لقد اثرت تقانة الاتصال على القيم الاجتماعية في المجتمع العربي بصورة عامة والمجتمع العراقي بصورة خاصة سواء كان هذا التغير ايجابيا ام سلبيا على مستوى الفرد والمجتمع ويتجلى هذا التاثير من خلال التنشئة الاجتماعية والعلاقات الانسانية وكذلك سلوك الافراد وتعامله | in general and the Iraqi society, in particular, whether this change a positive or negative impact on the level of the individual and society Nowhere is this influence through socialization and human relations as well as the behavior of individuals and his dealings with others, where the world was to soon change changes in slow increments can be measured and trends can be calculated and the effect of points can be identified and controlled, but the technological changes and openness cognitive features that seemed evident in the last decade of the twentieth century brought about a change in all scales and distances and traditional considerations.The importance of this study are derived through Highlight : . 1 - are the effects of communication technology extends to every family in the community (Riva and a ban) negatively and positively. 2 - is a topic of great importance especially since he can not control the communication technology and its effects on society. 3 - to identify the behaviors of university students and the changes in the system of social values influence communication technology. 4 - Few studies related to the impact of communication technology in the service department of social change, particularly the subject of social values. 5 - enrich the library of scientific study may constitute a starting point for other studies. The objectives of the study are as follows : . 1 - determine the level of change in social values among university students and their relationship Ptqana contact. 2 - identification process to respect the social values of pre - university students and their relationship Ptqana contact. 3 - determine the differences statistically significant according to the professors (specialization, sex, years of university service.) As well as the side of the field for a sample search of Tdrisie and Tdriciat Baghdad University Jadiriya, reaching 300 respondents of which (142) of the faculty and (158) of Altdriciat, as well as the study used the percentage and the arithmetic mean and Chi - square and the sequence of ordinal coefficient Spearman in statistical operations, the main findings of the study : 1 - study results showed that communication technology has established a spirit of cooperation between university students. 2 - The study results showed the role of communication technology Bodgav spirit of partnership between the university students. 3 - shows the results of the study of the role of communication technology in the view of university looked to Western society's biggest community. 4 - The results of the study, the role of communication technology to enrich the experiences of scientific and socio - cultural university students. 5 - shows the results of the study the role of technology in promoting contact incompatibility of traditional values with modern values for university students. 6 - The results of the study, the role of communication technology in promoting opportunities for dialogue and social peace and accept each other for university students. 7 - Results of the study showed the role of communication technology in giving opportunities to participate in the transfer of information and ideas for university students. 8 - shows the results of the study of the role of communication technology in enabling most of the university students to find quick solutions to their problems through cooperation among themselves. The most important proposals of the study are : 1 - further studies on the concept of communication technology and the changing social values among university students in Iraqi society. 2 - emphasis on further studies in the field of communication technology and the changing social values from the viewpoint of samples from different segments of society to find out more information on the outlook for the technology of social contact. 3 - studies in the provinces of the country to learn about the role of technology in communication change the social values of the university students and compared the present study.
