Abstract: My study plan of this book which contained two parts, preamble and three chapters, I put a prelude to very chapter.The preamble was divided into three sections, the first one was on the author's career with an indication to his literary and scientific status and his heritages, while the second axis dealt with definition of book Tazeein Alswaq and its naming and topics, as well as its literary importance, while the third axis dealt with narration term to foreigns and Arabs to be an introduction for studying the narrative structure in stories of this book.The first chapter was allocated to study the narration components, it was on two sections, I explained (sight and narrator) in the first section, defining in which narrator and the manner he follows in his narration through his sight to the events, I also explained in this section narrator's tasks and his patterns. I shed the light on the hearer and its classes in the second section, the study showed the link between the narrator and his external and internal sight as it is one of the most various connection base, the study also have shown many multiple tasks for the narrator to the book stories. About the nature of narrator and hearer, I classified the hearer according to the texts.The second chapter was allocated to (narration elements), the first section focused on the character analysis and its presenting, while the second section focused on studying the urgency and its formulation, and its study proved the contradiction of the critics to the character, it can be reference "realistic'' one and not of paper or of author creation after the research showed the characters diversity in some stories and not relying the narrator on one main character besides presence of more characters between the secondary, shaky and rounded one, and its interaction with events in most texts.The base of events level came accordance with a consequent serial occurrence format and modular format, another circular format came with those two ones, The last one was mentioned little in book stories comparing with the two other formats.The third chapter was headed as ( temporal and spatial structure), whereas its first section reached at two sentences : time in terms of configuration and time in terms of duration, while its second section dealt with definition of place and expanation of its functions and its sorts which was confined to studying the bilateral reflections in closed and open place, the pet and hostile place, the study indicated in this chapter to the importance of place and time in structuring the narration, and to the dialectical relation between them, and have shown that preemption technology can create air of waiting and observing to the hearer by suspense, as the technology does not kill that element in the emulator text, I also showed the lack attention of author in describing the place and sufficiency by referring to it, then I concluded my study chapters with conclusion.

Abstract: In the first half of the twentieth century, Linguistic studies looked to the sentence as the basic unit of linguistic analysis. This tradition continued till Harris (1952). Published his article (Discourse Analysis) in which he called explicitely as one structure, to study the (text), not separately from the persons sociological and psychological context. In the seventies of the same century this discipline witnessed a great degree of growth thanks to the efforts of (Van Dijk), later in the eighties, the popularity of this theory in creased significantly with the publication of (De Beaugrande) book ((text, Discourse and process)). In this book De Beaugrande culled the thoughts and opinions of his predecessor scholars culminating in the seven principles of (text Linguistics). Which are (Coherence, Coherence, intentionality, Acceptability, intersetxuality, Informativity and Situationality). The researcher thought of applying these principles to an old Arabic text. So the choice was made on the poems of wine and revelry of Abu - Nuwas (The Khamryyat of Abu - Nnwas). The reasons behind this choice are that; these poems have concerned old and modern scholars for a long time, for the beautiy of its images and vocabulary; secondly. They constitute an old text that contains scenes and attitudes of the Abbaside era in which they were written. The researcher relied on De Beaugrande criteria. The research consists of four Chapters; chapter one deals with cohesion, chapter two deals with coherence and Chapter three contains two sections, the first intertextuality, and the other Situationality, The fourth chapter has included intentionality, acceptability and Informativity. The researcher has reached the following conclusions : 1 - Arabic is highly compliant with the modern western linguistic theories; applying them to an old Arabic text indicates its depth and richness through ages. Its acceptance to the procedures of text linguistics which has emerged and developed in the western world manifests its tvue value and unlimited capabilities. 2 - The criterion of coherence fulfilled the cementing of the text of the Khamriyyat and the connectedness of its topics and their explanations. The analysis of the largest structures proved that the Kgamriyyat to be one perfect text with (pleasure) forming its essence which reflects the true psychological state of the poet who indulged himself in revelry and enjoyment. 3 - Via applying the te chniques of textual linguistics to the khamriyyat, as being reflection of Abu - Nuwas creeds, it has been found out, as Dr. Ali Shalaq see, that He was not racist or aligned to a certain nation, but he actually was a promoter, apopo - gator and a seeker of luxury, enjoyment and pleasure. The poet thinks that extolling wine and pleasure is better than weaping over ruines which had no existence during his time, there fore he makes a balance between the two. 4 - The Criterion of cohesion proved the connectedness of the text of the khamriyyat and its parts. Using reference helped a chieving cohesion. Reference by pronouns which was mostly used to refere to wine and the broad reference by Demonstratives indicate the maturity of the poets thoughts and attitudes, for hecould summarize many stanzas in one demonstrative

Abstract: The reason behind choosing Shamran Al Yasiri, the Iraqi writer and journalist as the topic for this study, is the fact that his novels and short stories were not studied academically. Al Yasiri was born in an agricultural town 1926, his literary works represent a detailed account of the reality of the lraqi society's arnbitions, worries and depressions for more than 40 years of Iraqi political and social history.Being chased by the Iraqi authorities, Shamran Al Yasiri travelled to Czechoslovakia where he died in Capitol Prague 1981 in a car accident. This study investigates his narrative construction in Al Zinad Quadripartite and starts with an introduction that highlights the Iraqi novel in the beginning of the 20s till the 70s in addition to a bibliography of the writer as well as a survey on his narrative works. It should also be mentioned that the study is divided into three parts. The first part focused on the narrative forms, the second tackled the narrator and the addressee. The first section of Chapter two investigates the concept, types and the way of introducing the narrative character from different perspectives. Section two talks about the importance of the concept of event and how it should be significantly sequenced. Chapter three investigated Time and Place, it is split into two parts. The first part tackled time as suggested by Gerard Ginet, like coordination and fastening and slowing down of narration as well as temporal sequence. The second part of this Chapter investigates the concept of Place where I analyzed this concept in some novels a well as Place from power perspective as suggested by Paul and Romero. I wish that this humble work will illuminate the wav for other researchers to study more of Al Yasiri's works that have not been focused upon before.

Abstract: The thesis deals with the text and the margin in Adonis's "The Book" A Critical Study. It describes the central saying which dominates the content of The Book on special level. On the other hand, It dominates the history of the population on public level. It is a hegemony throwing light on Adonis's view point who has uttered the culture of the transformed text. It springs from philosophical basis, believing in the principle of move due to the move of reality, leading to guarantee the Adonisian pure transformation, that forms an intellectual, knowledgeable, innovative and aesthetic break off with what is prevalence in the Arabic and global cultures.Adonisian text is interwoven one; many philosophies and culture has melted within it. Therefore, his text is a combination of poetry and intellect simultaneously. The Graphic and textual structure of the Book has gained a special importance; on hand described as a new innovative writerly text, history is dissolved within it. On the other hand, described as a science embracing all types of cultures - sometimes they cross with poetry and other time they meet with it. The former reveals the hegemony and persecution; the latter glorifies the innovation and liberation, and between this and that the opposition between text and margin, emerges the former glorifying, and the latter critical, within them dialectic occurs at which time is existed in its three dimensions (the past, the present and future) - exposing and knowledgeable - leading to the victory of the text over the margin and that is through presenting unified and comprehensive vision about reality. Its principal relies on the principle of motion; It leads the necessity of transformation. Through the induction of the whole content of "The Book" it turns out that the graphic and textual structure same as pyramid; religion serves as its basis, cylinder is composed of text and margin, and its top is the vantage point. So the start is deconstructive mode, its conflict is exposure and the salvation / vision, A structure each part of it inescapably depends on the other; and this combination of parts leads to vision / salvation. The hypothesis of thesis attempts to be proven from the introduction to the conclusion. It divides thesis into an introduction and three chapters discussing the reading of the text and margin in Adonis "The Book"; it depends on three pivots; first fundamental; second foundation; and the third the term which seeks for the potential exemplar of knowledge beyond Adonis's creative and intellectual idea. On the light of the exemplar, the term "the text and the margin in The Book" will be specified. The first chapter is The start / Deconstruction which discusses the tools of Adonis's critical view point toward The Stable / The religion. The first tool : the rebellion against the sacred; the second : the glorification of sin. Chapter two is The Conflict / the revelation which throws light on the dialectic of text and margin leading to exposing knowledge. That is achieved through three points; first is the combinative structure of The Book; the second is the dialectic the history of authority / the margin. The third is the dialectic of glorification / the body. Chapter three is salvation / visions which consists of a comprehensive vision discussing its singularity and its optimistic / pessimistic dimensions. The systematic and academic process of thesis ends up with conclusion which recapitulates the important results of the research, on intellectual level is that man in the absolute center of universe. On the creative level is that poetic writings do not correspond with axioms. However it is a perpetual transformation producing suspicion and anxiety in all certainties.

Abstract: Studying a subject related to the Holy Quran has answered some of my desire to be in connection with the Book of Allah, the Greatest, that book which is overflown with cognizance and knowledge. The present study aims at revealing the expressive reasons of choice characterizing this Tefseer and examining their effects and reflections on it. In other words, the study attempts to show Al - Shirazi's reasons of the Holy Quran's choices of expressing a meaning to which utterances, forms, and structures are intended, where he gives preference to a vocable (a word) over another, a form over another, and a phrase over another. Because of his ample awareness and deep comprehension of the Arabic language and its literature, morphology, and grammar, Al - Shirazi was able to disclose the reasons of the occurrence of many of those utterances, forms, and structures. And this is what the research uncovers via the methodology of exploring the whiffs, extracting instances including the reasons of choice which the researcher depends on the interpreter's view in analyzing them, comparing them with other interpreters' viewpoints to reveal their significance, and knowing the extent of agreement between Al - Shirazi's view and the interpreters in addition to the difference between him and them. The study is divided into a foreword, an introduction and three chapters : - In the introduction, the theoretical framework of the study is discussed. It includes two pivots : The first deals with the author and his personal and academic features. The second concerns Tefseer Nefehat Al - Quran and Al - Shirazi's Methodology in it. - The first chapter is entitled as "The Reasons of Inflectional Choice in Tefseer Nefehat Al - Quran". It comprises three subjects. In the first, the researcher handles the reasons of choosing the forms of verbs. The second discusses the reasons of choosing derivations. The reasons of choosing the expressions in plurals are clarified in the third subject. - The second chapter studies "The Reasons of Grammatical Choice in Tefseer Nefehat Al - Quran" in three topics. The first is the reasons of choice in the apparent and fictitious parsing. The second is the reasons of choice in the grammatical structure. The third studies the reasons of choosing the Quranic expression in the grammatical articles. - The third chapter is under the title "The Reasons of Lexical Choice in Tefseer Nefehat Al - Quran". It is in four subjects. The first focuses on the reasons of choice between synonymy and the linguistic differences among vocables. The second concerns the reasons of choice in homonym or antithesis among vocables. The third studies the semantic opposition among vocables. The last concerns the semantic development of vocables. The study ends in a number of results and conclusions. The most important ones are as follows : - Sheikh Nasir Mekarim Al - Shirazi is one of the prominent scholars of the nation. He excels in various fields of knowledge especially the science of interpretation where he compiled Tefseer Nefehat Al - Quran which is considered as one of his invaluable books in the field of interpretation. When one gets acquainted with it, he finds himself that he is in front of a great scholar with great knowledge in Arabic language and literature. In his interpretation, Al - Shirazi followed the objective method. He exposed belief and social political subjects to the Holy Quran. After that, he collected the subject - related verses. Then, he analysed them deducing the objective results of them in accordance with the Quranic perspective. He followed an exquisite, codified and obvious methodology in interpreting the verses with a precision in using the examples. He adopted a moderate way in choosing and selecting issues and instances which suited the context, with dexterity and creativity in varying terms. - Al - Shirazi paid attention to inversion showing that what was post - posed and it had to be pre - posed based on shedding meaning on what was pre - posed in order to be in conformity with the linguistic situation and its context. The reasons of choice in inversion which were considered by Al - Shirazi were surrounded although slightly by difference and disparity in comparison between him and some other interpreters. In his close look at those reasons of choice, he demonstrated that the purpose behind inversion was its conformity to the linguistic situation and its context. - Al - Shirazi deliberated the reasons of repetition of sentences more than the deliberation of the repetition of the vocable. The repetition of the verb was not a considered phenomenon in his Nefehat. Also, it was noticed that most of his reasons of choice in the repetition of sentences were for emphasis and fixation. - Al - Shirazi pondered on the verses which comprise the exaggeration structures which appeared in the research to be more recurred than the active participle structures. It is also inferred that the forms of intensiveness in most of their vocables give the meaning of exaggeration. Also, it is clear in the study that Al - Shirazi heeded to the idea that the Quranic system departs from one form to the other in accordance with the context and the required meaning. - It is ascertained throughout the research that the original sense of the structures changes or alters to special senses in other structures as the alteration between the infinitive and the active and passive participles. And this is made evident in the study in the Quranic verses considered by Mekarim Al - Shirazi.These are the most important outcomes at which the researcher arrives by guidance of Allah, the Exalted. The researcher does not pretend to be perfect since perfection is to the Lord, the glorious and the High. Our final prayer is that all praise is due to Allah, the Lord of all creation.

My study talks about a single aspect of these elaborations : The Balance, which I entitled it as (Morphological research of elaborating (Lamiya't Al - Af'aal - ) of Ibn Al - Nadhem (686AH), Al - Bujai' (744AH), and Buhrq Al - Yamani (930AH); a study of balance). By looking at the title, you can tell that my paper aims at balancing the three scholars. The reason for choosing these scholars instead of others is due to their paper's significance and containing a vast morphological material in comparison to other papers, not mentioning its volume and details.After reviewing the elaborations and collecting morphological material, the topic is concluded in form of three elaborations/chapters and a conclusion; preceded by an introduction. The first chapter revolves around studying morphological curriculum of the scholars, in form of three sections : First, I explained the introductions of the three scholars and their methods in presenting their material; second, I explained the sources/references of morphological study; and third, I went through the scholars' point of view of formation, which consist of four demands : First, I explained 'hearing'; second, I explained 'measurement'; third, I explained causative morphology, and fourth, talks about consensus.Second chapter talks about morphological denotation of the scholars, which consist of three chapters : First, I went through the abstract and concrete morphological verbs structure; second, I elaborated on the abstract nouns structure; third, I explained the concrete nouns morphology. In this chapter, I started with morphological denotation prior to the study of nouns. That's due to Ibn Malik had explained his system starting with verbs before nouns.In chapter three I elaborated on the scholar's scientific personality, which is divided into three sections : First section talks about studying their response to Ibn Malik; the second section talks about studying their opinion of morphological disputation matters; and third one talks about studying their influence over scholars who came after them.I followed that with a conclusion which contains most significant results of this paper, among that : Ibn Malik system is considered as an educational system of Morphology, where he included matters connected to conjugation, derivation and sources as a primary method in studying morphology. Also, other elaborators followed in Ibn Malik's steps in sorting subjects in Lamiya't Al - Af'aal and didn't go off - topic in explaining it. In Al - Bujai' and Buhroq's elaborations you can find extra details and explanations in describing IbnNadhem's paper who strictly elaborated on his father's and didn't add much more. The conclusions of such elaborations of AL - Bujai' and Buhroq are seen in the form of additional examples of different types except of the Quranic one where Buhroq clearly exceeded at. We also cannot find a clear statement of the elaborators of affiliation to the two schools (Basra &Kuffa), Indeed, on some occasion, the Kuffa's school is favored by most opinions and responses being contrastive by those studying them. Scholars used a variety of sources in form of media and books, the scholars chose their morphological material among many of Arabic scholars who preceded them or their books. Ibn Malik's Lamyia't Al - Af'aal was characterized by lack of explanation which resulted in criticism; which in turn varied depending on the number of scholars. You can see it in more details in Buhroq explanation - taking into account he came after both of IbnNadhem and Al - Bujai'. Throughout my study of scholars influence of those who followed after, I came to realize that IbnNadhem was more fortunate than Buhroq and Al - Bujai', that is due to his explanation on AL - Lamiya' despite his small - figured body, and most of other scholars of the same system took it as a bases for their explanation. Al - Bujai' wasn't so lucky, as not many have taken his work as a base for theirs. Buhroq came after the two mentioned above, and some writings was done taking his work as a bases considering his time back then.

Abstract: My thesis entitled : (Religious Intertextuality in the Poetry of the Ghdeeriyat from The Encyclopedia of Sheikh Amini as a Model,), in which I applied one of the concepts of modern criticism which is Intertextuality on the poems taken from Islamic Heritage. My goal is to contribute to the revival of the heritage by using modern approaches.I studied the Ghdeeriyat poets from the first century after Higrah to the sixth century. The number of poets whom I studied their poetry of Ghadeeriyat is fifty - five. I have noticed that religious intertextuality was limited to the interaction with purely Islamic sources, such as the Koran, the Sunnah, biographies, and histories. That approves that these Ghadeeriyat are totally influenced by Islamic resources, as they did not demonstrate any other effects derived from other religious traditions.Koran was the cornerstone in the construction of intertextuality among poets, employing its words, phrases and connotations, using its style and reflections in a productive and interactive way. This interaction with the religious text demonstrates the evolution of the religious intertextuality. The tangible images varied in their texts including visual, auditory, and taste, it contributed to supplement the text with artistic beauty, continuous movement and imagery creativity reflecting the dominance of the sensory image in this accomplished poetic, which has added to the Arabic poetry creative a clear touch cannot be overlooked by unbiased critic.We have found that the poets of the Ghadeeriyat until the sixth century AH had been committed to the rhythm and did not follow those who tried to abandon them. They have totally turned away from composing poetry by feet of five rhythms, which are : the Hazaj, Madeed, Muqtadhab, Mudharia and Mutadara. In which they did not compose even one line. That may be because their desire to cope with inherited Arabic poetic, and respecting the recipient, as well as the lack of adequate freedom of expression and prolong the poem in these rhythms.The poets of the Ghadeeriyat preferred rhymes ending with vowel sound over that ending with constant sound in which they did not abandoned the Arabic poetic teste. The Ghadeeriyat were full of internal music, especially in the late centuries, reflecting the attention of poets to this arts after Ibn al Mua’taz had established the Badee’ and the style of modernize poets who followed Abu Tammam.

Thus , I have decided to resume writing this research by depending on all utterances and pronunciations of the indexed lexicon for Dr. Ashwaq Mohammed Al Najar and on the book of morphological rhythms for Dr. Hamdi Badr Ulddin Ibrahim. The current study includes preface, three chapters and conclusion , in preface ,I have talked about grammatical, morphological and phonetic indications. The chapter one carrying the title " the Noun Verb in respect to the phonetic level" , has been divided into three researches , the first research is about replacement , the second is concerned over execution and the third one assigned for other phonetic phenomena concerned on the formation of noun verb. The latter divided into three units , including soothing , tilt , investigation and facilitation. The chapter two titled as the morphological construction of noun verb has been divided into three researches , the first is about abstract verb , the second assigned for collective verb where there are two units , the first one is for the plural noun and the other deals with the plural gender noun. The third research comes under the title of " the individual verb and having divided into three units ,the first one is about the science , the second assigned for gender nouns and the last one is about the semi - adjectives. The chapter three has been a grammatical one and has carried the title " the noun verb formation in respect to the grammatical level". I have divided this chapter into two researches , the first one has been about the grammatical direction of Quran readings in the formation of the noun verb. The latter has been divided into three parts , the first part assigned for the grammatical direction of Quran readings in the formation of the individual verb , the second has been about the grammatical direction of Quran readings in formation of the abstract verb and the last one assigned for grammatical direction of Quran readings in the formation of the plural verb. The second research carries the title " multi - interpretation of the verb formation" and has been divided into three parts , the first one has been about double interpretations' durability , the second one assigned for verbs that could be sustained three interpretation ,and the third one assigned for verbs that could be sustained four interpretations. I have finished the current research with a set of results. Owing to the multi - subjects of the research among grammar, phonetics and morphology , the references have been also diversified of books , theses , dissertations , and scientific magazines. Abstract: الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على اشرف المرسلين وخير الخلق اجمعين محمد خاتم النبيين وعلى اله الاخيار المنتجبين، واللعنة الدائمة على اعدائهم من الاولين والاخرين الى قيام يوم الدين. تعد الدراسة حول ادبيات الامام الحسين(عليه السلام) من | To study the literature of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) is considered one of the richest academic studies due to its linguistic , literary and human richness which enables researchers to sail with holiness sails in the niche which was and still is appreciated and reverenced by all religions and nations. The journey in the stylistics of argumentation in Imam Hussein's prose (peace be upon him) falls into an introduction , three chapters and a conclusion. The introduction presents different critical approaches (semiotic, deconstructuralism structuralism , cultural interactive reception approach ) touching upon the stylistic approach which is used in this study. Argumentation was handled in the past and present touching upon the most important theorists (Perlman, Dikro). Then , the study tackles Imam Hussein's argumentation reference (peace be upon him) , and the relationship of argumentation with the title of the study explaining that the study is stylistic rather than argumentative. The first chapter is “ The Voice Level “. It includes four sections : the first one is “ Repetition ” which is about the types of repetition of letters , articles and utterances ; in addition , it touches upon the rhythmic level. The second section handles “ Alliteration “ which is one of the most important internal music elements that give the text a rhythm which is received by recipients attractively and interestingly since rhythm strongly draws attention. Alliteration is reflected in the Husseini discourse with different levels as it comes to a full alliteration for one time , incomplete alliteration for three times : twice which are subsequent and once which is present , incomplete alliteration ( of Mutraf type ) is mentioned three times. The third section is about alliteration which is one of the major types closely linked to prose. It is considered a basic indicator in the Husseini discourses structure, endowing it with a rhythmic energy which have a substantial impact on the recipient. The fourth section is concerned with the “ hidden rhythms “ which relies on recipient reaction ; four examples have been chosen : surprise rhythm, the rhythm of silence, the conscience and the rhythm of idea.The second chapter touches upon the structural level ; it is a reading related to the structure of the language ; i.e., the syntax of a sentence is structurally linked to its syntactic indication. The relationship between meaning and structure is an overlapping relationship. The chapter falls into four sections. The first section handles interrogation addressing the concept , the tools and the words appearing in this section (hamza, ma , hal , keifa , ein ). The start is with hamza being the most widely used. The second section is entitled “Condition” which gives conditional sentence the possibility of communication with the recipient producing , in the text , a suggestive high - energy , adding semantic light and attracting the recipient to the producer. The tools frequently recurrent in Imam Hussein's texts are : In, Man , Low , Idha , Lowla) ان , من , لو , اذا , لولا ). These tools have a significant presence in the product of lamam Hussein (peace be upon him), giving a remarkable stylistic feature.The third section is Al - Nahy Style “Prohibitive style”. This style or approach suggests a self orientation resulted from a psychological conflict concerning the prohibited demand or target and how to respond to it relying on the will of the person and the extent of his/her awareness of the importance of the demand or the target which gives the text an atmosphere of tension felt by the receiver who will be aware of the mental impact in text.The fourth section handles Command style.This section is arranged according to the figurative purposes of this style in accordance with the sequence of its recurrence in the texts (advice and guidance, absence of constraints, humiliation and degradation, honor). Chapter III studies semantic level which is one of the important fields that are concerned with exploring the semantic changes resulting in uncommon deviation in language, searching new images which enriches the text with semantic meanings. This chapter focuses on the semantic relationships which heavily affect the process of transforming significance and changing meanings. The chapter falls into four sections. The first section is “ The Structure of Similarity “ as it is one of the most important methods to evaluate and determine the sense and diagnose the meaning in the context. Through similarity relationships , a creator combine his/her emotions with their similar ones in the external reality.The second section is the “ Neighboring Structure “. This type of structure acquires its significance from the semantic texture when it deliberately drifts getting the creative text from familiarity area to the area of recipients.The third section is “ Exchange Structure “ which is fulfilled in the metaphor movement between the sensory objects and their implications creating relations which surprise recipients , paving the way for two different graphic scene which would not have been accomplished without the splendor of the exciting Functions.The fourth section is “ Antagonism Structure “. The most important implications of this concept , as a stylistic feature since it belongs to the figures of speech , is producing contrast depending on the creation of an idea matched with another idea, something visible containing something hidden. Contradicting dualism is considered an important pillar of rhetoric and , at the same time , a linguistic structure of language influential in creating realistic visions

Mustansiriya University / College of Arts / Library and Information Department (Theses) supervised by Dr. Asmaa Noori Said AL - Hadithi , Baghdad, 2012, P171.Key words : Iraqi virtual science library, virtual libraries , application (LibHub) , Application (ELEN).The study aimed to measure the level of use and benefit from the Iraqi virtual science library by the beneficiaries in the (University of Baghdad , AL - Mustansiriya University , University of Technology, AL - Nahrain University) to engineering colleges, science affiliate, the study also aimed to cognition the Search interfaces That was used and currently used in Iraqi virtual science library , The study sample included (stratified sample proportional) (340) beneficiary from the four universities where the sample Baghdad University (139) beneficiary and Mustansiriya University (38) beneficiary and the University of Technology (119) beneficiary, and AL - Nahrain University (44) beneficiary, the study use survey method , with data collection tools presented questionnaire and interview and observation, statistical methods were used (weighted arithmetic mean, the middle hypothesis, measuring the amount of the gap and extract the percentage corresponding to the amount) in the analysis of the results of the questionnaire.The study found a number of important results : 1 - Most of the beneficiaries are using library (LibHub) over than use of publishers 'websites because ease of use search and display the results directly contrary to the publishers' sites that require several steps during the search process.2 - The level of use the Iraqi virtual science library in most Iraqi universities study sample is higher than the level of benefit due to lack of knowledge of the majority of the beneficiaries most of the services provided by the Iraqi Virtual Science Library. 3 - marked by technological university for the rest of the universities where the level of use comparable to the level of benefit, as distinguished from the rest of the universities to establish a database of the names of members of the university for the purpose of facilitating and accelerating the process of identifying the beneficiaries during their registration in the Iraqi virtual science library.The study also came out with a number of recommendations, including : 1 - Increase the number of courses and lectures being the most successful to cognition the beneficiaries about the Iraqi Virtual Science Library and the need to accomplish an instruction manual to use the publishers' sites in the Iraqi virtual science library . 2 - The study recommended the need to adopt the experience of the University of Technology in the field of education beneficiaries use the library Iraqi virtual science library and benefit from the contents, especially publishers' sites, as recommended by the study to benefit from its own database to facilitate the process of identifying beneficiaries and verification of affiliation of colleges and departments of the University directly and not to delay registration process and activate the subscription. 3 - The need for the Commission to task when discussing negotiating with publishers to emphasize the need to provide the full text of articles and researches through their sites because of them and for some disciplines offers only bibliographic data to search with Abstract.
