل ضربات القل | The thesis comprised five chapters; chapter one gives an introduction to the topic under investigation as well as dealing with its significance which lays in the Impact of Weight - Compound Training on some Physiological and Biochemical Changes accompanying special preparation of Young Footballers specified in measuring (Lactic Acid preceding and following effort, pulse, Creatine and creatinephosphokainiz enzyme). Compound exercise is a new trend characterized as being more challenging than traditional methods of training, a fact that makes its application within a scientific and experimental way to gain an increase in the probability of influencing some physiological and biochemical changes in young footballers. This chapter deals also with the problem that is formed in answering two questions which are; (are there weight compound exercises in youth's training courses?) and (what is the type of weight compound exercises impact on physiological and biochemical changes?). The significance of the study is in answering these two questions.Aims of the Study : ? Forming weight compound exercises for footballers.? Gauging the impact of weight compound exercises on some physiological and biochemical changes.Hypotheses : ? There are significant statistical variations between the pre and posttests results of the experimental and controlling groups in physiological and biochemical changes of young footballers.? There are significant statistical variations in the post test results between the experimental and controlling groups in the physiological and biochemical changes of young footballers.Method and Practical Processes : Chapter three of the thesis sheds light on the way of choosing the method and processes of the study. The researcher applies the experimental method on a sample of (12) Diyala youth football team players. The experimental group is trained according to the training process by using weight compound exercises for two months/ 3 units per week. The researcher conducted the exploratory experiment to ensure main experimentation success, the doing the pretests within the frame of the experimentation method after setting forth the physiological and biochemical changes. After that the tests are repeated after finishing the weight compound training of the experimentation method. Results are conducted statistically by using the (SPSS) statistical package and performing suitable formulae in finding the results.Conclusions : ? The biochemical variations in addition to pulse are positively affected by the type and form of obtained exercises due to the change in exercise mode. ? Results showed that pre - effort Lactic acid ratios remained within close ranges in the experimental group prone to relaxation given to the player before the training session.? Through research results, the researcher figured out the exercises followed by the controlling group had an influence on pulse and CPK variables, keeping the difference between the two groups; the experimental and the controlling.? Results gained show that the exercises done by the controlling group formed no significant difference in Lactic acid variation pre and post effort and Creatine due to the nature of exercises, the stress and period of execution. ? The followed method of training and distributing weight - compound exercises increased post - effort Lactic acid concentration level due to the heavy effort and longer training period in addition to an increase in Creatine level for the experimental group as a natural action to face heavy efforts.? The two groups; experimental and controlling remained within near averages in matters of pre - effort Lactic acid ratios and in pulse as a physiological method obtained by the body to get rid of this acid.? There is a clear cut impact of weight compound training in improving the level of some physiological and biochemical changes of young footballers referred to by the researcher.Recommendations : The researcher recommends ;? All trainers and workers in the field of sports to examine physiological and biochemical changes accompanying preparation stages to codify and ensuring athlete's safety.? Performing weight compound training by trainers.? The importance of using field physiological measurement tools in throughout their training to check the impact of training on athlete's body organs to ensure getting the required accommodation as in pulse measurement and Lactic acid tools.? Dependence on physical and bodily training to improve and evaluate the training process.? Reliance on Lactic acid and pulse as a training signal in codifying training weights and estimating bodily weight intense as well as specifying the suitable hospitalization within the light of this variant.? Performing similar studies dealing with other, not researched physiological and biochemical changes.? Performing similar studies to this method on samples of players from different ages.

Abstract: The thesis comprised five chapters : The first chapter introduced the significance of the study. It tackled Taekwondo which represents one of the competitive games that went through great development in all its fields like skills and all its types like the Poomsae. The significance of the study is in setting a training program that is aiming at developing some biomechanics variables and cadenced adjustment via making use of modern scientific approaches which result in achieving aesthetic, highly harmonic Poomsae.The Problem of the Study is apparent in that the researcher noticed a weakness in the level of Poomsae movements that marks a weakness among Iraqi players which is to negatively influence their getting high achievements in championships in addition to the lack of training programs in dealing with this main part of taekwondo.The study aims at preparing a Suggested Training Program in biomechanics Variables and Poomsae Cadenced Adjustment among Young Taekwondo Players as well as identifying the impact of the suggested training program on the development of some biomechanics Variables of Poomsae among the study sample and knowing the effect of the training program on developing Poomsae Cadenced Adjustment among the sample of the study.The researcher hypothesized that there are statistically significant differences between pre and post tests in some of the bio - kinematic variables of the sample members, and there are statistically significant variations between pre and post tests in cadenced adjustment of young taekwondo players.Chapter two comprised two sections : Section one included various topics in which the researcher dealt with (taekwondo, meaning of taekwondo, the style that is used in taekwondo,Poomsae fighting groups, emergence of Poomsae, the most important legal restrictions in Poomsae, biomechanics in taekwondo, the training program, high pressure periodic training method, kinetic cadence, metrics of kinetic cadence, significance of kinetic cadence and kinetic cadence adjustment). While section two referred two previous literature in which the researcher tackled two local studies.In the third chapter, the researcher dealt with the methodology of the study as he adopted the experimental approach and the experimental design of one group. Sample of the study comprised of (4) players in the national center for taekwondo gift care who were deliberately selected, in addition to deal with the biomechanics variables that are measured and found out as well as programs used in kinematic analysis.The researcher allotted the fourth chapter of his study to focus on exposing, analyzing and discussing the results of biomechanics variables pre and post tests as well as exposing, analyzing and discussing the cadenced adjustment pre and post test results, in addition to an exposition, analysis and discussion of pre and post test results in referees' scores and balance test. Moreover, this chapter is reinforced by tables and diagrams.Thus, the researcher figured out the most important conclusions which are : 1. The training program achieved positive significant influence on the biomechanics variables related to the front kick : ? The leaving time variable of the (first stage, overall movement).? Linear speed variable of (first stage, second stage, total movement).? Angular difference variable of the overall movement only.?
