Abstract: لقد شهد العالم تطورا ملموسا وكبيرا في المرحلة الراهنة ونهضة علمية واسعة النطاق في المجالات كافة ومنها المجال الرياضي ويتجلى ذلك بوضوح من خلال المستويات التي وصلتها الدول في هذا المجال، اذ تسعى الامم في عالمنا الحالي الى التزود باكثر ما تستطيع من ثمار | Throughout the researcher's observation on the previous studies and researches as well as her experience as a technical supervisor in the directory of physical and educational activity and her interest in volleyball , the researcher noticed that there is a weakness in learning some of the basic skills in volleyball and weakness in kinesthetic response. The researcher assumes that the reason behind the low performance in this sport is the amount of concern in implementing the educational unit which negatively affects its learning and the basis of this sport.The Aims of the Study1. Preparing special exercises in developing kinesthetic response and learning basic skills in volleyball for the female students of the second intermediate grade.2. Investigating the effect of special exercises in developing kinesthetic response and learning basic skills in volleyball for the female students of the second intermediate grade.The Hypotheses1. There are statistically significant differences between the pretests and the posttests of the experimental and control groups in kinesthetic response and learning basic skills in volleyball for the female students of the second intermediate grade.2. There are statistically significant differences in the posttests of the experimental and control groups in kinesthetic response and learning basic skills in volleyball for the female students of the second intermediate grade.Scopes of the StudyHuman limit : a sample of female students from the second intermediate grade in Al Mu'mina Secondary School for Girls for the academic year 2014 - 2015.Time limit : 1 - 9 - 2014 to 15 - 4 - 2015Spatial limit : Al Mu'mina Secondary School for Girls - playgroundChapter Two : Theoretical and Previous StudiesThis chapter includes the theoretical side of the study which discussed special exercises and kinesthetic response, as well as some basic skills in volleyball : underhand serve, overhand pass, and underhand pass. It also discussed the characteristics of the age group in question. This chapter also discussed the previous studies and the similarities and differences with this study and ways of utilizing them.Chapter Three : Research Methodology and Field ProceduresThis chapter included the research methodology and field procedures. The researcher used the experimental method and followed the two group design with pretest and posttest. The research community was chosen randomly which included the female students of the second intermediate grade in Al Mu'mina Secondary School for Girls. The research community included 80 female students while the sample of the study was 20 female students from the second intermediate grade divided into two groups (control, and experimental) of ten students. The sample of the study represented 25% of the study community.The main experiment was conducted from 1 - 12 - 2014 to 26 - 1 - 2015 which was eight weeks of two educational units a week. The total educational units was 16 units.This chapter also included the devices and the aids used and the data gathering tools. It also included the pilot experiments (the first and the second), the tests used in the study, the scientific basis of tests, pretests and posttests, and the statistical tools used in data processing.Chapter Four : Results, Analysis, and DiscussionThis chapter included the results that the researcher illustrated by means of charts and figures, then the researcher discussed and analyzed them.Chapter Five : Conclusions and RecommendationsThe most important conclusions of the study are : 1. The exercises used in the study has a positive effect in learning basic skills on female students of the second intermediate grade. They have better results than the conventional exercises used.2. Following the reliable scientific methodology in designing, performing, and grading the exercises from the most general to specific has a positive effect on developing kinesthetic response on the female students of that age group.3. Following the reliable scientific methodology in designing, performing, and grading the exercises from the most general to specific has a positive effect on learning the basic skills on the female students of that age group.4. Variable exercises increase the stimulation, suspense, and competition. It also has a great effect on developing kinesthetic response and learning basic skills in volleyball for the female students of the second intermediate grade.The researcher recommended the following : 1. The necessity of educational expertise that is able to recognize the special situation of the intermediate female students.2. Spreading knowledge among physical education teachers about how to calmly and trustfully deal with the female students of the intermediate stage to discover and develop their instinctive capacities.3.
