Abstract: هدفت الدراسة الى : - 1 - بناء مقياس للعدوانية على الرياضيين في الالعاب الرياضية المختلفة.2 - تقنين مقياس العدوانية على لاعبي كرة القدم.3 - تحديد مستويات العدوانية للمقياس.4 - مقارنة في درجة العدوانية ومجالاتها بين لاعبي كرة القدم حسب مراكز اللعب المختلفة.وافترض الباحث الاتي : *هناك فروق معنوية بين لاعبي كرة القدم في درجة العدوانية ومجالاتها حسب مراكز اللعب المختلفة.وقد اشتملت عينة الدراسة على الاتي : 1 - عينة بناء المقياس : واشتملت على (120) رياضيا متقدما وبواقع (15) لاعبا لكل من الفعاليات الرياضية الاتية : (كرة القدم، الكرة الطائرة، كرة اليد، كرة السلة ، التايكواندو، المبارزة، الريشة الطائرة ، الملاكمة).2 - عينة تقنين المقياس : واشتملت على (429) لاعب كرة قدم متقدم من المشاركين في دوري النخبة للموسم (2001 - 2002).اما في منهج البحث واجراءاته الميدانية فقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لطبيعة مشكلة بحثه، وفي اجراءات البحث الميدانية قام الباحث باجراءات بناء المقياس وفيها تم تحديد مجالات القياس في ثمانية مجالات او ابعاد تمثل العدوانية وهي (التهجم ، العدوان غير المباشر، سرعة القابلية للاستثارة، العدوان اللفظي، والكراهية ، الرفض، الشك، والشعور بالاثم)، كما تم وضع الصيغة الاولية للمقياس باعداد فقرات المقياس والذي استند فيه الباحث الى مراجعة المقاييس السابقة ذات العلاقة فضلا عن ماتم جمعه من فقرات من عينة استطلاع عن طريق استبيان استطلاعي اعد لهذا الغرض، ثم تم بعد ذلك تحديد اسلوب واسس لصياغة فقرات المقياس بالشكل الواضح والبسيط والجيد، ثم تم اعطاء (317) فقرة توزعت على مجالات العدوان الثمانية الى الخبراء لتحديد صلاحيتها ومن خلال ذلك تم استبعاد (117) فقرة واجراء بعض التغييرات الاخرى على الفقرات الـ(200) المتبقية لجعلها سهلة وواضحة للمجيب عنها، وتم بعد ذلك اعداد تعليمات المقياس ليوزع في تجربة استطلاعية على (40) رياضيا متقدما من رياضات مختلفة لمعرفة طبيعة تجربة البحث وما يرافقها من معوقات او مشكلات للتغلب عليها في التجربة الاساسية للبحث التي كانت على عينة البناء لتحليل فقرات المقياس احصائيا بعد تصحيحه لاختيار الصالحة منها واستبعاد غير الصالحة اعتمادا على القوة التمييزية (باسلوبي المجموعتين الطرفيتين والاتساق الداخلي) وبانتهاء هذا التحليل الاحصائي بقي من الفقرات فقط (80) فقرة هي الصالحة للمقياس وقد تم استخراج ثبات وصدق المقياس فضلا عن اثبات موضوعيته وكان احد انواع الصدق المستخدم هو صدق التكوين الفرضي الذي من احدى طرائقه (الصدق العاملي) الذي يعتمد على التحليل العاملي لفقرات المقياس (اي ارجاعها الى عواملها الاساسية) وباستخدام ذلك تبلور لدى الباحث (25) عامل وبعد تدويرها باستخدام التدوير المتعامد باسلوب الفاريماكس لكايزر تحددت لنا سبعة عوامل فقط وتشبعت عليها (26) فقرة وكان محك (0.5) هو المستخدم لاعتماد تشبع الفقرات ، كما تم قبول العامل الذي تشبعت عليه ثلاث فقرات على الاقل. وهكذا تم بناء المقياس الذي اصبح جاهزا لعملية التقنين.وفي عملية التقنين اختار الباحث لاعبي كرة القدم المتقدمين من المشاركين في دوري النخبة ليوزع عليهم استمارة مقياس العدوانية المبني ذي الـ26 فقرة وبعد تصحيحه قام بتحليل فقرات المقياس احصائيا ليتاكد من ثبات وصدق جميع فقراته ثم وضع الباحث المعايير الخاصة بمقياسه وقد استخدم في ذلك الرتب المئينية ثم حدد مستويات العدوانية في مقياسه وانتقل الى الجزء الاخير من اطروحته ليقارن بين لاعبي المراكز المختلفة في كرة القدم بعد ان اختار (100) لاعبا وبواقع (25) لاعبا لكل مركز من مراكز اللعب الاربعة وقد خرج الباحث في نهاية بحثه باستنتاجات هي الاتي : 1 - تم بناء مقياس للعدوانية على الرياضيين المتقدمين في الالعاب الرياضية المختلفة.2 - تم استخلاص سبعة عوامل مثلت العدوانية في المقياس اعتمادا على نتائج التحليل العاملي توزعت عليه (26) فقرة كالاتي : ا - احتوى العامل الاول على اربع فقرات وقد سمي بالكراهية.ب - احتوى العامل الثاني على ثلاث فقرات وقد سمي بالتهجم.ج - احتوى العامل الثالث على خمس فقرات وقد سمي بسرعة القابلية للاستثارة.د - احتوى العامل الرابع على ثلاث فقرات وقد سمي بالشك.هـ - احتوى العامل الخامس على خمس فقرات وقد سمي بالعدوان اللفظي.و - احتوى العامل السادس على ثلاث فقرات وقد سمي بالرفض.ز - احتوى العامل السابع على ثلاث فقرات وقد سمي بالعدوان غير المباشر.3 - تم تقنين مقياس العدوانية على لاعبي كرة القدم من المشاركين في دوري النخبة من خلال اشتقاق معايير الرتبة المئينية لدرجات اللاعبين على المقياس.4 - تم تحديد مستويات للعدوانية عند المفحوصين بالمقياس الحالي تمثلت بثلاثة مستويات هي (المستوى الواطيء ، والمستوى المتوسط، والمستوى العالي).5 - ظهرت فروقا معنوية بين لاعبي الدفاع ولاعبي المراكز الاخرى في مجال (الكراهية) وكان لصالح لاعبي الدفاع.6 - لم تظهر اية فروق معنوية بين لاعبي مراكز اللعب المختلفة في مجالات مقياس العدوانية الاخرى، (التهجم، العدوان غير المباشر، سرعة القابلية للاستثارة، العدوان اللفظي، الرفض، الشك).وفي ضوء النتائج المستخلصة التي تم التوصل اليها فقد اوصى الباحث بعدة توصيات في مجال استخدام المقياس الحالي من قبل المدربين لمعرفة درجة العدوانية عند لاعبيهم ومقترحات في بناء مقاييس نفسية اخرى على الرياضيين. | The Study had three aims : 1 - Assemble Standardized Aggression Questioner on elite athletes in different sports.2 - Standardized an aggression question on advanced football players.3 - Compare aggression level among football players depending on the position in the field.The pesearcter hyeo thesis that there is some statistical differences among football players depending on their positions in the field. Sample for questioner assemble were (120) elite athletes represented different sports like (football, volleyball Handball, basketball, fencing, and boxing) sample for standardized questioner were (429) football players who represented the Iraq league.Procedures : The study used survey style the first step was assemble an questioner. The questioner covered eight divisions which represent the aggression. These faces of aggression were, abused , indirect aggression , speed of burn out, verble aggression, Hate, reject on , suspension , and feel of gilt. Every face contained some questions. The second step was using the proper questions and the proper words. The researcher suggested 317 questions covered elght faces of aggression : Those questions were abstracted by some experts. So what left were 200 questions . The final questions were used as a pilot study using 40 elth athletes . Depending on the results of pilot study, the questions were abstracted to 80 questions which passed the validity and reliability. The researcher used factor analysis design to find the basics faces of aggression results revealed 25 factors every factor represented three questions was accepted.In standardizing process, The researcher used elite football players who participated in advanced league.The questions with its 26 factors was filed by players . After datay analysis the researcher used the ordinal scale and defined level of aggression.The final step in the study was the comparison of different field position and its level of aggression .The study came up with some results. : 1 - The accomplishment of aggression these for elite athletes.2 - Depending on faction analysis, there were seven factors represented aggression in 26 items.A - First factor named , Hate .B - Second factor named abuse .C - Third factor named purn out speed.D - Fourth factor named suspension .E - Fifth factor named verble Aggression.F - Sixth factor named , rejection.G - Seventh factor name indirect aggression.3 - There were some differences between the defensive players and other positions in hate factor.4 - There were no significant differences among the other positions of play .The study recommended using this aggression questions by the coachs and educators

Abstract: احتوى هذا الباب على المقدمة واهمية البحث عن طريق وضع تمارين بدنية متنوعة والتعرف على دورها البارز في تخفيض الحالات النفسية التي يتعرض لهراجال قوى الامن الداخلي بسبب الظروف والاوضاع الصعبة التي تواجههم. اما مشكلة البحث فتتلخص بما شهدته الساحة العراقية، | This part contains the introduction and the research significance through the development of various physical exercises and identifying their prominent role in decreasing the psychological conditions faced by the men of the Internal Security Forces due to the circumstances and the difficult situation they face.The research problem can be summarized by what the Iraqi arena has witnessed, a series of events, crises, wars, destruction, missiles, explosions and scenes of the dead, those tragic and gruesome scenes that led to the suffering of various sections, so they resulted in large deposits of horror, fear, grief, blood and bodies, forming a strong motivation for the exposure of psychological disorders represented by depression and death anxiety. The researcher sees the necessity to use various physical exercises that may have a positive impact on the individual's health, help him to get rid of daily stresses, tension, anxiety and depression and increase the confidence of Internal Security Forces men on whom lies the responsibility of achieving security and stability. The current research aims at : 1 - Identifying the extent of depression among the research sample.2 - Identifying the extent of death anxiety among the research sample.3 - Identifying the impact of special physical exercises to decrease depression and death anxiety among the research sample.4 - The preparation of various special physical exercises.As to the research hypotheses, they are as the following : 1 - There are no differences in the extent of depression and death anxiety for the research sample.2 - There are no statistically significant differences in the degree of depression between both the experimental and control groups pre and post the program application.3 - There are no statistically significant differences in the degree of death anxiety between both the experimental and control groups pre and post the program application.4 - There is no statistically significant correlation between the measurement results of depression and death anxiety for the experimental group.As to the areas of research, they are as follows : 1 - The human area : A sample of the military members of the Interior Ministry/Diala numbered (80) members.2 - The temporal area : from 8/4/2014 till 5/6/2014. 3 - The spatial area : The Police Training Center of Diala governorate.Part II : Theoretical Studies and Similar StudiesThis part addresses the main themes relevant to the topic of the search where it comprises of the concept of depression and its own axes, the concept of death anxiety and the concept of special exercises and their positive role in the individual's health as well as similar studies.Part III : The Research Methodology and Its Field ProceduresThis part includes the research method as the researcher uses the experimental method of control and experimental groups with the pre and post tests, where a sample of (80) members of the Ministry of Interior out of the original population representing two groups, the first group represents the main experiment which is divided into two group : the control and the experimental groups, for each group (20) members, the second group represents the pilot experiment sample of (40) members. The researcher uses Big scale for depression translated by Khaleel Ibrahim consisting of (18) aspects and the scale of death anxiety prepared by Ahmed Mohammed Abdul Khaleq in the Republic of Egypt and modified by Baidaa Hadi consisting of (39) items. The sample is homogenized and equalized. After defining the scales and exercises, the researcher made her pilot experiment to extract the scientific bases from it and know the suitability extent of exercises to the sample, then she made the pretests and executed the exercises within the training units of the experimental group at 8 weeks duration in (24) units at an average of (3) units a week. The training unit time ranged between (45 - 55) and after finishing the units execution, the posttests were made and then the results were treated statistically. Part IV : The display and Analysis of Results and Their DiscussionThis research contains the display of results, their analysis and their discussion of the results of statistical treatments obtained from the data related to the application of the scales by which the achievement of the research goals and its hypotheses is arrived at.Part V : Conclusions and RecommendationsThe researcher concludes the following : 1 - The special physical exercises have a great effect to decrease the depression for the research sample. 2 - The suitability of the exercises used for the sample helps in applying them correctly and appropriately, resulting in the balance and stability of the psychological state and the feeling of pleasure and fun.3 - Using physical exercises of light intensity and continuing the training with this intensity are reflected positively on the individual's psychology by creating the safe atmospheres free of crises, conflicts, pressures and tensions.4 - There is a positive correlation between depression and death anxiety.The researcher recommends the following : 1 - The special institutions of the Ministry of Interior should apply various physical exercises to decrease stress, despair and frustration which has a role in the emergence of depression and death anxiety.2 - - Taking into account that the exercises used are appropriate and suitable for each age phase so as to be able to do the performance correctly which helps to decrease the psychological cases.3 - Making the institutions of the Ministry of Interior aware of the importance of physical training to reduce despair and frustration which affect the individuals' behavior.4 - Emphasizing the continuity of physical training for the significant impact it has on changing the attitudes and behavior of the Internal Security men periodically.5 - - Emphasizing the use of walking sport for the positive effect it has on alleviating depression states.6 - Introducing the training curriculum within the training curricula for the members of the Internal Security Forces for it proved its effect highly in alleviating the psychological states and elevating the morale and combat spirit in them.7 - The necessity to provide psychological counseling units presenting collective and individual counseling services for the members. 8 - The necessity to develop counseling programs to decrease the depression and death anxiety for the sample individuals.
