Abstract: وجب على المدربين عند اعداد مناهج تدريبية ان يوفر وسائل استشفائية ملائمة تسرع من عمليات استعادة الاستشفاء وتعويض مصادر الطاقة المصروفة , واختيار الوسائل الاستشفائية المناسبة تؤثر على الحالة الايجابية للاعب . ومن ذلك تمثلت مشكلة البحث في ضعف الاهتمام في مرحلة الاستشفاء وقلة الوسائل التدريبية المستخدمة من قبل المدربين في مرحلة الاستشفاء العميق بعد الوحدات التدريبية حيث ارتاى الباحث دراسة فاعلية وتاثير الاستشفاء بالتبريد في مؤشرات الاستشفاء الوظيفية وتطور تحمل الاداء لدى لاعبي كرة اليد ضمن اعداد وتنفيذ تمرينات خاصة حيث هدفت الدراسة الى اعداد تمرينات خاصة باستخدام الاستشفاء بالتبريد لتطوير تحمل الاداء وبعض المتغيرات الوظيفية لدى لاعبي كرة اليد الشباب ومعرفة تاثير تلك التمرينات باستخدام الاستشفاء بالتبريد ووسائل الاستشفاء المعتادة في تحمل الاداء وبعض المتغيرات الوظيفية لدى لاعبي كرة اليد. واستخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي لملائمة طبيعة مشكلة البحث وقد استخدم الباحث تصميم المجموعات المتكافئة لغرض المقارنة وتمثلت عينة البحث على لاعبي المدرسة التخصصية بكرة اليد في محافظة واسط والبالغ عددهم 36 لاعب واختار الباحث 12 لاعب من مجتمع البحث الكلي وعن طريق القرعة تم تقسيمهم الى مجموعتين مجموعة تجريبية ومجموعة ضابطة حيث تم تطبيق التمرينات الخاصة بعد اجراء الاختبارات القبلية باسلوب التدريب الفتري مرتفع الشدة على مجموعتي البحث بواقع ثلاث وحدات تدريبية في الاسبوع ولمدة 8 اسابيع بعدها تم اجراء الاختبارات البعدية ومعالجة البيانات احصائيا باستخدام نظام ( الحقيبة الاحصائية ) SPSS واستنتج الباحث ان التمرينات الخاصة مع وسائل الاستشفاء المستخدمة عملت على زيادة كفاءة عمل الاجهزة الوظيفية وان عملية الاستشفاء بالتبريد تاثير افضل من الاسلوب المعتاد للاستشفاء في تحسن المتغيرات الوظيفية. | The trainers most provide the programs training with suitable recovery facilities to accelerate the replace of consumer energy; the problem of research represented by the careless of recovery from trainers and acute shortage of training means in the long - term recovery stage after the training units. The study aimed to follow : - Prepare special exercises by using cooling recovery to develop the performance endurance and some functional variables for young handball players. - To investigate from the effect of special exercises by using cooling recovery in performance endurance and some functional variables for young handball players. - To know the deference between the effect of special exercises by using cooling recovery and traditional recovery facilities in performance endurance and some functional variables for young handball players.The researcher used the experimental method (two equal groups design). The community of research include (36) players from special handball training center in Wasut city, the sample of research consist of 12 players were selected randomly, and then the sample divided into two equal groups. The researcher used some tools, observation, experimentation and objective tests as a means of gathering data. After pre test the experimental groups underwent to implement the special exercises with cooling recovery and the control group implemented same exercises with traditional facilities of recovery, for a period of 8 weeks, three training sessions weekly , after a post tests were performed and data was processing by using the SPSS statistical bag the researcher concluded the following : - The special exercises by using cooling recovery have a positive effect in improving the performance endurance and some functional variables for young handball players. - The special exercises by using traditional recovery have a positive effect in improving the performance endurance and some functional variables for young handball players. - The cooling recovery better than traditional recovery in improvement of some functional variables

Abstract: The Researcher : The thesis include introduction of research and its importance of research came to know the relationship between psychological pollution and bullying and psychological rebellion at players of some Iraqi universities handball teams , and then it can benefit of the researchers , trainers and praises the faculty members, as well as players in the diagnosis of habits and behavior is desirable within the sports community as well as to take advantage of it to strengthen and improve athletic and academic behavior. In addition to what this research to enrich the Arabic library and library sports psychology. This new information , as well as the problem which crystallized in the presence behaviors negative undesirable represented Rebellion and bullying at players and are caused by that there are pollutants psychological at the players, a lies the of the research problem , so the researcher decided studying the psychological pollution with variables bullying and rebellion psychological at players relationship of some Iraqi universities handball teams as researcher did not find any study on the relationship between these concepts as the knowledge of the researcher.The objective of this research to : 1. Prepare and rationing psychological pollution the scales on the players of some Iraqi universities handball teams.2. Building and rationing bullying and psychological rebellion scales on players some Iraqi universities handball teams.3. Identify the psychological pollution and bullying and psychological rebellion at the players some Iraqi universities handball teams.4.Identify the differences in psychological pollution and bullying and psychological rebellion at the players some Iraqi universities handball teams according to the University.5. Identify the nature of the relationship between psychological pollution and all of bullying and psychological rebellion at Iraqi universities handball players teams.6.Prediction of bullying and psychological rebellion in terms of psychological pollution at some Iraqi universities handball players teams.The researcher reviewed the literature on pollution and psychological bullying and psychological insurgency as well as previous studies on these three concepts.Researcher descriptive approach has been used by survey methods, and studies of standard and comparison , and relations connectivity, and predictive , for suitability nature of the study, while the included search sample on the 170 players representing the some Iraqi universities handball teams for the academic year 2014 - 2015.In order to achieve the objectives of research has been prepared and rationing scales (psychological pollution), and building and rationing measurements of (bullying, psychological , Rebellion ) by following steps and procedures to build psychological scales and rationed and address data through the use of the bag Statistical Social Sciences (spss), in addition to the prediction of bullying and the rebellion in terms of pollution psychological.And through a presentation , analysis and discuss of research findings was reached the following conclusion : - 1. Psychological pollution scale prepared by researcher and rationing is suitable for measuring psychological pollution at players of some Iraqi universities handball teams.2.The scales of psychological bullying and rebellion that built and rationing by researcher are suitable for measuring psychological bullying and rebellion at some Iraqi universities handball players teams.3.The research sample at four levels individuals are distributed in three measures of the study, namely, a high level , Medium level , low level and the very low level.4.The presence of low levels of psychological pollution , bullying, psychological and rebellion at players of some Iraqi universities handball teams.5.The results showed no differences in psychological pollution and psychological bullying and rebellion among the players some Iraqi universities handball teams.6. The results showed the existence of a positive direct correlation between psychological pollution and psychological bullying and the psychological pollution and rebellion.7. Devise predictive equation for bullying and psychological rebellion in terms of psychological pollution at players of some Iraqi universities handball teams.From these conclusions the researcher recommends.1.Benefit from the current study objective scale as a tool for researchers and the possibility to use in their research and studies.2.Conducting other researchers to reveal the relationship of psychological pollution of some other psychological variables.3.Conduct studies similar players and players of other games (football, basketball, volleyball etc. (...4.The necessity of pushing players tariff sessions of the seriousness pollution and psychological bullying , rebellion and its impact on the level of school success rates, performance and sporting achievement.5. The need for the use of teachers or coaches psychological scales of pollution in order to detect bullying and Rebellion on the bottom of their players (their students) and the possibility to refine and guide their behavior and their actions. 6. Use predictive equation to predict the bullying psychological and rebellion at players some Iraqi universities teams handball in terms of psychological pollution.

Abstract: The study included five parts; the first one included giving an idea of the research and its importance in paying attention for the Physical training advancement in the various games of which is handball on the Arab, regional and world level. Iraq is one of the countries that seek to achieve that advancement which is a reflection of knowledge of the different sciences and conducting researches in a scientific way. The role of measuring and testing appeared as a tool of evaluation in the athletic field for being one of the sciences on which athletic training science is based on which has an important and basic role in evaluating the level of the training state of the player, hence knowing the degree to which the player has achieved his training method within his training scope. As for the problem of the research, it lies in the need of handball for a more realistic and objective tests with a precision in evaluation, especially evaluating the training state of the player to show his readiness and efficiency for playing. The tests lose its value if they do not stimulate the needs and attitudes of playing in the competition, on one hand, and many coaches resort to choose limited tests that do not determine the strengths and weaknesses of the players for not being dedicated for revealing the state of training of the players. The aim of the research is summarized in building a group of tests for the physical abilities and the skills with a group of programmed tests, as well assetting standards and levels for them to evaluate the training level of the players aging from 15 - 17 years old in the teams of the Middle Euphrates. As for the fields of research, it is represented by the human resources of the young players of the (Al - Kufa, Nafut al Wsat, Al - Saniya, Al - Misayab, Al - Qasim and Karbalaa) for handball and the temporal field for the period 1 - 6/2013, and 1/07/2014 and the spatial field in the open playgrounds for the mentioned teams. In the second part the research tackled the theoretical subject related to the variables of the research of physical and functional ability and the skills. In the third part the methodology of the research and the field procedures has been tackled. The descriptive method with survey has been adopted to go with the nature of the problem. The sample taken was 36 players and the programmed group 48 players. The variables of the research has been determined and their tests through setting five tests; 1 physical, 4 skillful and 10 programmed tests which were described and applied on the programmed sample, based on the light of that, standards and levels were decided to evaluate the training state by using the related statistical methods. In the fourth part a comprehensive preview was made for all the results of the programmed group in the special training state tests through the tables and their analysis. In the fifth part the results were listed of which are the relative differentiation in the perfect standards and levels of thehandball players 15 - 17 years old concerning the training state of the special physical, skillful and functional state, with medium training state in most of the abilities in the special level with some conditions in a good state. Hence, the level of the players varied and also the level of the training programs of the coaches as a result. In the light of that, many recommendations have stated by the handball coaches concerning measure and structural periodical testing within the training methodology of the coaches. Also, the training programs should be more dedicated and specialized in developing the training level
