المستخلص: ما زالت النظرة التقليدية لوضع المراة في المجتمع بسبب هيمنة السلطة الذكورية والمعايير الاجتماعية كالقيم والتقاليد الاجتماعية والاعراف وبما ان المراة لا تمثل نصف المجتمع فقط، بل انها تمثل نصف الطاقة البشرية القادرة على العمل، وان اتاحة الفرصة لها واختيار ال | The conventional view to women is still in society due to the male domination on society and the social values. Since women and the costumes and women. Since women is not half the society, but half of its potential energy that is capable of working. Giving her the chance to work according to her efficiency and ability and academic achievement is a justice in the distribution of professions between the sexes without discrimination. Women bear the responsibility of correcting the view created by men. The importance of this study comes from knowing the most important social limitations of women work in society which effect on many aspects in her life like choosing a career suiting hers and the range of women working in the university of Baghdad - Jadriya complex towards working women for the increase of the number of working women to contribute to the economic activity starting from the principles of the heavenly religions, specially Islam. The study aims at : 1. Knowing the social limitations that should determine the profession of women in society.2. Knowing the professions which women practiced in history. 3. Comparing the previous studies with this one. 4. Shedding light on the importance of the activities of women in working.Also, the field study of the sample shed light on teachers and female teachers of Jadriay Complex. The sample included (200) subject like (100) of the female teachers. Percentile rate and arithmetic means and Chi - square and Spearman coefficient. Also, the study showed : 1 - The sample of study preferred the teacher from the other professions. 2 - Most of the opinions of the studied sample affirmed that the basic defense for women going to work is economical. 3 - Most of the opinions of the studied sample affirmed that costumes and values are the most important determinants of the women participation in society. The most important recommendations and suggestions, affirm that : 1 - The necessity that family depended on the dealing with children and indiscrimination. 2 - The necessity to change that conventional view towards in Iraqi society through media. 3 - Encouraging families to orientate girls to go out working.4 - The necessity that Ministry of women care for women. The most important suggestions are : 1 - Making more studies about the concept of social limitations of women.2 - Making symposiums and conferences and seminars on the level of Baghdad and the governorates of Iraq.3 - Opening the research centers specialized in women's affairs and the challenges facing them, and surmounting them

المستخلص: لقد اثرت تقانة الاتصال على القيم الاجتماعية في المجتمع العربي بصورة عامة والمجتمع العراقي بصورة خاصة سواء كان هذا التغير ايجابيا ام سلبيا على مستوى الفرد والمجتمع ويتجلى هذا التاثير من خلال التنشئة الاجتماعية والعلاقات الانسانية وكذلك سلوك الافراد وتعامله | in general and the Iraqi society, in particular, whether this change a positive or negative impact on the level of the individual and society Nowhere is this influence through socialization and human relations as well as the behavior of individuals and his dealings with others, where the world was to soon change changes in slow increments can be measured and trends can be calculated and the effect of points can be identified and controlled, but the technological changes and openness cognitive features that seemed evident in the last decade of the twentieth century brought about a change in all scales and distances and traditional considerations.The importance of this study are derived through Highlight : . 1 - are the effects of communication technology extends to every family in the community (Riva and a ban) negatively and positively. 2 - is a topic of great importance especially since he can not control the communication technology and its effects on society. 3 - to identify the behaviors of university students and the changes in the system of social values influence communication technology. 4 - Few studies related to the impact of communication technology in the service department of social change, particularly the subject of social values. 5 - enrich the library of scientific study may constitute a starting point for other studies. The objectives of the study are as follows : . 1 - determine the level of change in social values among university students and their relationship Ptqana contact. 2 - identification process to respect the social values of pre - university students and their relationship Ptqana contact. 3 - determine the differences statistically significant according to the professors (specialization, sex, years of university service.) As well as the side of the field for a sample search of Tdrisie and Tdriciat Baghdad University Jadiriya, reaching 300 respondents of which (142) of the faculty and (158) of Altdriciat, as well as the study used the percentage and the arithmetic mean and Chi - square and the sequence of ordinal coefficient Spearman in statistical operations, the main findings of the study : 1 - study results showed that communication technology has established a spirit of cooperation between university students. 2 - The study results showed the role of communication technology Bodgav spirit of partnership between the university students. 3 - shows the results of the study of the role of communication technology in the view of university looked to Western society's biggest community. 4 - The results of the study, the role of communication technology to enrich the experiences of scientific and socio - cultural university students. 5 - shows the results of the study the role of technology in promoting contact incompatibility of traditional values with modern values for university students. 6 - The results of the study, the role of communication technology in promoting opportunities for dialogue and social peace and accept each other for university students. 7 - Results of the study showed the role of communication technology in giving opportunities to participate in the transfer of information and ideas for university students. 8 - shows the results of the study of the role of communication technology in enabling most of the university students to find quick solutions to their problems through cooperation among themselves. The most important proposals of the study are : 1 - further studies on the concept of communication technology and the changing social values among university students in Iraqi society. 2 - emphasis on further studies in the field of communication technology and the changing social values from the viewpoint of samples from different segments of society to find out more information on the outlook for the technology of social contact. 3 - studies in the provinces of the country to learn about the role of technology in communication change the social values of the university students and compared the present study.

المستخلص: The civil society organization is regarded as one of the most important and strongest organizations for its offer multi - functions for the society as a whole in all aspects of life. This organization feeds and interacts with all other institutions such as the family, the economic, the culture, the religious…etc. These organizations are necessary for the development of society, guiding it into different conditions at different levels (internal and external levels) or to defend it and its sovereignty where there is a threat.Due to its various functions depending on its sub - institutions and corporation, it is rather better to study each of them separately in its relation with the society, with particular focus on the organizations that interest in the vulnerable groups. As the Iraqi society suffer from several crises after the occupation 2003, its social effects are extended to the society and other related institutions.This study is intended to shed light on the developmental role of civil society organizations in Iraqi society focusing on the field of social work.The researcher has chosen this subject for its very important, since there is a rise in the rates Vulnerable Groups (women headed of the household, Orphans, Vagrants, Disables…etc.), and pervasive behaviors as consequents of the dangerous changes that have taken place in the Iraqi society after the occupation 2003.The searching sample covers 7 institutions of the civil society organizations in Baghdad city (Al - Karch and Al - Rusafa) which were randomly selected. This is considered as an analysis descriptive study which requires using more than one method to obtain information, social survey, descriptive statistical, sociological and anthropological methods are used and variety of devices are also followed in order to get information such as questionnaires, interviews and observations.The Dissertation consists of two parts, part one deals with the theoretical section and part two deals with the empirical section.The dissertation as a whole constitutes seven chapters; each chapter has a number of topics which provided the materials to the said chapters. Chapter one deals with the general framework of the research; whereas chapter two is interested in the deliration of social work and previous literature on the subject. Chapter three deal with the development of civil society organizations in Iraq and Arab countries. Chapter four of the dissertation is interested in the methodological framework of the research. As for chapter five, it is concerned with social, economic and educational characteristics of the sample units. Chapter six and seven concerned of the main characteristics of civil society organizations has been selected.At the end, the dissertation revealed the final outcome of the survey, and the recommendations

المستخلص: TheAims of study focus on most important social problems and challenges and also to know bilateral cooperation level between leader men in the local councils ,reaction degree between them and services degree which give to the society ,as well as ,knowing most family problems which are facing local council 's leaderships and their effect on leaderships 'role and their works in the local council which don't achieve aims of the local and city councils getting off results ,recommendations ,and suggestions that can support leader man and his role and local council aims role in the society and developing these local councils to give services to the individual and society.This study deals with social problems which facing leader man in the local councils ,however, these councils work on service society ,during this study was limited many questions extract from many social problems that faced leader men one of them is family and work problems linking them with leader's work in the local councils which were submitted to( cay square) test.these questions are to be completed answering and discussing to their truth.The important thing of this subject focuses on these problems which leader man sufers and know this problems and analysis them to solve.the existing of thses problems make leader men 's work weakness so,this may make negative effect on the local councils and their services to an individual and society. The spoke man scholar on the comprehensive exterminate of the leaderships in the city and local councils in the Baghdad city(AL - Karkh and Rasafa) were110 leader men ,but the materials which are used in the study is mainly poll forms and I depended also on saw leader men face ,noticed and studied many of Baghdad governorate's members. This study was used many of statistical means and achievement study 's aim. Many directions and suggestions were given one of the most important of them is to restrict roles ,works ,responsibilities of the local administration ,duties and rights of each leader men, worker, employees and workers in these councils.It's necessary to make democratic elections to the leader men of the local councils as well as to limit role and a position of the city and local council within current changes to put an end on an administration and finincial rot , to insiste on supervision and also expanding competence of the local council work and giving necessary financial benefits for city and local councils work and developing these local council forgiving servies the persons and socity
