Abstract: اهتمت هذه الدراسة بايجاد تاثير راس المال الاجتماعي عبر مكوناته (الزمالة، الثقة، التعاون، راس المال الفكري) في دعم العمل المنظمي عبر مكوناته (الالتزام التنظيمي، التطبيع الاجتماعي التنظيمي، الابداع الاجتماعي التنظيمي) لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية.تتلخص مشكلة ال | his study concerns with finding the effect of social capital including (Associability, trust, cooperation, and intellectual capital) on supporting organizational work that includes organizational commitment, socialization and social innovation. The essential problem of this study can be summarized that we lack an applied Iraqi or Arabian study concerns with the relationship of social capital with the supporting of organizational work to achieve competitive advantages. So, we attempt in this study to answer on such questions : what do we mean with social capital, its importance and components?. How is social capital built and invested?. , And what is the nature of social capital in the Iraqi organization that selected for the sample of our research. In order to handle the research problem and to achieve its aim, we suggested three main hypotheses, and of each one, some sub hypotheses are subdivided. The first one states “social capital has no effect on supporting organizational work”. Wherease the second one states “the supported organizational work has no effect on competitive advantage of organization”, and the third hypotheses states “there is no statistical relation of physical meaning between social capital and competitive advantage”.The three zero hypotheses are rejected, and other alternative hypotheses are accepted and tested with a number of statistical methods. Questionnaire is used to gather the data and information from study sample of (240) individuals, the workers in state establishment for electric industries.The study depended on ready measures for measuring the whole variables, and the all is tested according to validity and confirmation testing.This research come out with many conclusions, of which, the social capital with its four dimensions (Intellectual capital, trust, Associability and cooperation) led to the best division to knowledge ascribed to high levels of trust and proactive networks and to common objectives and frameworks in the company upon our research. In addition to that the lower turnover rates showed decreasing variability & training costs, the use of human resources, and the decisions characterized with stailty because they stem of common understanding in hand and development of social capital in other hand.The researcher recommends the following : the benefit of intelligent workers who are known of their accuracy in work, by distinguishing them and making them on the top of groups that make social capital. Those will give their ideas that present social and intellectual innovation to improve competitive advantage.

This research aims to determine the relation between shape and effect of application of (BPR) program and the most important criteria’s of performance which are (coast, quality, speed, flexibility) in organizations and exactly in hospitals, which are responsible to fulfill customers desires and needs. To reach study objectives a simulate diagram had built to determine the nature of this relationship. In general view this study consist of two aspects : First of them is the theoretical part explain the (definitions, concepts principles, steps, criteria’s, importance, advantages, disadvantages difficulties) of (BPR) and it’s relation with other administrative approaches like total quality management (TQM). While the second part covers the practical aspect of the study. A questionnaire used as a method to collect data, and interviews, moreover field living with The sample consist of 72 one. Differs between them in age, sex, employing years and scientific degrees. Hypothesis were examined through group of statistical method, the result were used by application of prepared program (SPSS 13). Which proofed (the existing relation between BPR application and the criteria’s of performance, which are (coast, quality, speed, and flexibility). Eventually : the study recommended several points. The most important one was adopting (BPR) programs in all health organizations. Also proposed several points suggesting that if will be implicated it would elevate the level of this health organization

Abstract: This study Explored two types of intelligence fond by Howard Gardner in his multiple intelligences theory (1985), The Spiritual Intelligence and the Emotional intelligence with their dimensions As the explanation variables in addition to the Transformational Leadership Style and its four dimensions as the mediator and their effects on the financial performance of the sample banks.The Philosophical and the theoretical framework for this research was based on the core of the interaction relationships between the variables. The research emerged from an intellectual dilemma with two dimensions, the theoretical dimension represented by the rarity of research on spiritual intelligence with emotional intelligence in the Arabic environment and especially the Iraqi environment. In addition to the rarity in research on the relationship between the spiritual and emotional intelligences on transformational leadership and its effect on financial performance of the sample banks, and the need for organizations to enrich their philosophical knowledge and understanding about these concepts and its importance in the practical or empirical life to be an important tools in facing the ever changing environmental challenges.The empirical dimension went to examine the relationship between transformational leadership and the level of financial performance in the sample banks and the relationship between the explanatory variables spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence in improving the financial performance.The aim of the study is tracking what spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence can add to the financial performance Through what the transformational leadership dimensions deliver as a mediator. The study used a descriptive analytical deductive method. The study defined a set of Assumptions as answers for the study s' problem tested by non - parametric statistical tools as : SPSS, Mediator, Scope, False limit factor ,correlation and Multiple Regression. An intentional sample of (116) individuals had been chosen from the managerial leaders in12 private banks in Iraq and The research found a number of important conclusions the most important one was the absence of spiritual and emotional intelligences effects on financial performance at the empirical level of the research , inaddition to the orientation of the banks to the social aspects more than the individual aspects..based on these results a number of recommendations were set ,and the research recommended that the concept of spiritual and emotional intelligence should be enhanced and be given more attention through workshops and conferences in addition to a training program for spreading these concepts and their importance in the success of the individual and organizations

Abstract: تعد المعرفة واستراتيجيات ادارتها قاعدة اساسية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية للمنظمة لتوليد الثروة في عالم الاعمال الجديد، لذا تعاظمت اهميتها بما حدا بالمنظمات الى توجه اداراتها الى اكتساب المعرفة وتوليدها والتشارك بها والعمل على تفعيلها من خلال استراتيجياتها، | Knowledge and its management strategies are both regarded as fundamental basis for achieving the organization's competitive advantage ,which in turn leads to create fortune in business new world. This important privilege initiates organizations to direct their administrations to obtain and generate the possible knowledge, to sharing and activate it into their strategies. This consolidates the ability to develop and reach the entrepreneurial positions ;a major requirement for considering the over - lasting competitive advantage of organizations. The present study focuses on the impact of the knowledge managing strategies on the competitive advantage by considering the process of entrepreneurial business as an indicator of modern knowledge managing strategies in validating the competitive advantage in Iraqi private banks. The problem of the study lies in presenting a number of questions on the essence of modern knowledge managing strategies theoretically and practically. The study aims at finding possible and satisfactory replies to these questions relevant to the theoretical framework and relation samples. Six hypotheses are presented.The present study is applied on (seventy) subjects selected randomly from (ten) Iraqi private banks. Questionnaire , interviews, and the researcher's personal observations are all regarded as strategies for data collection. Many statistical procedures are used ,like Mean, Standard Deviation, Spearman correlation coefficient , variance, Multiple Regression.The main findings are : The administrative authorities of Iraqi private banks have adopted the symbol strategy to simplify the banking process which in turn leads to add additional competitive advantages especially in terms of time and achievement. But, unfortunately, this was not totally effective especially in competitive price strategy. Also, it is found that the influences of change in knowledge managing strategies lead to create positive influences in the selected banks. This is done by regarding pioneering business strategy the cornerstone in issues related to time, speed and achievement of customers' services.The recommendations of this study are all relevant to the processes adopted by Iraqi private banks in implementing creative entrepreneurial business dimensions , which will evidently lead to consolidate the importance of knowledge managing strategies in creating positive changes in the competitive strategy of time , speed, achievement of customers' services, and its relevance in increasing more market share.

The search focus an number at goals including knowledge of correlations between cognitive complexity and adaptability job to the variables and the organizational innovation performance in light ,where the search has been studied the variables of complexity cognitive and adaptability job to the level of individual and innovation performance at the corporate level. The study includes 52 private banks in Baghdad and 25 where was choose and 202 employees were selected as a sample of which targeted it was distributed 232 questionnaires and 22 of them were non - returnable and 22 were neglected for lack 0f answers. the researcher used this questionnaires as a tool for measuring.the study found an number of important conclusion and recommendations. including a correlation between cognitive complexity relationship and adaptability job with the and correlation between complexity and the impact of cognitive complexity relationship and adaptability with the job and correlation and indirect impact between cognitive complexity and innovation performance and direct correlation between the impact of adaptability job and the innovation performance and a direct correlation between the complexity of cognitive.

Abstract: سعى هذا البحث الى التعريف بمفهوم الاجراءات الادارية وكذلك مفهوم عملية تبسيط الاجراءات ومراحلها وتطبيق عملية تبسيط الاجراءات في بيئة الاعمال الخدمية وهي دائرة مجاري بغداد في امانة بغداد بهدف التوصل الى تقليص المدة الزمنية لاجراءات تنفيذ المشاريع عن طريق حذ | Expanded this study was to profile the concept of administrative procedures, as well as the concept of the process of simplification of procedures and stages of the application process simplification of procedures in the business environment service which circle streams Baghdad in Baghdad Secretariat with a view to reducing the duration of the procedures for the implementation of projects by deleting a number of steps and measures unnecessary or merge some steps together in one step so as to contribute effectively to speed completion of sewerage projects and provide a wider and better services to citizens in the city of Baghdad. Where you followed this study method of critical analysis in the analysis of data and information on procedures for the implementation of projects currently in place in the circle of streams of Baghdad, is one of the main circuit in the secretariat of Baghdad, which is responsible for the implementation of projects for sanitation in the city of Baghdad, where they were adopted researcher in the collection of data and information on the proceduresfield of study on direct observation and field cohabitation and personal interviews with the relationship and the study of such files and records as well as the study of laws, regulations and instructions for the implementation of government contracts. The study found the presence of complexity as well as the length of time required for the implementation of measures for the implementation of projects currently in place in the circle of streams Baghdad since the beginning of the process of planning the project to be choosing a contractor who will implement it and sign a contract with him, as well as procedures for disbursement of cash advances for companies implementing projects which contributed delays in the completion of these projects and hence the delay in the delivery of services to citizens, which will reflect negatively on their daily lives, and the study concluded to provide a range of proposals and recommendations that could contribute to the simplification of procedures of the field of study, as well as reduce the time needed to implement them.

Most important conclusions are listed below : 1. The goals the plan includes (in Diyala) are modest and unambitious one , thus , the goals would be unqualified to carry out investment projects or to develop them in the governorate. It has been also noted that there has not been quality control and lab to test the substances that are used to implement the projects in the governorate aforesaid. This actually would motivate and impel most companies to go the private labs and universities for testing the materials. This, in return, being exposed to corruption for not being there quality control on these labs by the governorate. 2. The efficient chain aims to reduce the cost in every stage of its stages, and the responsive chain put fast delivery as a primary competitive goals for it. In according with that and through field cohabiting of supply chain processes in vegetarian public company particularly for detergents and soaps ( study sample) , the searcher pointed several problems in these two chains, the most important are the problem in supply processes and suppliers choice standards which based on political standards away from the competitive standards , and that is caused constant deficiency in raw materials because of the delay in supply processes , and also limited production capacity because of exhausted machines and equipments in facing high and increasing demand for study sample products. All these reason create problems in the distribution and sales processes because of the limited response for the demand and high stock out cost represent by sales loosing cost. For these reasons the study aims to design two models of supply chain, that are the efficient and responsive, and for each study sample products, and tests there performance , then choosing the best model. The searcher depended on case study approach to analyze and evaluate the performance of present supply chains and Monte Carlo simulation to design both chain models, using EXCEL software. By using the means of the five experiments results of the simulation for both models that relate with quantity of production, costs , sourcing intervals , and profits , responsive chain indicated clear superiority in its performance for detergents product, therefore the searcher recommend to adopting responsive supply chain model for this product. While for soaps product and although that the means of the production quantity , cost , and sourcing intervals indicated the distinction of the responsive chain , the profits assured the superiority of the efficient chain , so in this case the searcher recommends choosing the chain that appropriates for the company's strategy.

Abstract: تفاعلت ثلاثة متغيرات لتشكيل الاطار الفكري والفلسفي لهذه الدراسة، وهي (ثقافة المنظمة وادارة المعرفة والميزة التنافسية المستدامة)، وقد انطلقت الدراسة من مشكلة معبر عنها بعدد من التساؤلات الفكرية والتطبيقية، استهدف من الاجابة عنها استجلاء الفلسفة النظرية وا | Three Variables interacted to from the ideological and philosophic frame of this study which are (Organizational Culture, Knowledge Management and Sustainable Competitive Advantage), this study started from a problem expressed by of applied and ideological wonderments to answer these question in order to illustrate the philosophy theory and ideological functions of these variables because they are a new subjects at Arabic environment in general and Iraqi environment in special and testing relationship coloration and effect and ability of using it at application environment which formed from a sample from Iraqna and MTC - Atheer Mobile Phone Telecommunication Companies in Iraq, The Sample of study was determined by (72) manager.Important the study in ideological and philosophic origin for study variables depend on application afford for actuality of organizational culture and Knowledge Management in developing sustainable competitive advantage, In order to get this aim six main hypothesis has been formulated, branch all and tested by some non parametric statistical processes, the questionnaires used as a basic elements to collect data and information from the study simple.The study conducted to ideological theory and applied conclusions which determine actual of organizational culture found at application environment, The most outstanding was the integration of organization culture role and knowledge management success in developing the sustainable competitive advantage, but the variable of organization culture role dominates in developing the sustainable competitive advantage, which indicates the importance of recommendations, the most outstanding among them are the companies researched simulation of the international companies and drawing scenarios in meeting future as well as the consolidating of the knowledge existed through the developing of site workshop and putting specified strategies and policies followed by companies to get the learning and the knowledge. And suggestions such as orientation study knowledge workers management of advancing the human resource and knowledge culture simultaneously.
