The study dealt with the code of tasneem (a spring in paradise) in the interpretation of the Quran by sheikh Abdullah al - jawadi al - amali and studied it in the light of the linguistics of the discourse. The researcher found no correlation between the tasneem code and the results of modern linguistics. In particular linguistics discourse. The latter was divided into the three chapters preceded by the preliminary and a conclusion that included the most important findings of the research. The first chapter was titled "the linguistics of speech and creation". It included three topics. The first dealt with the concept of discourse in the Arab culture, the second addressed the discourse the discourse in the western culture, and the third, the tributaries of the linguistic discourse and its most important approaches.The second chapter titled "role of the context in the formation and understanding of the discourse" included four topics, the context of its development, its section and its control, and the role of the context in the formation of the discourse, while the third highlighted the role of the context in understanding the discourse. The third chapter was entitled "harmony in the Qranic discourse". The chapter was based on four chapter as in the previous. The first came as a solution to the harmony in the waste and Islamic blogs. Consistency between the latter of the quran. On the basis of the research on his journey from sources and references, he was headed by sheikh al - amali as the subject of the research and then the tributaries of the research varied between the books of interpretation and the principle of jurisprudence (the science or Jurisprudence of law) and many of the library of modern linguistics.

This thesis deals with the( speech act theory) as the most prominent theories that emerged in the (pragmatics). this theory, founded by the philosopher of the language of Austin and developed by his pupil John Searl, and this theory deals with the achievement of the sentences and words after the pronunciation.The Office of the (diwan of Mohammed Al Haider, the martyr) was chosen as an Arabic literary text in order to explore the achievements in the poetic texts it contains.This study was preceded by three chapters and a conclusion.The introduction of its two articles is important and is closely related to this study.The( first topic) dealt with the life of the poet Sheikh Mohammed Al - Haider, who is the author of the texts in question.The (second section) of the preface provides a brief theoretical introduction to the syntactic and theological aspects of speech.(Chapter I) with his articles dealing with (assertives) and (declrations).The second chapter deals with the (directives) and the (commissives).The third chapter dealt with (expressives) in social and psychological sections.The conclusion included the most prominent findings in this study.The list of sources and references relied upon in this letter was followed

In the Name of Allah, the most merciful, the compassionate. Praise be to Allah who created man and taught him to speak. Peace and blessings be upon the master of creation and messengers, Mohammed bin Abdullah and his progenies and elite companions. Al - Takhmeer Book is regarded as one of the explanations of Al - Mufasal that written by Al - Zamakhshari and one of Arabic Language sciences that Grammarians studied, explained and commented that is why Al - Takhmeer of Al - Khawarzmi was a great resource when reading the grammarians' views and their directions . Al - Takhmeer Book had many grammatical issues which need to be explained and studied. This study is an attempt to discuss grammatical views which were in the book of Al - Takhamer. Our purpose of that is to discover what Arabic grammarian's opinions and if they had followed in their scientific views or their opinions which were just a criticism and trends to the other's opinions only. The methodology of the thesis is not contrary to the division of Al - Khawarizmi to his book but it is a compatible. The thesis is divided into an introduction, four chapters, and a conclusion. The introduction includes information about Al - Khwarizmi and explaining his method of introducing the grammarian material and his position from grammarians in his book " Al - Takhmeer ". Chapter one composes of the grammatical views concerning nouns. Chapter two tackles with the grammatical views about verbs and the chapter three deals with the grammatical views regarding the letters and articles. And the fourth chapter is about the grammatical views in different issues like coordinators, pronouns and relative pronouns. In the conclusion, the researcher comes up to the following : 1. Al - Khawarizmi was not just a Grammar Scientist, but he was also a scientist in Literature, Theology, and Qur'an Explaining(Al - Tafseer).2. He was having a hard style in discussing other Grammarians' opinions.3. He was not a follower of a specific school in Grammar, but he was an elector of the opinions that he believed agree with his own views regarding grammar

The Arab presence had a great impact on the Andalusian society, which differed from the oriental society in their aspects of life (religious, cultural, social). The eastern cultural influence contributed to the development of civilization in Andalusia, beginning with the period of the Emirate and the subsequent era. In view of the long period of time of this era, we decided to devote a study to show the influence of the Oriental cultural heritage on Andalusia. This research has been divided into three units and the beginning is : The preface is a definition of heritage and an introduction to the Andalusian society in the era of Bani - Al ahmerr and addressed the religious, political and cultural aspeects. The first unit was devoted to the religious heritage and included two sections, the first of the Qur'an and its stories, the second of the Prophet's Hadith and the impact of each of them in the Andalusian prose texts. This study deals with the concept of textual cohesion and its importance in the harmony of speech as a criterion of textual coherence developed by Robert de Bogrand and the discovery of the means used by this criterion in its various types in order to study how the elements are interlinked within the text. And the application of this approach to the book (the ethics of the two ministers) of Abu Hayyan Tawhidi (d 400 AH), an important heritage text belongs to the fourth century AH. The study followed the descriptive approach and applied analysis in order to study the texts of the heritage according to a modern approach and to reach the compatibility of the text of the monotheistic with this approach. This study was based on the reasons for its selection, objectives, scope, methodology and sources, as well as a preface, four chapters and a conclusionThe preface, entitled "The Textual cohesion and the Ethics of the Two ministers", dealt with a historical background on the progress of language studies and their transition from the sentence phase to the text, and then we discussed Abu Hayyan al - Tawhidi, on the aspects of his life, his death, his growing up and his most important works .The first chapter and its title (reference in the book of ethics of the two ministers) shed light on the concept of reference in theory and practice on the texts of the bookThe second chapter was titled (linking in the book of ethics of the two ministers) and dealing with the various means of linking, such as grammatical cohesion, bifurcation, the identification, which follows to show their importance in the fabrication of text and its parts.The third chapter titled (ellipsis and substitution in the book of ethics of the two ministers) showed the importance of these two topics in shortening texts, its cohesion and collideness .Then we have followed the previous three chapters with the fourth chapter which is titled (lexical cohesion in the book ethics of the two ministers), which included repetition of the types and the collaction whom we explained through the basic function that they perform within the texts of TawhidiAfter the completion of these four chapters, we concluded with a epilogue which we detected in the most important results that emerged from this study, the most important of which is the detection of the tawhidi's ability to employ the mechanisms of cohesion in its texts, with the result of cohesion and harmony formally and symbolically.
