Abstract: احتوى هذا الباب على المقدمة التي تناولت اهمية تصميم الاجهزة التعليمية المساعدة وفق اسلوب التعلم من اجل التمكن في رياضة الجمناستك لما لها من دور مهم في تعلم مهارة قفزة اليدين الامامية مع قلبة هوائية بالجمناستك الفني، لذلك استلزم اعتماد الاسس العلمية المبن | To diagnose the difficulties that faced the students of gymnastics, the researchers noticed that there was a decrease in the performance of the skill of front handspring on the carpet of the earthy movements in the artistic gymnastics of the three - year students , which is considered one of the difficult skills. They believed that the use of the modern teaching means can improve the imagination and movable feeling and can direct the movable track positively. This , in turn, will create the desire , enthusiasm, and motivation in the students to pass the difficulty of performing the skill studied in this research. Therefore, the researchers intended to design an assistant instrument to be used due to the guided discovery method in learning the skill of front handspring in artistic gymnastics. The research aimed to design an assistant instrument contributing positively in learning this skill and to know the effect of using the supported shoulders instrument according to the guided discovery method in learning it. The researchers used the experimental approach in the method of two - equal - system groups that was proper to the problem of this research. The study sample was chosen randomly ( lottery) and it included (30) students representing (20%) of the total research population. The distribution of this sample was into two equal groups (control and experimental) and each group involved (15) students. The steps and procedures followed in this research were the design of a supported shoulders instrument , the test of the skill of the front handspring and the teaching units. The researchers carried out (7) units throughout (7) weeks and there was one teaching unit a week. Each unit lasted (90) minutes distributed into three parts - the preparation part was (15) minutes , the mean part was (65) minutes (that was divided into (10) minutes for the teaching (theoretical ) part , (55) minutes for the practical part ) and the final part was (10) minutes.The experimental group used the assistant instrument that designed due to the guided discovery method in learning the skill studied in this research, while the control group used the usual method followed in the college and with the same variables. The researchers concluded that the use of the supported shoulders instrument due to the guided discovery method affected the learning of the front handspring skill in artistic gymnastics of the individuals of the sample that indicated the efficiency of the instrument used in this research and the teaching method followed.

Abstract: Gymnastics, like all sports, witnessed a great development in all its fields of study especially biomechanics. Gymnastics’ motor skills have high score of difficulty in general and in vaulting able in particular. Thus, the researcher analyzed biomechanically all stages of table vaulting due to the great effect of these stages on the level of difficulty. In addition to that, knowing the biomechanical variables will help in organizing the training program for this skill as well as identifying its weaknesses and strengths. The Problem of the study lies in our low level of performance compared to Arabic and foreign countries as proven in the Arabic Tournament held in Qatar 2011. The aims of the study : 1. Identifying the most important biomechanical variables of every stage of performing on vaulting table. 2. Identifying the relationship between the most important variables of every stage of performing on vaulting table.The hypotheses of the study : There is significant correlation between the biomechnical variables for each phase at the HSPR salto tucked & the difficulty values. Field of the study : 1. Subject : young gymnast of Iraqi national team(13 - 14 years), season(2011 - 2012)2. Place : Iraq - Baghdad - gymnastic training centre - hall of (sameer khammas)3. Duration : intervene between(5/1/2012 & 4/6/2012).Review of literature : This field includes the theoretical studies that related in the study, Such us movement groups of the vault, the technical & mechanical face for the handspring salto tacked on vault, and the biomechanics concept, and the types of motor analyzing. Procedures of the Study : The researcher used the analytical descriptive method. The subjects of the study were (11) young gymnasts from the Iraqi National Gymnastic league then the researcher took only (6) gymnasts for this study who can perform this skill very well. Each gymnast was given three attempts and after taking his name, age, number and score of each attempt, the best attempt was counted.The researcher conducted a pilot study to identify the speed and place of the camera as well as the lighting and the aiding team’s positions. After that, he conducted the field experiment that included shooting front handspring salto tucked on vaulting table. The performances were presented to international referees to evaluate the level of their difficulty. The biomechanical variables were identified and analyzed using (KINOVEA) software. Finally the researcher used proper statistical operations after analyses including standard deviation, mean etc. Display of results : This field includes the results of the study with their discussions. Conclusions : The researcher came up with the following conclusions : 1. There is no significant correlation relationship between the variables of hitting the vaulting table and difficulty of performance except the angle of hip during the instant of landing on the table for it showed a significant relationship with the level of difficulty. 2. The timing of hitting the table compared to the subjects of the study was good and it was fit with the timing requirements of this movement.3. Most gymnasts didn’t reach fill extension during pivoting on the table thus there were some bending at knee joint.4. There is no significant correlation relationship between the variables of second flight stage and level of difficulty. Recommendations : Finally the researcher recommended the following : 1. Concentrating on the starting points of every stage and its end to ensure correct performance and not to affect the performance of next stage.2. Making similar studies on vaulting movements with higher difficulty.3. Using biomechanical analysis as a means for diagnosing errors in performance especially in high difficulty movements that cannot be controlled through observation.

Abstract: ضم هذا الباب المقدمة واهمية البحث التي تطرقت فيها الى رياضة الجمناستك الفني، ودور العلوم الطبيعية الاخرى في تطورها ومن ضمنها علم التدريب وعلم البايوميكانيك من خلال توظيف هذه العلوم في تطوير مستوى الاداء الفني فيها، فللاداء الحصة الاكبر من الدرجة الاجمال | The study included the following five chapters : Chapter one : which included the study definition This chapter involved the introduction and the importance of the research in which we have dealt with artistic gymnastics , and the role of other natural sciences such as training science , biomechanics throughout using such sciences in developing the level of technical performance. Performance has the majority of the total scores which form the bodily movements in gymnastics , thus performance is given (10 marks) of the total final mark. The jumping springboard is one of the important devices for men's artistic gymnastics , at which skills pass through many stages including ( the approach run stage , striking of rising board stage , first flight stage , lean on hand stage , second flight stage , and landing stage). These stages are connected to each other , and success of each one depends upon the success of preceding stage , and all stages depend on the success of the first stage which is the approach run. The importance of approach run resides in the obtaining of the player the necessary and regular acceleration to get the horizontal velocity (kinetic energy) , whose speed fits to the performed difficult jump and converting it to (potential energy) at the moment of striking the rising board , and then converting it to vertical velocity after gaining kinetic energy with suitable acceleration , so as to convert it from one type to another without any decrease , in order to achieve the best artistic performance of the performed jump , because speed fluctuation will negatively and continuously affect the quality of jump performance. Therefore , the importance of this study resides in knowing some biokinmatic variables of the approach run and revealing weak points and defect in this run , and then setting up exercises to improve it , avoiding mistakes and identifying the scope of the effect of these exercises on the run. Since these exercises are considered as corrective and developmental program which can help to treat the weak points of performance and conquer them to improve the artistic performance. However , the research's problem can be summarized in weak artistic performance of some gymnastic skills on springboard device , which will result in low mark scoring by the players , and that is due to the fluctuation of the approach run , which created a problem affecting the kinetic pathway of the skill , and this in turn will lead to artistic performance score deduction , and therefore it will affect the final mark of the player. The aims of the study were as follows : Prepare exercises to improve the approach run in accordance with some biokinmatic variables.Identifying the values of some biokinmatic variables of the approach run and the values of performing some skills on the springboard.Identifying the effects of exercises used within a proposed training program to improve some biokinmatic variables of the approach run and the values of performing some skills on the springboard.The hypothesis of the study were as follows : There were statistically significant variation in some biokinmatic variables of the approach run between the pre and post tests.There were statistically significant variation in the results of performing some skills on the springboard between the pre and post tests.The domains of the study included the following : Human domain : included the players of the national juvenile selection team in artistic gymnastic who were 6 players , with age range (11 - 13) years.Temporal domain : The experimental program started from 22/5/2014 to 28/8/2014.Spatial domain : at the training center of the national selective team in artistic gymnastic in Zayoona qurter.Chapter two : Theoretical and similar studies : In this chapter , the researcher studied the theoretical studies related to her study , including the gymnastic and it's importance , and the concept of biomechanics and different types of biokinmatic analysis. The researcher also mentioned the modern springboard , it's properties , measurements , the natures of performance , description of exercise on the spring board , the artistic , biokinmatic , and legal basis of the approach run and skills. Finally , the researcher involved similar studies which are related to the present one with their discussion.Chapter three : Methodology and field procedures of the research : This chapter included the methods used by the researcher , which is the experimental methods of single experimental group , the exercises of the approach run with it's scientific basis , the biokinmatic variables used in the research and methods of their derivation , as well as the explorative experiments related to the proposed experiment and method. The exercise program started on 22/5/2014 till 28/8/2014 and it's application lasted for (12) weeks in as much as 3 exercise units per week on (Sunday , Tuesday , and Thursday) i.e the total exercise units were (36) during the research period. The researcher assigned (35) minutes for each exercise unit. The results were treated by suitable statistical methods through the statistical program (SPSS) in order to recognize the development of artistic performance level of the selected research skills.Chapter four : Review , analysis and discussion of the resultsThis chapter involved review and analysis of the results throughout tables and appropriate graphical figures with their scientific discussion depending upon scientific references that supported the findings of the researcher , thereby , the researcher achieved the aims and hypothesis of the study.Chapter four : Conclusions and RecommendationsThe researcher has got the following conclusions : 1 - The results showed efficacy of using exercise to improve the approach run within the proposed exercise method , which is set in accordance with some biokinmatic variables to develop the artistic performance of some skills on the springboard.2 - The results revealed efficacy of using the approach run exercises to improve biokinmatic variables of some skills in the study.The researcher recommended the following points : 1 - Generalization of the exercise methods proposed by the researcher to improve the approach run in accordance with some biokinmatic variables to perform some skills on the springboard at the training centers of gymnastic in Iraq. 2 - Reliance on modern technology to analyse skills in gymnastic to detect weakness and strength points during the kinetic pathway of the skill so as to avoid the weakness point and confirm strength points by using video recorders.3 - Performing similar studies and researches of other skills in gymnastic using different devices , including different biokinmatic aspects for boys and girls.

Furthermore, the disability, especially the mental one and its reasons, types, features, classifications and how to stop or prevent it.The researcher tried to give a study about the importance of sports,the aim and the role played by the Olympic Organizations of special needs.The research displays the similar studied concerning the same subject.As for the procedures : the experimental strategy was followed as it is appropriate for the subject discussed,the sample of the research consisted of (8 - 11) children from the institution mentioned above,chosen on the age - based strategy. The educational curriculum proposed for these children who have never practised any gymnastic exercises,with a length of (80) educational units in (80) minutes for five educational units a week.Before start point, there was a measurement and after each (20) units, there was a between - measurement for three times during the whole experimental approach.After finishing the procedures required with the (80) units, there was a so called the after - measurement process.Having achieved the first step, the researcher checked the skills stamina of the children in the same time and place circumstances.And after analysing the statistics the researcher concluded the following : 1. The disabled cannot learn the cartweel as fast as the norm since these skills need time and other qualities like strength and stamina.3. The credibility of the exercises, their multiplicity, repetition, partition and graduaism from the easy to the hard in acquiring skills.4. The effect of using the working strategy to "learn" and the educational system which had a positive role in teaching the members of the sample chosen.5. The effect of the testing during the educational units in learning skills and supporting the effect on developing the children, then correcting mistakes, if any.6. The effect on the competition on enhancing the children activity towards learning new skills.7. The positive role of music on children and their spirits.8. There were some absent - minded feature among children, especially in jumping exercises.As a result of the points mentioned above, the researcher would recommend the following : 1. To use duration testing as it is useful in developing movement skills,then watching/examining carefully.2. More repetition as forgeting is a major feature here.3. Hence the importance of the use of flexible strategies groups and learning stations to reach scientific results can be utilized in the learning process and the development level of performance.The problem with search through the work of researcher taught gymnastics for students in the Department of Physical Education, Faculty of Basic Education Mustansiriya University and his observation of the educational process for this article at the college , noted that a lot of teachers do not follow the modern strategies and their application in the field of teaching and learning the lessons of scientific , but rely on the traditional method in the process educational , while the modern strategies to encourage scientific education and learning at the same time and it's built on the appropriate capabilities and abilities and capabilities of mental and physical abilities and skills of the students. In spite of the findings of the researchers and scholars of positive results in the field of teaching methods therefore came I thought the researcher the possibility of teaching groups and flexible learning stations for some gymnastics skills Ground Padres Physical Education where they can individualize the experience of the learner develop learners stations that take into account the level of their abilities or interests while they are learning skills Padres Physical Education, and the researcher believes that connect the business of teaching and learning stations, flexible groups constitutes a degree of difficulty in terms of its procedures are designed to perform several levels of skill and one at the same time.Research objectives : 1. The number of curriculum strategies according to the groups and flexible learning stations to develop a level of performance and cognitive achievement of some of the movements in the gymnastics floor.2. The strategies groups and flexible learning stations as well as the curriculum for the students to be the third phase , which carried out within three educational programs with a positive impact on cognitive achievement of some of the movements in the gymnastics floor.2. Experimental group surpassed the first strategy was flexible groups to the control group on tests of cognitive achievement of some of the movements in the gymnastics floor.3. Outperformed the second experimental group used Strategy learning stations to the control group for some ground movements in gymnastics , while did not show significant differences between the two groups on tests of cognitive achievement , but the difference in the interest of a virtual second experimental group.4. Did not show significant differences between the experimental group the first and second experimental group on tests of cognitive achievement of some of the movements in the gymnastics floor. Recommendations and proposals1. Benefit from the use of three educational programs to teach students the third phase of the development level of performance and cognitive achievement of some of the movements in the gymnastics floor.2. Emphasis on the use of flexible strategies groups and learning stations to teach students some of the third phase of ground movements in gymnastics.3. Emphasis on the cognitive side of the ground in some of the movements of gymnastics in order to achieve integration needs , complemented by Nmutlab jurisdiction and Mharria physically , psychologically and socially.The researcher suggests the following : 1. Conduct a similar study , according to the variables.Conduct a similar study on the strategies groups and flexible learning stations with other activities.2. Necessary distribution of hours of study for each subject in proportion to the size of the material so that the benefit of these approaches.4.
