المستخلص: يشهد العالم ثروات علمية وصناعية هائلة غيرت النظم التعليمية، في حين اصاب الجمود والتحجر اغلب دول العالم العربي، فهي ما زالت تخضع لاساليب تدريسية تقليدية فلابد من كسر قيود التقليد وجعل المتعلم هو الهدف والغاية من خلال استعمال المستحدثات الجديدة في تسهيل الص | It is said that there are huge scientific and industrial riches which change the learning systems ,but most of the Arab countries still suffer from rigidity. This is so because they still use the traditional teaching styles. Thus , the obstructs of the tradition must be overcome, making the learner the goal through using modernizations to facilitate the obstructs that face the students of the College of Fine Arts in the subject of history of Art especially in the topic of Modern European painting schools. To academically highlight this problem , the researcher conducted her study entitled (Effect of Electronic Museum's learning in Achievement of college of fine Arts students in the subject of history of Art). This research aims at knowing (Effect of Electronic Museum's learning in Achievement of college of fine Arts students in the subject of history of Art). For this purpose, the researcher has formulated the following two objectives : 1. Design of a program for Electronic Museum's learning in subject of history of Art (school of modern European drawing).2. Measuring effectiveness of the program by applying it on experimental sample of college of fine Arts students, second stage in Academic year 2013 - 2014. To achieve this objective, the researcher formulates the following null hypothesis : There is not any significant statistical difference at level of (0.05) between the average of the students achievement of experimental group and the average of the students achievement of control group in intelligence test.College of Fine Arts - Diyala university was chosen, represented by second stage students who have taught subject of schools of modern European drawing as limitation of research as a field of Experiment intentionally. The two groups of research were choosing by using simple random method to represent original sample of research and they were distributed into two groups, experimental (15) male and female students and control groups (15) male and female students. Equivalence was made between two groups in variables of (intelligence, age, and previous achievement in subject of History of Art). After preparing research requirements, the experiment was applied from the 16th of February 2014 to the 6th of April 2014 by teaching each group one lecture weekly Teaching included six Artistic schools. The researcher has formulated (72) behavioral objectives distributed on six levels of Bloom classification. These objectives were shown to members of Juri who are specialized in Artistic Education, Methods of General Teaching, Measurements and Evaluation. The researcher has constructed post achievement test consisted of (40) items. All statistical analysis was made to the test like reliability items difficulty, effectiveness of distracters, and limitation of test time after its application on pilot sample consisted of (66) students fine arts college students Baghdad University. After this statistical analysis all items were acceptable, and after finishing the experiment, achievement test was applied on the two groups. The results were analyzed by using t - test. The results of research were as follows : Excellence of experimental group who has taught according to Electronic Museum's learning on control group who has taught according to ordinary method for this reason, the null hypothesis was refuted.The research has submitted the following recommendations : 1. Application Electronic Museum's Learning method in teaching subject of History of Art.2. Revision curricula to e suitable with Electronic Museum's learning. The researcher has submitted the following suggestions : 1. Making study about obstacles of using Electronic Museum's learning Iraqi Universities.2. Making study about effect of using Electronic Museum's learning in learning retention for a long time.

Designing a training program according to (Gagne & Briggs,1988) method to acquire the students of department of Mass Communication the skills of diction. 2. Measuring the efficacy of the training program through applying it on empirical sample of 4rd grade student of department of Mass Communication / Radio and TV. branch for the academic year 2010/2011. The research population are the fourth student / department of Mass Communication/ Collage of art/ Islamic university - Baghdad. The no. of students sample which taken from/ Radio and TV. branch are (45) students, choosing (10) randomly population to apply the test on them.The current research follows the methodology training, so the training program is designed for acquiring the diction skills from analyzing the contents of (Arabic phonetics) which belongs to speech and diction subject, and rebuilt it according to (Gagne & Briggs,1988) method.In order to measure the efficacy of this program, two kinds of tests were designed, the first test is cognitive to measure the student's information and the second is the expertness which measured by performance rectification form.To manifest the results of the study concluded by the researcher, he used the following statistical means : (Willcoxn Test) to show the prior - posterior differences between the students of the empirical group, (Difficulty and Discrimination Coefficient) equation to analyze the paragraphs of the cognitive achieving test and (Holsti) equation to find the agreement between the two criteria also those noted in consistency on performance rectification form.In addition using the (Kauder Richardson / 20) equation for consistency of cognitive achieving test. Most significant result concluded by the researcher : 1. The efficacy of the training program which designed according to (Gagne & Briggs,1988) method and its effect and capability in acquiring the students the knowledge skills in diction which is part of (speech and diction) subject from the forth class course/ Tv. And Radio/ Mass Communication department/ College of art/ Islamic university/ Baghdad. 2. The training program shows a good result in acquiring the skills of diction after apply it prior - posterior stage, and the posterior stage shows the best results. The most significant recommendations by the researcher are : 1. Consider the training program which tested on diction as a curriculum to teach it to the forth class in the Mass Communication department to acquire them the knowledge and performance skills.2. The modern teaching mediums in using the instructional design and the training Program require suitable learning environment and instructional material and an experience teaching stuff to grantee in general the development of teaching the knowledge and performance skills and especially in diction and speech subject.

Through the border of the following : Schools miniatures Arab and Muslim countries : Iraq , Turkey , Iran. , And fourth - graders , Department of Technical Education - Faculty of Fine Arts / Baghdad University for the academic year 2012 - 2013 m.This included the second chapter , the theoretical framework and previous studies , which included theoretical framework : of the Islamic miniaturesThe third chapter was to research procedures taken by the researcher descriptive method and experimental approach has identified threeschools where a sample of the search , namely : - the school Baghdadi. Turkish school. Iranian school.Then took two tests of knowledge and skills - pre and post tool for his research as well as a form of performance evaluation for students in the Department of Art Education. Then the researcher conducted interviews with faculty specialists in Islamic art in the field of painting and drawing in particular, miniatures and professors of art education , then the researcher validity and reliability by steps of scientific research.And the fourth chapter is devoted to the results and conclusions of the most important findings of the researcher of the results , including : - The effectiveness of the training program prepared in the knowledge and skills , according to the results. - The lack of correlation between the two tests (no significant correlation - To experience the impact of the development of mental perception through artistic expression among the students of the miniatures fourth stage in Art Education Department. - The difference between the arithmetic average of the two tests pre and post ( 23.20 ) degrees more than twice the degree of pre - test which shows the effectiveness of the program in the technically gifted side.Conclusions - 1 Note the visual impact of a large and clear on the successful responses , shows its impact through open the minds of students and their imagination. Which is the modeling of a series of technical movements to express centrally in the brain and send alerts nerve to the muscles in order to perform this series to draw miniatures as perceived by the student Zhnina. - 2 turned out through the application of experience to the classroom learning environment have an impact on students' performance , which is available in the classroom atmosphere of participation of the comments between the students themselves on the miniatures displayed through the disc prepared for the purposes of the current search. - 3 Some studies have confirmed that the use of technology and the diversity of sensory stimuli give positive results from the use of the best sexy one in training and teaching.Recommendations - 1 included on the department's programs for the teaching of miniatures and focus on school Baghdadi in order to revive the heritage because the miniatures is the best material for the training of students to the structural imaging. - 2 The use of computers in teaching construction being digital photogrammetry became modern technologies , which could be grown and the evolution of art education student mentality. - 3 Care to train students in the Department of Art Education , which outputs to be high school on how to write and prepare and directed educational programs.Then proven sources and then supplements.. المستخلص: The current research aims to identify the impact of camp model ( or design ) on the methods of art education teaching of the college of basic education students. And in order to achieve the research target , the researcher chose a design of a partial adjustment using two groups , one is experiential and the other is standard. The researcher identified the College of Basic Education / Department of Art Education fourth stage as a place to conduct the experiment ,the fourth stage contained two halls only , hall (2) was selected randomly to represent the experimental group that studied according to camp design which contained 40 students after excluding the failing ones , hall (1) was selected to represent the standard group that used the traditional method in studying which contained 40 students after excluding the failing ones.The researcher matched between the two groups statistically through the adjustment of the variables of chronological age , the education attainment of parents and the previous scientific knowledge.And in order to measure up the results of two groups for the second semester of 2013 - 2014 in the subject of ( the methods of art education teaching ) taught by the researcher ,The researcher prepared study test consisted of 41 test items ,20 items of objective type ) choose from many ) and an essay question ?? and 20 items true &false distributed among the four levels of Bloom's classification (knowledge ,comprehension, application, analyses ).CAnd in order to analyze the results statistically, the researcher used (T - Test) that showed the existence of a statistical difference between the two groups degrees for the benefit of the experimental group students used camp sample at level (0,05).The most important results of the research were, promote some skills among students, provide nourishing opportunities for the students to make them closely acquainted with the strong and weak sides of performance, It also depends on the self - learning (personal knowledge ) and this in turn leads to better results in education.The study presented some recommendations and suggestions such as the issuance of teachers guide about the usage of modern scientific samples , especially camp sample or model.The following are the most important suggestions : 1 - The use of camp model in the rest of educational stages.2 - To adopt camp model in designing of the specialized Education Curriculum for the Department of Art Education3 - A comparative study between camp sample and other educational model in motivating learners toward skillful learning.

المستخلص: اكد الباحث في المقدمة واهمية البحث على اهمية تاثير استعمال تصنيف سمبسون للاهداف السلوكية في التعلم المهاري ( النفسحركي ) الذي يتضمن سبع مستويات هي (الادراك الحسي، التهيؤ والاستعداد، الاستجابة الموجهة، الية الاداء او الميكانيكية، الاستجابة المعقدة، التكيف | The thesis included the following five chapters : The first chapter : introduction to the thesis : This chapter included an introduction, importance and its problem, objective, hypothesis, it extents and determine the most important terms in relation to the title.The researcher reaffirmed in the introduction the importance of using Simpson Classification and its Effect on the Learning of Some skills as the classification includes five levels (sensual realization, preparation and readiness, directed response, mechanical performance, complex response, conditioning and adjustment to take the learner to high degree of mastering and innovation. The lesson of physical education in all its departments and sections has designed behavioral terms which all the learner should do can be explained in that aspect. With the existence of a modern teaching plan that is in harmony with all the aspects objectives (cognitive, mental and psychometric objectives). The problem of study is confined to finding cases of hesitation and little mastering for students in their basic skill performance in volleyball. after search and investigation, the researcher found that there are a number of educational classifications that contribute in achieving set of objectives in compliance inside the pedagogic situation and concentrate on manifesting the learner as the pivot and the cornerstone in the process of education. The researcher preferred to study Simpson Classification of behavioral objectives by treating that problem as this classification is subject to verification when the learner passes through seven graduated levels from the difficult to the easy.The research objectives are the following : 1. Constructing a model by the use of behavioral objectives according to Simpson’s Classification in learning some of skills in volleyball. 2. Knowing the effect of the suggested model by the use of behavioral objectives according to Simpson’s Classification in learning some of skills in volleyball. The researcher hypothesized the following : 1. There is statistically significant differences between the results of pretest and posttest to the two groups of the study (experimental and control) for the interest of the posttest at the level of 0.05. 2. There is statistically significant differences between the results of posttest for the two groups of the study (experimental and control) for the interest of the experimental group at the level of 0.05. The domains of study are : 1. Human domain : a sample of preparatory stage - Fifth grade - at Ibn Rushud Preparatory school for boys - the Education of Rusafa the Second of (40) students.2. Temporal domain : the period from 14/2/2010 to 19/4/2010 A.C.3. Spatial domain : the yard of Ibn Rushud Preparatory school for boys - the Education of Rusafa the Second - New Baghdad region. The second chapter : this chapter includes the theoretical framework and the similar previous studies. The reesracher tackled in his theoretical framework the concept of pedagogic model, educational objectives, behavioral objectives (definition, importance, scopes, levels and methods of their formulation), the psychometric skill objectives, Simpson’s Classification of behavioral objectives, the concepts of teaching and learning and motional learning, the skill preparation of volleyball, the basic skills in volleyball, the skills under research are (sending skill, receiving skill, preparation skill, individual fence skill). It also included two previous similar studies from which the indications and distinguishing were deducted.Third chapter : the chapter included the mythology of the study and its field procedures. The reeseracher employed the experiential procedure for its suitability with the nature of his study. He conducted the experiment of a sample of a sample of preparatory stage - Fifth grade - at Ibn Rushud Preparatory school for boys - the Education of Rusafa the Second who were randomly chosen. They were subdivided into two equal groups (experimental and control group). Then, the experimental design was posed for arriving at the validity and accuracy of the procedure of the study according to the variables of (age, height, the extended arms. weigh). The researcher qualified in the light of the results of posttest. The researcher showed the methods of data collection and the researching - assisting equipments. He also determined the most importamt basic skills in volleyball by the experts and determined the nominated skills by the specialists.He applied the pedagogic procedure in sixteen pedagogic units as two units per week concentrating more on the pedagogic part which is 10 minutes of the main section and the variables were adjusted during execution. After that the posttest were conducted and the results were processed with the suitable statistical means which are (percentile, arithmetic rate, percentage weight, Simple corralatuion coefficient (Pearson)).
